((Yay, party time. I have my colorful teacher now. ^^ ))

Maria blushed at the comment about weight. But he did say he wouldn't look and it wasn't like she was overweight. It did bring a different idea though. She giggled then said, "You could get a job at a circus and guess people's weight. You would always win." She had only gone to one circus and the entire time her parents had complained about the mistreatment of the animals. "I bet that could come in real handy though. Wouldn't do me much good. Math was always my worst subject."

Abby pulled up to her new job on her motorcycle. She really did lover her big teal Harley. She parked it then got off. She took off her helmet then pulled her hair out of the ponytail she had kept it in. She looked down at her outfit and sighed. She had toned down her outfit for the job. Instead of her normal bright colors and mismatched lengths she was wearing black jeans, a nice button down white shirt, and black leather jacket. She set her helmet on her bike and unzipped her jacket. It was warm so she didn't need it but she always wore some kind of jacket for protection. She looked over at the school and noticed all the students. She also saw a man standing behind a tree. He was too old to be a student so he had to be a teacher. Should I talk to him or go check out my class? She finally decided and walked over to the man. "Hello, you must be another teacher here. Name's Abigail but I prefer Abby."

Aysel grinned at his reply, shrugging. She had never met a phoenix before, for all she knew before this, they had been some mystical creature humans had dreamed up. Now, she knew otherwise. "Well, if you insist." she grinned at his reply, still looking over at the man whom she also suspected to be a teacher, then the woman with rather colorful hair that approached him. Again Aysel shrugged, watching them curiously before turning to look back over at Makoto. "He could be. And if he is... then I bet that that woman may be as well. You think they're teachers?" she asked, tilting her head to the side thoughtfully, before nodding slowly. They must be.

'Ahhh they're looking this way!!' Mele thought when he realized the students were looking back at him. 'What do I do?!?' he panicked mentally, on the outside he began to smile though. Mele's emotions are scrambled so what ever he feels on the inside is expressed as something totally different on the outside. Still panicking on the inside and peacefully smiling on the outside he began to bang his head against the tree he has hiding behind.
Soon after Abby came over and greeted him. Mele stopped and stared at Abby with a big smile plastered on his face and a stream of blood draining down from his forehead. 'WOAH! Someone....too...close...GEH' Mele didn't say a word and awkwardly stared at Abby as his mind imploded. After a while though he let out a yelp and hid behind the other side of the tree. "Cheerio Ole'Chap!" Mele said in a British accent and then followed it by saying "They call me Mele around these parts" like a cowboy from an old western, not even Mele understands why he talks like this. Mele still had a pleasant smile on his face as he carried out these charades.

A bus stopped in front of the school, and the bus driver seemed to drop off a coffin. The coffin laid there for a few seconds, making people think about what could be inside. It opened, and no one could see the girl who came out of the coffin until a hand had closed it shut. A brown haired girl stood, with the coffin now slung on her back, she had taken the schools uniform and rebelized it in her own way, and completely ignored the fact that there was a jacket with the uniform. The sleeves were rolled up, a brown beret with a skull bow and a cross pin. Next to the decorations on her hat, was her name.

Rose Pandemonium.

She was Filipino. Brown-haired, brown eyed, with curly pony tails, she looked pretty harmless. The fact that she was an icy look in her eye, and the cold aura, she gave the aura that she wasn't very patient. And she wasn't. She had a hard life, moving from place to place was what she was used to. 17 years and counting, she looked like an ordinary human. Wrong. She was a Snowling, a person of Snow and Ice. And her personality was like that for a reason, her dislike of freezing the few friends she makes due to her temper. Her cold brown eyes scanned the school grounds. She didn't want to speak at the moment, so she went to a nearby tree, though there weren't too many nearby, and laid the coffin against the tree. 20 seconds in, longest time I've been in a school. Rose thought, taking out a water bottle from her coffin and drinking.

