"Yeah..it seems I'm getting attention from every guy I didn't like."She frowned when the gym teacher walked in,she quickly took her hand off Quinn's arm and put his sleeve down.
"Okay Class theres only a few minutes left so does anyone have any questions?"He asked.

Katie looked back at Quinn."I heard you weren't in class after lunch."She said and looked at his dark eyes,She wasn't judging him about drugs but she didn't want him to get hurt because of them."So,other then the new girl,since I already know about her.Got any crushes from last year you want to go for?"She asked,knowing she could talk to the girls about him.It was true she liked him,but she wasn't going to be selfish and try to keep him away from others.She had been talking quietly the whole time so no one else would hear.

When the teacher came in, he scoffed. Not like gym was a real class anyway. It was stupid and pointless and anyone who taught the subject could have been an imbecile.

"Didn't feel like going." He made his response to her asking about his skipping class real simple. He didn't want to get into the subject of drugs when he was already craving very badly for a hit. "Well.. there are a few people.. I just wish that the one's I like, liked me back." He sighed, shaking his head. He didn't want to look at her because he knew his eyes would give it away. He liked her and he liked a few other people. "I wish there were more bisexual men here at this godforsaken school..." He laughed softly. "God, I'm such a fag sometimes." He always joked around about wanting men who liked men at the school, but he had never even met an actual gay guy before.

"Your not a fag.."She laughed."Your just smart enough to realize that you can find love in both genders."She said and felt her face flush."I'm sure tons of people like you,even if you don't like them."

He smiled, comforted that Katie accepted him for who he was. "Ha, I guess. Well.. How about you, then? Any old crushes still there?" He didn't want her to say yes, unless she meant him, but he knew he couldn't hope for more. It wasn't fair that he liked her so much, but he just couldn't stand not being able to have her. It seemed he would never tell her he liked her.

"Yep,but only one.Atleast I had come back to school only having one in mind..now things are all confusing because of Drake and Carson.They may like me but I still like the same person from last year."She grinned."but I like a lot of guys even if I don't know them..but more then just glancing at them..I have two guys I like.One new and one from last year."She knew Quinn probably guessed the new one was Carson but she doubted he thought the one from last year was him.

Kilyo came in just as the teacher did. She leaned against the door frame, scowling as he talked. How stupid. First day of class and he wasn't even here. Fucker. She sighed and then just headed to the girls locker room, smiling at Eve as she passed her. She was itching for a ride, to get out of there. One more class, one more.

Quinn was slightly disappointed when Katie told him there were two crushes this year. But nevertheless, he smiled anyway. "Oo la la. Carson and someone else? Because it clearly isn't Drake." He thought over all teh boys in the school through his head, purposefully skipping to count himself. There was no way she liked him back. Impossible.

When Kilyo came back in, just as the teacher did, she looked somewhat jittery. He figured she wasn't a druggie like him, but he wondered what her deal was. He glanced at her as she headed into the locker room. "Well.. Class is about over and I gotta.. uhm.. go change out of this outfit.." He spoke quietly, only to Katie as he started to stand up. Holding his hand out to help her up from the bench, he smiled.

She smiled."You'd be suprised who the second one was."She said with a smirk and took his hand,standing up."So what class do you have next? I'm stuck with reading and Language arts."She frowned.But,she was happy because then it was the end of the day.

Drake gave Ceirra a nod and stood up."I'm gonna go get dressed.See ya tommorow unless you have language arts."He said and turned,walking into the locker room.

Pulling the schedule from his pocket, unfolding it, Quinn looked down the list. "Shit.." He muttered. "I have art.." Sadly looking up at Katie, he shrugged his shoulders. I had english right before lunch, I guess. I should try and switch them around so we can chill." He tried to sounds nonchalant about it, but he really wanted to be in her class. And when he heard Drake had it too, he knew he would have to switch in and keep the scum bag away from her.

That's when the crawlies caught him. It was way over due for his next hit. The feeling was as though bugs were crawling beneath his skin and wouldn't stop moving. "I.. need to go to the bathroom.. see you after class?" He tried to smile, but it came out distorted as the withdrawals started making him feel nauseated. Turning on his heal as she answered, he rushed to the boys locker room.

Fumbling furiously through his bag, grabbing a packet of white powder, a lightly, a clean syringe, and a metal bottle cap, he pushed his way into a bathroom stall and started brewing his heroin. He could only do a small dose, but it would be enough to last him for a few hours at the very least. Quinn had to get his hit soon, otherwise he wouldn't be able to handle any more of the day.

Katie sighed and watched him leave,running into the girls locker room like all the other girls were doing.She quickly changed and then walked over to the mirror in the locker room,staring herself down to make sure she atleast looked Okay.Ever since high school started she had the weird unconfident feeling about herself.She brushed her hair out of her eyes for a moment and walked out,waiting by the front of the gym for the bell to ring.

The gym teacher yelled loudly."When your done getting dressed wait by the entrace!"

Drake watched Quinn run itno the bathroom after searching his bag and smirked.He walked out after getting dressed and stood by Katie."I'm still taking you home right?"

"Unfortunetly."She said lightly."Why ask me this when I told you this morning I had no car..I doubt I got one at school."She rolled her eyes.

"Well what if you were getting a ride with your friends?"

"No friends except guys and my father would freak if it was anyone but you since you his number one customer because of all the tattoos on your back."She mumbled.

"Ugh..okay then,meet me outside in the front after school."He grimaced.

"I planned on doing that."She said sounding bored,she didn't sound happy about riding with drake."Drake do you know where Quinn is?"

