"Mmmm!" She pouted, "I wanna stay!"
""You need to go with your daddy sweaty," Chris said and picked her up.
"No no no no!" She demanded. Jason walked over to them patiently and took Adalines little hand into his. Chris smiled and plopped her down on the ground.
"Come on dear, lets get you something to eat," Jason said quietly.
"No!" She said and stamped her foot.
"Ada," Jason warned. The girls anger faded, in its place a huge frown formed on her face.
"Buh...i wanna play with Kiro and Mari and Cwis," She blubbered with big green eyes.
"Youll see Chris tonight," Jason said with a sigh.
"Buh!" She said about to get angry again. Jason shot her a look that stopped her in her tracks, it wasnt angry or scolding but a gentle demanding look. She knew beter than to further her temper tantrum, she wasnt going to get her way.
"Buy evewry one," She said and waved as she left.
"Bye," They all said and went on their way.

They all went to their normal lunch table and got down to eating.

Brendon sighed and sat down in their normal spots. The boys didnt waste any time in getting their meals and finished in record breaking time. Damn those teenage boy metabolisms. Just when Chris had finished shoving his entire sandwich into his mouth, Sal decided to take a seat.
"Hola amigos," Sal said and wraped one arm around Misa.
"Hola mon ami!" Chris said, mouth full.
"Uhuh..." Sal said and then laughed at how ridiculous it was, "I should slap you your so bad at Spanish"
"Im not that bad am i!?" Chris joked.
"Yes...yes you are," he laughed.

Misa giggled rolling her eyes at Chris. Who had Kiro sleeping on him. "Aww" Misa said only to be flipped off by the not so sleeping Kiro.

Valone and Josie were picking up where they left off and Mari was looking at the sandwich in anger.

Feeling Mari's pain, Brendon patted her on the head affectionately, so that she wouldnt feel too left out. For some reason, Sal looked between them oddly. Brendon quickly retracted his hand, to no avail though because Sal still looked at them quizically. It lasted only a few more moments as he returned his attention to the group.
"So, how has you guyses day been?" Sal asked with his usual smile.

"Good!" Misa and Kiro said.
Valone just winked at Josie, "Why don't you ask him?"
Mari didn't reply deep in thought.

Sal smirked and turned to Josie.
"Well?" He asked slyly.
"Ask her..." He said and pointed to Valone.
"Ok thats just not fair! Just tell me ok..." Sal demanded.
"We defiled a young childs mind with our fondling," Josie said simply with a straight face. Sal's eyes got wide at this. He looked to chris for some explanation.
"Ada," he said simply.
"Oh shit...you guys are fucked you know that right!?" Sal said, looking genuinely concerned.
"Did i mention that our fondling was just nose rubbing?"
"Uh...Well...your still fucked."
"Thats what im hoping," Josie said with a smirked and looked at Valone sexily.

Valone giggled, "Well I supose it is latter…" Valone winked turning on her bedroom eyes.

Josie just chuckled.
"Nawww," Chris cooed and leaned into Brendon, hugging him around his shoulders and effectively turning him into a steaming pile of mush, "They finally are going to do the nasty. Now we wont have to watch them be idiots all day. Isnt it just heartwarming."
"N-n-not ex-exactly the w-word i would have picked," Brendon babbled, blushing like a maniac and cupping his hands as inconspicuously as he could to hide exactly what Chris was warming.

Mari just looked then went back to glaring at her food finally she got up, "I'll be back…" she muttered walking off to the nurse.

Misa frowned watching her go. "She'll be fine she said to herself resting on Sal. Kiro nodded glancing at Mari as she walked out.
"She didn't eat her lunch though…"