Abby tilted her head. He certainly is a weird one but so am I. She listened to the changes in his accent and nearly laughed. He was really good at them. Instead she pulled a handkerchief out of her pocket and stepped around the tree again. She wipped her hand out and whipped the blood off his forehead. It didn't look like a bad cut. "There that is better. Nice to meet you Mele. I'm kind of glad to see another teacher before having to deal with students."

Staring at the male teacher at first, Makoto was starting to notice how he had seemed to had been a slightly clumsy one to his own thoughts. Right when Makoto and Asyel had looked over at him, he seemed to had scrambled all over the place just to keep his balance. At least, thats what it looked like to him as he watched the man bump into a tree only to go behind it. "Okay...I guess, if thats one of the teachers..he seems to look like one of the fun ones." he stated, before looking back over toward Asyel when she talked about another teacher she saw, but rather now it had seemed to be about a female. Turning his attention back toward the tree, he noticed how now the male teacher was now speaking with a female adult; considering how far apart Makoto and Asyel were from the two other adults speaking. He couldn't hear a single thing they were saying, so basically all he could really do was agree with her that those two were teachers. "Hmm...If those two are the teachers; does that mean they aren't human either?..this school..what exactly are we going to be learning here anyway?" he asked himself scanning the area around him once more trying to find some clue about anything going on here.

(sorry for the crappy posts. >< i cant seem to think of anything lately.)

Mele was touched by Abby's kindness 'This woman is a saint~' he thought as his mind shifted from panic to peace. In his mind he was at heaven and totally calm and serene, he was truly happy. It's not that people normally run away when they meet, they are normally to afraid to even approach him. But just like his inner emotions shifted his outer emotion shifted. He now gave Abby a death glare. Mele's eyes were opened wide and began turning red as his pupils seemed to pierce her soul. His mouth tensed up into a grit as his face became red with veins bulging out. The tree he held onto seemingly began to whither in response to his outward appearance. "Aha~ I wasn't expecting to meet another teacher so soon either...Are you new here by any chance?" Mele thought he was going to say with a peaceful cheery smile on his face. But what he really uttered was "GAHAH!!" as though he was choking and then finished off by saying "ME NEW YOU NEW!?!? FRIENDS! NICE" like Tarzan when he first learned some words.

((Hmmm....Mele is a beta character so he may have a little contradictions and severely odd behavior because I'm making it up as I go....just to warn you XD))

This man really is an odd duck. I think he needs to get out amoung people more. She watched his face change to anger but she didn't let that bother her. She had meet many people who did that when first meeting a person. Man, reminds me of that chick at school. First time meeting her and she punched me in the nose. We did make great friends though. She placed her hand on the tree he was touching and leaned against it. The gahah suprised her but only because he was a teacher. "Hope he isn't the English or Speech teacher." "Yep brand new to the teaching thing and to this school. I'm actually new to this area too. I'm glad I'm not the only new teacher here. Always hated being the new kid. Being friends would be nice. Us teachers have to stick together afterall." She smiled calmly at him. Maybe if she acted normal enough he would get better.

((That's fine. I'm enjoying figuring out what to say to him.))

"Yeah and Then I could dazzle them with the impossible amount of math I can do in my head. You know the things like the square route of 3.9002398 to the eleventh power. By the way the answer is about 624519, with some change. So if you're ever in any need for some mathematical help, I'm your go to guy. Another downside to my power is I'm great in math and languages and reading but often times have really crappy social skills and i also don't deal with sports very well either. They don't make any sense, no matter how much information I read about them. Like football for instance, They barely even use their feet! Also what's the point of crashing into some guy in order to get a elongated ball away from him. I really hope I won't have to take PE. I understand running, and bowling, but other that that, not really. I don't even think Golf is a sport. I played it once, only broke a sweat because it was super hot out there."

Maria laughed. He seemed to have a real problem with sports. "I'll keep that in mind. If you need someone to be light and bubbly I can help. And maybe if we have to take PE we could do it together. I'm not the best at sports but I do love the activity and I am pretty good and helping others in it. It is always more fun when your on a team with someone you are friends with." Having grown up in a country school everyone played sports. Being part of the baseball team hadn't been a choice. It was one of the few places people forgot to make fun of her. Because of shifting and all the running, flying, and swimming she did in those forms her muscles were all very strong. So it made her a bit stronger and faster then the normal human.

