"Thank you." Dante thanked as he took his wet coat. He swung it over his left arm and smiled politely at the blond girl. "I couldn't help myself in not helping you miss. I heard your cry and had to do something to ease you of worry. By the way, I am Dante Tessier." He gently took the girl's hand and lightly kissed the top of it. "I am new to this school. So, if you have attended before, may you please guide this lost fool?" He asked. That's when he remembered Zane. '... I wonder how I'll get back to him.' He thought. But he shrugged that thought away and decided he'll find the pink-haired boy, and his bags, later.

Char was now on her back, blood no longer seeping from her skin but she felt the light pinch of pain working her over, she growled then cried out before her eyes themselves began to close "Leah..? Is zane okay?" she was drunk of the situation, on the fact that she had several break downs in one day, that her lungs burned and she knew that if this continued she'd be dead in just a few short weeks. She heard voices outside, and turned her head to the source, eyes still closed and lips parted "i hope he is.." she mumbled feeling horrible for what all he had been through upon meeting her.

"Pleased to meet you Dante" Kaori curtsied, remembering how to place her feet, and continued," My name is Kaori-Lynn Flava, but please, just call me Kaori." She smiled. "Well, I happen to be new here too. Just arrived through a closet door actually, so I won't be of much assistance. Sorry." She added quietly.

Zane was sitting on the floor, with his back against a wall. He kept Dante's bags next to him, but he wasn't paying attention to them. Every now and then he jumped from the loud booming of the thunder. He kept the pill bottle in his hand, the tablets weren't supposed to be taken until they were mixed in with water, but if needed they could be taken without water. He had already taken two of the tablets since Dante had jumped out of the window. He kept looking back in the direction of the dorms and slammed his head into the wall behind,'Damn it, how can I be near her, when all I can think about is feeding on her? Oh man, if this keeps up, either I'm going to kill someone, or I'm going to kill myself.'

Char slowly stood, looked down at leah, lightly patted her head and walked out of the dorms, after of course changing her pants and shirt so she didnt look so... messy. The didnt reek of blood, thankfully. So, when she walked out into the rain she laughed shyly and walked in the direction where she suspected Zane would be, though, when he wasnt there she used his energy to track him down "h-hey.. i-i'm sorry about e-everything i-i.." she was a nervous wreck "have put you..t-through..." her voice trembled, she nervously rubbed her left arm with her right hand staring down at her feet, at her boots which were combat style, but, soaked in mud as well as rain water.

Zane slipped the pill bottle back into his pocket as Cj neared him. He didn't mind if she saw it, it's just that waving it around and proving he was a vampire, wasn't something he liked. He dragged his hand across his face and stopped as he covered his nose and mouth. He looked over at Cj with misery in his eye's,"Please, Cj, just go." At that, he got up and walked away, leaving Cj there and hoping to find someone else he wasn't tempted to feed on.

she slumped over, tears welling in her eyes. She rain picked up harder, lightening striking the ground, winds whirling around the trees, uprooting more than one. She stood to her feet, shuffling her way off campus, away from the others and into the woods.

Several administrators watched this display of power, watching the sky darken, the rain drops growing in size, it was unimaginable, the power she had, the way she influenced the weather with her own misery. Cj slipped into the forest in no time at all, crying to herself, knowing it was her fault that zane didnt want to be her friend, she wasnt careful enough. In no time at all she had found the beach, the temperature dropped dramatically, to the point she could see her own breath. she didnt care, she slipped out of her shirt, pants, socks and shoes and dove into the icy water, letting it caress her skin like a cold blade ripping through her.

"Well, errr, I have to go. Goodbye, Dante. Thank you again" Kaori waved just before she passed the corner. 'Where to next?' She thought. Feeling slightly depressed because of her soaking wet clothing and matted hair, Kaori changed into a clean outfit, grabbed an umbrella, and ran back outside. She loved the rain, but only under safe cover from it. She began to spin around in circles and nearly fell into a puddle of mud. She recalled the miserable day when the first bully had humiliated her.

'It was my fifth year in elementary school, and it was pouring outside. We were outside for a short recess due to the rain. The school bully, Terrence, had been a nasty classmate this year, and ended up pushing me into a oozing puddle of mud. The sticky mess covered my hair, pants, and shirt. I was humiliated! Worst of all, it was just the beginning of the day. That was the first time I had used my powers, and not to mention the last.'