Brendon managed to mop himself up into something other than a gelatinous mess just in time to see Mari storm out. He did feel a little prang of concern for his friend, but he knew that she was fine. She just needed a bit of space. Why he had no clue but she ran out of rooms for no reason quite often. She usually wouldn't talk to him when she did this, so it was kind of useless to follow her. On the other hand he needed to calm down too.
'Muhuhaha, the perfect escape,' The little blond and red haired angel in his brain giggled. Brendon vaguely realized that he looked quite a bit like lorry, only with his brothers red tipped highlights, but he was too concerned with the delicious hunk of Christian that was pressed dangerously close to him to think about how unhealthy this was.
So with that Brendon mustered up all his strength to pull Chris off of him. Chris was left with a confused and kind of hurt look on his face. Brendon did his best not to look at him, it only would have made it worse.
"Uh...i should...go follow her..." He said and was off.
"Right..." Sal said, "But im stealing the rest of your food...well...whats left of it"
"Uhuh go ahead..." he said and bolted out.
"Huh..." Chris sighed, still watching Brendon with confusion and concern, "He doesnt like to be touched much does he?"
"Most guys dont Chris," Sal said, Digging into the rest of Brendon's potato chips and looking at his cousin with the same quizzical look as before.
"Huh..." Chris said again and went back to his food, still looking very thoughtful.

At Sal's comment Misa glompped him. Kiro gave Chris a hug,"Don't worry about Brendon…"

Mari sighed leaning against the wall of Heetori's office. He wasn't there but the Deadly Trio was. Deadly Trio is what Lucis claimed there future group would be. Inside was only Luke and Lucis but she really didn't want to talk to them. She just wanted to lay down and think. And with those two inside and a lumbering giant outside it looked like there would be no peace.

Chris began to open his mouth at her comment, but quickly shut it again and returned to thinking.
"Im a bit...concerned..." he began.
"Dont be, Brendon's just a spaz.

Kiro laughed at that, "Yeah but he is our spazz!"
They all nodded.

Mari sighed figuring that she could just slip past the two boys Mari dashes into the office. Instantly Lucis grabbed her, "Woah, Mars where's the fire?"

Mari groaned, "In my head! I came here to sleep…but then you two were here…"

"No, Mari the two of could sleep together or even the three of us if your inclined…" Lucuis said hugging Mari.

Mari squirmed, glaring at him. "I'd rather be by myself thanks!"

"Look Luke I told you she was shy…but you don't have to be!" Lucis said.

Mari groaned, "The sad thing is I beleive you…" Lucis just grinned.

Luke tilted his head and smiled wryly, "I doubt shes shy all the time Lucis, After all shes running with Alexis and that weird mexican kid. By the way i owe him a knock to the face"

"No!!!! If she's with Alex I have no chance quick Luke we need a plan!" Lucis cried grabbing her. Mari let this go figuring that if she played along she would be free.

"Dude, i really dont care. Shes a girl, not really my style you know. So, fuck it your on your own," Luke laughed and shoved his hands in his pockets.

Lucis gave him a sad face, "Meanie!"
"Luke get him off…please," Mari said but Lucis arms just slipped off.
"Sorry…" Lucis said stepping away sadly.
"Lucis," she said looking at him.
"No Mars it's okay I can wait…go with Alex I'll wait…"
"Thats what you always say Lucis…but then you go off and get some guy…"
"Well I won't this time is that what you want Mari because whatever it is I'll do it okay! Just please give me a chance! I'm begging you! Please!"
There was a long pauses as Mari stared at him, " I-I I have to go tell Heetori I took my medication, Luke…" Mari stammered grabbing her meds and leaving. She swallowed them dry as she went back to the lunch room.

"Shit I did it again didn't I Luke…" Lucis said watching her go.

"You always do. Honestly i dont understand why you even try anymore. Its seriously a waist of time," he said with a sigh as the bell rang.

"Patcience is a virtue I guess and I don't know I guess I really only want what I can't get…might be nothing more then a challenge." Lucis said.

"Well, to each their own," He said with a sigh, "Alright lets get out of here."

After lunch was done Sal and the rest of the group made their way out of the lunchroom. Chris was a bit worried when there was no sign of Brendon, but he continued on his way Kiro distracting him with her usual affection. The rest throught nothing of it of course. Sal on the other hand was not so laid back about it.
"See ya guys...i need to go to the bathroom ok?" He said.

Mari was chilling on the side off the hall sitting down. When Misa saw her she walked over to her, "How did your nap go?"
"It didn't…your brother was there."
"Oh…I'll talk to him after school."
"Don't I just need to think about it." Mari said standing up. As the two returned to the group, "Hey guys…where's Brendon? I saw him go back so where is he?" She said worriedly.
All the people shruged.

