Midori started to smiles at Simon's words when she saw his face change and she felt sick. She could feel him coming. *crap she thought not now Gavin go about your own buisnes and let me be brother!* She turned and saw him bee lining for the pool his aura was so firey it was almost scary following behind him was a fay... Mindy if she recalled correctly she had wondered where the shy girl had vanished to. She looked to Simon and mouthed please dont worry I will handle this.


Gavin rushed up on his sister and the wolf sitting next to her. He glowed with anger at the feeling he had gotten, he had thought something was wrong with Midori that she was in danger, but this.... this was something else entirely! She was with a boy half dressed! What the hell was she thinking exposing herself like this. He stopped short and glared at his sister... *what happened I felt you something was wrong, and I find you like this start talking Midori!*

Midori looked at him and smiled a small smile, brother you were mistaken I was just startled it was nothing to worry about. You do not need to come running everytime something surprises me. *She did not want him to know of the accidental kiss it would send him into a rage and she liked this boy and did not want her brother to scare him away like he did everyone else.* She looked up to him hoping he would let it go.

Gavin did not buy what his sister was selling for even a moment. He stared into her eyes and crossed his arms... ohh something startled you huh thats what you're going to go with really.. I am not an idiot you do know this right? He did not break the gaze he held with her. When she did not say anything more he looked to the wolf boy angrily and started to say something when he was cut off by Midori....


Brother you heard my answer now do not go dragging others into it... besides you have not introduced me to your friend who follows you so close? Midori shifted her gaze to the winged girl directly behind her brother, knowing he would not want to explain she figured this could make him shut up.

Gavin faultered at the mention.. *shit he had forgotten Mindy was with him. He did not want his sister knowing what was going on as he himself was still unsure.* I was being polite sister do not worry your head about it I see you are fine so I will leave you to it. I will see you after you return to the room later. We do have class tomorrow so do not stay out too late. With that he turned on his heal and whispered to the Fay come on Mindy we shall leave my sister as it was a false alarm apparently.


Once they were gone Midori looked to Simon and started apologising *please pay him no mind I am so sorry. Please do not let him scare you off from me, he always scares everyone away.* She looked so desperate and sad as she looked at the boy in front of her that she so very much liked.

Mindy couldn't believe how fast he moved. It was like the end of the earth was here and only he could stop it. Reaching his sister, Midori, she finally was able to stop and catch her breath. If only she was a full blood fairy. That would make this so much easier. The fae didn't accept her because she was tainted and couldn't fly. The humans didn't accept her because she was not normal looking and didn't fit in. As it was, she would just have to work out if walking around at this pace became a norm.

Their quick exchange of words fired back and forth. She was puzzled by his protective stance with her, yet envious that he could be that close to a sibling. Most siblings fought worse than goblins on a night of a full lit moon. She didn't have time to study the two. As soon as she thought she would get a chance at Midori's invitation to be introduced, Gavin was taking off again. Suppressing a sigh, she gave a small shy wave to Midori before turning and rushing after Gavin. Pity there was no one to protect her from her uncle like Gavin protected his sister.

Keeping up with Gavin, she suggested with a cheerful grin, "Well now that we had that false alarm, do you feel better knowing she is not fighting for her life? She is hanging out with someone who wants to be friends. That must be better than dealing with an enemy who only wants her blood." That he didn't approve was obvious and she wasn't sure she should have said anything. But she wanted to try to smooth out things between those two. He was a bit scary when mad.

((Aha, hi again guys. I've missed quite a lot, but I'll do my best to jump in.))

Aria's ears twitched at the sound of chatter and laughter coming from the pool grounds. She sometimes wished she could "turn off" her sensitive hearing and just enjoy a little bit of silence, but it was nearly impossible for her. Her ears could pick up higher frequencies than the normal human ear, but sometimes, it was a pain in the ass. She'd learned to deal with it, though, and sometimes she could tune out the noise by turning her full attention to something else so it wasn't all that bad.