Feeling the anger and hate rush back to her, Kaori ventured off the grounds and into the woods hoping to find a secluded place. She did in fact find a perfect spot to calm herself, the beach. It was a chilly area, perfect for draining her anger. Kaori held her skirt tightly, trying to warm herself, and threw a large stone into the water. The splash made her toes tingle and mouh turn upward into a smile. Kaori whipped her head to the side and found a pile of clothing clumped together in a pile. "Huh?" She said aloud and walked over to the pile.

char was now diving through the water, poking her head up into the air above, taking in several gasping breaths before realizing she wasnt alone, she was obviously crying when something caught her ankle, she tried to scream but, when her mouth gaped wide, she was under the water's surface. Someone gripping her tight, she attempted to pull away when the male grinned, teeth glinting in the feint light, alarms sounded when he pulled poor char closer, mouth on her neck now, fangs slowly pressing into her skin. When he punctured her, blood seeped out into the clear waters, letting Kaori see that char was in trouble.

Zane was walking through the halls, when his head started to pound. He placed his right hand over his right eye, onto his forehead. He used his left arm as leverage and placed it against the wall next to him, steadying himself so he didn't fall from the sudden dizziness,"D-damn, what the hell is happening?" He slowly made his way to a window and climbed out of it, scaling the wall to the roof of the building. He looked around, then the sudden smell of blood entered his nostrils. He took in an enjoyable whiff of the smell, then realized it was familiar,'Cj? What had she done to herself this time?' He jumped down from the roof, landing with a light 'pat' and stalked in the direction of the smell. He soon came to the beach and saw the blood in the water, as well as another person. He quickly ran up to the girl,"What happened, what's going on?"

Kaori gasped at clearly seeing the blood pour from the girls body. "W-wha?She stammered. 'What can I do? I cant just leave her!' Kaoris conscience screamed at her. She suddenly remembered her powers, but wondered whether or not it was safe to use them. 'It would be alright to jus-' Kaori just trusted her instincts and used her powers a small amount, just enough to hurdle the attacker backward using the ice cold water and rush across the water to save the girl. "Grab my hand!" She shouted to the girl and pulled her out of the attackers grasp. Kaori thrusted the girl out of the water and rushed over to the shore, gasping for breath. "Are you alright? I thought for sure you were a goner!"

char didnt answer, her eyes were hollow, she'd lost too much blood. She looked up at zane then over at Kaori, when she did this her mouth opened but eyes slid closed. She wanted to thank the new girl for saving her, but, nothing came out but air. Her body began to convulse, the vampire had drank enough of her blood to start the turning process, when the sun peaked through the clouds she screamed and lifted her long sleeve shirt up over her face, curling away from the light, gasping, her flesh began to singe. Though she was only half vampire at this point, she was still very susceptible to the sun, to a cross perhaps even holy water. Though she was a christian witch it would make this very difficult, but, truth be told it was only the sun that would irritate her.

Blood poured from her flesh while she writhed on the sand, whimpering and crying, begging incoherently for mercy.

Zane looked at the water and saw the vampire who had bitten Cj. He let out a blood thirsty growl and materialized his most used and favorite weapon, a European long sword. He charged into the water at the vampire, at the same time though he tore of the pendant around his neck and threw it at Kaori,"Put that on her!" He commanded to the girl. His own skin started to burn in the sunlight, so he flipped his hood over his head to block some of the light, but his hands sizzled and hissed.

Kaori fumbled but managed to catch the pendant and clasped it onto Charlottes neck. She watched as Charlotte writhed in pain and wanted to help, but couldn't. "Be strong, Charlotte. It will all be over in a minute. Here, l-lets get you into the shade." Kaori knew that lifting a bloody body was dangerous, but for for Charlottes sake, she picked her up and carried Charlotte over to a shady area. "If I could only help seal the wounds or something!" She said to herself.

when kaori picked char up she shrieked from the pain of her body moving in ways that it wasnt ready for, she felt stronger yet somehow more vulnerable, when she sat back down, she looked up at her "th..anks.." she groaned as the blood continued to flow from her not even making an attempt to clot. She wasnt a hemophiliac, she didnt have the bleeder's disease, though, she did however have a vast concentration of vampire spit in her system meaning, this was preventing the liquid to clot. This is how they were designed, how they were able to feed with ease at times.

about four administrators were there in no time at all, two of them transported the intruder away from campus and the others, one being an elementalist, closed the clouds keeping the area veiled in shadows. He looked down at char and noticed now much blood she was loosing, that, at this rate she would surely die, yes she was already half dead but, to stop the transformation she would need the blood of a fellow vampire. The fourth admin tore open her wrist and knelt down to char, offering her the blood, she refused at first then slowly drank once enticed, her eyes slowly closed and she released the healing admin, she curled herself into a ball and was sleeping in no time at all. The burning pain of her brutal transformation was now dulling.

