Melana turned at the two girls. "Oh, Hi. Um, classes were cancelled today. You can go ask Lawrence over there, what house your in. He is the one with the purple eyes." She smiled and pointed towards him. Then she took another sip from her soda that she was holding. Her fake heart was beating faster and faster, she just wanted to hug him.
"Oh, I am Melana by the way, nice to meet you two."

Maria smiled at Danika."hi im Maria...Maria Scarlet"Maria said with a cheerful smile."its nice to meet you too."Maria said as she held onto Shinku's hand.Shinku usually wasn't good with talking to nice people as she wasn't the nicest person as she really hoped that this school would keep her away from whomever she didn't want to be near.When Maria looked at Lawrence she thought this time Shinku should do the talking."thank you very much Meleana its nice to meet you"Maria said with a bow."we will be going now i hope to see you two later"Maria said with a smile."oh and this is my friend Shinku by the way"Maria added

Shinku didn't give any smile nor any emotion she just stood holding onto Maria's hand as Shinku wore glasses though she didn't wear them too often.Shinku headed toward Lawrence.When she and Maria were in front of Lawence Shinku began to speak."excuse me you are Lawrence correct?"Shinku asked looking at the purple eyed man

Danika smiled and watched them go over to the one the girl had called Lawrence. "Ok...well nice talking to you." Bending down to rummage her backpack, her hair fell like a dark curtain blocking her face from the rest of the world. She stood again with a small envelope with the letter from her grandmother. Reading it over, she sighed. "Ok. I guess I go find someone to direct me where I need to go."

Ami giggled a bit at the wink then nodded as he spoke, she knew what that was like… but she dismissed it quickly. She simply chuckled a little bit as he spoke, “Hehe seems when you get excited you speak French a lot… I’m starting to wish I took my mother’s advice and studied it…” She then stretched her arms comfortably and leaned back on the tree, playfully strumming a few notes at random. “I’m in Aradia, what about you?” She responded to the last, looking at the sky in thought.

"Im in Rome." he said as he adjusted his hat.He was hoping they'd be in the same house."Yeah I lived in France most of my life so i guess old habits die hard." He then had a good idea pop in his head. "How about I teach you French in return for teaching me guitar."

((ughh i hate my teacher for assigning us another 2 essays :P im gonna have writers block for a week))

Ami nodded saying with a soft chuckle, “My house seems kinda empty right now… it’d be nice if there were more people around…. Oh well…” She shrugged, tilting her head to the side as he spoke. Grinning she clapped her hands and nodded. “That sounds like a wonderful idea, and my mom will love that, French is one of her favorite languages… not sure why….” She said thoughtfully, only to shrug and turn back to him.

She nodded slightly as he said good taste though inwardly she shuddered considering her father. She may have said something but she noted the….ear? She blinked but tried to restrain it, reaching down to rub her ankle a moment. She knew that the familiar hidden in the tattoo there was curious but of course she didn’t dare talk to him out here since she was supposed to keep that kinda thing secret from other houses she’d been told… now she was beginning to have a feeling why…

“Sounds good, how about under this tree then?” She asked quietly, tilting her head to the side and flashing him a warm smile. She pretended not to note the ear but inwardly she knew what she saw…. Maybe this was why her mother and father had actually both agreed for once in sending her to this school…

Melana smiled and waved the two girls off to Lawrence. She thought that they looked like nice girls. Melana finished her drink and threw it in the trash can. But, she was still very hungry. If she did not eat soon, her instinct will come out, and she would kill every human being here. She did not want to do that though, because Lawrence said not to drink anyone's blood but Varick. Melana looked over at Varick. NO YOU WILL NOT DRINK HIS BLOOD! She thought. Melana ran out the door, looking for something to feast upon. She climbed up trees and looked in holes in the ground. She could not even find a squirrel. Melana stumbled back inside and then fainted, once she reached the two girls.

As Shinku saw Meleana collapse she came rushing to her as she looked at Maria as Maria nodded her head to take care of Lawrence."meleana are you alright?Can you hear me?its me shinku."Shinku said as she picked her up. looks like she needs to feast on someone as do i and Maria.... Shinku thought as she looked around trying to find the infirmary

Maria kept her attention on Lawrence as though she was worried about Meleana. poor girl...she needs to find a feast and fast before she ends up in worse condition

Melana's eyes opened half way. She mumbled the words, "Need blood." But it was so quiet that probably only Shinku could hear it. Melana tried to sit up straight, but she could not. She laid down again and whispered to the air. "Help."

“It does suit a little music hmm?” Ami said with a soft chuckle, nodding slightly at the next. “Yeah… sounds good. I haven’t eaten for a bit…” She smirked to herself, standing slowly after putting the guitar in its case. She swung it on her back and grinned to him, studying him a moment. He was a curious guy… kinda cute though. Still she would say nothing of the ear. If he wanted to explain it someday… he would.

Melana did not like to be put in a hospital bed, but she did not care, at least she would get blood. Melana whispered in Shinku's ear," Dont talk so loudly, I dont want others to know about it...." Melana looked down at her hands and feet. They were crinkled. "Um, well if you can find it human, but I dont want to kill anyone, I am on a diet, so animal." She said this into Shinku's ear so nobody else could hear.

"Alive please." She gave Shinku a weak smile and then said, "Thanks, this is really nice of you." Melana looked at her hands again, they were even more crinkled then before. Melana started to stare at the ceiling. She was bored out of her mind, and wanted to hunt for herself, but she knew that she could barely stand let alone walk.

Melana looked at the crow that Shinku just brought. "Yea, I only need a little." Melana took the crow in her hands and pet it then she said," Sorry buddy." And her fangs came out and she dug then into part of the neck. She took out her fangs after about 20 seconds, and then she pet the bird where she bit him. She also spit the feathers out of her mouth. "He will be fine." Melana lifted the bird up in the air and watched it fly away. "I might need to sleep for a little. I am still a little tired." Melana yawned and wiped the blood that was dripping from her lips. "Thanks."

Danika saw the girl collapse and was going to help, but Shinku seemed to have it under control. She wanted to rush over and help, but Shinku obviously knew what she was doing, and Danika, well, did not. Thinking of what her sisters would say if they were here, she collected her luggage and walked over to where Maria and Lawrence were standing. Her steps were sure and confident, and her back was straight. Danika had once again set her mind to a task. She stopped slightly behind Maria to ensure the rule, first come first served, would be followed. It's only polite.

"You dont need to stay." Melana smiled at Shinku and then looked down at her hands. They were not as crinkled anymore. She was still hungry, but that little sip of blood would probably last her two days. "I wont go crazy dont worry, I have control." Melana lay down in her bed and closed her eyes.
