Demeitri stood still quite a bit shocked, he didnt quite come out of it until Alice had reached the house. "Feh Yeah right...like y..ou....could......suff....oca.....te......me?" He said drawing out some words as he realized Alice was no longer within hearing range. Looking about he spotted the girl on her way down the drive. "Stupid girl, She cant walk home all by her self!" he stated before sprinting from the barn and accross the yard after Alice. "HEY STUPID, WHAT YOU THINK YOUR DO'IN!?" He yelled as he ran ready to tackle Alice if need be.

Anna nodded at Ehls muttered comment, they did leave fast i wonder why? Anna thought as she watched the boys leave then Alice walk hurriedly past. She looked at Ehl as he spoke, she didnt want Alice or ehl to leave so soon.
"Alice Whait!" SHe called to the girl before being out yelled by Demitri. "Ehl you two should stay and get something to eat, i would feel bad if you two went home hungry!" Anna said as she grasped the boys hand.

When Alice heard Demitri's voice, she cast a "duh" look over her shoulder. "Going home," shouted back, and kept her hands in her pockets as she continued on. The red-eyed girl had successfully reached the halfway mark on the driveway. The emo-themed female paused when Demitri got close enough, and she blushed darkly as she pretended she didn't care. "And don't call me stupid, stupid. It takes one to know one."

Ehl smiled, giving Anna's hand a caring squeeze. He felt good just knowing that she'd reached out for him when she thought he'd leave. "We'll see what she says after Demitiri talks to her. I think she'll stay. She's pretty stubborn." He then let his blue eyes turn to Anna once again. "And you're very generous. Let's get the meal ready while Romeo and Juliet talk out their differences."
He swiftly turned to head into the house, not liking what he was seeing. Alice being so upset . . . well, it felt odd to see her like that. He'd known her for so long . . . it didn't suit her, that look that signaled how close to tears she was.

Demitri slowed down as he reached Alice, he panted for a moment before speaking. "Why shouldenti call you stupid?" he asked grinning widly. "Your the one who wants to walk ALLLL the way into town all by yourself!" He stated before grasping the girl by her wrist and dragging her back towards the house. "and here i thought you were ready for dinner!?" he stated glancing over his shoulder at the girl he was towing. "Grams would be upset knowing a pretty girl like you was walking home on an empty belly!" he stated smiling back at her again.


Anna fallowed after Ehl with a smile. She could see he was a little upset but she could fix that if it continued. "I dont think their Romio and Juliet, their more like...... Well not Romio and Juliet!" Anna said with a small giggle as she fallowed Ehl into the house. She skipped ahed of him and blocked his way for a moment. "You had better crack a smile Mr.Ehl or im gonna have to resort to drastic measurs!" She said her face serious for a moment before the corners of her lips curved ever so slightly up.

Slowly stepping after Demitri, Alice muttered something about not wanting Grams to be worried. She looked up toward the house for a moment before shaking her head and pulling her wrist away from the blond boy. "I could make it, you know. I've walked further than that before."
Still, she followed, catching up to Demitri so she could walk beside him.

Tilting his head a bit, Ehl regarded Anna for a moment before sighing. "Are you always this happy?" With a shrug, he attempted to move around the girl. He'd smile later. It wasn't the time for it. Not with Alice being so upset.

Demitri stopped a for a moment as his grasp on Alice was gone. He was afraid she would suddenly bolt away but as she caught up to him the boy relaxed and slung an arm around her shoulder. "you know, I dont doubt you can make it!" he stated and kept a steady pace. "I just dont want you to go!" he said finishing the thought woith a smile. "Hell maybe ill invite you to help birth a horse?" he suggested before opeing the door to the house. "Of course thats after dinner, and when the momma goes into labor......" Demitris face wrinkled up as he thought about it. "I dont wanna help anymore!" he said in a slightly whiney voice.


Anna smiled wide at Ehl and didnt allow him to pass. "Of course im always this happy!" She stated and gave the boy a wink. "Sides you should be too, being sad only makes the day seem longer and more boring!" She said her smile only seeming to widen.

"Don't you sound so pained," Alice said with a small giggle, punching his side lightly. Reaching up, she snagged his hand as it draped over her shoulder. "You don't even have to give birth, you silly." She followed the twin into the house, trying not to think of what had happened. She'd made a fool of herself . . . but it seemed that it would be forgotten quickly. She had no problems with that - not at all.

