The moment Dani darted out the door, Tev was on her tail. He made no motion for the bags. Physical possessions meant fairly little to him, having had very few in his life. Other than his medallion, there was nothing that Tev wouldn't be willing to part with. So in his haste, just as with Dani, Tev had actually forgotten about the bags.
As he stepped outside, it dawned on him that Dani must have very sharp ears. She had immediately identified the sound of the headmistress' speech, or at least that there was some noise (he couldn't really know if Dani had known who was speaking). The speech itself concerned Tev a little; he had never been good at following rules, as trouble seemed drawn toward him, and with just three strikes...
They had to be back by two o'clock, so that gave everyone about an hour to get settled into their dorms. Not that that would be a problem for him. Tev's luggage mostly consisted of a couple changes of clothes and the items on his body.

"Yeah, sure." he said offering her is arm like a true gentleman. He was being a dork and all but he didn't care. He didn't really care about who he was placed with in the dorm... he didn't have many possessions on his person beside clothing, which ranged in style from the Victorian clothes he was currrently wearing to hoodies and jeans. He was very diverse. He slung his bag over his shoulder and waited for Serafina's reply.

Jian glared one last time at the violet-haired woman before he followed the Headmistress out the staff room and towards the main hall. He stood by her, looking regal and deadly at the same time as the woman gave her speech about the rules. When she mentioned the consequences of breaking the rules three times, the demon couldn't help but smirk a little. He glanced at some students he already saw as troublemakers, including the white haired first year he came across this morning. He gave all of them a challenging look, like he was daring them to look for trouble...
Lai-Lai turned away from her new friend and towards the sudden burst of light in the front of the room. There stood the Headmistress, speaking to all of them about the rules and what not. She smiled to herself, seeing definitive proof at the dress code was not restricted. The blond could dress as outlandishly as she liked.
Once the Headmistress dismissed the students to go to their dorms, Lai-Lai turned back to Leland. "I'll see you later then! I hope I get a class with you!" She gave the boy a quick hug before rushing off towards where the other Earth students were.

As Hikako had seen along with heard how Ali had told the staff to go with her since it was past the time that they needed to get the new students into their dorms. He simply gave a little nod without a single word before standing up along with her and making his way out of the staff's meeting room than heading down the hallway with the other staff if they were planning on following until they made it back to the main hall; where everyone of the students still remained as they were instructed to. Crossing his arms light and staring down at the students, noticing how Ali had ended up causing a flash of light to appear. All Hikako could do was squint one of his eyes at the bright light as he continued to stare down at the other students who all took their attention over toward her as it seemed. Him being there wasn't really much more of a threat but more over the just the point of letting the students know who the heads of the different houses were. His eyes darted left and right as he stared at the students speak with one another along with some of the others making their way immediately to their dorms without a word. So by the time the little speech was finally over; Hikako turned his head right over toward Ali as he began to wonder if she was going to be doing anything different than the original headmistress or if she was going to follow the original in her very footsteps. Either way, it wasn't any of Hikako's own concerns; as long as she didn't blow up the school. Before long, he took his attention away from her and made his way back down the hallway so that he could simply make it to the obstacle course. Just to wait for the other students when Ali had called them all back at two o' clock.
Hiroshi at this point stood there by the doorway that lead into the school the entire time as he awaited for the headmistress along with other heads of the school to come back and give them all more instructions of what to do. While he stood there, he had taken his attention down to his hands multiple times only to end up clenching them slightly; he wasn't sure what he was feeling throughout his body. But while he stood in this large building, it felt almost as though some kind of strange electrical energy surged throughout his body. Before long, when he saw seemed like a large flash of light appear out of nowhere behind him. On pure instinct of itself, he immediately turned around only to find that it was the headmistress telling each of the students; which included him, the rules and when they were expected to come back here. Right after that, and being told to head to their dorms now; all Hiroshi did was simply take his attention away from the headmistress to the other students who either went their separate ways; if not, say their goodbyes and 'see you later' to their new friends before taking their own separate ways. On the other hand, Hiroshi didn't really have a new friend; but he didn't let that get to him as he made his way toward the direction of where some of the males went; thinking that was where the boys' dorms were.

