Adelaide looked over at him and shook her head a little. She curtsied in response to the kiss on her hand. "Well... since Sir Connor brought me here as his guest and left my car at the beach. I will be here as long as he is, lad." She answered in a mock british accent with a grin. Looking up she watched as Connor threw Alex a lighter. She giggled as she watched the one light up and of course knew that the look Connor gave him was a not in here. The blonde could assume that it was because she was here. Her green eyes looked to Riley as she lightly shook her head blonde waves flowing softly. "No thank you, I don't smoke." She answered softly. Adel did socially, but not that often. Her manager got quite mad when he thought she smelt of cigarettes. She smiled at Riley then turned and walked over to Connor who was by the fridge. Leaning close to him she whispered in his ear, "My, what charming company you keep." She teased lightly with a soft giggle. It wasn't that she didn't like them, she just found them to be quite funny.

Connor grinned at her comment and could feel the closeness between them like an electricity. It made him feel a bit warmer inside and he turned to her. "Soda?" He asked, showing her the soda in the fridge, they basically had everything, they loved their soda. The door clicked as riley and Jason left to smoke and Alex continued tuning his bass, playing a few chords here and there.

Adelaide grinned as he offered her a soda. She knew that she wasn't supposed to drink them. Her manager always said they were bad for your teeth and your stomach. Smiling she noticed a blue can of mountain dew. "I've never seen that kind before." She laughed softly pointing at the can. Adel looked up at him and grinned."Can I have that one? Or is it something special?" She asked lightly. The blonde wasn't really sure why, but whenever she looked at Connor she couldn't help but smile. Was he really making her that happy? She heard the door click and realized that Riley and Jason had gone outside.

Connor looked and saw Rileys Voltage Mountain Dew and grinned. "Yeah, those are Rileys, But ill just buy him another pack." He said, grabbing it and handing it to her. "He bought like 4 packs last time we went shopping to restock the fridge, and that was 5 days ago. Thats that last one." Rolling his eyes he kicked the fridge shut and sat on the couch. Slowly he started to notice the smile on Adel's face everything she looked at him. Did he have something on his face? Popping open the can he clicked cans with Alex with a laugh and took a swig.

It was a little while before Riley and Jason came back in, and they both looked a bit sketchy, and it was then that Connor noticed the shaking of Rileys hand, the trembling, the goosebumps on his arms, the seat on his brow and the dialation of his pupils. He was going through withdrawl as he was trying to quit herion...again. Riley was an addict when Connor first met him, and they bother decided to clear theit acts up together, yet Connor was never as bad as Riley. You name it, he had done it. "Hey Riley, You want to just practice tomorrow?" Alex looked up and a sad look went across his face, Alex had never done any drugs, he was the pure one. Yet he hated seeing what it did to his friends. "No..I'll be okay.." He said quietly his one arm wrapping around his stomach to help him through a pain. It had been two weeks since he'd decided to quit, the first wek was the hardest, Connor never left his side. Opening a cabinet Connor grabbbed a pill bottle and put two of them in his hand, holding them out to Riley. Taking them the boy popped them in his mouth and took a bottle of water from the fridge. "Thanks man." Jason was staring at the floor. He'd been staying with Riley while Connor moved out and settled into his place. Jason wasnt as used to it as Connor was, so he'd seen alot of scary shit.

With apologetic eyes Riley sadly smiled at Adel. "Sorry.." Turning back to Jason they both entered the recording booth and got their stuff set up, Alex followed.

Adelaide had been about to protest Connor giving him one, but decided to keep her mouth shut. Usually she would never take anything special from anyone, but since Connor seemed pretty okay with it she guessed it was fine."Thanks." She followed Connor to the couch and lightly sat beside him. Bending the tab back she opened the can of soda and took a sip.

When Riley and Jason came back in she looked over towards them and noticed they did seem a little funny. She noticed the symptoms she was showing and she had seen it before. One of her friends, Natallie was doing drugs to keep her slim form she said. It was pretty common for a model to be hyped up on something. Adel had been tempted to comfort Riley like she did Natallie, but she remained sitting. The blonde had never really been too into drugs. She had really just moved here and back in high school the most she did was drink, and of course she tired pot. As Riley looked at her and apologize she shook her head and smiled back at him. She would say "No big deal," but of course it was. Adelaide wouldn't judge him though. Softly she turned to look at Connor who was the only one left in the room with her. She wanted to ask if he would really be okay, but she bit her lip not wanting to be offensive.

