Marco saw Lawrence start to rip at himslef and felt bad for him. Damn Werewolves, thinking they can't die because of their high metabolism. Marco walked over to Lawrence and tried to take the metal out of his hand and started to bandage his hand with some simple gauze. He looked into his bag and found a simple weed. "Eat this."

((Skyler and Varick are in the hall talking outside of English class.))

Melana took out her textbook and read. The class had not started yet and looking out the window was not making her feel any less bored. Melana closed her textbook, and started to play with her dress. She got her fingers tangled in the thread and her wrist caught on her bow. She laughed and then untangled herself, and tangled herself again and again.

((I think Questa's still in Psychology so I'll just keep her there.))

Surprising to Questa, most of the things learned in her Psychology class she didn't know. The people back home went on and on with lectures about the brain, and she never picked up any of this. The teacher's voice, though, sent shivers and nausea throughout Questa's body, which made it hard to concentrate. Still, it was all perfectly fine until she noticed the dark area inside her desk. She had chosen one near the window so the sunlight could fill it, yet there was a dark looming shadow in the interior of the desk. She jumped, impulsively pushing the desk away from herself with so much strength that it pushed over the person in the desk in front of Questa, and landed with a bang that erupted into her ears.

The shock from both the shadow and the noise was a bit too much. Questa's eyes rolled in the back of her head, she out of her seat, and passed out on the floor.

((Second time in one day...))

Ri held him a moment and looked towards his face, about to say something when she saw that grin and he pulled from her grasp. Watching him she said harshly, “fool” as he fell to the ground but inwardly it was fear and sorrow more then anything that made her say it. Why? What good did he think this would do? She hated this… it made no sense….

She slowly walked to Lawrence, slicing her finger across her sharp edged ring and forcing some of her blood into his lips to slowly heal him. Why she chose to make the spell so much slower then usual would be clear soon. A vampire who cut… what was he thinking? Did he honestly think this would do any good?

Once she was sure she had given him enough she sighed and glanced to Prince, making up her mind. “I’ve had enough of this….” She finally muttered and walked to the fallen were. Kneeling she pushed Ami who had been leaning over him away. She heard the young witch object but silenced her with a look. Turning to Prince now she drew a simple symbol on his forehead with her bleeding finger then held her hand over the wound on his chest. Suddenly her palm seemed to rip itself open and more blood bored into the wound… her blood. It would heal prince completely… but at a price. It would take so much of her blood that without a blood transfusion or a mini miracle… ri would DIE in exchange for princes life. “tell Lawrence….that I am sorry…” She said quietly as she fell now to the ground.

As she fell a scream came… from her open wound? And what appeared to be a spirit in the shape of a bird would escape, none other then the spirit of Ariella. “No!” The bird whispered, shivering a moment in horror and surprise. She knew why she did this … Ri had been told that someday she would have to choose between her life and the life of someone she loved…. So thought her life forfeit anyway.

Marco ran over to Ri and tried to find her pulse. Marco wasn't phased by the spirit that emerged from her, just her. "JURI!!! COME HERE, QUICK!!!!" Marco went to work with simple herbs and gauze from his bag. He didn't know if his healing spells would harm the her more than help her. "SOMEONE HELP!!!!"

((Heh XD the man who tried to kill her was crazed prophet and told her lotsa things >.>.....being he'd gone crazy god only knows if their true buuuut she thinks they are XD.... It's funny though O.O I figured with her social issues that Ri wouldn't be very well liked xd but it seems she is at least ooc XD)

Ri's pulse due to the blood loss was faint and slow... her breathing matching it. She simply lay there as he held her... unconscious. She was dying... Ariella mean while shook her head, begining to sing. She hoped her song would reach Ri's father... though he had never been able to do any healing spells so might not be much help....

Ami meanwhile recovered from her shock and stood, reaching to grab Ri's hand and attempt to heal her. The wound on her wrist would stopp bleeding but what was done was done.... it was beyond her healing abilities. She would still try of course but she was getting dizzy from lack of magical energy and was uncertain....

She needs Iron. Marco started to take out some vegetables from his bag and started to grind them as fast as he could in his mortar and pestle. Adding water and grinding, Marco finally got it into a fine pulp. "Hold her head up. She needs to drink this."

Questa woke up with a jolt, scaring everyone who had crowded around her at the scene where she had passed out. She got up, went to the door, and bowed while saying "Sorry, but I have to leave." in a hushed voice. Before her teacher could say a word, or even react to the scene, Questa was out the door running down the hallways.