Kyle Alan Gear stood on the lawn of Asveyrn Academy dreading the news he was about to bring. His favorite teacher, Professor Waeylynd, had been killed under suspicious circumstances, possibly by Black Magic. He had only just found out himself a few days ago, when he went to his mentor's home to visit, like he akways did before Asveyrn's school year began. He had done so since his second year at the school. He never missed it and always looked forward to it. He greatest regret is that the new students at the school would lose the great knowledge and wisdom of the Great Alec Waeylynd. He sniffled a bit at the remembrance and continued on. He walked up to the great doors and pushed them open with magic, his body didn't have the strength to push them open, so he did it without a word, and not realizing there were scurrying students on the other end. He accidentally blasted a few and apologized quickly. He walked straight up to the now Headmistress and bowed, as he did to the Heads of Houses at her sides. When Hikako left he nodded to Alison, "We need to talk, in private, I bring grave news."

Serafina smiled when he agreed to walking to the dorms together. When she saw him offering his arm she switched the arm her bag was on and took his saying “You are a true gentleman, I didn’t think that anyone here would actually be like this.” She looked over at him then said “It’s a good thing” she smiled and started walking towards the direction of the dorms.

((Sorry for the lateness. I've been trying to wait for others to get to their dorms. With only two per House right now, it will require a bit of a wait between interactions.))
Frowning at Kyle as the thought of bad news filled her, she turned, nodding to the other Heads. They would see to matters concerning the challenge. "Come," she said, nodding for Kyle to follow her. There would be some chilled wine in her room. It was great for unnerving students who knew of her vampire heritage due to it's similarity in color to blood.
Opening the door to the first classroom she came across, the Potions room in fact, Ali stepped inside, ushering Kyle through before closing and locking the door behind her. When she turned to face him, the sickly sweet smell of materials and potion residue assailed her nostrils, causing her to pull out a small handkerchief to cover her nose.
Taking a seat on the nearby desk, careful to avoid any char, she looked at the man before nodding. "What is it?" she asked, voice muffled behind the sun-embroidered cloth.

"It's how my Mother raised me." Dimitri said at the comment about him being a true gentleman. He smiled when she took his arm and looked around to see another man burst through the door. He wasn't sure if it was a teacher because he seemed too young. He shrugged it off after he apologized to everyone. He wondered what was going on when he rushed to the headmistress and they went into another room. It didn't really matter. He turned his attention back to the beautiful young woman next to him. "So what about your family, what were they like."
\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//\\//
When they opened the door to the Potion room Kyle felt right at home. The only class he like better than Potions was Wordless Magic. Kyle noticed Alison's reactions to the smell, he used his magic, wordlessly, as usual, to open the windows to let the air circulate out. He didn't even really think about it, like always, he didn't need to. It always just happened for him. He only need to put out words if he was doing a serious magic, like defending an entire building with a shield of Pure Magic. Kyle looked at Alison exasperated. He didn't know how to put it. "Waeylynd is dead." He said simply. His eyes started to tear up at that point, as if the words solidified the realization of his death. Kyle sat down and looked at the floor when he spoke his next words, barely a whisper, and choking back tears, "I was going to visit him for our yearly visit. When I got there his house was in shambles and he was lying on his table with gashes all down his body. I tried to give him as great a chance as I could, but I'm no Luminimancer, I can't heal like you can." He gestured to his scar at those last words. "It was bad enough I found him dead, but then I found this!" He said, holding up a note with a simple symbol on it.
"Necromancers. They claim responsibility. They claim to have killed the one man I ever looked up to. The man who practically raised me while I was here. You what he was like to me. Like the Father I never had." The sadness that Kyle was feeling was being converted into anger, and that was dangerous for the Archmage. When he was angry his Magic became unpredictable, because he didn't think enough to control his magic, it just ran wild. Alec had taught him to control all the anger he felt inside. He had always been angry when he was younger and just entered the Academy, and his inability to speak correctly when he was younger got in the way of his speaking spells, which thus landed him in the Wordless Magic class. An Angry boy with a lisp using mental magic was a bad combination. So Alec Waeylynd stepped in and taught Kyle to forgive. To forgive his father for leaving him, to forgive his mother for selling him, and to forgive anyone else who hurt him. He did this and rose to the top of his class, being liked by everyone, give or take a few people. When Kyle came out of his reverie of the past and his anger subsided, he noticed the room was praticallydestroyed, the desk Alison was at being the only one still upright. "Sorry about that," he said quietly.

