Lessa closed her trunk pushing it to a corner. She sat down on her bed and looked at the window. She wondered about Kit. He did seem to be kinda afraid of her. She knew werewolves sometimes chased foxboys and it was fun but she had never hurt one that she knew of. She sighed and looked at Adella.

"So why don't you tell me a little about yourself. Also if you have any questions feel free to ask me. I am pretty much an open book."

Adella plopped on her bed and grabbed one of her unfinished sculptures. She'd have to clean up the shavings later, but she started carving out a beautiful representation of a dragon. They were very rare creatures and she had seen only one in her lifetime. She had won the favor of the dragon for mending a tear in her wing. It was that dragon she carved.

She looked up at Lessa and sighed. It was unavoidable, conversation, but she'd not volunteer more information than was needed.

"I used to live with a whole forest of Elves. I was an apprentice healer, one of the best. A year ago I decided it was best for me to leave and I've spent the last year searching for a new place to call home. What about you?"

"Aww, I think dog ears and a tail are cute." Lilith laughed softly and smiled at him before falling back on her bed. "It's a good thing I'm not a werewolf then, 'cause having a room mate you were sort of afraid of never works out very well, although you might end up being sort of afraid of me. But I'll do my best not to do anything. I promise."

"DOG EARS!!! I'm not a dog, I'm a fox young lady!" kind of chuckles at himself. "Please don't call me a dog, kitsune are foxes and we can also use magic. My magic isn't that powerful yet but I can still defend myself if I need to so don't worry to much about me Lilith. Well I hope we can have lots of fun doing whatever it is we are doing at this school."

"Sorry, I think fox ears and a tail are cute." Lilith corrected herself and grinned at him. "I'll try not to worry so much, but I was born a worrywart." Sitting back up she reached into her bag and pulled her pillow, sheets, and blankets out, before making her bed. "Do you have any clue what time it is? All my clocks are messed up." She pulled out one of those annoying old style nonelectric alarm clocks.

"Well I'm not sure either on the time. We can find out later on that one. Should we go over and talk with the others? I think we should get to know them a little better, seeming we will be going to school with them every day." looking at Lilith to see what she says. Kit thinks to himself "I hope Lessa don't try anything. Although she seems nice."

"I..I..don't know, they're not going to like me." Lilith said quietly looking down at her newly made bed. "If you think we should, then I'll go, but if they don't like me I'm coming right back here and hiding in the closit." She stated pulling her red cloak back on. Looking over to him she took a deep breath. "Maybe we could all go get something to eat. I'm starving."

"Same here, I wonder where the food areas are in the school. Well just be nice and they will like you. Adella is an elf and Lessa is a werewolf, I don't think they will mind that you are a demon at all. You seem nice to me, and I think they will too. Why would you want to hide? Just try to open up a little, you are getting along with me."

"For now." Lilith mumbled looking to him. "Werewolf, elf, kitsune, and demon, great combination. Werewolfs chase kitsune, demon's are evil and elves are...I don't know about elves. She's probably the most normal one in the whole group." There was a forced smile on her face. "I'll try, but if you haven't noticed it's not very easy."

"Lilith what kind of demon are you if you don't mind me asking? I like finding out about my friends so if you don't want to share that is fine." looking at Lilith hoping she didn't get mad.

"A Succubi, but I'm not like that really. I swear. Sometimes I have my moments, but at night I freak out really easily and lose my temper all the time because I'm trying not to think like my mother wanted me to." Lilith whispered looking to him, hoping he would freak out or anything.

"I know what that is, I don't mind. Remember that I am a kitsune, out kind control people all the time. So I am not going to be to worried about you using your powers on me. seeming I can defend myself from them. Why do you think that would scare me? Correct me if I'm wrong but you use attraction and sexuality type control to lure people to do your bidding right? I'm not saying you do just that is what succubi can do."

"Yeah, that's correct. It's not that it should scare you..but...It scares me because I can't control it. That's all." She mumbled quietly looking back down to the floor. "I hate it. I don't want to. I don't try to. But after living with my mother for 400 years you'd be doing the exact same thing. Even if it completely stinks!"

"I see, well maybe you could learn to control it. That would be nice and all if you don't have to worry about you just doing it and can control when you use your powers. I'm still trying to figure out what this school is for, maybe we can ask the principal what the school is for unless you already know?" Looking at Lilith. Thinking to himself "She is really pretty, I hope some time we could be more then just friends some day. That would be so nice."

