Ice smeared the paste in to her wounds and look around and said "lets go." turning and drawing her sword she dashed in to the woods. she shouted a cry of happieness when she joined her mind with the forest. looking back she she slowed down and waited for the rest of the group.

Thorn went down stairs quickly and presented her self to the dragonish person who looked like he was in charge and asked "what can I do to help?"

After slaying the Category 2 plant monster with his transformed hands, which were now claws, Legato heard the growl and turned ready to pounce until he saw the familiar fox-like lynx, whom he recognised as the music teacher. Waving carelessy, with his known sharky smile he greeted the music teacher.

"Hey Teach! What are you doing in these nick of the woods?" Legato asked far too informally smiling rather widely, which earned him a louder growl. Shurgging it off he stabbed another creature this time, a bat monster whom was possibly a Category 1 monster.

Caden whom was fending herself fairly well with Legato's sword, managed to brush off a Category 1 monster before going over to Legato to see what was wrong. There she saw a strangely familiar fox-like Lynx, but cannot place where she saw someone like him or her.

Brushing it off, Caden turned to Legato, "I really don't think that we should of left the Headmistress there. You maybe a Sentinel but there are limits towards how much you can do. Afterall you do work under her."

Shrugging nonchalantly still with a smile on his face, "Don't worry so much Caden! Ms. Dew can handle herself well afterall, she is a Headmistress for a reason."

Turning to face the blondish fairy with a glare, Trill answered irritably, "Do I even need to answer that stupid question? Because if you can take a look around you for just one millisecond. I think you should know what to do."

As if on cue, one of the teachers who was helping with decorating the hall fell down bring the whole ornaments as well as ribbon down on his head, some of the ornaments smashing to pieces. Trill snapped, his skin slowly becoming scaled showing that he was about to go 'Hell Dragon' mode.

"OI! STOP MESSING AROUND! IF THERE IS ANOTHER MESS, I'M MAKING YOU PAY FOR IT WITH YOUR PAYCHECK!" Trill bellowed angrily and if one watched closely one could see that gray smoke and sparks of flames were literally coming out of his mouth.

"I'm so sorry Mr. Mordent!"

Sighing through his teeth, Trill growled out, "Just get back to work." Which the teacher glady did scampering far far away from the steaming Assistant Headmaster.

Turning to the blondish fairy that he was talking to previously, "Oi, don't just stand there, make yourself useful and get to work!" Trill ordered as he held the bridge of his nose, his headache growing quite immensely.

"MORDENT IF YOU DON'T GET IN HERE RIGHT NOW I'LL SHOVE A ROLLING PIN UP YOUR-" Mrs. Trefusis screamed out but was cut off by an even more angry Trill.

"I'M COMING, YOU UNGRATEFUL WOMAN!" Trill howled angrily, stomping quickly towards the hellish kitchen once again, before he was rudely interrupted.

Wincing at the pain, Caden was once again dragged to a place against her will but this time in the most undiginified and most humilating way possible. 'Why must this always happen to me?' were Caden's thoughts as she was dragged to the place where she started.

'One because you organised this. Two because you hang out with the touble magnet Legato. and three, because most teacers at Lucid's are mean' answered a voice in her head. Caden sighed loudly as she held the bridge of her nose. She must've had too many injuries that now she was hearing voices.

'It's official, I'm crazy.'

Legato hissed loudly, more in annoyance than pain, because just like Caden thought, he was currently thinking that this was possibly the most undignifed and most humiliating. For crying out loud, he was getting dragged by the ear just the time he was a child sneaking off to see Caden, only to have his mother discover him and do the very same thing that the teacher was doing now.

Ampere giggled a little, when she saw her Sentinel and her soon-to-be Sentinel, being dragged in by Ms. Tensaki by the ear. She could hear silent giggles, laughter and muffled cheers of mirth from the students whom stayed behind.

"Sure, Ms. Tensaki the more the merrier I say." Ampere replied cheerily.

ice walked back to the group quietly after the fox-linx-person dragged legato and Caden to ms. dew. hanging back she heard a sharp bark. she whipped around and sliced open the belly of the wolfish creature with her sword. she came back in to the group and asked "is everybody ready?"

Thorn winced at the volume of trill's voice and then looking around she waved her hands and laughed at the speed of which the decorations were hung.

When the music teacher let go of their ears, Caden and Legato rubbed their ears in sync with each other, and when the fox-like teacher wasn't looking after issuing her warning, Legato grinned at Caden since, he knew she was the one who organised the expedition.

Gulping slightly, Caden stepped forward. "Uh yes, let's go." Taking a step forward towards as Ampere, Dole and her wolf cub, Lee, Fiona, Allen, Chinatsu, Legato and the teacher, Ms. Tensaki followed.