Mizu took a breath, the air was strangely fresh here. She felt a little unprepared, coming to a school with none of her belongings, but was told beforehand that all of her stuff was pre-sent to the school. That was a relief, if it was up to Mizu alone she'd never remember anything. Old habits die hard, especially when you were a fish.
The girl had gotten off a bus with some other students, who apparently were preoccupied by a strange student getting out of a coffin. Mizu didn't care in the least, she had seen far stranger, and set off to find a nearest water source. She was going to miss her coastal home with her adopted family, but the sight of a large fountain pool by the main entrance lightened her spirits a bit. Betting that they didn't allow students in there, she thought it best to avoid diving in until she was acquainted with the school.

She now walked around aimlessly in the front of the school, uncertain whether or not it was alright to go inside already. There were other people around her, but didn't have much courage to talk to anyone. She sucked her cheeks in to make a fish face, which Mizu often did when she was thinking. Sitting down by the entrance pool she leaned over to see her reflection, her blue eyes seemingly brighter when looked at in the water along with the illusion of fish swimming about. Mizu was very concerned about the way she looked. People had told her many times that she was pretty, but when she looked at herself she could only see the hundreds of fish that made up her body. She wasn't human, and no matter how many times she'd tell herself she was, the spirit knew the truth deep in her heart.
She fiddled with her hair a bit, but turned to look out onto the others with a sheepish expression on her face.

Dimitri noticed some newcomers. A creep of a teacher, a not so creepy looking, punk rocker/colorful Gothic teacher, a cold looking female 'I sleep in a coffin but am obviously not a vampire' type of student, who has a reckless disregard for the uniform, although her editions were improvements, a odd girl staring at herself making fish on the surface of the water, and a pair on the other end of the quad that he couldn't identify. "Thanks for the future help," Dimitri said, "This year should be interesting!"

Mizu finally had the determination to ask about going into dorms. She got up from where she was sitting by the water pool, she walked up to a boy with light blonde hair and glasses, tapping him on the shoulder. "The dormitories open?" She asked with a nervous tone of voice, she couldn't tell if her english was right. She spoke french better then she could english, but doubted anyone else here could. Jean, her adopted father, had taught her french as a first language since after she was caught she didn't speak anything close to a human's language.
"I mean, I can go into the dormitories, yes?" She asked again, hoping her second sentence made sense.

Dimitri looked at the girl who had just tapped him on the shoulder. "English isn't your first language," he said, noting her French accent. He continued in French, "I am also new here. I do not know if we are allowed to enter the dormitories now or if we must first go through orientation." He smiled at the girl and said, still in French, "What is your name?"

Maria looked around at everyone and smiled slightly at the colorful teacher. She had always wanted to dye her hair. "Your welcome, I'm sure I'll be thankfull for your help too. I certainly hope it is." She told Dimitri.

She watched as a cute dark haired girl came over and talked to Dimitri. He started talking to her in French but she couldn't follow. She knew a few words but it wasn't very helpful now. She waited for him to finish before speaking. "Not sure what he said but I know I saw some students go in the school earlier."

Mele's inner emotions were going crazy with excitement and nervousness. This was the first friend Mele ever made, not even dogs would approach him. 'Wh-wh-wh-what should I say next?!?' Mele was terribly nervous and happy at the same time. His outward expression changed into a blank stare. His face returned to it's normal color and his eyes showed signs of no life, there was no visible emotion expressed on his face but on the inside he was bustling with joy and nerves. "Stick together like bananas and hats" Mele said with a monotoned Italian accent and then whispered to himself "Spicy Meatballs~" in the same accent not realizing he said it pretty loud.

"Ouais," Mizu replied, thankful that he could understand her english problem. It would still be a mystery to her how, but she wouldn't question someone who was giving her help. "I see. Then could I stay around until the rest of you go? I find it scary to do things on my own." She said in french. "My name is Mizu, and yours?" She asked, then to the girl in english, "What is your name?" By now the worst part of introductions was over, and the fish girl felt slightly more comfortable.

