Shale nodded as she pointed to the shack. "Sure, it's totally safe. Go ahead. I'll just change here." He grinned seeing how excited she was.

Annalise headed off to the shack. When she got inside, she quickly stripped and changed into the wetsuit. She pulled her long, blonde hair back into a bun that would be easier to see from and exited, carrying her regular clothing in a bundle under her arm. "Hey, beach bum!" she called, stumbling around like an idiot as she tried to run through the sand. "Let's go surfing!"

The Beach Bum changed in the back of his car pulling on the tight wet suit. He stood there with his board and the extra as Annalise struggled over to him. "Alright, but I'm not gonna wait for you," he teased her. Shale watched as she ran threw the sand and shook his head running a hand threw his shaggy hair.

"Alright, I'll try not to. Can I ask you something Sky?" Abel asked her. Knowing full well she was lying. Bringing her to talking about something she did not want to would only result in crying though. Something Abel did not want. Abel pulled away though when she started to wipe his face. Not that he did not want her to, it just hurt still. He came back into her touch though. Closing his eyes. "Am I still pretty?" He asked her, giving a horrible smile through his split lip and bruised face. He looked up at Seth as his face returned to complete normal. "Do not worry over who did it. It's not important." Abel told the male sighing a bit. He did not want his team getting into trouble. Besides, it was better him than someone one else. |

Annalise stuck out her tongue at Shale, watching as he ran a hand through his hair. Mmm, she found herself thinking... She snapped herself out of it immediately. This looked like it could turn out to be a repeat of last time. She bounded over to the car and grabbed the board she was going to borrow. "Alright," she said, a bit out of breath. "Race you to the waves, beach bum!" She leaped into the sea, skimming through the shallow water as she belly-flopped onto her board. She giggled. It was good to have a guy friend who she wasn't romantically interested in, she reflected. She hated being a compulsive liar to herself. |
Seth nodded, acknowledging Abel's will to keep quiet about it. He glanced to Sky then, and back to the other boy.
"Do either of you need a ride home?" he asked, tossing his hair out of his face. "I need to get out of here pretty quickly, but I'm willing to drive either of you if needed." ((:XD If Seth isn't taken by Sky, I can "Shift" over your way. :lol: Depends on how Sky feels about this. *laugh* That, and poor Abel keeps getting shirked off by everyone. :XD)) |

The shaggy blonde laughed as she ran out to the waves. She was a pretty girl and liked how eager she was to get into the waves. Chasing after her he plopped on his board and paddled out. Seeing a good one cresting out into the ocean he paddled for it to get ready to hop on it. "Guess you beat me out here huh?" He called to her over the waves. |

Nate grinned and picked up Liza, texting Shale back. To:Shale Alright. Liza's a little out of it, so she's obviously going to come, because well.. She'd hurt herself. Who're ya with? Natey needs some luvin' too. Nate set Liza down for a moment and looked at her. "Beach." In one word, Liza knew where they were going. Nate helped her rummage around for a bathing suit of some sort, and she gave him her old baggy shorts to swim around in. Nate piggy-backed Liza and set her in the car, the girl all bubbly. --------------------- [[Changing Liza to 1st person... Might change back. XD]] One thing ran through my mind the whole time Nate was giving me piggyback rides to the beach. Shale. Would we finally get to hang-out, for once? But Nate had mentioned some other girl... Ah, well. It is what it is, or is it? I grabbed my bathing suit and Nate's shorts, trying to keep my heartbeat at the normal pace... But it didn't work. It never worked. "Sooo.." I stopped and giggled, and Nate eyed me through the corner of his eye. "Little buzzed up, aren't ya, Honeybee?" I swatted him. "Stop calling me that, Sunflower." He grinned and rolled his eyes, remembering the play back in kindergarden. The stage is set so that it resembles a garden. Two kids walk out with a huge sign, making sure the whole audience can see it. The Flowers & The Bees it reads, scribbled on by a few kids from the class. What looks like a harmless, cute kindergarden play turns out to be a complete disaster... "You won't land on me, butterfly!" "I'm no butterfly, I am a bee! I make delicious honey from nectar for tea!" The little girl with a cute ponytail stutters through her lines, eyeing the smaller Nate dressed up as a sunflower. The girl is obviously afraid of sunflowers, though she moves on with the corny lines for the play. [[XD]] "And you, Sunflower, are the nectar!" The little Nate runs up to the girl, pushing her over. "You suck at acting." He runs off-stage, and the little Liza is left, crying and flailing at the teachers trying to calm her down. I shiver, looking at Nate. "You're a bitch for that." Nate answers me in two words as we park next to the beach. "I know." [[I..don't even know. XD]] |

