((I don't think she meant you, Nina. Anyway yea, Margie's been lurking around again. I actually had my first essay due today ;_; dunno if I did any good on it. P.S. I have a sweatshirt from Oxford! My cousin graduated from there a few years ago ^_^ But forreal, that sounds TOTALLY awesome, Delilah!!))


She said a simple "oh" and felt bad that she couldn't really relate due to her being okay without seeing her parents. Most of the family was separated because of their own business ventures, and Kai was here for God knows how long? Diana shuddered to think that her brother was going to move in because of meeting Adrienne...but she knew that if her brother wanted to do something for love, anything, he'd go ahead and do it. That was the only close sibling she had. The others she usually fought with. 'At least Devon seems happy right now. I wouldn't want to spoil his moment,' she thought to herself. "If Adrienne'll let me, I'll probably take you somewhere for a vacation or something like that, you know?" she offered.



"Asher. I like that," Kai murmured. "Sorry if I tired you out though," he apologized profusely, knowing that he acted upon whim without thought to others. He turned his attention back to the other girl. "So, what's your name?" he asked the violin player. "You move in recently, too?"

[[whatevs. Yeah I'm excited. Uber excited.]]

Devon arched an eyebrow when she suggested a vacation. "That sounds expensive," he said bluntly. "besides I wouldn't want to bore you!" He looked a bit confused for a moment and then straightened slightly where he was sitting and slumped down again."

Delilah noticed Anastasia at that point and her cheeks flushed slightly from jealousy. How could she compare to so many girls that were here. She was silent at that point and tried to listen to Kai but was distracted. She glanced back up at him to see what he was doing and noticed he was talking to the violinist.

Anastasia walked up to the couple and violinist. "Hi I'm Anastasia. I'm new here." she said.

"My name is Yume Yokosuka." she said with a smile on her face, "I just move here two days ago."

Anastasia smiled, flashing a beautiful smile that was as close to perfect as you could get, and nodded, "I recently moved here from Russia." she said, "How old are you?" she asked politely.

"Nah, you wouldn't bore me. I like your company," she said. "And I don't mind, the vacation's my treat. Of course it wouldn't be any time soon though. Flights and hotels have to be booked months in advance." Technically, for Diana St. Arquette, things for her upstanding, high-class family could be booked as soon as possible. Instead, she didn't want to use her family name to get what she wanted. She didn't even know where she wanted to go for a vacation!

And she still was learning to live on her own. Devon could definitely help her with that, not to mention the offer of a job from Adrienne, which Diana would have to work on in her room when she got there next. It was still awkward to know that Devon had "feelings" for her...as noted by Adrienne, but Diana didn't know what to say about it. Devon was pretty good-looking too, but sometimes he just acted like a little kid, and Diana didn't know what to do with him. She was like a little kid herself, even for her age, but that was probably because she was the youngest of four siblings, and therefore, possibly the most spoiled. At least that's what people said about her.



Kai was surprised to find there were so many girls living here. 'Damn...' he thought to himself. 'There seriously has to be more guys here.' He definitely did NOT feel like a playboy at all, and that's what people assumed him to be -- a playboy, but he felt rather uncomfortable with meeting girls for the first time. Especially since there were two more. Except for Adrienne. There was definitely something different about her. He cleared his throat.

Kai thought there must have been something pretentious about one of the girls, but it was sort of the way his own little sister acted towards others sometimes, and he tried to push that feeling away. "Nice to meet you," he said, to the other girls. "I don't live here, I'm just visiting my sister, Diana." He paused slightly. "Are there any other guys besides Devon that live here?" he asked Adrienne. He was sitting on a cold log at this point, hands clasped as he was bent forward, trying not to slouch.

Devon adjusted himself slightly so he could watch the movie. He was thinking about something at the moment not really sure where the train of thought was going. He was sick of the movie now that it brought back the memories that he didn't feel like thinking about.

He glanced over at Diana and felt a lump in his throat. It was more likely that she hated him than held any interest other than friendship. "I'm sorry," he said after a moment. "I need to leave. I don't feel good." He fumbled slightly as he stood and made his way to the door. "A vacation would be nice though," he said before opening the door.

"Not that I'm aware of," she said eying Anastasia with hidden disgust. She adjusted herself again so she could occupy Kai's attention more than the others. "But I do believe that it would be quite possible to get more guys to move in here. I haven't met everyone though."

She practically ignored the two other girls out of habit at this point and focused on Kai. She was sick of being responsible at the moment and wanted to do something reckless. She didn't know what at the idea toyed in her head for a while.

"Well I have to go my sister is waiting." she said to them and bowed her head, "I hope to see you again." and with that she left. She walked along the park path way to her house.

Anastasia nodded and smiled at everyone. Anastasia suddenly noticed a girl eyeing her coldly/strangly. "What's wrong?" she asked.

She wasn't surprised, even though it was an abrupt leave from Devon. "Huh? Well...I guess you need to rest." She couldn't even finish her sentence when he was already gone. "I guess it's time to book that vacation, then. Coooome on, Bun, we gotta go upstairs." She carried her pet bunny, as usual. "We still needa get you some supplies and actual bedding. Hopefully you're potty trained by now." It had only been a day that she owned that thing, so it was pretty unrealistic. By this time, it was pretty dark...considering the events of the day were long, and Diana hadn't noticed it was late! She wouldn't go after Devon though. Instead, she knew it was late, and wanted to head to her room to play some instrumental romantic music of some sort and plan that vacation.