The same admin looked over at zane "Pick her up.. please, we need to get her to the infirmary, get her a pendant like yours and see if she'll take to the same tablets. While the woman spoke her nose wrinkled in slight disgust how did he even get here in the first place? she knew that this attack wouldnt be the first and only.

Leah felt a little guilty she hadn't done something sooner, but she still never varied from the spot she sat in. Charlotte was so nice to her too... but her feet never moved nor her eyes leaving Algernon's pink fluffy head. Probably no one knew she was even there, well hidden from their own site.

Zane growled at the administrator, his vampire instincts had taken over when he was about to fight the other vampire student. He soon calmed himself down and relaxed his arms, so they were at his sides. As he walked backed over to Cj to do what the administrators told him to do, the sword in his hand vanished. Any item he materialized, he could dematerialize just as easily. When he got to Cj, he carefully picked her up, not bothering to take the pendant off of her, or even look at her. He just followed the escorts the administrators had with them to the infirmary.

(okay so char went to see zane, he tried to reject her, and her moment of weakness was the perfect time to strike so one of the new students did)

she winced and leaned against him, slipping the pendant off of her and back around his neck, forcing a weight onto it that had he tried to remove it, it would have tripled in weight, then, sent a shock throughout his entire body. She let out a small groan and looked over at kaori before looking over at the admin who silently led them to where they needed to be, shrouded in shadows the entire way "what's going on..?" she finally asked

((got it. So...Charlotte is turning into a vampire...this must stop before she beings to sparkle... XD ))

Leah silently followed the administrators and other students that were helping Charlotte. After all, if there was nothing she could do at least she could offer her presence. They were all moving pretty quickly to help the girl, but Leah followed with slight ease. She kept a close eye on Charlotte and the boy carrying her, holding Algernon close to her.

Kaori watched intently as the admins hurried out. She was left on the beach, alone. "Hmm...that was quite interesting." She whispered before hurrying over to the group. She was worried sick about Charlotte, whom she had just met, and felt frustrated that she hadn't helped sooner. ' I wonder if she will be alright...' She thought.

Leah looked over at the blonde girl who ran over to help the group. She was about the same height as her too, but with more adult features. She must have been older. She now turned to gaze from the boy and Charlotte to the blonde with her pulsing red eyes. There was something odd about her...

Zane grunted as Cj put the pendant back around his neck,"Don't move, you'll just change faster." He wasn't his usually skittish self at the moment, he was expressionless and cold. He didn't like coming across his own kind. Him and his kin never get along, that was why he was run out of Italy, but at that time he had his hair dyed black. His kin held an all out vampire war, just against him. He did come out victorious, but from then on, he was hunted. Until, finally he was run out of Europe all together.

"it hurts.." she cried leaning her head against his shoulder, he suddenly didnt feel so cold, or strong. Almost normal to her, she let out another small cry before her entire body relaxed, trembling, shivering, sweating until finally it all stopped and her color faded. she was limp in his arms, not breathing, heart barely beating. She was turning faster, though not fully. She contained more of her humanity than he had without the pendant.

Zane started to move fast when Cj went limp in his arms. She wouldn't make it much longer as a human if they just kept walking at this pace. He soon found himself in front of all the administrators and almost at the door to the infirmary. When he got to the door, he kicked it in, and walked right inside, laying Cj down on one of the beds. He grabbed a cup of water from the dispenser, dropped another tablet in it, and quickly drank it. He shook the pill bottle to see how much he had left,'This day just keeps getting better and better...'

she didnt move, her breathing greatly lessened, when her mouth opened her fangs came into view. She smelled something horrible, a stench of watered down blood, she wrinkled her nose and attempted to put a small distance between herself and the rancid smell, though, when she attempted to do so, nothing happened. Pain replaced her urgency to move, when the hot searing agonizing pain of her body dieing rushed through her once more she screamed in terror, begging for her life.
