Annalise smiled. This girl, Liza, was definitely drunk... At least she wouldn't remember how stupid Annalise was acting tonight. When Nate's shorts came off, she blushed. "You want to borrow this wetsuit?" she asked. "I think I'm done for the day."

Shale turned and look at Annalise, and frowned. "Leaving the beach? Please hang out with us? And ya just got here," he pleaded with puppy eyes. The blonde looked at her with puppy eyes pleading her to stay. Nate needed a girl to hang with and Annalise would be good. Hell, if Nate wanted Liza back he would give her up for him and chill with Anna.

Nate grumbled and resurfaced, swimming back to the shore. "He-y, where'd Liza go?" He looked around. "Ah, well.. She'll turn up sooner or later." He was slightly worried about her, but shook it off. It's just a phase. He grumbled and turned his head to Annalise. "You didn't happen to get a glance of my ass, did you?" He said, sticking his tongue out, grinning. He saw her face light up red. "Aww, just teasing," he said, pouting. He picked Annalise up bridal-style and twirled her a few times, hoping to get on "better terms" with the girl. He put her down after a while, rubbing his nose and then sniffing. "I smell like Shale now. How wonderful, won't this get all the girls running to me? I can imagine it as a new cologne - 'Salt Water.'" He said sarcastically, poking Shale in the stomach.

Liza popped out of the water, panting slowly. "By God, I haven't swam in a while." she said aloud, not caring if anyone heard. She looked around and spotted the shore, seeing three figures - a blond male, a black-haired male, and a blonde girl - and grinned. She started swimming towards the trio when a fourth arrived, stopping her in her tracks. Who's that? She shook it off and swam towards the shore anyways, stepping out and brushing a hand through her hair, wavy, wet and running down to the middle of her back. "Thanks for totally ditching me, guys. I could've drowned." She let herself flop on the shore and lay with her forearm over her head, blocking the sunlight. "Being drunk and trying to swim. That's a new story," she muttered, the hint of a slur in her voice. It was fading again, and she was becoming more aware of her surroundings, a slight pound in her head. Ouch. Killer hangover coming.

Jay watched her carefully, he wasn't sure if he screwed anything up by doing that. Surprisingly so, he did not, Lady Luck had gave him a kiss. Which only made his face slightly redder, "R-right." Jay said nervously.. Why am I so nervous around her ? he thought as he removed his hands from his pockets, when they started walking down the aisle. He reached for her hand once they stepped out of the movie room. When he finally made contact he laced his fingers with hers. When the two had made it out side Jay turned his body slightly in her direction when they stopped to wait for the townscar. "Where to?

"Reading is another thing I love," Seth said with a chuckle, glancing in the direction Lita pointed. "You should see my room. Books and art - that's about it." Looking a bit more closely at the house, the artist smiled. "Nice place," he said, pulling into the driveway. "Let me know if you need another ride sometime, little miss Islander."
The youth smiled, and nodded to Lita. "I'd be glad to help out if you needed it."

"Thanks, and I would love to see your room sometime." She offered up a smile, as she got out of the car. Before she closed it she leaned inside, to thank him again. "Sure, thanks again. I just hope you didn't go out of your way to take me home." With that she closed the door and waved him off, pulling her keys out she unlocked the door. She turned around to wave him off one more time then went inside.

Lady Luck's heart fluttered as he grabbed her hand again. Everything was okay then. Walking with him to wait for the car. When he asked where to she blushed a light shade of pink. She really didn't want the night to end already. Adelaide was really enjoying her time with Jay. "Well, if you think it's late... and I should go home I could.. Otherwise we could hang out some more." Adel suggested quietly looking up at him.

Shale shrugged as Nate poked him in the stomach. He grinned when he picked up Annalise twirling her round and round. "Hey, ladies love me, bro. I think it works," he laughed quietly. He laughed as Liza flopped onto the shore. "Sorry, Liza. I was making friends." He grinned as she laid on the shore. The Beach bum softly poked her leg with his foot as he smiled at her.

Tristan's smile dropped into a frown when heard that the girl by the name of Annalise was going to leave. He ran his hand through his semi-wet hair and smiled sheepishly at the others around him. He pointed his thumb in the direction of the water and said nonchalantly, "So uh ... are we headed to the ocean or are we gonna stand here getting dry? I think we should go and see what kinda surf this water can provide."

"Anytime," Seth said, giving Lita a three-fingered wave as she skipped up to her front door. When she waved to him for the last time, he raised a hand in response. The artist smiled to himself as he pulled out of the driveway, glancing back to the house one last time. He'd probably see her tomorrow at school.
Heading home, the youth yawned. What a day. He always did hate the first day of school.

Nate grinned. "Yeah, Shale. Because you're just that hot." He said, his grin still there. "I just want you so badly."

