Feeling Katie's hand in his, he took a deep breath. Carson was certainly not his favorite person, but he knew that he knew of hardly any other places she could stay. His mother and him, and the asshole, barely fit into their little home sweet apartment. If he had a place for her to stay, he would gladly offer it. "Well.. you know Carson makes me sorta uneasy.. he has since before we even started dating.." he sighed, shaking his head slightly. "But I don't mind.. You can stay there as long as you need.." Naturally, Quinn was hesitant towards it, but what else could he do.

She nodded a little, understanding the whole uneasiness since Carson had given her flowers and pretty much a love note, and asked her out to dinner."I know.." She said, leaning her head on his shoulder."But i'll text you all the time." She smirked. "And I promise I wont let him try anything." She said, nudging Quinn since Carson making a move probably bothered him."Because I love you."She said, taking a sip of her beer."And i'd have to be insane to cheat on such a cute boy." She eyed him with a grin.

Popping the top of the beer off with the edge of the chair next to them, he took a first sip. The cold liquid slid down his throat in the old, long missed fashion. Listening to Katie talk, he knew he could trust her, that wasn't what he was worried about. Carson, even if katie was saying no, could easily over power the girl. That scared him. "Insane, you might be, but I trust you." He smiled, kissing her on the lips quickly. One way or another, they would work things out, even if Carson tried to get in the way.

She kissed back and then laid back on the sand to look up at the sky."I may be insane, but not that insane." She said, sticking her tongue out at him. She still had his hand and was now glancing up at him."You ever gonna go swimming?" She asked, looking over at the water. She had swam earlier but she would go with Quinn if he wanted to swim. She noticed the boys getting the bonfire fixed so now she could see Quinn a lot better since the fire was lit and she could see him better now.

"Yeah, sure." he mumbled slightly. Swimming was fun and all, but he wasn't the greatest swimmer in the world. Of course, he could easily just float around and make sure he was reaching the bottom. He slowly got up, pulling her by the hand as he did. "Let's go swimming, hon." He smiled, kissing her cheek. Everything about this girl made him happy, especially when the fire was lit. She looked amazing in that light, that was for sure. The water was probably getting colder, now that the sun had been gone for a little while.

She led him to the water and stepped her foot in."Cold.." She mumbled then slowly just walked into the water, leading him with her and grinning at him since it was so cold."So hows your mom? I haven't seen her since like last year." She said, wrapping her arms around him since she was cold. The water would probably warm up after awhile of them bring in there since they'd get used to it sooner or later. She looked at Quinn, smiling a little since she had never felt this way about anyone.

Carrie did not want to go near the pool because all of the people she hated were by it. But she really loved pools, so she decided to swim in the corner where nobody else was. Carrie took off her sunglasses, and sat at the edge of the pool, sticking her feet in the water. She then jumped in, making a pretty small splash. |

Shivering at the brisk water as he stepped in, pulling off his shirt and tossing it to the side. His skin was raised in goose bumps, but being with Katie made him feel instantly warmer. "Mom's doing fine. Still with what's his face. But heh.. nothing is perfect." Everyone who knew him knew that he hated his soon to be step father. The man was abusive to him, but his mother was clueless. "He actually proposed to her and she said yes.." Quinn sighed and pulled his girl closer to him. "Katie.. I don't know how to tell her that he is not good for her.. she gets so happy when she sees him.." Frowning, Quinn pressed his forehead against Katie's.

Carrie looked over at him. "Hi." She was not in a very happy mood, and was about to snap at someone, but she held it in because she didnt want to have to call her mom to pick her up. Carrie almost spit water at him, but decided not to. She floated on her back in her little corner, not wanting to be bothered.

She frowned."Well if shes really happy.."She kissed him softly."Maybe you shouldn't. Unless he hits her around? then I can always talk to her..i'm pretty sure she likes me." She said, caressing his shoulders with her hands. When she had went to his apartment before she had talked with his mom and she had seemed pretty excited that her son had a girlfriend."You need to tell her about how he hits you.." She said, looking at him and frowning more."And if she doesn't believe you then you might as well..leave?" She asked, lacing their fingers.
Drake rolled his eyes and jumped in, dunking her."So whats up?" He asked after she came up. |
Carrie got up, fixed her hair from the dunk and said, "Why would you like to know." She rolled her eyes, and tried to swim away from him, but she wasnt a very good swimmer so she didnt get far. Once she got a few feet away from him, she rolled her eyes.