At the statement of Kyle's old instructor being dead, Ali's eyes widened, the shock preventing her emotional release. Then the description came, and she couldn't stop the tears that overflowed. He had been such a well-liked, inspiring man. His lack of anger had been near legendary among the students.
Her eyes widened at the mention of necromancy being involved. So very few people had Dark Magic, and they were usually locked up or killed when they lost control. That meant that it probably wasn't more than two, at most. Much more likely it was performed by one. The destruction around her didn't cause her to blink an eye. It was perfectly acceptable in this instance. "It's alright. It happens to the best of us," she said, surprised at how level her voice was.
"I highly doubt that it was committed by more than one mage," Ali said. He should know why. "I only know of one, and I highly doubt she would do that. But still, I suppose we'll have to keep an eye on her. The other teachers won't stand for anything else once this gets out." Dabbing at her eyes with the sunny handkerchief, she looked to him before speaking again.
"We'll need another teacher," she said. "Would you care to take up the mantle?"

Serafina smiled and nodded hearing that was how his mother raised him, thinking about his question she continued to walk. Then said "Well my mom she's human and my dad is and imp, I took my dad's side for genes. I am an only child so no brothers or sisters to play with but the village was basically a family since it was small. So there was always kids around but none that I would actually call sisters or brothers. Ummm after almost burning the village down my dad kind of kept me indoors and away from any flames and watched me to make sure I didn't burn anything, hence my clothes all flame retardant. My mom on the other hand tried to avoid me worrying about what might happen if my mood changed. But she was reluctant to let me come being her only daughter and all." She looked over at Dimitri then asked "What about you? What's your family like?"

"I don't think that would work... I mean, I'm only 23, I'm not certified for this." Kyle said simply. He didn't think he'd be put in this situation. When he thought about it again. There was only one answer he could give. "I'll do it. Waeylynd would've wanted that. When do I start?" He didn't have much belongings so he could move in immediately. He had lived in foster homes enough to keep a bag with him.
__________________________________________________ _________________
Dimitri shook at mention of his family. "I was born to a human father and elf mother. My father was a great Archmage, and an even better Alchemist. Well... we thought so..." he said, with a heavy breath. "He was killed in an Alchemy project. It blew up in his face, literally. He was attempting Fire Alchemy. Practically impossible. After that, my mum re-married to keep food on the table. This guy was a full elf. Let's just say he doesn't like a half-elf in his home. He deals with me cause of my mum. Luckily he sired to girls, my sisters, Kilsa and Ginean, whom I love dearly. Stood up to the Elf for them more than once, took the blame for them more than once, took the beatings and punishments too." He smiled at the last point. His step father hadn't hit him or his half sisters since Dimitri learned of his powers. He had blasted the man, which made his step father think twice about doing it again. The man had never been good with magic.

Ayumu ignored the demon’s glare and followed the Headmistress towards the main hall. She made sure to stay away from Jian as they stood before the students while the Headmistress gave her speech. As the Headmistress spoke she looked at the new students. Her eyes were cold as she gazed down at them. Consequences, oh yes she knew well how to take care of troublemakers when the rules were broken. Her mind wandered a bit thinking about how to punish students, she brought back be the Headmistress dismissing the students to their dorms. Since the speech was over she considered tormenting the demon a bit before heading over to the water house dorms to greet the new students.
Hotaru listened quietly to the Headmistress’ speech. It seemed none of the other students had noticed her standing in the back corner, which was fine by her. Once the speech was over she followed a small group of students who were also going to the fire house dorms. Every once in a while she would glance at them wondering if maybe she should go ahead and introduce herself, but they already seemed to be in deep conversation. So if she spoke up she’d only be interrupting them or butting in.