She twirled a leaf between her fingers and watched out over the peaceful, still lake, taking in its natural beauty. She felt tranquil just sitting at the edge of the lake with only the reflection of the moon as a source of light. Her tail swayed back and forth, as if in sync with the pattern of the breeze that was blowing through the air.

She loved to come out here at night. It was like a place that was all to herself, where she could think about anything she wanted, or not even think at all. She didn't know if it was her fox instinct, but she didn't like to be around people. There was no particular reason, she just never felt comfortable... never felt like she fit in. Maybe it was the fear of being rejected, or being hurt. Whatever the case, it was easier this way. Though... it did get lonely sometimes...

She inhaled deeply, enjoying the smell of pine and grass before she'd make her way back to her room. It was late, and she was getting tired. If she was out past curfew, who knew what they would do. The last thing she wanted was to be kicked out of the school and have to live in the forest again.

As she got nearer to the building, the sound coming from the pool became louder from past the bushes. She couldn't see whoever was still in there, but she could hear very clearly. I hope they're not in there all night. It'd be nice to be able to get some sleep. She opened the door to the building and was greeted by the quietness of the lobby. She was actually kind of surprised that there wasn't anyone in there, but shrugged and made her way to her own room.

noticed the fox girl walking to the building and tried to figure out the timing to "accidently" run into her in the hallway seeing as she was his neighbor afterall. Katsuo slowly opened his door and waiting for any signs of the girl

Aria swished her tail back and forth impatiently as she waited for the elevator to reach her floor. She loved having a room on the top floor because the view from that height was beautiful, but the only thing that irritated her were the elevators. It was as if they moved at a snail pace, and they often broke down too. She'd shuddered at the memory of being trapped in the tiny, confined space with a bunch of rowdy, frantic people.

She perked up when she finally heard the ding of the elevator that signalled that she had reached her floor. The doors opened and she quickly stepped out, wanting to get out of the small elevator room as soon as possible, and to her spacious room.

Simon was a bit taken back at the exchange between Midori and Gavin. The best thing Simon could do though was stay out of it. Not say a word. Modori did say she could handle it after all. He listened to the quarrel, finally though Gavin backed off. And noticing Mindy's wave before leaving, he waved back awkwardly. He waited for Gavin to get out of ear shot before looking down and smiling at Midori. "No worries. I'm a werewolf. I think changing scares me more than your older brother."

Simon released a breath he had no idea he was holding. "It is sweet he watches over you like that.... But, As I was saying before. Maybe you would like to go out to dinner with me sometime?" He asked sweetly. A boyish smile was playing on his features. A chill flew by his body, causing him to shiver. "Or maybe for tonight, you would like to go to the caf and grab a cup of hot chocolate with me. Save dinner for the weekend."

Midori smiled as she grabbed his hand. *I would love to get coco with you!* She gushed at him. Worries of her brother she pushed to the back of her mind. He hated the others because they were not like them. They had been brought up to hate them. To kill them even. But she was not like the rest of her race she understood them for some reason. Her parents would kill her but she didnt care. She liked this boy and nothing in the world sounded better to her than having coco with him before she went home and crawled into bed.

saw the elevator doors open and the fox girl step out, quickly he fixed the collar on his shirt and stepped out his door heading her direction

Mentally cursing the freak tornadoes in Texas for making her late, Riley scrambled out of the taxi with her bags, the ears of her Pikachu hoodie bouncing as she moved. The driver had already been paid, so he just roared off when she was clear, shaking his head about strange kids and the strange school. The two black bags she carried held all of the possessions that she had thought she would need for her first year at the school, having transferred over the summer.

Anyone who looked closely would see her trembling, the fear that she was going to get in trouble for being late overwhelmingly present in her mind. What would her parents think if they found out? That thought did nothing for her fears, and she found herself trembling even more as she walked to the main doors. Just before entering however, she paused. She didn't want to get in trouble or anything, especially not on her first day. Maybe one of the other students would help her without getting her in trouble. So, instead, she turned and walked toward the cafeteria, a seemingly relaxed location on campus, especially when compared to the pool.