Liza sat up. "Well thanks, Shale. Now I smell like salt water and your feet. Blech," she said, swatting at him. She sighed and threw a nearby pebble at Nate, who dodged it and scowled at Liza. "But I say.. Shale's mine!" She said playfully, sticking her tongue out at the three standing above her. Nate scowled, and moved to Annalise, hugging her tightly to his chest. "Aalright then. I got Annalise. Ha," he said, taking Annalise into a tango-styled dip and kissed her cheek. Liza laughed and flopped over facing Shale, sand sticking to her backside. "It'll take me about ten showers to get this out of my hair, you know," she said, barely audible.

Annalise laughed, blushing when Nate kissed her on the cheek. She allowed herself to be twirled, tangoed, etc. - She was really too tired to object. Besides, Nate was kinda cute...

She turned around in his arms, facing him. "I wouldn't count on it," she teased. "You know, I've only just met you - You don't even know the first thing about me." She raised an eyebrow, smirking.

She broke free of his arms, peeling off the sandy wetsuit, leaving herself in her underwear. She started brushing off all the sand and seaweed, a bit grossed out.

Nate's smile dropped. "Your name's Annalise. I know something about you. Besides, I'm irresistable." He grinned and raised an eyebrow at her when she took her wetsuit off. "I thought you said you barely know me - yet you're here, stripping for me. Oh baby," he said grinning, biting his lip. He moved closer to Annalise. "Don't worry. I won't do anything you don't want me to," he whispered in her ear, pinning her to the ground and making sure he didn't let his weight drop on her.. "Really. I'd love to know you more, though." He said grinning, and then let his grin once again drop. He supported himself on his knees over Annalise, picking through her hair. "Seaweed," he said.

Annalise shoved him off. "Creeper. I'm not stripping for you, I'm just trying to get all this sand off. And you just got me sandier." She glared at him, though she was still laughing. She splashed into the water, trying to wash off, and splashed at Nate before diving under the waves to get some of the seaweed out of her hair. When she resurfaced, she grinned at him. "Better?" she asked.

"..oh... yeah it is kind of late, but I'm a bit selfish. I don't want you to go just yet." When the car arrived, he told the driver to take them to a park where they can spend the last hours of the night. Jay released her hand for a moment to open the door for her. "Will you accompany the Prince once more?"

Tristan didn't have to know Nate before he took action. He leaned over him and smacked in the back of the head, saying calmly, Don't do that man. That's not even right, especially since you just met her." He smoothed his hair down and rushed into the water. It wasn't until after he'd gone a considerable distance into the water that he ducked under swiftly. He loved being in the water and wondered if he'd gotten a text, but decided to stay in the ocean for a bit more.

Anna rolled her eyes. "Thanks for rescuing me," she said to the newcomer. "I'm Anna. And you are...?" She held out a slippery hand for him to shake.

"Random like what?" Abel asked her. He usually did not give up so easily. He reached over to his bag, pulling it over towards him. Abel pulled out a bottle of pain killers. He often took them after practice for his legs. "You know you can tell me anything Sky. I do not judge. Besides, you worry me when you bottle things inside. A sweetheart like you should not have to handle that stress." He popped three into his mouth and took a swig of water. Then went back into his bag, pulling out his laptop. Though, something was up. A grave look came onto his face as it started up. Half the screen was kicked in it seemed. By those bastards..

Lady Luck blushed when he said he was selfish and wanted to stay with her longer... good thing because she really didn't want to head back home either. She laughed softly when he asked the question. Adelaide curtsied then nodded."Lady Luck, would love to accompany the Prince, hopefully more than just once." She teased him as she slipped into the car. Adel meant that she would love to hang out with him again. Jay was so nice, and the way he made her heart flutter, irresistible. Scooting over she made room for him to sit next to her.

Shale let out a cackle when Nate said he wanted the beach bum. Obviously though, he wanted Annalise instead. He raised an eyebrow at Liza as she whined at him for smelling like feet and sea water. Sitting down on the ground beside her he was surprised when Tristan hit Nate on the head. Bad move, if he had known Nate he would have known that he's just a silly guy. He had noticed the sand sticking too her and just shook his head. Leaning close to her he whispered in her ear, "Well, I think your wavy hair and the sea salt smell is sexy, so I won't mind if it takes a few showers to wash away." Sitting back he grinned at her and winked.

MariKat sat in her bed as she tossed a tennis ball off the wall. Her mom was busy finding a new job and her annoying older sister was still at her old school. She wasn't sure if she would take th same fall in her new school as she did in her old, but she wouldn't have cared either way. She had a feeling that she and the rejects of this school would eventually be friends but she wasn't sure if she wanted to be popular.