Something had been bothering her, while she was unconscious her ears picked up something that was still ringing in her head. It was probably because she hit her head or because of the sound, but Questa was suffering from a slight vertigo while running through the halls. She didn't know where she was going, and she couldn't run strait. Finally, still suffering and feeling in motion, she stopped. She didn't know where she had run into exactly, but the sight of chaos was plain to see. Questa twitched, seeing two people desperately trying to stop a girl with a bleeding wrist. Almost completely understanding the situation, she put on her headphones and hunched over.
"I don't think... any of that's going to help." She finally said, far off from the group but her soft voice could probably still be heard. "She either needs something to stop the magic's bond or a blood transfusion." She said. Her voice was monotone and quiet. Actually, Questa's blood type was O-negative, and as her brain thought of different ideas that was the one that kept coming into her brain

((hehe I always make my char’s type O for simplicity since my blood type is O + >.> so that’s convenient. XD))

Ami tilted back the young blood witch’s head so she could drink but she doubted it would work. She looked up as she heard the quiet girl, watching her a moment. Biting her lip she glanced to the fallen woman whom she was still trying to heal albeit uselessly. Quietly she answered, “I can sense her power… only an even powerful blood witch could cancel it…”

She bit her lip, looking at the pale girl. Prince would already be healing… already saved but what of Ri? She hadn’t seemed the kind to care about others enough to give her life….except… She looked over at Lawrence who for some reason had not woken. It was for him… she knew it now. She recalled her mother’s words to her once… Nothing beats the stupidity of a young girl in love….

Questa felt something pop in the back of her neck. Not this again... she thought, trying to swallow it. It was probably from the second collapse she just had, but her body only noticed in now. "Does it only have to be paid in her blood?" Questa asked curiously, pointing toward Ri. "I know it's healing magic, though I don't have any experience with that." It was true, Questa was just human. A crazy human that should be locked up, but still human. She inched closer to Ri and the others, still in a crouched position and her headphones on to mute out all sound. If the girl was to die, Questa would probably be terribly upset that she couldn't do anything.

Ami bit her lip, glancing towards the other woman again for a moment. She nodded slowly, trying to remember all her mother told her of blood witches. “Yes….each spell is ‘bought’ with a certain amount of the wielders blood….” she answered quietly, watching her a moment. She shivered as she glanced to the singing bird, the sound so sad…


((I want to have her father show up after hearing ‘Ariella’s’ song >.> I wonder if Wavi would mind xD. He is powerful but can do nothing heal wise so will just kinda be… ehrre… oh and probably yelling at everyone going ’what the hell did you do to my daughter’ XD. He can bring a small amount of Ri’s blood he had stored away for emergency but not enough o save her >>))

Questa nodded, understanding finally. She was still twitching like crazy and her vertigo wasn't exactly going away. Everything about the magic she was seeing was both new to her and a bit strange, including a singing bird. She couldn't hear it, of course, being that her headphones were on. Still, Questa watched it curiously. "I wonder what it's doing..." she thought aloud, still trying to contain herself.

((Ha ha. Yeah, I'm cool with that. :P))

Lawrence came to. And, doing so, his eyes looked about. Seeing Ri as she was, his once purple eyes deepened to a hateful red.

Anger. Hatred. Sorrow. Those three things pulsed through him. With angry, yet sad tears, he grunted. Taking out his weapon of choice, he carved a large symbol on the group. In a trance like state, he sliced open his wrist again. Using this blood, he traced the symbol he'd just engraved on the floor.

As he moved, he almost seemed robot like. He was stiff and emotionless. Marching over to Ri, a dark glimmer came to his bloodthirsty eyes. "If you're going to die, then I'm going to dine on your blood." His cold heartless words sent Juri fleeing.

Smirking, he yanked Ri away from the others. Snarling at them, he lifted her neck to his mouth. Licking her narrow neck, the vampire hungrily sniffed her. If I drink all her blood... she'll be gone forever. But... if I don't try to drink her blood, I might not be able to counter her spell. What to do....

Dropping her, Lawrence crouched down to think. His red eyes glared hopelessly at the stage. Rocking some, he thought about it. Was it worth the risk of killing Ri? Or should he wait and see if the others could save her.

Melana took in a sniff of air. In the air she smelled fresh blood. Melana wanted to see who was bleeding, but she could not leave the classroom. She looked uncomfortably at the door and then back at the teacher. She then decided to just go. Melana got her books in a bag, apologized to the teacher and left the classroom in a rush. She saw Varick and Skyler in the hallway. She did not give them a glance, but kept walking. She finally reached the smell, it was Ri. Melana uncomfortably walked into the main hall and sat beside Ri. She watched as Lawrence grabbed her. Melana gave him a heartless stare that said, 'Get off of her.' When he put her down, Melana said, "Sucking her blood will not help if you cant control yourself." Melana scooted farther back from Ri so the others could care for her.

Ami shrugged as Questa spoke, saying honestly “Not a clue…. I’m not even really sure what it is.” As Lawrence came too she looked to him, biting her lip. “What…what are you doing?” She asked fearfully. She wasn’t so sure about the look in his eyes…She could do nothing as he took Ri away, trying to walk forward a little bit but pausing as she heard a roar of flame.

A red flame appeared in the corner of the room, growing larger and larger till it could form the shape of a man. A well dressed man in black velvet and white silk appeared, his dark brown hair held back in a pony tail. Angry red eyes narrowed on the group and seeing the vampire over his unconscious daughter.

