Biting his lip as he started to feel little randrops on his head. "Katie.. I'm sorry.. I just.. it hurt.. a lot.. and I don't handle shit like this well.." Shaking his head, Quinn took a deep breath, then ran towards her to grab her arms. "Please.. just promise you won't do it again.." He wanted to forget everything and just be the way they were together last year when they first started dating. Before letting her even respond, he kissed her gently. "I do love you, Katie.. Seths face fell as she watched the girl go "What'd I do this time?"she asked feeling alittle put down at the girls disaperance all she said was hi that didn't offend her or anything did it, Seth sighed feeling guilty and akward she had no idea what to say.

"I hate this kind of movie. Dont get mad if I scream or jump." She smiled and then said, "Oh dont worry she probably just went to the bathroom or something." For the first time in a long time, Carrie was happy. she was laughing and smiling, and having a great time. "Scary movies are the worst for me. I used to watch them as a little kid, got scared for life."

She kissed back and hugged him."I'm so sorry.." She said, burying her head in his chest."I promise i'll never kiss a guy ever again. Unless you leave me.." She frowned a little at that and gave him another kiss."I don't handle this stuff well either..so how about we just forget that it ever happened?" She asked, looking up at him with a small smile."But..you need to stop doing drugs. Face it, were pretty much adults now and if you do shit like that then it'll ruin your chances of getting a good job.. and it'll hurt us." She said, lacing their fingers."You know how you said your soon to be step father hits you? Well.. You could stay with me, in my house whenever you wanted." She said, pointing down the street to a victorian looking home. It was smaller then Drakes house, buts still very pretty."It has two rooms, two baths, a living room, kitchen, dining room and nice hardwood floors. I went there a few weeks ago when Jim first said he was kicking me out ..but since i'm eighteen I could either buy it or rent it, and I only have three jobs so i'm going to be able to rent it starting monday." She smiled.

Seth nodded "Okay least I know it's not me."She said giggling "I don't like scary movies eather I just try to hold in all the screaming."Seth added looking at Carrie "Sorry about interupting your convosashion."she mumbled looking down again.

Lena sighed. She felt kind of bad for just leaving like that though. They were all nice enough to invite the new girl. But maybe.... See at her old school she had gotten extremely close to a few people and it had hurt the most than any other time to move away. Maybe she just didn't want to have that feeling again. She didn't want to get close to people she would just have to move away from. No matter the consequence. She pushed up her cardigan sleeves and moved around to sit indian style. She moved her hands out into the rain, letting the water drop onto her hands and bounce off.

Carrie laughed a little. "I cant hold in my screams, they just come out." She smiled and then said, "No dont worry, the more people the better." She looked at Gage and said, "How are you during scary movies." Carrie liked talking to all of these people, but she still couldnt forget about her problems. She looked at the screen and waited for the movie to start. "I need to get some fresh air before the movie, Ill be back in a minute." When Carrie got outside she expected to be alone outside, but then she saw Lena there. "Oh I didnt know I would see you out here."

Lena pulled her hands out of the rain and wiped them on her jeans. She looked over at her. "Uh... yeah.... Um.... do you want to be alone? I'll go sit somewhere else.... I should probably go back inside soon anyways..." She mumbled, telling the truth. She began to stand up, not wanting to bother Carrie. Though she didn't really want to go inside and watch the scary movie. You'd think being the daughter of an army man she wouldn't be scared of anything. But that just meant she was scared of a bunch of things.

Seth laughed "awesome."she awnsered watching Carrie go looking at Gage then at Carson then giving up completely she shut her eyes relaxing alittle waiting for the movie to start hoping it wasn't a scary movie but something in the back of her head told her it was.

"You dont have to." Carrie looked at her and said, "I just needed some air, to many people for me." She looked out at rain and said, "Do you like the rain Lena? I do, sometimes." She looked out at the gray sky, with a longing expression. She did want to be alone, but she didnt at the same time. Carrie turned to Lena and said, "You can sit back down." She smiled at her and then turned back to the rain, tuning out the sounds of everything else but it.

Lena shook her head. "No. That's okay. Thank's though. Enjoy the rain..." She did love the rain. She walked back inside and walked back into the room where most people were. She sat back down in the first chair she had sat on. Except she brought her legs up onto it and leaned into it's back. She wondered if she'd become herself around them. Or more of herself. She really did like to be loud and run around and cause mischief. She remembered one time her old friends had walked into a grocery store and then began to race eachother with a scavenger hunt. Whoever could get the party food and such and buy it first won. They made a huge mess of the grocery store and the people in it hated them and yelled at them. It'd been so much fun. She remembered another time with different friends they had tricked these group of people they didn't like into a supposedly haunted house and then scared them. If she made friends here she was sure they'd do something crazy. Every teen did something crazy, and that was only in 1 year in 9th grade.

Carrie was remembering all of the fun times with her father and her. Her first memory was of her father and her sitting on the couch watching a movie that was rated R. Her mother disapproved, but her dad said that she was a big kid and she could watch whatever she wanted. Her father let her cover her eyes during the bloody parts, and he let her cuddle with him on the couch. She missed those days. Then she remembered that she said she would only be gone for a little. She opened the door and walked downstairs. She sat by Seth and Gage and said, "Back and ready for the scary movie." She sat in a little ball prepared for what was going to show up on the screen. "So, what do you guys like to do in your free time?"

Takayumi pulled up in the driveway. "I hope they don't mind that I'm late." She turned off the engine, got out, walked up to the door, and knocked. She was hoping that she wasn't interrupting the movie.

Seth opened her eyes not really paying attenshion "Hiya Carrie welcome back."Seth said looking at her "I..uhmm..well I like drawing,watching musicals shopping normal stuff really,you?"she asked raising an eyebrow then looked at the screen 'Please don't be a scary movie please..Well at least if it is a scary movie and can hide into Carson I'm sure he wouldn't mind..I guess.' she thought looking at Carsom and smiled looking back at Carrie again.

Carrie looked up at Seth and said, "Um sketching, designing, and um swimming." She smiled and then turned to the tv screen. If it is a scary movie I wont be able to hide in anybody's arm. She thought to herself. Carrie looked down at her feet as flashbacks came into her mind. One of them was when she was little and she saw her mom kissing another man. Another one was when she and her father were in the park together, walking along the pond, counting how many ducks they could see. Carrie let out a little laugh after she thought about that one. She then came back into reality.

Lena opened her eyes and looked around. She saw Drake sitting alone. She smiled lightly. She stood up. He deserved a thank you for inviting her. she was the new girl after all. Not many people invited the new girl. She walked over and plopped down next to him. "Hey... um Drake right? I wanted to thank you for inviting me. Not many people would have invited me." She told him, really happy that he'd bee nice and invited her. He looked like he liked to cause some trouble here and there, so maybe he would help her pull off some pranks and stuff. She suppossed her mom would allow her to have a party, and then they could do the grocery store thing she did before with other people from a different school. It was always fun. No matter what. It was always awesome. Even if you had a up tight person who didn't like to cause trouble. Because they either complained which was fun to fight with them, or they became wild and that was always fun seeing how wild they got because you never expected it. She grinned at the thought, pushing it aside for the moment to listen to him.

Drake looked over with a small smile." Your welcome, and thanks for saying thanks." He grinned."But, I usually like to get to know the new people." He looked over at Jezzy." Yeah, me and Cil are together, but I still need help in science!" He said, sticking out his tongue at her."Now were just waiting on Katie and Quinn..their like...hugging outside in the rain or something odd like that.." He said, rolling his eyes."But then we'll get the movie started."
