Hito walked down the hallway of the school, hoping to find anyone.

"Hello? Anyone here?!" Hito called out.

Everyone and everything was quiet. There was no sound. Takuto then heard footsteps. Wast it Jackers? He stareted to move his pace a little bit faster. He then heard a voice. It was not Jackers. He would hope that they would meet someone else soon.

Dani heard the voices again and called out "Is anyone there?" She could hear people but she could not see them. "Hello?" She called out again seeing if anyone would reply. She didn't want to leave the light of the doorway, she thought that would be way to irresponsible. She almost felt like closing the door and seeing if it'd open back to the hall she had first entered from. This school is way too crazy. I wonder what's going on! she thought as she called out hello again into the darkness. I wonder if I'm just going crazy! she continued to think to herself. That wouldn't be a surprise she finished her thought. Dani began to panic inside her head. She wondered if she really was going crazy. She could feel her heart rate rising. Why is no one replying she thought as she began to peer down either end of the hallway. She began to inhale slowly to calm herself down. She jumped when she heard a soft scuttling sound at her feet and the ferret of the boy ran past her feet into the room. Oh god! she thought I was so scared over a ferret. She stepped back into the classroom, leaving the door propped open. I wonder if I was just heard the ferret and not people. She thought as she scanned the room.

Before Alice reached the stairs she passed a large sitting room, with a lone woman inside. Apparently she wasn't the type of person to hang with loud ones, similar to the ones she heard upstairs. It wasn't like her to lack manners so she thought it was in her best intention to introduce herself like she would to the whole school individually.

She turned and walked into the room, Her silver hair glowing slightly in the dim lighted room. It brushed her back as she walked in her long elegant dress that tied around her neck. As she reached the female she slightly curtsied, as to not completely invade her space. Although it was an older tradition unlike modern day she would not break her manners so easily. She even upheld them in the mist of being dominated by vulgar, violent, Vampires.

"My pardons, dear, I am new here and would like to make formal introductions. My name is Alice, I have traveled from far distances in means of escaping a hostile family. It is only polite to introduce one's self when intruding into a facility."

Hoping the female wouldn't think of her too odd, normal mortals had a habit of that, She pulled a chair up and sat down facing her.



((Sorry this post is a bit off stormy, I'm really tired, but I wanted to post, forgive my mistakes if any. XD))))

Kali all of a sudden smelled two other entities nearby. It was still faint, but the smell of their blood was adding to the intoxication of those that were near her. She wanted to sprint, to take down whoever was nearest to her, but she forced herself to contain herself. Smelling the beings, she followed her senses to at least find someone else. Maybe they were out of this maze of a place.

"I think I hear someone." Kali said to cover up for what looked like a blind lead on someone.

Emma's head snapped up suddenly when she heard Kali say this. She cupped her hands around her ears to see if she could hear them as well...no luck.

"You sure?" Emma responded while trying to concentrate on this alleged sound. All she could hear was the their own light steps.

"Of course I'm sure!" Kali snapped, almost losing control of herself. She only tried to recover from her blood lust, but didn't care that she snapped. She figured it was better than sinking her fangs into her neck, and if she knew that, she would be happier and not question Kali's judgment.

"I don't hear anyone?" Takuto tried to listen more closer. Still nothing. "Oh wait! I hear voices!" He was amazed. They were close to finding someone!

Emma jumped slightly at Kali's snappy response, but she didn't dwell on it. Kali was helping them get out of there and Emma didn't want her to suddenly change her mind. She remained silent as she walked with the two, waiting for that comforting light to finally penetrate the foreboding hallway. Her spirits rose when Takuto could hear voices as well.

Takuto stopped shivering. It was strange.
"Is it just me or did it just suddenly got warmer?" He took his school robe off. He started to sweat a bit. "It's not cold anymore! This must mean we are close to being saved." Takuto was amazed. His hopes increased by a significant amount. He was soon going to be back to his dorm. He needed sleep for he was tired. c

Standing inside the doorway again Dani could hear foot steps. She began to call out to the people again. "Maybe my voice is just being engulfed by the darkness," she said aloud, looking in the ferret's direction to see if there was any response, the animal just sat on the desk and stare out into the hall. "I bet you hear something too, don't you?" She asked, then scolded herself for talking to an animal. "Hello?" she called out into the hall. "Is anybody out there?" She began to think that calling out to the voices was futile, it seemed like no one would ever respond.

