" Oh I'm Carrie." Carrie listened to their conversation she guessed it was about Katie. Everyone loved her, she was cute, sweet, funny. Carrie would never admit that to her face though. Katie and her just never really got along.
Sean laughed and then said," You win." He squirted the mustard on his own head and then smiled. He looked at Drake and then said, " Now I'm gonna go eat my lunch."

Carson sighed and looked at the table. "Katie, we've been through this. I don't want to sit on the sidelines and watch you two, that's not what the big man put me on this earth to do. I've tried getting through to you, but what happens when we have plans and your little boyfriend wants to be with you, and you ditch me? This isn't fair to me...I'm done...you've made your decision and unfortunately I wasn't in it, so you can stay in Cil's room...I wanted to be friends with you, but if you think about it...it's not possible." he said. He knew that the others at the table were probably listening, but he really didn't care. "I tried. I failed." he added.

Katie let go, hiding her frown."Okay..Then I'll find somewhere else to stay." She said, turning and going out of the lunchroom. She wouldn't bother saying that she wouldn't ditch him..since she was still up for dinner and a movie but he probably wouldn't have even wanted to go anywhere with her now. Once she was outside she sat on the school steps and finally started to cry, pulling her knees up to her chest and burying her head into her knees. She may have been overreacting but she had really liked Carson as a friend..and maybe more on some days but she hated losing friends and now once she thought about it..even if she was nice her only friend was Quinn and Drake. She had just met Lance and she couldn't hang around with Cil anymore since she couldn't see Carson and Cil and Carson talked all the time. She texted Quinn. 'I'm putside on the steps if You need me, I just can't be in there right now..'

Drake noticed Katie run out and glanced at Carson, shaking his head with a sigh as he walked back to his table and sat down. He nodded to Sean about eating lunch.

Carson glared at Drake, knowing that Drake thought that he did something. He sighed and walked out to Katie, sitting next to her and hugging her. "I'm sorry that I blew up on you...but you have to think about the situation that you're putting me in, and I know damn well how upset you are, but think, I mean really think about how fair this is to me. I came back wanting a fresh start, hopefully with you, and I get back up to the point where you actually like me and you aren't still pissed off at me about last year, then Quinn comes and steals you. I know you love him and everything but I tried so hard only to be let down again. And I still want to be friends, and I want you to come stay with us, but we just have to talk this out first." he said, still hugging her and trying to make her feel better.

Carson shook his head and still held her in a warm hug. "I'm not going to sit here and watch you get abused. If you go back to your father, Katie, I swear to God, I will kidnap you and take you to the cops." he said, laughing a little. "I just need time to get over myself, that's all. And Cierra isn't exactly your biggest fan right now...but she'll get over it and like you again, trust me." he said. "I'll manage to get a mattress tonight. I can always give you a ride to my house tonight if you'd like?" he suggested. "I just want you to be safe...and...I don't think I'll go to the beach tonight..." he said, frowning a bit.

Carson sighed and laughed a little, shaking his head. "No, no, no, trust me, it's me. I'll get over it. I don't know if I'll move on, but....whatever." he said, his voice slowly trailing off."And I'd love to go to the beach...but I can't stand to see you with Quinn...and somehow I know that him and I will end up in a fight." he said quietly.

Carson sighed. "You are totally NOT understanding me. I just said that we should stay friends." he said, standing up as well. 'I will move on...I won't throw myself out there, but when the time comes I'll move on.' he told himself.

Carson smiled. "I will, Dear. And no worries. I thought about leaving you...but I just couldn't." he said quietly. He let go of her and ruffled her hair. "Now, go, Quinny's gettin' lonesome." he told her.

She took his hand."I'm not ditching you." She said, starting to walk back to the cafeteria. She refixed her hair.] and handed him back the card from the flowers."I probably shouldn't have that on my person.." She smirked."But I still want it." She said, slipping it in his pocket."So you'll come to the party tonight?" She asked, leading him back to the cafeteria.

She led him back inside to his table and gave him a small hug."Wanna meet after school so I can throw my stuff in your car or something?" She then remembered she left Quinn behind the trash can."Crap.. I gotta go get Quinn from behind the trashcans." She laughed."Just text me your answer." She said, leaving and going and taking Quinns hand. He still hadn't said anything back to her after she had said love so she just led him over to a table, sat him down and then sat by him.

Albar sat on one of the benches out side in one of the hall ways as he stared at the floor. He had nothing better to do and the American food wasn't so tempting anymore. It was full of grease and he missed his own home food. He missed his friends and even his dad. He pulled the picture up on his touch phone of the last day before he had to come to America. His friends had took him out and did so many things with him. They had told him it would be memories that he could take with him so he would never forget how much they loved him. He smiled as he saw all the pics and laughed they looked crazy in all of them but most of all they looked happy to be there together. He couldn't say that for the people here. There was to many clicks and he didn't belong to any of them. He was a outcast because he didn't understand their culture or their rules.

Mayling walked into the Cafeteria and took a seat at one of the table near the back where little food had made it. She then pulled out her own lunch of grapes and other fruit and began to eat it.

Drake noticed her staring and you could just barely see a blush on his face."So for the party..I can give you a ride if you want? I'm already supposed to be taking Katie but shes going to be staying at Carsons so she ditched me for him." He chuckled."So I need someone to be in the car with me or i'll die of boredom..and I would ask Ceirra but shes kinda ticked at me right now.." He said, rolling his eyes and running a hand threw his hair. He had no clue where Jessabelle was but he hoped she was coming to the party too.