Allen stayed beside Ms.Dew as they ventured into the depths of the maze. He was thankful for the many trees that blocked out most of the sunlight and prepared himself to defend the lovely lady from any creature they encountered. "Ms. Dew, how long has this forest been here?" he asked the headmistress, trying to make small talk. The vampire looked around at the creatures that could be seen sneaking in the shadows but ever so often he would return his gray eyes to her. A smile was on his face but he was thankful that it was covered by his scarf.

"It's filled with monsters, I guess you could say." Dole replied to Chinatsu. She watched Legato, Caden, and Ice's advance and return. The werewolf was surprised to find Ms.Tensaki in the forest as well. As they continued into the woods, Dole practiced a few hand-to-hand combat maneuvers she learned from her previous year at Lucid. "Hey Fee, you got any new tricks?" she asked her friend in reference to any new attacks she may have learned over the summer. As she was asking this, Dole promptly punched a bird like fiend in its one eye.

"Oh hey! You're up!" Dole exclaimed with a grin. "Well, we managed to get across the lake in one piece. Now we're heading into the forest. Looks like Caden over there is gonna be our tour guide." She pointed towards the black haired girl at the front of the group. "Err, do you by any chance know how to fight? I know Chinatsu here can't. The creatures in the forest aren't the most friendly kind."

Lee was a bit taken back by this, but not really, since she was still sitting.
"Did you expect to become more then one piece?" She asked curiously, not understanding what Dole meant by that. Well, whether they were expecting or not, it's better then coming back without being in one whole piece.
"Fighting?" Lee asked, obviously she had missed out on a lot. "Well, i don't prefer to, but I've actually had pretty good training." She finished, smiling politely. She had taken lessons from one of her friends, another werewolf like herself, a couple of years back. Lee didn't like fighting though, fighting hurt people. "Er...but why exactly are you venturing into the forrest?"

((Sleep time for Miss! =w= I'll try to post when I get up in the mornin' before school and maybe a bit after (i return at 6:00 acutally, do not ask why), see ya then))

Ice looked at the group walking into the Forrest and followed them. she sensed a creature behind her. as she walked she quickly turned and shot a arrow in to the heart of the creature. running back to the creature she quickly pulled the arrow out and cleaned out the point of the arrow. walking quickly she thought to herself no hides that can be used to make fresh armor yet.

Ampere watched as the elf girl, Ice, slay a Category 2 creature known as Whip-tailed Forest Rat, sighing slightly but none the less somewhat grateful since the Forest Rat that was killed was rather too large for the ecosystem here. Thus Ampere praised the girl, applauding her.

"Well done Ice. It seems here that someone has placed substances that results in massive growth. This Forest may be as old as the Earth," smiling at the Allen, the most studious out of the group, answering his former question, "But they cannot sustain creatures of that size. So it was good that you killed the Forest Rat, although I do not support violence against animals unless it was mercy killing or righitng the balance."

Caden whom had listened intently, debated whether or not to tell Ampere that when she was walking here about the bunch of suspicious persons whom had containers of something, passed by her without a second glance since they assumed she was sleeping. Speaking about sleeping, Caden yawned loudly suddnely feeling quite tried and drained.

"yawn...Legato and Ms. Dew. Can you lead? I'm feeling...yawn...quite exhausted all of a sudden." Caden mumbled, her head falling limp shocking the others that she was sleeping standing up.

Legato sighed annoyingly, moved towards his sleeping comapnion, transforming into a clothed version of a humanoid reptilian monster that was known in the Forest as the Ivory Acid Serpent, using his agile tail to wrap around Caden, lifting her with ease. "Well Teach," Legato started smiling a reptilian smile, sauntering towards Ampere, "I think you should lead while I take care of our narcoleptic here."

Ampere smiled, giggling slightly as the now well-known side of Caden that most staff have encountered and had problems with, as she headed further deeper into the forests, getting into a clearing that was known as a battlefield for the more advanced and humonoid of creature which are often classified as Category 5 to 8. This is mainly because they have weapons like axes or abilities like skin eating spit.

"Well here, we are this the place that Legato here was referring to all we have to do know is wait."

Ice saw Caden fall a sleep as she was standing there. she then politely replied "Thank you. madame." Ice then said "watch your self's they're coming." then she pulled her bow back and started weaving a net of spells around the arrow.

Thorn did a little rearranging of the ornaments and then turned to contemplate the tables. thinking about the tables she noticed a guy falling off the ladder 10 feet away. she flipped backwards and spread her wings and caught the man a foot above the cake.