Ehl finally ended up griinning crookedly, quirking a pierced brow as he reached forward and snagged Anna by the waist. Pulling her toward him, he chuckled. "You're right." He then pressed a kiss to her lips, nuzzing her lightly. "And with you around, I don't have to try too hard, now do I?"
While Anna was distracted, the youth shifted so he had his back toward the kitchen . . . and let her go suddenly, heading into the other room. Glancing over his shoulder, he stuck his tongue out before moving to offer his help. Setting the table wasn't too bad, and he had a friend to do it with. Friend. Maybe more.

Demitri gave Alice a silly littel grin. It was true he wasnt the one who was giving birth but he did know when something or some one was in pain. " i can be sympathetic!" He stated pretending to be upset with what Alice had said. " i may be a man and unable to bare any children BUT I do know the meening of sympathy pain, And thus is why My twin WILL NEVER have childrens!" he stated as if he were a father.


Anna smiled widely as she seen the crooked smile appear upon Ehls featurs. She was happier now. Though once Ehl plaied lover boy with her, she felt her face flush with heat. He giggeles a little as he gave her a kiss and nuzzeled her, of course unknowing of the devious trick he was playing on her.
"H-Hey!!" She whined as Ehl pulled away and hurried off into the kitchen. "YOU-you cheated!" she muttered with a pout as she stepped up to ehl and bummped him with her hip.

Alice merely laughed, shaking her head. "Wow. You sound very sure." The red-eyed girl sighed, leaning her head against Demitri's shoulder with a smile. "You aren't so bad, you know? I'm not entirely sure I want to take that . . . that kiss back." Just a few moments prior, Alice had been deathly embarrassed. Now, though she blushed, the girl was glad she was bold enough to do such a thing.
By the time they got to the kitchen, Alice realized how hungry she was. The smell of food made her stomach growl loudly, and she hummed in anticipation. "I'll stay as long as you want me to, lover boy."

Hearing Anna whine behind him, Ehl laughed. "Cheating and taking advantage of are two entirely different things." His blue eyes lit up with a smile as he was bumped, and he responded by nudging her arm with his elbow. He loved having such fun with someone. It wasn't every day he met someone as amazing as Anna herself - and he had no one like this at home. No siblings to joke around with, no family comfort - this home here with the twins was more than he'd ever thought could really exist.
Reaching for the cups that were set on the counter, Ehl winked at Anna, side-stepping to make her stumble off balance. The table was set a few minutes later.

Demitri gave a wide grinn ar what alice said, about the kiss. "Who says i would let you take it back!" The boy before he messed the girls hair. "you know, if i recall you stole a kiss from me, So if i were to make things even I'd say i have to steal one from you!" He said bending himself slightly to be eye level with the girl and invading her very personal space. "But ill wait for when your least expecting it!" he said a devlish grin placed on his face. The look dissapeard as they entered the kitchen. "Were back!" he proclamed and held his hands over his head as if saying "Tadah!"
"oh good you two go wash up for dinner!" The twins grandmother stated.
"Yes Grams!" Demitri stated as he snagged Alice by her hand and lead her to the bathroom. She smiled at her comment as he pushed her ahead of him. "I see, so youll stay here and me my slave then!?" he asked jokingly. "And do what ever i say!?" He continued asking as he turned the water to the sink on and began washing his hands and arms.


Anna stumbled only a little and gave Elh a half glar half grinn. she couldent be mad at him, he was being too cute. She carfully set the knifs and forcs at each seat being sure to avoid Ehl as she did so. This was his "punishment" for making her stumble.
After the table was seat Anna helped make a plate of dinner for her mother. "So moms working late tonight?" Anna asked looking up at her grandfater as he was the one slicing up some fired pork.
"Yes, she said she wouldent be in untill about 10-10:30" He stated and patted the girl on the head. "Dont you worry about it dear, just have fun with your firends!" he stated before directing her towards Ehl. "Just be a happy teenager ok?" He more or less told rather than asked. Anna stepped towards ehl and gave her grandfather a small smile.
"Ok Papa!" She stated and grasped Ehls hand. "lets pick a good seat before Demi and alice take em!" She stated quickly and pulled Ehl to the table.

"Stay, yes." Alice smiled half-heartedly, and then pushed him out of the way when he was finished washing. Beginning to do the same, she looked up as though thinking. "Slave . . . let me think about it." Flicking the excess water into Demitri's face, the emo-girl laughed and dashed out to the dining room before he could react.