Annalise laughed, smiling back at Shale. She sat on the board, waiting for a good wave to come. And then she saw it - A massive swell. She shivered with excitement. "Ready?" she asked Shale. She stood up on the board, readying herself by crouching down a bit. At first, she did pretty well... That is, until she got caught under the wave. And then she was falling, fighting to get back to the surface. Then everything went black... {lols, damsel in distress moment!} |

{lols, personally I hate the cliches as well. This, however, is planned to be a girl-gets-washed-up-on-the-beach, looking-like-an-idiot-as-soon-as-other-people-arrive deal. I want to see Shale's reaction to this... If he likes her less because she's an idiot who can't surf, then he's all Liza's. XD She's helpless because she's trying to impress a boy by being someone she's not - I was waiting for Shale to sign off so that she could just wash up on the beach without actually getting rescued. She got caught towards the end of the wave, so realistically she should be fine.}

Nate sighed at Liza. He got out the car and let Liza change, putting one of the shirts she'd brought along over her bathing suit, and then proceeded to change himself when she was done. He closed the car door, not caring to lock the doors, and pulled his tank-top over his body. Liza grinned. "Still trying for that 8-pack, Nate?" He grumbled and swung her over his shoulder, running down to the beach. "NATE!!" she shrieked, pretty sure everyone near or on the beach could hear the slight slur and giggle in her tone. "SHALE! I HAVE A PACKAGE FOR YOU!" He said, grinning as everyone muttered to themselves, turning away from them. "That sounds kind-o wrong." Nate chuckled and spun in a circle with Liza on his shoulder, earning more giggles from the buzzed girl. "SHAAAA-LE!" |

Annalise regained consciousness as she washed up on the beach, coughing and spluttering. "Well, that went well," she said to herself bitterly. She'd been trying to impress Shale, and it had ended up like this... Rotten.
She saw a girl and a guy running in her general direction. The guy was screaming for Shale, and the girl was drunkenly slurring about something. She groaned. Could this day possibly get any worse? Here she was, about to meet two new people, and she was a total mess - Her borrowed bodysuit was covered with sand, her hair was a complete mess, and she was sure that she was covered in seaweed. She stood up and dove into the water, trying to make herself more presentable... |
Vance shook his head. “Nah now why would I want to go to your home?” he smiled and slipped his helmet on, snapping it closed he smiled and sat on the seat she had tapped. Soon he was off. “We’ll be at my house in a few seconds.” And yet, they were on Jade’s street and then stopped at Jade’s house. “Here we are, now lets go up to my room and be totally retards.” Laughed he smiled that cute childish smiled as he held his hand out for hers. ---------------------------------- Sky smiled at Abel’s question. She nodded softly and kissed his nose. “Yes still pretty.” Sky turned to Seth when he told them he needed to go. Nodding softly she smiled and leaned over to him. Hugging him, she kissed his cheek. “I have a feeling I’ll be sitting her for a little bit more. And I wouldn’t want you to get into trouble Seth. So if you wanted to go you can. Please do not take it the wrong way. I just don’t want to be the one who causes you trouble.” She smiled happily and she still had a concerned face on. [omg my brain ish a mush of stupid T_T] |

Vyan woke up and laid a hand on Rea's forehead and patted it. "Wake up." He said sleepily and kissed her nose. He didn't remember falling asleep, in fact, the last thing he remembered was waking up next to Rea after making love to her. He pulled her closer to him and held her lovingly.