Seth looked over to the boy with a huge grin on her face he was drunk you could she that but she didn't care she was half way there herself "Hi..Ummm I got the beer from the people handing it out but here."Seth said getting up and walked over to the boy offering him her second beer "This was my second bottle but you can have it I had one aleady.."Seth said her words sounded alittle slurred but to be honest everyone was nearly like this except for Gage and some others she didn't really know but she smiled anyway "I'm Seth by the way you are?"Seth asked raising an eyebrow she felt uba dizzy but she didn't mind it was all for fun anyway... |

((Well, for an update:
Carsons in his car waiting for Katie and ceirra, seth is talking to lance, Quinn and Katie are in the water holding each other, drake, Mayling and Ceirra and Carrie are talking. Okay, heres something we can ALL post too. )) Drake looked up at the sky since all of a sudden, low and behold..it started to storm. He growled under his breath."Guess the partys over everyone, might as well go home!" He yelled over the lightning and started to help pack things up."Bye Ceirra." He gve her a small kiss and pointed up to Carson in his car, giving her his jacket. He turned towards Mayling ((Lady Chello:)) "Need a ride home?" He asked, putting out a hand for her and then turning to look at everyone else."Anyone else need a ride?" He asked, putting up his hood since he had two jackets. He glanced at everyone who was grabbing the beer and leaving, almost everyone was drunk so this was bad.. Katie led Quinn out of the water."Well I guess I should be getting back to Carson." She said into his ear snce you could barely hear anyone over the thunder."See ya tomorrow?" She asked, giving him a small kiss and turning to start and grab her things. |
Quinn sighed as he heard the thunder, unhappy to have to deal with bad weather, as well as seeing his girlfriend off to another guy's house. Never fun, in his opinion. The teen kisses her cheek as they got out of the water and sighed. "I'll see you tomorrow? I hope?" Of course, he wish he could see her all tonight, that she was staying with him, not Carson, but he could never tell that. Grabbing his shirt, he wiped of his chest and pulled the piece of clothing back onto his slim figure. Now, if Katie was going to go with Carson, he would need a good ride home. Of course, he only lived a half mile away from the lake, but still. It was going to rain and he didn't feel like getting sick. Looking at the group trying to get their stuff together, Quinn asked loudly, "Hey, anyone going by Chesapeake Bay Road?"

Katie took his hand."I can always ask Carson to go by there if you want.." She said, eying him."Or you could get a ride from Drake.." She said, hearing Drake call out for rides. She intertwined their hands and gave him one of her deep goodbye kisses and let go."You'll see me tomorrow unless this beer gives me a hang over." She smirked. She probably wouldn't drink any but she might as well just leave that as an option."Or I get sick..but i'll text you." She said, grabbig her bag.

"I love you," he replied to her, thinking it through, "but I think I'm gonna pass up Carson and Drake. Maybe I can get a ride from someone else." Kissing her a few loving times, he picked up his messenger bag, taking another swig of his beer that he left on the ground. the alcohol was such a good taste, but he had tasted better in his few years of using that the beer felt like drinking water, to a point. Their hands were intertwined, but slowly, he slipped his hand from hers, "I'll see you tomorrow, regardless. I'm gonna catch up with some of the others and see if anyone can give me a ride. Text you soon." He soon made his way to another few kids, one of which was definitely new, Seth, was it? He was standing with Lance, who was obviously drunk to hell. Quinn new Lance, like everyone else, as the gay kid. But the teen liked guys as well so he couldn't hate. "Either of you willing to give me a ride home?" Quinn smiled his most pleading smile.

"Love you too." She said softly, watching him walk away and then headed up the hill to Carson car after waving bye. She swung her bag over her shoulder and opened the passenger door, bag in one hand and beer in the other."Hey, i'm finished..so we just waiting on Cil?" She asked, handing him her beer since he hadn't had one tonight."Did you have fun sitting in yor car?" She asked with a small grin.