"Right now," Ali said, smiling slightly despite the tears coating her eyes. "I'll give you time to get your stuff put away later. Right now, we need to get to the field. I want to make sure the wards are up and everything."
Standing, she motioned him to follow before she exited back into the rustic hallway. The tapestries hanging from the walls added color the gray stone, while lamps designed to look like candles decorated alcoves, shedding their feeble light. The purple carpet was also rather good at lifting the spirits of the people walking through the corridors. Even though this was the level Ali went to the least, it still radiated that sense of home.
When she got to the doors, she pushed them open, squinting slightly at the bright afternoon sunshine. A few clouds dotted the azure sky. It certainly was a beautiful day. The field lay ahead, easily seen from the middle of the dorm towers, though it was all but invisible to those on the path. Taking a deep breath of the fresh air, Ali continued on her way.
((I'm looking for people to join my new rp: Fantasy Rp As of right now, it doesn't have a name, but that can come later. ^^

The demon teacher from before gave him a glare, challenging him it seemed, but Isaiah just returned it with a goofy smile. Oh yes, jerking his chain would provide multiple instances of amusement throughout the year. Still holding Dani's, and his, bags, he tapped a foot impatiently for the speech to be over. He had read the brochure. This was just a recap.
Glad that it was finally over, her motioned for Dani to follow before turning away. "I'm assuming you don't want to look after a kid, so I'll let her dorm with me until I can talk to the headmistress about getting it all sorted out, okay?" he said to Tev, turning and walking towards the exit without really waiting for a response.
Luckily, the colors and scents had kept Dani occupied long enough that the speech was over before she got bored. That would not be good at all. And not just because of her Dark magic either. The speech had literally washed over Dani's ears, going in one and out the other. While she understood the meaning of the sentences, she couldn't understand what that meant out in the real world due to her Autism.
Seeing Isa motion for her to follow, Dani looked to Tev before darting after the Water mage. "She get ta sees Teb way-ter, wight?" she asked Isa, grabbing onto his shirt sleeve as they passed through the crowd. His nod reassured her, so she just followed, contentedly sucking on her lollipop as she enjoyed the sights.
((I know it's short, but I'm kind of waiting for Cows so that Isaiah and Dani have someone to interact with when they get to the dorm. P: ))

Leland had gone silent, nodding to Lai-Lai's question and following wordlessly to the dorms, where the Headmistress gave her speech about the rules and conduct of the school. It was all standard fair, nothing all that different from what was in Bristol. As long as you don't get caught, anything was legal. He wasn't a bad kid per se, but the idea of a ten-thirty curfew was unreasonable (at least to him). He enjoyed his insomnia-induced strolls.
"I'll see you later then! I hope I get a class with you!"
Again, Leland only gave a cursory nod to Lai-Lai, he watched her leave and started to talk toward the exit.

"Xavier we're going to be late! Hurry!" Tryst dragged Xavier along the path towards the school.
Xavier said nothing, he was concentrating on the mouse he held in his other hand.
Glancing back at his younger twin, Tryst's white eyes flashed in annoyance momentarily. "Zev!" he said more firmly.
Finally Xavier looked at his brother, black eyes unreadable, before lowering them again. "I couldn't leave Aya behind" he apologised quietly.
Tryst rolled his eyes, sighed then smiled gently. "I know, it's just I'm kinda excited. Really want to make a good impression".
He started to walk faster and Xavier had no choice but to keep up with him.
Shaking his long white hair back over his face, Xavier gently placed Aya, his grey mouse, back in her customary place. His shoulder under his hair.
He looked back at his brother. Tryst's spikey black hair was shining in the few rays of sun struggling past the clouds.
His gaze was drawn to the school and Xavier felt a deep misgiving. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea. There would be people there, lots of people. Oh dear.
Tryst didn't notice his brother brooding behind him. With a happy grin on his face, he led the way and didn't slow down until they reached the front door.
A touch of apprehension made itself known, but Tryst shook it off. A new place, a fresh start. Things would be better here.
Once inside he stood there, uncertain now what to do and slightly overwhelmed by how many kids there seemed to be. He had never been round so many his own age before and was shocked to discover he was feeling extremely shy!
Xavier stood behind Tryst, hoping desperately no-one would notice him there. He looked steadily at the floor, seemingly intensly interested in his large trainers. "Oh Aya", he whispered ever so quietly. "I don't like this at all".