Abby started to tighten her lips but stopped and kept the large smile on her face. Maybe I did get myself in too deep. No, he seems nice enough. "Hm.. I think I prefer bananas and peanut butter but sure. You can be the hats though. I like bananas better and they don't try to hide my new dye job." She winked at her small joke. She pushed off the tree. "Well I need to go check out my room. I didn't realize the students would be showing up the same day as us. But we should eat lunch together. I can meet you out here." She turned and started to walk towards the school. He really seemed nice and usually she would have stayed out with him but she knew if she did she would regret it. She need to check out her classroom and start prepairing for students. She had worked hard to prove everyone wrong and to become a teacher. She wouldn't fail now because she would rather make friends then work.

Maria smiled at the girl. "My name is Maria." Since she had understood nothing else she left it at that.

"Thank you," She said in English. She thought it best to practice her English for Maria's sake, she didn't want her to wait around for a translation. In her uniform pocket Mizu pulled out her schedule, looking over the assorted sport options. Most of them consisted running, which the fish wouldn't want to live in at all costs. "The school has swim for a sport?" She asked almost rhetorically, she was preoccupied looking around to see if the large building had some information on it about that fact. The only body of water she had seen was the opening decoration pool. Mizu explained, "I do not want to run." To be precise, she was afraid to participate in anything like that, including PE. Her reflexes were slow, her ankles thin, and her heart rate would beat like a rabbit if she participated in any physical activity on the land.

Maria smiled when they switched to English. "Oh, thanks for the switch. Took French in grade school and all I remember is how to say hello, good, bad, My name, and how to sing a song about sheep." She laughed remembering the class. "Yes, you are very welcome to stay with us. I didn't notice a swimming option. I was kind of upset too. Looks like you two fit in well together then. He was saying he isn't excited about PE type things either. I wonder if I could find two more people that are good at sports then we'd have a pretty even team. I was actually thinking of joining the track and baseball team since they don't have a swimming team."

Aysel couldn't help but let out a little giggle at the man that was suddenly having a hard time catching his balance before grinning as she turned around to face Makoto. "I'll have to agree with you on that one." she replied with a small smile before continuing to look around at the others present. She thought over Makoto's question slowly, I wonder if anyone here is human... Then, shrugging, she let out a soft sigh, "I guess we're both at a lack of information, then. I'm afraid tha tI don't know either..." Noticing a girl walking up to the man she sus[ected to be a teacher to ask a question, her curiosity stirred, now wondering if she could go up and ask what questions she held as well.

Mizu giggled a little bit at Maria's explanation about french knowledge, "That is enough to know." She smiled, "Maybe I can ask other students about the swim, I am no good at the sports. I hope you have luck to find other athletic students." She made her fish face for a second, thinking the rest of what Maria said over in her head since she only picked up on the first and last part. Apparently Dimitri didn't like sports either, which made Mizu feel a little more normal. At least she wasn't the only one.
The fish girl breathed in the air again, it still seemed so clean. Back at home she could smell the salt of the ocean and hear waves, but here just seemed silent aside from the slight breezes of wind that moved the trees. "The school is very pretty even if it is grey, yes?" She asked Maria. It was unfortunate the girl didn't know how to say 'Don't you think?', so she just had to settle for 'yes' to make a question.

Maria looked around the school. "It is pretty. Different from home but nice. The school is a lot bigger and fancier then I'm used to." She sniffed the air. "You smell of salt. Are you from near the ocean? Always loved being near the ocean." She sniffed the air again trying to learn anything else but her nose was too weak in this form to catch anything else.

She smiled, looking around the school again. It was a bit different, being larger and more classical then any other school Mizu had been to before. It was nice.
'You smell of salt'? That was an expression the girl was unfamiliar to, but could understand it enough. Mizu nodded her head responding with a quick "Mhm!" as a reply for 'yes'. "I live with my mother and my father at the coast." She was going to miss the ocean for the time being, but nothing that a long cold bath with salt can't solve. "What about you?