Sal sighed, a bit happy to be away from the group as he made his way into the mens room. Scanning the inside of the bathroom he caught a glimpse of a familiarly blindingly white hoodie. Smirking a bit, because he was being ninja stealthy, he slammed a nearby stall door next to Brendon, making him jump about a foot in the air and whip around like a flash.
Brendon stared at him, panting and his big blue eyes opened wide in panic. After a second of catching his breath he finally managed to get another expression on his face other than terror. It was annoyance.
"Sal what the he-" he began angrily.
"Ok shut up," Sal snapped. Brendon stopped eyes wide again.
"Sal what-" He began.
"Could you just stop being a whiney bitch for a second and let me speak?" he growled. Brendon practically pissed himself.
"Why didnt you tell me?" Sal said after a moment.
"Huh?"
"Why didnt. you. tell. me?" He asked, moving forward untill he was about an inch away from his face. It was hard to believe but Sal was actually an inch taller than Brendon and a hell of alot stronger.
"A-a-about what?" He squeaked.
"You and your...preferences...sexually," He said, raising his eyebrows to emphasize the point. Brendon actually though his heart stoped for a moment. He actually thought he was going to faint, throw up, run, all of the above. This was it. There was no friggin way he was getting out of this.
'Run like the wind!' Little Raziel cried.
'I agree! RUN! DO NOT WAIT! ANDALE ANDALE ARIBA ARIBA! MUY MALO!" Zarias said in a bad accent.
"I-I-I dont," He began, not even sure how he had managed to speak.
"Brendon, give it a rest! Ok! This is exactly what im friggin mad about! Oh sure! You tell Mari but you cant tell me!? Im practically your brother," Sal spat.
"How did you?"
"Basic deduction, now seriously...just stop it,"
"Sal...your my cousin not my brother...There is a difference"
"Still" he scoffed, "Im family"
"I wouldnt have a family left if dad found out! Its friggin self preservation," Brendon yelled at him.
Sal sighed, "Im not hear to scold you or anything Brendon...So calm down. Im not going to tell anyone ether! Ok!? Not untill your ready. But im hurt."
"...Im sorry then...I didnt think...youd be ok with it..." He said, feeling bad now.
"A few years ago maybe i wouldnt have, but if you havent noticed about half the male population in this school is bi or gay so..." He laughed.
"Good point," he chuckled.
"Yea..."
"So...am i forgiven?"
"Yes" Sal laughed.
"Good"
"Oh wait...one more thing," Sal said getting serious again, "Stay away from Chris"
"...Uh..."
"No, i mean it. I know your all gaga over him and im telling you right now, get over it!"
"What just because hes your friend?"
"No, Because he is the most unavaliable guy in this entire school and your gonna get hurt!" he warned, "One way or annother your going to get hurt. Bad too. And nine out of ten it will be by his hand"
"What!? Chris wouldnt-"
"I dont know how he would react. Chris has problems Brent."
"Oh so now your calling me that too!?"
"It fits you, But seriously. Stay away. Emotionally or even maybe physically, hes going to end up hurting you. So get over the crush ok? There are plenty more out there"
"You dont think ive tried?"
"Tried to what?"
"Stop likeing him!"
"I dont mean stop likeing guys i dont think thats possible dude..."
"No! Just him! HIM! I dont like likeing him! Ive tried to get over it but i cant!"
Sal just smiled, "Youd better," And placed a hand over his shoulder, "Come on...your going to be late.

Mari bit her lip with worry and looked at the group. They all shruged as they walked towards their class.

Sal sighed as they left the bathroom. He patted Brendon on the back once before disappearing down the other hall, without another word. Brendon stared down the hall at him as he left, feeling lost in his own mind and very angry at his cousin.
With a sigh he made and took a few steps toward Mr. Booth's room. Inside, he could see Chris, watching in horror as Mr. Booth no doubt did something horribly insane. Brendon watched quietly for a few moments, but he could not bring himself to go inside. A sob went through the silence of the now empty hallway as he promptly returned to the bathroom, crying for no other reason than his frustration.