After a moments hesitation and a scowl on his face, Tev let Isaiah and Dani walk away. "Tch, whatever..." The Air dorms were already close by, so he made his way toward them. Then, realizing he had forgotten his luggage, went back to the train to retrieve his single carry-on bag, containing only a change of clothes.
Bag in hand, he again made his way toward the Air dorm. And, once again, Tev was keenly aware of the small circle of space surrounding him. With Dani gone, the students' whispering seemed louder, though, in actuality, it was quieter. Sighing to himself, he shot a few especially intimidating glares at the people around him, expanding his circle and making the whispering a little quieter, if only because it was now farther away.
Still half-dancing through the crowd, Quay bumped into a a pair of latecomers, one standing discretely behind the other. "Opps! Sorry, my bad!" Then, swinging her head around so her face was inches away from the boy hiding behind other, "Hey there! How ya doin'?" She straitened her back, giggling slightly, and starred at the boy in front, making it clear that she was actually speaking to both of them. She sniffed the air a little. "Hmm.... elves?" Her species of elves had always had an excellent sense of smell. "Me too! Nice to meet you! I'm Quay Helix, how about you?"

Serafina listened to him as he talked about his family and how in her opinion things sounded rough. She thought about what he was saying until he stopped talking then said “It sounds like you’re a great older brother; I bet your sisters really look up to you.” She didn’t really know why a father or step father would ever be so mean. She kind of felt sorry for him but she learned that no one liked to feel pity from others. Well at least that was what she had learned growing up and she learned that getting pitied on was never a good feeling. She looked down the hall way and then said “So pure magic what is that like?” She wanted to keep the conversation a little more happier now.

Xavier jumped and pulled back in alarm. She was way too close!
Why is she talking to me? he thought in panic. He hung his head even lower, cheeks stained red, and shuffled backwards as far as he could get until he hit the wall next to the door.
He could feel Aya snuffling against his neck and it reassured him a little. But he still couldn't make his voice work.
Tryst was momentarily taken aback by this confident girl. For a moment he wasn't sure what to say, then his natural friendliness took over.
"My name is Tryst Tampas", he turned to include Xavier behind him. "And this is my brother Xavier. Er" he pulled a face when Xavier continued to stare at the floor. Turning back to the elf girl he shrugged and ventured a smile. "He's shy".
Ok now what? he thought to himself. I've never really had a proper conversation before.
Something Quay had said struck him. "You're an elf?" he asked, tugging at a slightly pointed ear selfconsciously. "I've never met another one before".
Wow this was kinda easy, talking to someone.
Tryst grinned in relief, then asked the question that had been bugging him since the two of them had entered the hall. "Do you know what's going on?"

"Alright," Kyle said, following her out the room. When they came onto the yard he gave a questioning look. "This wasn't here before..." he looked around at the obstacles in front of him. There were various types of things, large trees that were tipped over, large pits were dug out and laid with mud and oil. Nothing adherently dangerous, just slippery, sloppy, and hindering. "What's all this about?"

"I suuure am!" Quay brushed her hair aside to reveal a pointed ear, though somewhat short for an elf. After a quick jump step with a 180 degree turn, she kicked her foot out and leaned back, positioning her face directly under Xavier's. "Just like you two." She straightened her back, letting her head lean backwards so as to not hit him, and leapt in front of Tryst. Twisting around so she faced the same direction as them, she threw an arm around Tryst and pointed to six tables at the fair end of the room. "And I sure do. Any of those six tables are where you go to get tested for which house you'll belong to. It's simple; they give you a paper and tell you concentrate on your magic paper, and... VOILA! Your house is decided by which color the paper turns." She swung out so that she was facing them again, smiling ear to ear and giggling slightly. "But you're a little late, most other people are done with that and are heading toward their dorms now." Sniffing the air again, "I smell mouse..." Back home, Quay was well known for her exuberant and rather hands-on manner of conversation, but she never meant ill by it.