"I think it's a school to help us learn about our powers. There might even be a class that helps us control them. That would be so great. I wouldn't have to worry about anything anymore!" Lilith sounded slightly excited. She grinned at him. "I would absolutely love to be able to be normal all the time. It would be so great!" It was really sweet of him to be so nice to her. A slight blush crossed her face and she quickly turned to look out the window so he wouldn't see. 'Don't get to close, you don't want to hurt him.'

Lessa looked at her a moment before continuing. She frowned.

"Well I am a werewolf. Pretty much my demon friend needed my help and I was originally a wolf pup. She let me drink her demon blood and then I turned into a werewolf. I joined a pack and my pack sent me here to go to school. Thats about it."

"Why are you turning away Lilith? Is something wrong? Your face is slightly red, you sure you don't have a cold or slight fever?" Walks over to her to check her forehead.

"No, I'm fine. I was just thinking." 'Shoot he saw.' She thought turning around to look at him. "I didn't want you to see me blush and ask what I was thinking about

"Well that is good. I don't want you to be sick so soon, that would suck and all. Although if you were sick I could take care of you and I wouldn't mind doing that at all. I like helping make people feel better. So lets get going to the others room and see if they want to join us for some food."

"Okay, yeah. Good idea." Lilith left the hood of her cloak down but still held it tightly around her. She walked out the doorway. At the other kids room she knocked loudly. "It's Lilith and Kit." She stated loudly so that they would hopefully let them in."

Adella's face remained expressionless as she carved away at her dragon statue. She had a vague feeling that the only real thing everyone here had in common was a sordid past experience. They all seemed to have their fears and quirks. She sighed. Nothing was going to be considered "normal" here.

"Needless to say, you're here now and not sure what to do, just like the rest of us? I stumbled on this place by what seems to be coincidence, but I'm beginning to think something else more powerful is at work here. I can't be sure..."

There was a sharp rap on the door, and she heard the girl Lillith's voice announcing her and Kit's arrival.
She looked over at Lessa and then to the door and placed her carving and knife on her bed.

"Come in. It's unlocked..." she announced.

"Not so loud Lilith, just knock and they will answer okay. I understand you don't feel comfortable, but if you don't get over this how will you make friends? If you say this school is for learning how to control your powers then it will help you to make friends that will be there to help you out when you need it." Kit looks at Lilith and wonders if she did that so they would tell her to go away. Kit thinks to himself "I really hope she learns to control her powers."

Opens the door, and walks in looking at Adella and Lessa "Hi there, Lilith and me were wondering if you would join us for some food. Then maybe we could get to know each other better." still standing in the door and skirting around so he doesn't get to close to Lessa.

Lilith nodded slowly and opened the door. "Sorry I was so loud. I'm just nervous." She mumbled looked down at her feet. "We were wondering if you wanted to come eat with us. So we could all get to know eachother better, sinse we're all going to be classmates for a while. So it'd be best to know everyone and have us all get along, right?"

"Wow great minds think alike don't they?" looking at Lilith. "We just said the same thing isn't that just funny. Maybe we were meant to meet each other, wouldn't that be cool if that were true. Lilith I can tell we are going to be great friends after all." looks at Lilith with a smile. Kit then looks at Lessa and just wonders if she is going to be nice to him or not. "Lessa I hope we can be friends too, you seem really nice and all." still trying to keep his distance from her though.

Adella eyes the duo curiously and smiles politely at her peers as they enter the room. She carves a little more out of her dragon and places the figurine and her knife on the table. She looks at Lessa, hoping she'd accompany them. Adella was very hungry. It had been a while since she had some decent food. She thought it funny that both of them asked almost simultaneously. It would seem almost staged if it hadn't have been for Lillith's expression. She was trying very hard, Adella could tell. The air was strained. Kit was nervous. His ears twitched and his tails wriggled at the sight of Lessa, even though she looked more human than the rest of us.

"I thought you two would never ask," She looks down at the mess she had made on the floor and tuts, "what a mess I made,"

She scanned the room for a broom, but could'nt seem to find one. There was an empty trash bin by the door. There was no avoiding it. She waved her hand over the pile of wood shavings on the floor and they began to lift into the air. She walked over to the trash bin and the shavings moved in front of her and landed into the bin, seemingly of their own accord.

"O-kay!" Adella giggles to herself and turns to Lessa, Lillith, and Kit, "Lessa, would you like to join us? I'm starving. I've lived off of mostly bread, cheese, and water for weeks"
