Kaylita looked back at Kevin having thrown him looks trying to tell him help her the hell out of this conversation. But he didn't seem to get it. "Well I have to go too." she said and the guy grabbed her hand. She snapped her gaze back to him and practically reading his mind she growled and grabbed him by the hand holdig her. She fliped him hard onto the ground and left him lying there stunned. She joined Kevin in walking and fliped her hair. "Thanks for noticing where the conversation was going." she said sarcastically.

"Hmm? You didn't seem to mind." He shrugged, and shook his head as he glanced out the windows. "Besides, I got some stuff to work on. You can come if you want, but most of its going to be very boring." He grinned, "Mostly alot of testing random shit until I figure out what we got here." Tapping the side of his head he grinned.

Kaylita shook her head. "Men are so dense...." she muttered and sighed heavily. "Well of course I'm coming with you. Our powers work best when we're together." she said and closed her eyes listening to the sounds of the school as she walked silently. She saw Secari and Amy working on a motorcycle and waved. Secari grinned and waved back. She then turned back to Kevin and looked at him. "Where do you plan on going to test out these powers?" she asked curiously.

"Hmm? oh. Not really sure. I just don't want anyone to 'peek' in." He glanced over his shoulder at his old man, following closely behind, "Besides. Who knows what might happen." He glanced at her, raising an eyebrow.

Kaylita glanced behind them and grinned. "Test number one." she whispered and grabbed his hand. They went invisible and she grinned. The world took on a red haze as they walked and she realized it was heat. She pulled him to the abandoned class room and stopped at the locked door. "Magic comes in handy." she whispered waving her hand and it opened. Walking in it shut behind them and she let go of his hand. Immediately they went back to normal and she was surprised. That was a very odd feeling... Like power just rushing threw her viens. "That was intresting." she said grinning.

"Well the old man did say somethin about time and flowing in and out... something like that right?" Holding his hand, palm facing him, out he frowned and looked closely, "Maybe that was?" He shrugged and held his hand out, "Test it again?"

Kaylita smiled andnodded. She took his hand and thinking about being invisible power rushed threw them and they turned invisible. "I think this is heat vision or something..." she said looking at her own hand with curiousity. "Its amazing..." she breathed and looked at Kevin. "Try thinking of something... Like I don't making a chair levitate or something... I think it wasn't only the sight that was combined but magic too." she said and looked at him smiling brightly.

"Well you did say our minds kind of mixed right?" He smirked and stretched his fingers, "gotta say though, that really kinda tingles." He frowned as he tapped his chin, "Try that again, I don't think I was 'paying attention' enough..." he grinned, "it looks strange. Plus, you seem to enjoy this, a lot."

Kaylita grinned and looked at him. "Thats because I'm not drained at all." she said happily. She took his hand again and thinking of invisiblity they turned invisible. She smiled and looked at him. "Where you paying attention that time?" she asked still clasping his hand. "You try thinking something. See if it changes." she said and still couldn't help but enjoy this. She wasn't getting drained. And she now had someone who understood the powers snd pains with her. Which made her extremely happy.

He grinned and looked her over, "Curiouser and Curiouser." He chuckled as he watched light bend around them. "Thats... fascinating... I can see.. how it works..." He raised an eyebrow before he pointed at the sky, "lessee what we can do hmm..." he looked up and watched a bird fly by. "Like... that." He felt a click and knew, instinctivly how it worked. "Hold on tight." Raising his hand again he reached into the sky as he felt his shoulders stretch and his aura form into wings. "Fascinating... Thats certainly knew."

The next morning, the two newbies were shown around the school by buddies and introduced into their first classes. Both began making friends quite easily to their surprise.

Surprised kaylita felt her aora grow into wings and she looked at them. "That is definately new..." she said nodding and then looked at him. "But seriously if you say fasinating again I'm gonna hit you... It's creepy how much that sounds like your father." she said and pretened to shiver. But it was true. He sounded exactly like his father when he had said that. "Secari isn't the only one with wings anymore it seems." she said brightly more to herself then to Kevin.

"Oh now cmon. I'm not that bad." he muttered and glanced at the wings, "Don't think they work though..." he frowned, and poked at them, his hands going right through, "I just know HOW to fly." He groaned and watched his power shatter. "Taunting fuckin..."

Kaylita's wings dissappeared as well and she grinned. "You know a thought I just thought of?" she said grinning mischieviously. "We're probably the most powerful beings around.... And alot of people would be sorry to deny us anything..." she said thoughtfully as she smirked at the thought of getting back at those elves whom had whipped her and denied her her right to being a warrior.