"Oh I hope so!" Kai laughed. "For other guys to move in, you know?" It would be interesting to hang out with some guys. Not that he gets trashed or anything because he's not exactly the type to do that. He also was starting to like getting to know Adrienne. He didn't know how long he planned to stay at the mansion...it was only for a visit, and Diana knew that, but he might as well be spending the weekend or longer. At least that way he can keep a watchful eye on his sister for a while and spend more time with Adrienne and Devon. He looked at the sky. "You wanna head in, Adrienne?" Kai asked. It was getting chillier, but the snow still made everything beautiful. He stood up, stretching. "I think I'm gonna head inside for now. If you'd like you can stay here and get to know...miss..." he trailed off, not quite knowing the other girl's name.

Yume walked back to the mansion and opened up the door and walked inside. She walked to the studie room and walked over to the piano. She walked to the stool and sat in front of the piano and started to play.

Devon relaxed a bit when he sat down in his room. He began to rationalize and found he'd been getting ahead of himself. He laughed lightly at the prospect of actually catching someone's ultimate interest in less than a month. He sighed though and felt the weariness overcome him and he laid down on his bed.

"I'd prefer to go inside," she said bluntly. "It's a bit cold out right now and I don't want to get sick. I have to be sure to actually get to work on Monday." Remembering work she grumbled slightly as she slowly began to realize she was given books to read while taking her break.

Roxy wakes from her slumber and sits up in her bed. She glances at the cloock reading the red nen numbers on the alarm clock beside her bed. They read, 10:43.
It was 10 in the morning and she just woke up. She couldnt help it, she was partying all night last night at the local club. She stumbles out of bed and throws on some clothes, she walks out the doorway and down to the breakfeast room where she grabs a glass of orange juice and begins to sip on it as she sits at the bar. "Wow, its a beautiful day." she mutters to herself.

Anastasia watched everyone disperse so she decided to go back to her room. She stepped into the mansion and was greated by warmth. she smiled as she began to be able to feel her face. She looked in a nearrby mirror and noticed her rosy pink cold cheeks. She touched ehr hands to her cheeks and a shiver passed thorugh her. Then she waslked up to her room and went into the bedroom. Exhausted from everything that happenned that day she quickly changed into a pearl white silk nightgown and curled up in bed and fell asleep.

((I'm just gonna post on this one because I don't feel like logging in on the other account ^_^ How is everyone? I'm getting homework shoved into my binder by the crapload ;__; it took me 6 hours just to complete a whole chapter on math, save for two sections; and then I've got tons of reading for Sociology and Mythology...not to mention midterms is around the corner!!))



"I guess I'll leave him alone for a bit," she thought, knowing his room was down the hall. As she held onto the matte silver doorknob of her room, she looked down the dimly-lit hall to the door that seemed to belong to Devon. Adrienne's room was nearby as well. "Come to think of it, I haven't seen Kai for a while either. He must still be out walking with Adrienne." Once inside, she left the door unlocked so Kai would come in - he was staying over, unless he had a hotel room booked at some swanky place. Only problem was, the nearest hotel was in the city, which was a twenty to thirty minute drive, as evidence when Diana drove Devon to go shopping with her at the local mall...same with when Adrienne took them out sometime afterwards. It really had been quite a long day, and Diana couldn't wait to get back into her regular clothes. She kicked off her oxford shoes, shed her jacket and changed into her lilac nightdress from the night before, letting her hair down from its ponytail. When the stereo was turned on, she flipped to the playlist of instrumental music that wasn't disturbing, hard-hitting, or loud. In the next area of the suite, she turned on her laptop and let it load while she walked around her room, and made hot tea at the stove. Bunny stared at her as he was flopped on the bed. Diana smiled. "Hungry again? All right." She took out the small bowl of carrots and celery that were still in the refrigerator and placed it on her white-linen bed. Diana sat with him as he ate, petting the soft, short brown fur of her pet a.k.a. her "baby" and smiled. The computer screen flashed a bright color, indicating it was loaded and logged in. "All right...let's see what would look good." Pushing herself off of the bed, she turned to a bunch of travel websites to see what would seem good for a spring season vacation. It would either be beach or a tourist city...something like Jamaica or St. Lucia's, though she was also craving New York City...



He nodded. "All right, let's go." He took Adrienne by the hand and helped her up, and led her out of the forest path to the house. Rubbing her arm softly, he wanted to make sure she was warm as they got back. At the mansion, he opened the door and motioned for her to step inside the house first. "Would you like me to make you a coffee or anything? Tea?" he offered.

((Bleh, I don't have much to say for Kai coz I don't wanna end up controlling your character either :\ ))

[[I am having a very huge crisis... I lost my shampoo and conditioner. My hair is not soft enough T_T oh whatever shall I do (not to mention the fact I have the final on Brave New World and we're starting Heart of Darkness now too. AP tests are in a few weeks.... AHHH!!!]]

Devon stared at the ceiling. His room was slightly cluttered with books. He stood up again and turned his laptop on and waited for it to start up. He needed to do some homework for the PSEO his sister had signed him up for. He stared at the screen as he waited and was quite pleased when it was ready. He automatically opened the home page that led to his classes and looked up all the assignments. "Why am I doing this if I'm so tired," he asked himself.

Adrienne followed him willingly. She was more distracted while she watched as she looked at everything they passed. When they reached the house she entered when the door was opened. "Tea sounds good," she said with a slight smile.

Anastasia woke up the next morning fully redfreshed. she went downstairs and began looking for teh kitchen. She was very hungry.