“GET AWAY FROM HER MONSTER!” Was his response as he through a telekinetic spell at the vamprie that would attempt to throw him away from the unconscious girl. He ran to her, taking her wrist in his hand and trying to sense what she had done. Ariella the bird explained in soft words before disappearing back into Ri’s body.. Cursing the man clutched his daughter, getting out the blood he had carried with him as he’d know she was in trouble… just not how. Looking to the nurse Juri he demanded “We need to do a transfusion…. There’s no way to stop the spell from taking her blood now…. So we have to replace it….Now!” He never should have sent her here he thought bitterly.

Questa was a bit confused at how Melana had gotten here. "Melle-ne?" She said, still not getting used to how her name sounded. Suddenly a flame and man appeared, demanding help from the nurse. Apparently Ri needed a transfusion, which Questa had already thought about. Did this man from hell had some of Ri's blood? Upon thinking the word "blood", Questa lost control of her body and randomly spit out the blood that was in her throat. It starting with a pop in the back of her throat only seconds before, and she was trying to hold it in the entire time. It probably looked really weird, seeing the red drip out of her mouth and onto the floor.

"Um... Devil-man?" She said quietly, wiping as much blood off her mouth as she could. "Is that really the only way to heal her? It sounds...basic." Questa said, twitching. She had never encountered a devil-man before, and wondered how exactly he came here in the first place.

((Questa calls him a "man from hell" and "devil-man" because he came from fire XD. And Questa has blood in her mouth because of the fall she just had back at class. Apparently she hit her neck real hard.))

"Juri's gone." Lawrence looked at the male. With his hateful eyes, he growled at him. "And I'm no monster. I'm a vampire."

"I believe we can be of assistance." Jaden walked in with a rather beautiful woman. "I'm a doctor. I'll set this all up." Grabbing various things from a bag, he began to prep the female for the transfusion. Working feverishly, he finally had everything in place.

Pulling at arm, he began to start the procedure.

Touching the girl, a pair of white dove wings spouted from her back. She chanted softly to the girl as Jaden worked to flip out blood. "Coy vi tus lees vi jii hath mae tutho." As she spoke these words over and over, Ri began to glow a light blue color. "I have stabilized her. She shouldn't feel a thing."

"My you, my goddess. You're powers are amazing as always." He watched as the new blood slowly moved into her. "Sir... are you sure there is... enough? We need to purge her of all her corrupted blood. I'm not sure this will be enough...."

"Tch, if she needs more. Use mine." The vampire growled as he watched intently. Hoping and praying his love would be okay.

Melana watched from the corner of the room. Nobody had noticed her but Questa, and she liked it like that. She wanted to see if Ri would be alright. She wanted her to be alright. Then when Melana saw the man appear from the fire, she thought to herself, Where did he come from. She watched them switch her blood. It looked painful, but since Melana did not really have blood in her veins, she could not imagine that it would happen to her.

((Lol it’s not too far off XD. He’s not a nice man and his favorite element is fire sooo. Also prince should be healed enough to wake soon XD. ))

The ‘devil man’ in question looked towards her, raising an eyebrow as he spoke. He frowned a little but nodded, “Ri is good at what she does… most magical means would be prevented to keep others from stopping the spell. My daughter…. Is a foolish stubborn girl. ….” He trailed off, half hissing as he looked at Lawrence with sheer murder in his eyes. Only concern for his daughter kept him in control. Despite how Ariella had spoke deliberately not mentioning Ri and Lawrence’s relationship being the cause, he blamed him…even more then prince. He muttered to himself “Dying for a worthless wolf….” with disgust.

As Lawrence spoke he would have attacked him if Ri was not still helpless in his lap. “You….I see that mark on my daughters neck. You have drank from her, so you are a monster…..and your blood? Fool… that‘d make her like you…a vampire” Is all he said, hatred in his own eyes. He only looked up as he heard the goddess and Jaden. He watched the two, shaking his head and sighing as he looked at the meager amount. “She needs more…” He glanced at the werewolf who would be fully healed now, nearly growling “all this for a mutt….. Is there any O type’s in this school?”

Ri whimpered, shuddering slightly as she felt the magic enter her. She muttered gently in her unconscious state “l..law-chan….” before growing still. She couldn’t move… she was dying… She only had the strength to stir because she felt the blood from the transfusion. She was still not saved…not quite yet.

Questa paused, only understanding half of what the devil-man was saying due to the fact his lips moved too fast. "Um...Devil-man-sir." She said again in her quiet, adding "Sir" at the end for no apparent reason. "I want to point out that I think you're judging too much." He kept saying things like 'monster', 'mutt', and assorted other offensive things about Lawrence and Prince.

Questa just realized how much the vertigo had taken effect on her. It was over, of course, but the effects were still with her. Not only had she spit up a bit of her blood but she was also loosing balance and starting to collapse again. "And... um... Devil-man-sir." She started, raising her hand as if she was volunteering for something. "I have O-negative blood type." Right then, she passed out, falling over head first onto the floor.

((3rd time today. And O-negative, as far as I'm concerned, is the universal donor for all blood types. Yay O!))
