"Sure." Rin said with a smile

"Great." Shu slipped his hand into her's and let her lead the way. "So, Rin, where are you from?" He asked casually.

Rin was suprised by this question.This made her freeze."Um." Rin's eyes grew wide as all the memories from the fire exploded into her head.

paige tipped her head she was staring at the corner of the wall. 'i wonder..' she thought. she started jumping from wall to wall slowly climbing up ward.

"If.....if you don't want to tell me then you don't have to. I can understand if it's hard to talk about." Shu looked down at the ground, a bit ashamed of himself.

Once paige reached the rafters she was almost out of breath, climbing onto one of the beams she tried to catch her breath

Rin snapped back to reality when she heard Shu's voice."What Oh no it's ok." Rin hugged Shu hoping she didnt make him sad. "I'm from Aichi Prefecture it's a long ways from here if you wanted to know." Rin looked at Shu and smiled.

"I know I just upset you. You and I have a common past. I have to assume something tragic happened when you were younger. Mine is a bit worse, though I don't like remembering it. Too bad I can't forget what I did to end up here." He gave a weak laugh and kept walking.

Rin kept her head down and mouth shut.She didnt want to upset Shu anymore than she did already.

I'm such an idoit.

Sure she was breathing normally she stood up and began walking along the beam, she hoped rin was either asleep or out some where and didnt notice she was gone. paige smiled at her balance, "wow this is easy!" she laughed.

Shu stopped walking. "Rin, do you even know what I am?" He asked. The seriousness on his face was unmistakable.

Rin nods her head "Your a half demon I can smell it." Rin kept her head down the whole time she was speaking afraid to show Shu the little tears in her eyes.

"I want to make sure that you know what you're getting yourself into. You don't know the horrible things I've done. Or why I ended up here." Shu could see her tears, though he said nothing of it.

Paige stood in the middle of the beam looking down at the room

Rin looked up.She didnt matter if he could see her tears anymore.Rin fell into Shu's arms."It doesnt matter what you have done and what you can do to me I'm going to be here right next to you and you can't stop me."Rin said this between tears.

"We just met and I feel like I want to be with you for the rest of my half breed life. Could you explain to me why that is?" He laughed weakly again.

Rin laughed a little when Shu said this. "I don't know but I feel the same way." Rin looked up at Shu.She showed him a weak smile hoping this cheered him up.

"Thank you, usually only people like me can understand. Which is why Hiroku is my best friend. But you're different, special." Shu tilted Rin's head up and he leaned in to kiss her lips, something he had been waiting to do since he met her.

Rin's eyes widened ,suprised but soon she felt a warm feeling go through her body and she felt herself kiss back.

Paige sat down on the beam and let her pale legs dangle, "i hope rin doesnt think i went missing and get worried" she said to herself. she started singing, 'your pushing me when all i do, all i do is not enough for you'

It felt like it went on for days. The most amazing thing Shu had ever felt. "That was nice. Let's get you back to your room. Paige is probably wondering where you are by now." He said.

After the kiss Rin felt numb she hadent felt anything more amazing in her life.Rin felt she needed more but she knew that was weird and she tried to push it out of her mind.When she heard Shu speak to her Rin couldnt speak it felt like her voice was stolen,all Rin could say was "Mhmm."

"Okay, come one let's go." They weren't that far from her room. Shu walked her in and sat her down on the bed. "Rin, are you okay?" He asked, laughing the whole way back.

Rin looked up at Shu "Sure." Rin chocked a bit.Rin giggled.Rin looked over a Paiges bed and saw that she wasent there."Were did that girl get to."

"You look a bit dizzy. Maybe you should stay here and I'll go look for her." He offered.