"Hmm? Oh. god complex already?" He smirked, "I wouldn't say the most powerfull. Just obnoxious." He poked her shoulder and frowned, "besides, leave tormenting the 'man' for after we figure a thing or two out about our powers?" he leaned closer and whispered, "besides, can I have my fun first?" He winked and glanced over his shoulder at his father. "I betcha a hundred dollars he shits himself." Leaning in he kissed her and smirked.

Kaylita nodded agreing to his plan and smirked when he said his father would shit himself. But she wasn't expecting him to kiss her at all. She was shocked for a second and when he pulled away she smirked. "I guess we'll call that one pay back." she said and chuckled. She then smiled and offered him her hand. "Well there's only one way to test out your scarig theory." she said and he'd smile grew to a grin.

He chuckled and raised an eyebrow So. Whats he doin? He grined and grabbed her hand winking.

He closed his eyes and began to count, Relax, he's trying to aggrivate you. Besides, that girls smart. She won't... oh hell. I'm far to young to be a grandfather! Stopping he glared at Kevin and began to storm towards them

"Yeah... did i happen to mention my old man aand my mother had me at the same age? This might be entertaining."

Kaylita stifled a laugh and looked at him. "Oh so this is your devious plan? This will be intresting." she said and watched as his father approached them. He looks a little pissed off if you ask me... Bet you ten dollars he freaks out even more if you wrap your arm around my waist. That would really make him crap his pants. she thought mischieviously and waved smiling at Kevin's father. "Whats up?" she asked lightly keeping close to Kevin.

MMM. Tastey. Devious. Grinning he pulled her close and wrapped his arms around her, "Yo. What up ol' man?"

"You. Wha. You. Are you insane? What do you? Who are you... Oh goddammit what?" He glared between the two and began to gesture angrily, "outta everythin... Mean. wha? Grah. LETS GO!"

"What. I thought you wanted us to get closer." He smirked and pulled her closer.

Kaylita smiled and reached up and wrapped an arm around Kevin's neck. This is hillarious. she smiled at his father and tilted her head. "Something wrong?" she asked and smiled brightly. She then tilted her head up and kissed Kevin's jaw. "Youreally don't have to worry about anything, I mean what would we be doing alone?" she said just planting that thought knowing he would just freak. Oh he's gonna get some bad mental images from that one... she though nearly laughing as she smiled.

You're a bit scary. stroking her hair he raised an eyebrow and sighed, "I thought you said you'd wait to tell him after?"

Spluttering and shaking he reached for Kevin quickly hard, jerking his hand back as it stung. "what the hells goin... You tryin... wha the... fu..."

"Hmm? Whats wrong? Seriously. isnt this what you wanted? Me to calm down, a positive influence and all right?" He winked.

"no... ah like this! lessgo. We gotta talk. Now."

"Sorry, but we do have plans."

nah... Everybody has their evil moments. Kaylita smiled innosently and looked at his father. She then looked up at Kevin. "It was just a hint... Apparently he doesn't like hints." she said turning her gaze back to his father. i am going to die of laughter after this... She then smiled resting her head against Kevin's chest and kept her arms around him. "True... We do have plans..." she said lightly trailing off.

He grinned and buried his head in her hair, You know, I could get used to this. He turned away and began to lead her away, "I will make sure to fill you in later than." Winking he chuckled, rubbing her back and smirking, Did you SEE his face. Damn that was priceless.

Frozen he just gaped, "but... the... your sposed to be more mature... sensible now... not... dammit get your ass back here right now young man!" Screaming he began to reach for his son again, but stopped.

Turning slowly he glared coldly, "You have no right, nor power. Now take your hand away or I garuntee you will lose it." He said coldly and slowly. "Lets go." He added to Kaylita and turned away again.

Kaylita smiled and walked away with Kevin. I agree there... She thought back and when she saw his father's face she could barely hide her amusement. Damn that is priceless... She then stopped with Kevin and turned her gaze to deathly cold and turned her head to his father. She then turned to look at Kevin and nodded. "Lets." she said walking with him down threw the dormatory hall and then into her new room. She then closed and door and bursted out laughing.

He groaned and collapsed on the floor and began to gasping between fits of laughter. "I almost feel bad for him." He grinned and shook his head as he gasped, tears flowing down his cheeks. "You where priceless! I mean honestly, you almost sold ME!"