Melodia Vedra gently floated through the enlarged window of her personal chamber, only barely caressing the edges with her wingtips. One foot gracefully extended to the floor followed by the other.
Carefully folding her grey-feathered wings so they were flush against her back she proceeded to unwind her long hair from its braid. Even long as it was it never took her long to release her white-blonde hair from its confining ties.
Silver streaks shimmered in the weak sun and Melodia let out a long sigh of relief.
"Much better" she murmered to herself.
Walking over unhurriedly to the long mirror next to the window she studdied her reflection critically. After all she was already late, the headmistress couldn't get any more mad.
Critically examining herself, a young flyer looked back with tri-coloured eyes. Melodia loved her eyes. A ring of pale grey and light blue flecks surrounded by a ring of silver, then a ring of dark grey. Beautiful.
As an Icarite Melodia was an oddity, one of the few to actually leave their mountain homes and live among earth dwellers.
She grinned at her reflection. Well as Head of Earth house, her parents would probably throw a fit if they knew.
Oh well, guess I better face the music and find the head.
She grimaced and touched her dangling serpant dragon earring for comfort.
Giving a passing glance to the sandles waiting by the door she shrugged and carefully extended her wings and pushed, out and down only the barest breath. Just enough to start her floating gently out the door and down the stairs.
Melodia prefered to go barefoot, but she wasn't crazy enough to walk. That was what wings were for.
"I guess I better start in the foyer" she said to herself. "That's where all the new kids are gonna be".
It didn't take long for her to fly there and she was pleased to see there were still some latecomers arriving.
Silently so no-one would see her Melodia flew up and hovered near the ceiling, idly playing with one lock of hair.
Out of the light her skin wouldn't betray her with it's silver shimmer to the earth dwellers below, plus she had a great view of the hall and could watch the new students.
----------
"Huh" said Tryst, "sounds really easy. It thought we were gonna hafta answer questions and stuff".
He grinned at Quay, instinctively liking this hyperactive girl.
"Oh and the mouse is Xavier's". He tilted his head thoughtfully. "He might show you if you like?"
"Hey Zev, come say hi. It's ok".
Xavier jumped as the girl poked her head under his, then moved away to swing an arm round his brother.
In spite of himself he was intrigued. Slowly lifting his head he watched her through the curtain of hair.
When Tryst spoke to him Xavier bit his lip, but slowly moved away from the wall and next to his twin.
Mutely he put one hand under his hair and gently picked Aya off his shoulder and held her out to the elf girl.
The mouse sat comfortably in the palm of his hand, whiskers quivering and black eyes shining.
She proceeded to sit and started washing her dappled grey fur with obvious enjoyment.
Smiling slightly Xavier lifted his head higher and allowed his long white hair to fall back, revealing eyes as black as the mouse.
"Hi" he said softly, barely above a whisper.