Connor saw the look on her face and sipped his drink silently as he sat down next to her, watching the other three through the glass. "He hasnt been doing very well..." Connor said quietly, not looking at her. "Its been two weeks and he's still craving the stuff.." He made sure not to mention what the "stuff" was, he didnt want Adel thinking bad of his best friend. "Me and Jason are trying to help him cope, but its not easy...Alex isnt sure what to do either..he's never dealt with this kind of stuff.." Sipping his drink again he lowered his gaze staring at the ground.

Adelaide's eyes stayed trained on him as he sat down and looked the rest of his band threw the glass. She listened to him as she noticed his gaze remained off of her. The blonde felt sympathy for him and his friends as well as Riley himself. She frowned slightly. As she saw him look down she began to reach out then stopped, but then lightly rested her hand on his shoulder. "I-I'm sorry... I don't think it would be easy." Adelaide said softly trying to express her sympathy. Of course she had never had anyone trying to get off of anything. She just going threw relapse. It was only temporary and she only had to deal with as long as the shoot. The only person she has helped with multiple times was Natallie... and she could only help her when they were working in the office. Adel never hung out with anyone outside of work. She didn't want to become one of them.

Connor noted her sympathetic tone, but knew that its not what Riley wanted. He didnt want people feeling sorry for him, it was his own damn fault he got into that shit and he knew it. "Don't feel sorry for him." He muttered softly. "It's not going to help any" Finishing the can of soda Connor threw it into the recycling bin and got up from the couch as their manager stepped in. Flipping off his shades he tucked them into his front jacket breast pocket, smiling at Adel. "Hey Ben." Connor said, shaking his hand. Ben was Jason's Uncle and a second father figure to the boys. Out of the corner of his eye Ben noticed Riley and shook his head, but shrugged it off. "Alright, lets get this done, you got the new song done?" Ben asked, sitting down at the sound panel. "Yeah, i think you two are gonna like it." The boy dissapeared into the recording booth and tuned his guitar as Ben turned in his chair to look at Adel. "So where did connor find such a pretty lady?"

Adelaide frowned as she knew that Connor was right. As she stood up her hand fell from his shoulder. She wasn't trying to be one of those people who just felt sorry for Riley... She wanted to help, but assumed she couldn't do much. Adel jumped a little as she heard someone else walk in, but she assumed it was someone they knew. Which was obvious by the way Connor jumped up and shook his hand. Either that or he just wanted to get away from her... She smiled as she heard the new man introduced as Ben. The blonde watched as he Connor headed for the recording booth and tuned up his guitar. None of the models knew that Adel was into hardcore music. She didn't want them to know so she faked liking jerks like Justin Beiber. Ick. As Ben turned and asked where Connor found her she giggled a little. "The beach actually. Oh, and my name's Adelaide. It's nice to meet you." She introduced herself lightly with a smile.

Tristan laughed at the spat that was going on between Ryo and Bekki. He believed he should at least play the mediator in the situation and slid through the booth. "Alright, alright that's enough you two. Besides, none of us are old enough to drink except for you, but I'll take you up on the offer to go by your house. I could ditch work for a day I guess, oh Zoe is getting kinda big Bek." He smiled when he mentioned his little sister, but he decided it was time for him to be a bit more spontaneous. And with that decision, he scooped Bekki up, resting her on his shoulder and got his coffee. Before walking out of the coffee shop, he turned to Ryo and said calmly, "We'll catch you later dude, me and the little lady have some catching up to do."

Bekki giggled as he picked her up and waved at Ryo. "Really? I miss her so much." she said hugging him. "Yes but, I can't really drink around you guys.... I get a bit crazy when I drink... remember that slumber party?" She asked thinking about the massive pillow fight.

Tristan smiled at the sound of Bekki's giggle and he turned bright red when she hugged him. He placed her back on the ground and nodded when he began to talk about his little sister. Then once the subject changed, he rubbed one of his shoulder blades when he thought about that painful night when he was hit with a powered pillow and chuckled nervously. "How could I forget that night. It was ... painstakingly etched in my mind." He looked back at Bekki and he said calmly, "So nothing I know about you was real?"