"Eh,who knows..who cares?He'll be out later for you to flirt with then.But I have to give you props,you have the head jock head over heals for you and you don't even care."He whispered in her ear.

She pushed his face away."Oh shut up.."
She said and walked away from Drake to the back of the line of students.

Tabitha stood in line with the other students waiting for the bell to ring. She wanted out of here. Her next class was English which she really didn't care much for, but she could get away with reading and writing in that class. So it wouldn't be too bad.


Duncan had skipped his class after lunch which was gym, but decided that he'd go to art. He wandered back into the school and headed for his locker to get his stuff. As he walked down the hall his ipod was playing Break by Three Days Grace.

Quinn took his much needed dose and everything felt a lot less heavy. He laid against the wall of the stall and closed his eyes as the drug began to take it's course through his body. It was relaxing, yet a terrifying experience every single time he shot up, but it always felt so good when it began to flow through his blood stream like poison in his veins.

Only this poison? He really didn't care if it killed him. As the dose wore to a point where he would be okay enough to walk, Quinn pushed himself slowly off the bathroom floor, changing out of his gym clothes and into his normal attire and held to art, late as usual.

He entered the room, handing the teacher a blank note. Naturally, the art teacher didn't really care because he was in the middle of teaching how to draw a still life of fruit. Something that started off every school year in his art class. "And if you draw the pear with a picture of it in a" blah blah blah, Quinn blocked the teacher out of his mind and took a seat in the back, he put his spinning head down on the desk, thankful to not have the feeling of crawling bugs under his skin anymore.

Katie walked into Mr.Shrivers room,the most boring teacher on the face of the earth in her opinion,that EVER taught English.She sighed when he sat her and Drake at a table in the corner and Tabitha at there table too.She was happy for once that she wasn't by herself with Drake.Though there table was supposed to have four people,they were less a student.She sat her head on the desk,falling asleep only to be woken up by the teacher and giving a detention.She grimaced since the detention was to stay after school today.'Guess I'm walking home'She thought angrily to herself.
Drake whispered to her."I could wait outside until detention ended.
"No..Just go,i'll walk home."She mumbled.

Tabitha was quiet for the most part. She acted like she was listening and taking notes when in fact she was writing a story. When the teacher came around she turned the page of her notebook. She didn't know those sitting at her table well. It didn't change that she kind of felt sorry that Katie got detention on the first day of class.

Katie jumped up when the bell rang,walking down the hall and opened her locker.She got her things and then went to the detenion room..hoping she would atleast know someone in here.She frowned and sat in the back with a groan.

Drake walked outside with his bag and unlocked his car,talking to his friends before getting in it.

Before the end of art was over, nearly a minute was left, the art teacher approached Quinn, smacking the back of his head. Quinn had been so out of it from his hit, he passed out on the desk. The teacher shoved a detention slip at him and told him to scram out of the class before the crowds got too crowded so he wouldn't be late.

It was like a jail sentence, honestly. He wasn't going to be able to do much of anything for the next hour or so, and he wasn't going to be able to smoke his 'after school cigarette.' He frowned, making his way to the locker, shoving all his things in it. Slowly, making a stop to get water at the fountain first, he made his way to detention hall. Not quite watching where he was going, he accidently walked into the door of the detention room. "Ouch.. fuck." Quinn mumbled under his breath before entering the room.

Soon though, a smile was placed on his face. Lo and behold, it was Katie. He took a seat right next to her and put his elbows on the desk. "Whatcha in for?" He chuckled softly, not really amused.

Kilyo went to her next class after grabbing her things, getting extensive looks when she walked into the automotive shop. She just smiled cockily and found a place to sit near the rest as the teacher gave the first lecture of the year. She didn't pay attention, never really needed to. She was thinking instead. As soon as the bell rang, she ran out the door and headed down the hallways, looking for that dark hair and overly dark makeup. She spotted her going into a room. She realized that she must have detention. She poked her head in real quick then walked over to Katie, sitting in a chair next to her. Before the time for when detention started, she said, "Hey, I overheard your convo with that Drake guy right after gym. I can give you a ride. I'm new and it would help me figure out where some places are here, if your willing...just thought I'd offer since it seemed like you wanted nothing to do with him. If not, I'll just go."

She smiled at Kilyo."Sure,thats very generous of you..I mean thank you!."She said feeling a little better she looked over at Quinn." I fell asleep in class..you?"She asked quietly since the Detention teacher was in the other room.

He listened in on her and Kilyo talking quietly real quick before answering Katie. "Same here." He smiled a little, offering Kilyo a seat right next to them both. It was nice, finally having real friends at the school. People who didn't judge him as much as everyone else did. Looking at his phone real quick for the time, it seemed as though the clock was still. It had only been like.. three minutes since they got here. So annoying.

Kilyo smiled. "Cool. I'll just join you two for detention then I guess. I'm Kilyo by the way." She sat in the seat that Quinn offered, took out a notebook and pen and set it on the desk. "Just how long does it last anyway? It differs from school to school. Just so I can let my mum know."

Katie looked over at Quinn."Can you text?"She asked,getting out her phone.She thought she might as well give him her phone number since she just got a phone during summer."Do you have a phone?"She asked Kilyo.Katie's father was very over protective and very agressive,so she didn't get a phone until last month.And now he refuses to get her a car because he thinks she will get pregnant if she has one.Her father made no since and frankly she just wished he would die,old and alone.She looked at Quinn,putting her hand on his sleeve.She did this because her hands were usually cold and since he was warm,so were her hands and she didn't do this to Kilyo because she had just met her."So what school did you come from?"She asked.
