Rayan was still feeling somewhat giddy, despite wanting the earth to swallow her up for being caught kissing Cain. True, the kiss had been instigated by her and it had been her way of letting Cain know that she was thankfull for his thoughts in ways he'd never even know... but still, she had just kissed a boy she'd hardly known a day in a corridor full of students.
She rubbed the back of her neck, the awkwardness of the situation hitting her like a tonne of bricks. What must Cain think of her? That she was some floozy that threw herself at every boy who looked at her the right way? She moaned softly to herself, burying her head in her hands.
She could just feel the awkward emotions in Cain, so he too found the situation weird, after getting over the initial post-kiss shock. "I'm such an idiot..." she whispered softly, her core temperature plummeting, her eyes sparkle vanishing. Heaving a gentle sigh she watched Cain walk over to the girl from before, Millie, she remembered.
Deciding it'd be best to smooth out the situation to both of them at once Rayan followed Cain over. She ignored the pointless banter about the brochure as she knew that Millie had not really been reading it, only using it to hide her feelings at walking in on them in what must have looked like an intimate moment.
'Is everything okay over here? Rayan smiled softly, time to heal up this little issue. "Everything's fine. We just had a little argument but it was pointless really. We both reasilised that we were fighting for noting so we kissed and made up, literally. It was nothing really, just my way of appology" She gave a little nervous smile, rubbing the back of her neck, the fur on her wrists brushing softly against the sensitive skin there.
"I'm Rayan, by the way" she added, upon realising that Millie hadn't known her name.
((Sorry! College swamped me! XO))
