The blonde continued to write down some notes til her phone vibrated again. Slipping it from her pocket she looked to see a text from Jay... then she wondered what had happened to Kai.
To: Jay From: Adelaide Then I guess you can pick me up if you really want to, since you won't drop me ;]. Uhm, well... I really wanted to see When in Rome... it's a romantic comedy and idk how you feel about that... lol. But Extraordinary Measures sounds good too. lol. Annalise read the note Jay had passed back to her and smiled to herself, chuckling under her breath. Well, yes, I suppose... she thought.
She wrote back: Yes, we did meet again at lunch, but there's more to it... I'm from somewhere else, you know - Your past. Remember now? She really, really hoped he would remember her. ((Sorry it's so short guys - Doing homework simultaneously.)) |
Rae made a light squeak as she felt her rear be smacked and turned to Vyan and leaned her head on his shoulder so she could grab his butt without neither Nat or Liza seeing. Innerly she grinned to herself. Yet once she felt herself being lifted she shreiked as the carriage started to move and clung tightly to him, afraid she would fall out. "Picking me up...isnt such a good idea.." She said with a blush. Her phone buzzed and she pulled it out, smiling. To: Jade From: Jenny Nothing..me and Brian kissed..*blush*..see i told you id be fine with you and Vance. You know id been crushing on Brian for forever! |
Vyan jumped slightly when she pinched her but, and reached over and poked her sides, something he knew she hated then smiled waiting for the squeal.

When his phone vibrated in the pocket of his red basketball shorts Kai ducked behind Jui, muttering a "Cover for me?" as he slid the phone from his pocket.
To: Lady Luck From: The Punk The ceiling, duh. Yea, nice timing by the way, you txted me right when the coach looked over. Be glad I got Jui on my side. He quickly hit send and slid the phone back into his pocket right when the coach walked over, "Are you two teaming up then?" Kai nodded, for what he had no idea. He'd have to ask Jui after the coach walked away. "Eh?" Jui murmured back, questioning, but when he heard Kai typing away on a kayboard he understood and quickly fixed his posture so that his thin frame could somehow hide what Kai was doing. The coach was rambling on and on about teaming up for doubles in tennis. After a few moments of that he had started walking around to check off who was pairing with who. Jui frowned slightly as he neared him and Kai. He mentally sighed in relief when Kai looked up and replied to the coach's question. "You have no idea what you just agreed to do you?" Jui asked. Kai shook his head no. Jui walked over to the tennis rackets and picked two up, tossing one to Kai who caught it quite easily, "Let's go kick some ass partner." Jae rolled his eyes as he watched Kai texting from behind Jui's back, as if he couldn't make it any more obvious. But then again, the coach was pretty oblivious to a lot of things. Jae's gaze swept over all the other student's in the gymnasium and finally settled on the other new kid in the class, 'Guess we're partners then...' he thought and walked over to the other kid, who looked a bit flustered at all the girls crowding around him asking to be his partner. Ryo was somewhat relieved when a hand clasped around his upper arm and pulled him out of the crowd. he looked up and faintly registered that the guy who had pulled him out was one of the "popular" guys in the school. After introductions had been made he glanced at the rackets Jae was holding and raised an eyebrow, "Partners?" he questioned. Jae nodded and handed a racket to him. Ryo grinned. |
Jade sighed and rolled her eyes.
To: Jenny From: Jade God you whore! Just kidding Jen, I love you. Well, I'll give in. If I get the guts, I'll ask him out...if not...then I won't. she replied. |
Rae couldnt stop the squeal that came out as she was poked and jumped a bit, they must be looking ridiculous to her two guests. "Well why dont you guys come in" She said so they could stop standing awkwardly by the door. Rae shut the door and headed to the kitchen only to hear the doorbell ring again. Pausing she looked back at it and turned to Vyan, with a look on her face that asked "did you invite anyone?". When he shook his head she walked to the door and opened it, it was..Mr. Dahl? "Um..Hi Mr. Dahl...can i help you?" To the very least Rae was surprised, the only time teachers came to her house was to give her mom bad news, and to their dissapointment she normally didnt care. "Hey Raevin, Is your mother home?" Mr. Dahls eyes were already roaming her house, looking for her mother she guessed. Rae shook her head. "No, when i come home for lunch she usually leaves to go shopping.." In truth her mom was picking up munchies for her mini party tonight. "I'll tell her you st-" "No, no thats not necessary. I'll come another time." With those words Mr. Dahl left and Rae was full of questions as she watched him go and then shut the door. "What the fuck was that about.." |
"Maybe they are secretly dating." He said watching him drive away.