Walking along the path, which was actually very nice blue tile of varying shades, Isaiah looked around at all the wilderness. It awed him, plain and simple. In Israel, the desert had been... well, dry. Duh. They were lucky if they saw trees traveling from one city to the next. For the most part, it was just sand, sand dunes, and then more sand.
Dani was staring intensely at the tiles, obviously awed by their bright colors. She truly was a joy to watch. It was quite amazing how little she knew of the world though. Tugging gently, he guided her out of the way of an upperclassmen, who just stared at them rather oddly.
Turning forward again, Isaiah almost stopped dead in his tracks. That was their dorm? It was a giant tower, about ten stories tall, and 100 meters in diameter. It was made up of blue bricks in the same colors as the path, but as he continued to look, his eyes picked out the image of crashing waves along the bottom. It truly was an architectural masterpiece.
But his awe was just magnified upon entering. Blue candle flames dotted the walls, flickering faintly in the draft. Whether they were electric or not, he couldn't tell, but they certainly didn't look it. A navy blue and gold scrollwork carpet laid on the floor, elaborate in design, yet soft, even through shoes. When Dani's feet made contact with the fabric, she let out a squeal of delight, earning some strange looks from the others in the room.
Bookcases, made of good solid wood, sat against the wall, curving with it. There was also a fireplace in the middle of the room, obviously placed there to increase the efficiency of the heating.
Numbly, he began climbing the marble stairs, black to contrast with the blue of the walls. As approached the first story, someone asked him what year he was in. With his answer, he was told that first years were always placed on the lowest dorm level. Sixth years got free-reign of the top.
Nodding, he opened the first door, sighing when it was full. He did this until he came to the last room on that floor, glad to see that it was completely empty. The guy from before tried to separate him from Dani, but when he explained the issue, he backed off, muttering that he would talk to the Head of the House about it.
Finally stopping, Isaiah began unpacking all his things, guiding Dani every so often as she did the same. The bag of diapers she pulled out and shoved under the bed were strange, but, given the incident earlier, not all that unreasonable. Sighing, he sat back and waited. It would be best to meet his roommate now rather than later.
"The boys complained that phys. ed. wasn't fun because it was too easy, so we added some obstacles to give it a more militaristic feel," she answered, chuckling as she stepped onto the field proper. "Hikaru? Are you here yet?"
Frowning at a sudden thought to how Dani was doing, Ali was momentarily unaware of a flashing light that appeared near her head. Blinking slightly, she whispered a message into it, sending it to the new arrival. Apparently the Head of Earth had shown up today after all. Usually she was later than Luci. Shaking her head at the lack of punctuality nowadays, Ali waited patiently for the others to arrive.
Color schemes:
Fire-> Warm colors (Reds, oranges, yellows)
Pure-> Purples
Light-> Gold, yellow, some brown
Earth-> Greens, browns
Water-> Blues
Air-> Grays, silvers, white

Jian glared at the white-haired boy's goofy smile. He was going to make sure he changed that boy's perspective about him, soon. The demon turned to walk down to meet with the Pure House students when a familiar face walked past him. Kyle Gear. He was a Pure magic user like himself and was a student of the Wordless Magic teacher, Alec Waeylynd. The young man looked troubled and was talking quietly with the Headmistress. Jian decided this was not his place to eavesdrop and started down to the first floor where students were now gathering to go to their dorms.
Once he was down, he glared at a few older students of the Pure House who were waiting around. They immediately stiffened, gave him a low bow and ran for the dorms like the Headmistress had told them. Good, at least some students remembered to respect him. He looked around to sense if any other Pure students, most likely the First Years, were still around. At the corner of his eye, he saw a blond imp girl and a half-elf talking to one another. The half-elf emitted a familiar magical aura to his. He walked up behind him to hear the girl asking the boy about Pure magic. Just like he thought.
"There is no reason for you to inquire about a magic outside your own girl." He stated, "Both of you, stop idling around and get to your dorms." That's when he eyed the boy.
"Especially you. I don't like to be kept waiting."
Lai-Lai looked around, wondering where the Earth House students were meeting. This was strange... Wasn't there supposed to be a Head or something leading them to the dorms? It didn't help that most of the older students had already left, leaving the First Years to fend for themselves and find their way. After a moment of contemplating whether or not she should stay in the lobby or go explore, she decide to choose the latter option. Exploring sounded much more fun. And if anyone scolded her for not going to the dorms, she could just say that she was lost.
So, Lai-Lai grinned madly and bounded up the stairs, wondering who or what she'll run into while trying to find the Earth House dorms.

Leaning over so she was eye to eye with the mouse, Quay smiled brightly at the mouse. "Well, hello there! Aren't you the little cutie!" As she lifted her hand to pet the mouse, it started washing itself with it's tiny paws. "Awwww...." Lifting her eyes slightly so that they met Xavier's, Quay grinned. Then, standing up straight, she exclaimed, "Oh my! I'm distracting you two, aren't I? You still need to complete the sorting, no? Would you like me to take you there?" With each question, she leaned forward just a little more, until she was practically in their face. Then, without waiting for a response to any of them, she twirled around and started half dancing toward the closest of the six sorting tables.