Being pulled to the table, Ehl grinned constantly - and gave Anna's hand as squeeze as they sat down together. "This smells and looks wonderful," he commented, and then watched as Alice appeared. Breathing hard, the girl quickly chose a seat across from Ehl, her red eyes flashing to Demitri as he entered the room. Within moments, they were all ready for dinner.

Demitri gave a small chuckle as he was booted out of the way. This was something he was use to, he was also use to getting water splashed on him, but he wasn't expecting it so once it happened the boy jumped and was slightly dumbfounded. Though he regained himself wiped his face and calmly strode to the dining room.
"ill get you back demon girl!" He stated once Alice was in his sights. He then grabbed the girl in a loose yet unyielding head lock.

Anna smiled at Ehls comment then up at Alice as she had joined them. Though once Demitri grabbed the goth up in a headlock Anna protested. "you leave her alone, whatever she did you must have deserved it!" Anna stated and stuck her tung out at her twin. Demitri only mirrored her childish action and released alice.
"sit down and behave yourself!" the twins grandmother stated as she walked behind the boy and have him a light slap to the back of his head. Demitri went to protest but was given "the look", and quickly shut his mouth and seated himself.

Alice growled, and "carefully" rammed her elbow back into Demitri's stomach. As she laughed, she suddenly dropped her weight, letting her legs fold underneath her. "Let go, you gold-haired freak!" She giggled, and then closed her red eyes with a grin. This was friendship, if not more.
It was then that Anna interjected, and Alice stood, fixing her hair quickly. As they sat down, the girl laughed. She liked the older woman of the house already.

Anna smiled at Demitri as he had gotten in trouble. She then proceeded to fill her plate with food, once she was done with something she uniformly passed it on to Ehl and retreaved a dish from her grandfather. The twins continued this action and instructed both Ehl and Alice if they didnt ceatch on.

"So who is staying to help with the Horses?" The twins Grandfather asked suddenly as he shoveled some potatoes and gravey into his mouth fallowed by a bite of roll.

"For sure Demi and I Gramps!" Anna stated as she neatly cut up the meat on her plate. Gramps nodded his head at Anna's comment then looked up at Ehl.

"Am I able to count on you for help, like we chatted about?" Gramps Asked kindly again shoveling some food into his mouth.

"Meh I wouldent count on Ehl for anything Gramps!" Demitri stated pokeing fun at Ehl. "He couldent even stay on a horse, Kept sliding off!" He added with a laugh.

"The boy just needs pratace!" Grams stated as she neatly ate her food.

"I think Ehl did a very good job!" Anna retorted glaring down Demitri as he fallowed their grandfathers eating habbits. "Sides, i bet Ehl would be ten times more help than you!" She added a snirk before she dantily ate her food.Demitri shoveled another fork of food into his mouth while glaring at his twin.

"HOw can we be so mush alik and soooo diffment!?" he asked ANna his mouth clearly full of food.

"Well for one Im not half chipmonk,"anna stated stifling a smile. "And I think were diffrent due to gender and the fact that we were born from two sepperat Eggs!" she added causing her grandfather to nearly stip his mouth of food out all over the table. Demitri only made a face indicating he didnt wanna talk about sexual reproduction at the dinner table. "What i didnt go indepth like i could have!" Anna protested.

Ehl blushed at Demitri's prodding, and nodded to the elder male. "I will help wherever you need it." He smiled, and started to eat his own food - it wasn't dainty or "chipmunk-like," as the twins, but rather in between. The emo-themed boy almost choked on his food as Anna commented on the difference between her and her brother, and could see that Alice was having the same trouble. As they recovered, Ehl ended up laughing.
"She didn't mention that Anna's prettier," he said just before stuffing a bite into his mouth so he didn't have to continue talking. His blue eyes filled with laughter as he watched the siblings, and he bumped Anna's leg his his knee fondly. This was family - this was comfort - and he loved it.

Alice burst into a fit of giggles, trying not to spray her drink out over the table. By the time she finally swallowed, her red eyes flit over the two blonds before resting on the food before her. It was so good . . . she had a hard time eating it slowly. She wasn't a messy eater, but she certainly wasn't slow and calculating. She was finished right around the same time as the men - and she was still thirsty afterwards. As she sipped her water, she watched the others - mostly Demitri. For a while, it seemed as though she'd never get her gaze off of him.