Rae let out a laugh. "My moma nd Mr. Dahl!? No way, she's dating that cop Michael." With a sigh the girl grabbed a bottle of Vodka and sat in one of her Kitchen chairs, taking a swig. |
"Still? Wow they should get married." He said taking the vodka from her. "Share." He said sticking his tongue out at her.

Rae stuck her tounge at him in return and leaned back against her chair. Raising an eyebrow she asked. "Mr. Dahl or Michael?" |
Just when he was about to get up, the note came back to his desk, quickly reading it. He thought for a moment, my past? He looked up from the note to look at Annalise, she did look sort of familiar but he couldn't place it. He wrote back to her: No sorry, but maybe you can refresh my memory?
Getting up from his desk he put the note on Annalise's desk on his way to Mr. Dahl's desk, and put the folder up in the back. "I would like you kids to go wander around the campus and take some photos for me. I need to go do something." ( he went to Rae's house) Jay watched as he left, and shrugged. He walked over to Annalise's desk once more. "Want to walk around with me?" His phone vibrated again, and he pulled it out not worrying about hiding it. To: Adel From: Jay Those both sound like good choices, but we can go see When in Rome, since you want to see it. I don't mind. -Jay ~~~~~~~~~~ "Ciao classe, abbiamo un nuovo studente il suo nome è Lita Lowcaster." Ms. Rossi beckoned Lita to come up the front so everyone can see her. "Say hello, no need to be shy." She smiled as Lita looked from her to the class. "Uh, hello." She softly said before scurring back into her seat once the teacher was satissfied. "Now I would like for you all to turn to page 68 of your text books." She continued and opened her own copy of the book, waiting for the all kids to get the page name so she could continue on with her lesson. |
Annalise was disappointed that he didn't remember her, but she didn't want to push it, so she decided to just drop it. "It doesn't matter," she said, now that she and Jay were just talking. "And, I'd love to walk with you." She smiled, blushing a bit.
She noticed Jay's phone vibrating, and found herself reading his text subconsciously. Her heart immediately sank. "Who's Adel?" she asked, hoping it would be a guy. |
Adjusting his camera's strap, he heard Annalise ask about Adel. "Hmm? Were you reading my text?" He asked looking away from the strap in his hands to Annalise. "My friend, she's really cool. You should get to know her." Content where the strap had the camera he walked to the door of the classroom waiting for Annalise.

"Which ever...Does it matter? As long as she's happy." He said sitting beside her.

Annalise smiled, relieved. At least she wasn't a girlfriend...
"I'd love to meet her," she said, catching up with him at the door. "Are you guys busy this weekend?" ((Gahh, I know! There's been a lot of action lately, so there's not a lot of room to just sit back and let your character think...)) |
"Hmm.. no not really. Unless your talking about Friday." He answered her, when she got to the door. Jay started walking down the hallways with Annalise next to him. "So, what made you come to Gensis?" He asked as he looked around for something to take a picture of.

"Would you like to, you know, hang out with me over the weekend? I have a photo-shoot on Saturday, but other than that, I'm free," she said. She snapped a picture of a bright red locker embellished by punk-looking stickers. "I guess you could say that I came to Genesis because I was... bored..." she sighed. "But that wouldn't be the whole truth. The real story is much more fun." She giggled. "But I can only tell you if you promise not to tell anyone, 'kay? It's full of juicy gossip..." she winked.

[[JESUS CHRIST. Rain and I will NEVER catch up. >_<]] Liza and Nathaniel stood awkwardly, watching the two in front of them. They looked at each other, grinning, and then burst out into laughter. When Mr. Dalh came, they were wiping the tears from their eyes, and noticed that he probably didn't see them standing there, as if he was focused on one thing and one thing only... "Well... Maybe he's in love with your mom or something. Like they dated once and she totally gave him the cold shoulder." He said, scratching the back of his head. "Vyan! Long time no see, buddy." She leapt over to Vyan and hugged him tightly, totally oblivious to the signs that Raevin and he were dating. Walking past them after the hug, she began to raid Raevin's kitchen. "Food, where?" She called, her eyes peeking up from over the fridge. Nate chuckled, knowing Liza like the back of his hand. He gave Vyan an awkward hug, moving in the kitchen with Rae. "I'll find it.." he muttered. Suddenly, Liza got a text, and she opened her phone, seeing one from Nate and Shale. Sighing, she read the one from Shale first, and her expression turned into a slight grin. To: Shale I don't know, maybe see a movie or something. The beach is fine with me, love. She read the one from Nate in shock, seeing it was from a minute or so ago. I need to talk to you. She turned to him. "Spill it." She said quietly, almost a whisper, though Nate heard, and he quietly began what he needed to say. |
((oh well, when I was trying to catch up all I did was just look for posts that included my characters. If it didn't have them I just ignored it and went back after I replied to catch up ^^))