After a while, Snow rose, letting Iris fly and smiling as the bird flew alright....right into the building again. Carefully, and quietly she followed.

Barely was she inside, when she smelled the blood. It didn't drive her crazy, but she knew someone, somewhere was hurt.

"I should go help..."

She walked toward the smell. "Hello?" She knew there were other vampires in hte school. She would make a suitable meal, rahter than let them prey on one of the human students.

Almost there. Takuto thought. He took out his compass. It started to work back to normal again. They were now heading West. "Kali, do you still have the map? My compass is working again! We can be saved!"

Kali threw the map at him and said, "You need to find the rest of the way on your own, I-...can't anymore." She leaned against a wall, bending down and holding her head. She needed to feed, she had let her emotions get too out of control, and she couldn't take it anymore.

She hurried as fast as she could. voices... she let her instincts guide her, her sense of the need ot help. The halls finally gave her the scene- a vampire in clear need to feed, and two humans. Snow paused and closed her eyes.

"Takuto. You two run along. I'll help her."

She was struggling...Snow could tell...the vampire on the floor needed help.

"Kali?" Emma murmured in a worried tone. Before she was able to say anything else, another person approached. She remembered her from the class before. Emma approached her in concern.

"It doesn't feel right for us to leave Kali here. Do yo know what's wrong with her?"

Snow gave a wry smile. "Yes. I do. I assure you, when we meet you two again, she will be feeling better. Please, just-" Iris landed on her shoulder in a flutter of feathers, and Snow smiled.

"Follow her, she'll show you the way to sunlight. I assure you, Kali will get much better with only one person around."

Emma puffed out her right cheek in a pout and in thought. She wanted to help, but she didn't really know what to do. And Snow did seem like she knew more. After a couple of seconds, she released the air built up in her cheek.

"Alright...if you say so," she replied in defeat.

"No, we can't leave her here. She's a hero, she saved both of our lives. I cannot do it." Takuto was sad. Why was Kali acting like this. He picked up his map. "Emma. You can't just leave Kali here." He gave a long glance at her. She probably wanted to continue and go.

"Alright, let's go. If Kali wants to stay then let her stay." Takuto started walking. His eyes were wet but he tried not to cry. He hoped Kali would be okay in the end!

Kali growled under her breath. She hated being this helpless over something she had been in control of for over 500 years. And she hated being thought as of a heroine. It just wasn't her. She mumbled something to the effect of that if they stayed much longer, saving their lives wouldn't make any kind of difference.

She looked at the vampire in front of her, scanning her over. Why was this one helping her? She couldn't contemplate this at all. Throughout her years, she had known most vampires to just look out for themselves.

Which Snow heard and as soon as they were out of sight, she knelt down. "Alright, lets get you up and active again before we let you near humans again."

Why did she care? Snow was just that way. She took care of everyone. Her voice as always was low and comforting. Snow never thought of herself- others were always more important than her. She waited to see if Kali would object to this, but if she didn't, Snow was ready to help by being enough of a meal that the bloodlust would whet for Kali.

Emma gave Takuto a pouting glance as the walked. She knew he was worried about Kali and she wished there was something she could do to help...the both of them.

"Takuto, I know you feel guilty about leaving, but it's not as if we're abandoning her. We left her with someone who may actual may be able to help her. I'm pretty sure you don't know what's wrong with Kali, and I sure as heck don't, so we'd probably just be in the way anyways," she spoke up, trying to make him feel better.

Dani decided that she must have just been hearing things, but to double check, she went back into the room to look for anything that might produce a light source for her to look farther than the triangle of light the door let out into the hall. She walked from wall to wall and found a small stub of candle. This won't help me much, she thought as she threw the candle against the wall. She continued to look and found what looked like a latern, she wasn't exactly sure. Picking it up from the counter, she began to fiddle with the nobs on it and suddenly it broke. Frick, she thought as she put it back. She went back to the door and listened again, she still heard voices.

Kali reluctantly obeyed the other vampire. She took a few steps and growled in frustration. "How could I be so stupid!?" She exclaimed to herself not caring for Snow to hear it. She needed to find someone, go out and find someone to feed on. She hadn't fed on anyone in a few nights, and she needed to escape to find some random person. She wanted to run, she wanted to do a lot of things, but she tried to control herself.

Snow smiled. "Kali, it isn't your fault. Here. You need not go anywhere. I can provide. At least enough that its safe for you to venture out. can't have you attacking the students. Thier nerves are already frayed." She offered her neck.
