Damian sat down beside her. "So, how do we start?"

"well first, try to create a fire ball in your hand." she held her hand and snepped her fingers, a small flame appeared, slowly adding air to it just enough to make it grow and not blow out. It grew slowly till it was a nicely formed fireball in the palm of her hand.

"never tried that before. Not sure if I can do it." Damian concentrated. A small flicker came into being on his palm. He blew on it gently, causing it to curl into a small ball. He blew a little harder and it went out. "Oh. Oops."

SHe laughed abit. " we dont all get it the first time, it was pretty good! try again." she said playing with the fireball.

Damian squinted very hard and thought of the fireball hot red and beautiful. It came into being. He blew gently and steadily for a minute until it became a perfect sphere. "Sweet. What do I do now." Damian paused to think that if he had been told he would be learning to make fireballs and fire sculptures, from a human girl, he wouldn't have believed it. Mostly the girl part.

She smiled and twirled the ball on her finger. "Close your eyes, and imagin what you want it to look like. Keep that picture in your head till it's clear. Then just shape it carefully, adding fire where needed." she opened her hand to reviel a flaming feather, smiling at her work. " now you."

Damian nodded. He added fire to the top, until it had a look of an unshaped bird. He added wings and shaped the beak. It was a crane stretching towards the sky. He slipped it into Alish's open hand.
"For you."

"thank you, its beautiful." she admired the bird. Gently petting it. "I love it." she smiled at him

"Not bad for my first try. How long do these typically stay?" Damian asked.

"for a first timer, its normal a few months." she smiled at it.

"Wow! That's longer than I expected. I thought a few days at most." Damian's eyes lit up from excitement.

She laughed. " IT will last longer them more expiranced you are. Some people can make them last for ever" she twirled the bird in her hand. "so what do you do for fun around here?"

"Sports, politics, torture other students, especially other dorms. And um...there must be more..." Damian laughed sheepishly.

She looked at him like everyone in this school was crazy. She mouth open, she blinked a few times before closing her mouth and clearing her throat. " well... thats... um, intresting." "so your telling me that everyone in this school is insane... great." she gave a sadistic laugh. " I'm going to enjoy it here."

"Things might change a bit now that there are females here. Too much testosterone I suppose. It's a giant fraternity really. The tricks are really generally mild. For the most part."

"the most part? You mean they can get worst?" she stared at him in disbelief. "It's like a yaoi!" she giggled.

"I didn't even mention what they were. You're acting like we torture them with their darkest secrets and fears or something. Mostly it's shaving cream in your pillow, switching your pens out for pink ones... that was a great one! He had to turn all his assignments in in pink for an entire week! The worst one I ever did was steal a guys clothes while he was swimming. It was really cold, so he had to walk back naked and shivering. Some other people have probably done worse, but no one's ever been permanently injured."

(( I'm go watch underwrold 3 ^-^ im back)) "oh ok, I was about to say, you are all insane, but your not." she smiled giggling alittle. " I tinted a guy's skin purple at me old school, it kinda never came out so he's still purple to this day." she blushed rubbing the back of her head.

"Wow! That must have been interesting. I hope they didn't give him terrible nicknames... They probably won't even touch you, because you're a girl."

((still haven't seen it I'm goign to tady, I was only getting ready, you know taking a show and changing.)) "They tried to making times but they could never get me, their tricks aways back fired on them." she she with a sly smirk. " I was known as Phantom joker for a reason." the smirk never leaving her lips.

Damian laughed. "Well, then you can perpetrate you crimes without fear of rebuttal. If you have a trick you want to play on someone, I'm in. As long as they don't find out it's me!"

"ha ha ha , I'll keep that in mind." she smiled at him.

Damian made a dragon in his hand, and made it spurt fire. "Cool. I wasn't sure I could do that." Damian glanced at his watch. "Oh damn. I've got a party thing I have to go to. I'm afraid my Dad is insisting I go to it."

"ok I'll be heading back to the dorms. Have fun." she said smiling at him.

"Yeah, right." Damian rolled his eyes. "So, see you tomorrow?"