As she walked, she visibly shrank away from people's eyes, appearing to become even smaller as she looked for someone to help her. The lost expression on her face only increased the effect by inviting more people to come and ask if she needed help as she walked by, accidentally playing off of their sympathy. Of course, being approached by people she didn't know was only a trigger for more anxiety. It was very different if she asked someone, however, instead of being asked. Eventually though, she stopped, took a deep breath, and poked a girl drinking some coco, oblivious to the fact that the boy across the table was with her and that she was interrupting.

While her expression didn't change when she poked the girl, apart from the rise of a blush on her cheeks, inwardly, her heart felt like it was about to explode. What if she made fun of her for her attire? The pikachu hoodie, backpack, and shoes usually weren't well accepted by most people. It wasn't just that particular outfit either; she got the same reactions from her other Pokemon outfits as well. The only "normal" things she was wearing was her blue jeans, excluding the pokeball design stitched onto the front and her yellow t-shirt. While she waited for a response, her stomach twisted itself into knots, her anxiety displayed in her quivering.

Walking down the hallways, Alyssa contemplated several pressing matters. For one, the dreams of the students, especially the pure ones, kept her from getting any relaxation at all. There were quite a few pure students here as well. While she could ignore the dreams she'd already felt, new ones always tried to push themselves to the front of her awareness. It was just how they worked. Really, she was glad that they were waking dreams; dreams of sleeping people were much harder to ignore.

Sighing, she looked up to see that she had somehow wandered to the hallway of Katsuo's dorm. Surprisingly, he wasn't dreaming, though after assessing the situation, she found that that was most likely due to his focus on the kitsune walking down the hallway. A smirk danced across her lips then. It would be fun to play around with him. "Katsuo! How've ya been?" she called out, hurrying to him. "I haven't seen you in forever! Is your girlfriend doing alright?" As she finally came up to him, she wrapped her arms around him like they were close friends.

To be honest, she didn't hate the kid, which was saying something. He was just one of those people who she didn't mind messing with. He sort of deserved it after all the things that he had pulled throughout the years. She considered it a bit of cosmic payback. Which is why she waited with an expression of glee to see what he would do next. As it was, it would take a while to properly explain everything to Aria, if she even wanted to talk to him in the future that was.

"UH......................what are you talking about Alyssa?" he said throwing his hands out to the side in attempts to show Aria how much this contact was unwanted "What girlfriend?"

Gavin stopped short and trained his gaze on Mindy. He spoke softly yet earnestly. *The boy is a wolf, and they are by nature either pack creatures or loners. They only know dominance and control. He will change with the moon which is coming soon by the way, and then he could kill anything that gets in his path even if it is someone he believes he likes when he is in human form. Besides he more than likes her I could smell it on him, he sees her as a potential mate, he is attracted to her on a physical level. I am sorry you had to see me like that, but I am sworn to protect my sister by our high council and I do not wish her to fall to harm or to have myself fall to the wrath of the other Nephilum. Our society is new to coexistance with creatures unlike ourselves so please forgive me my outburst.* He looked to the girl a slight sadness in his eyes as he hoped she would not judge him to harshly.


Midori was snapped out of her oogling of the boy Simon as she felt a small jab at her. She turned and saw a girl in so much yellow she could not help but smile. It took her a moment to realize that the girl looked like a chibi life sized pikachu and this only made her smile more. * Well hello to you, is there something I can help you with the lovely evening.* She took a sip of her coco and awaited the girls reply. *She is adorable is all Midori could think for a moment or two. And her thoughts were also tinged with wonder over the boy she sat with.. she believed she really liked this Simon and hoped they could get to know each other better.* She smiled again at the girl hoping she would not mistake her smile as mocking she liked the quirckyness of the kids outfit and commended her on being so herself, when most would not have the courage to do so.