Ice saw the angel retreat to the beach Ice looked at Mrs. dew and said "I'll be right back." Running at brake-neck speed she found the angel on the beach and saw the blood and said "here let me heal you."

"Apparently we got bored and Caden thought of going here." the orange-haired werewolf cheerfully replied to the purple(?) haired werewolf. "And so, here's where we are at now." She couldn't help but wonder whether coming here was a good idea now. It was fun and all, a cool adventure to tell her family about, but she didn't want to be late for the food..err..feast.
Turning to Fee, she said "I guess you're right. Wanna see who can get the most monsters?" She grinned a mischievous grin at her friend. Dole prepared herself for the oncoming opponents, hoping to KO more creatures than anyone else.

Allen blushed furiously when the lady of his affections smiled at him. Right about now he was very thankful for his scarf. The vampire felt that if he could die, again, right here and now, he would die happy. He snapped out of his stupor, however, when they arrived at the clearing.

Ice looked at the angel and whispered some quick words in elfish and said "done lets get back to the group." Ice left a pair of daggers with the angel. she took off resuming the weave of spells on the arrow that was in her bow. she charged in to the clearing with her bow drawn and releasing the arrow in to the first enemy. as she drew another arrow She said "one."

Dole was surprised at the arrow that whizzed past and took down the first enemy. But she quickly got into battle mode and sent a flying kick into the stomach of an oncoming, club-bearing, giant insect. "Two." She said in delight, thinking the group would be counting down the total of enemies they defeated. She didn't see that Chinatsu had already taken down the actual second monster though.

"Yours would actually be the third Dole. And this is the fourth." was the correction that was heard after Allen swiftly slashed through another plant-like monster who looked like it was about to shoot out a giant barb from it's head. It ran off as it regenerated the parts of itself that got cut. "I believe this would be a great time to teach us about the denizens of this forest as we see them, don't you think Ms. Dew?" the vampire suggested to the Art teacher who also taught Beastiary. "Please watch your left Ms. Tensaki."

"I would love to Allen, unless your friends here want it, it seems that they are not so fond of an adventure suddenly turning into a lesson. I may be a teacher, but this is suppose to be a time for relaxiing and doing what you will." Ampere replied serenely quite happy of having such a wonderul student that was both studious and quite concerned with his friends.

It was wonderful that the vampire was getting along with the werewolves amongst the group since for some time it is known that werewolves and vampires were always in a power struggle together for centuries now. Hopefully by having a variety of students here would dispell such ideas.

"Why the sudden curiosity though Allen? Are you thinking about taking up Beastiary?" Ampere asked with a little bit of curiosity. She had only recently gotten her degree in Beastiary and it was known that she'll be taking the class up but because of the 'newness' [[OCC: Is that even a word? o_O]] of the class, she assumed that most students wouldn't be interested it in.

The now narcoleptic Caden would sometimes stir a bit. During one of her stirrings she had managed to get out of Legato's grasp to lean against the tree and observe all around her whilst keep her sharp ears out for anything that may be coming their way.

She may have a been a normal average human with sword skills but being trained by her family, she had come to used her acute hearing as well as photographic memory for a variety of things. And being in a narcoleptic state gave her an advantage since she was in a blank state of mind where it is all black around her, allowing her abilities to pinpoint things around her grown awareness of things.

Hearing some heavy footsteps, the breaking of twigs along the forest floor and the slight hissing, Caden recognised it to be the real Ivory Acid Serpent whom was coming their way whe it smelt the air for prey. And judging from the heaviness of the steps, Caden figured that it was one of the few creatures that have grown immensely from the substances she saw and the Headmistress had eariler mentioned.

"Yawn... Guys there's an. Yawn. Oversized Ivory Serpent coming our way, please do your best." Caden warned in between her yawns. Darn it, why did her narcolepsy had to hit at a time like this?

"Thank you Cadence, now everyone this is a Category 6 creature. The dangerous parts of it are the dual thorn whips it has, the strong long tail and it venom. We do have an antidote at school but please try to avoid it when it is rearing its haead up and blowing its cheeks. This is a sign that it is going to spit its venom causing us to become paralyzed." Ampere warned the group gravely, since Category 6 creature are often quite persistent even they are are injured fatally they'll keep going until they have been completely obliterated.

"No prob Teach! Thissss issssss going ta be fun!" Legato who had listened intently, readied himself to for the humanoid serpent to come. Adrenaline and blood lust were flowing rapidly through his veins as excitement surged through his body.

A loud and long hiss was heard as the Ivory Serpent showed itself, surveying the group with reptilian gold eyes trying to fnd the weakest link. His eys spotted the angel and the sleeping form and charged at the angel first.
