Oblivious to even the bell, She actually, hoenslty walked in late to class, and took a seat, totally ignoring the entiriety of the teacher's lecture on tardiness. After all, why did she care? The book she was readign was muuuch more enthralling...

Charlotte had found her class just before the bell rang. She sat near the back and sat cross-legged in her seat, her book open on the desk. She thumbed through the pages and listened half-heartedly to the teacher's lecture. She looked around the room and studied everyone's face. She had no idea what was going on a shook her head to focus herself.

Luke looked up and down the halls noticing the lack of scrambling Freshman. He still smiled as he thought to himself. "Geez.. No Freshman? Guess they all knew their way around" His smile slowly faded as he started to walk down a hall, passing by a few classes that were already in session. He'd peek into the class rooms as he passed by them, looking to see new faces. Every class had a few, he just liked to see how many there were. He preferred knowing at least everyone's face, he would soon learn all their names.

"Hmm... What class is it I have right now?" He whispered to himself as he continued to walk down the hall. He finally gave up trying to remember the class and reached into his uniform pocket and pulled out his schedule. He glanced down at it for only a moment noticing that he had a science course. He let out a heavy sigh and folded the paper back up and stuffed it in his pocket. "I detest that class..." He muttered as he took the next right into a random class room. The room just happened to be the one Ezri was in. He acted like he was supposed to be there and made his way to the back of the class seating himself in one of the few open desks in the back of the room.

He had no idea what class he had forced himself into, anything was better then his science course; At least to him anyway. He smiled faintly as he looked around the room, seemed like very few people noticed him come in. The teacher probably wouldn't say anything to him, considering he was a Senior.

((I don't know why I've never really played a male. It's probably only because I'm a Girl. lol. Hey look... Luke wandered into your class. lol))

Marcus caught up to Josie and grabbed her elbow. Slowing her down and walking in step with her to their class. His hands leaving her as he did so.

Josie smiled and looked up at him. "Hey Marky" She greeted. Then they were at their class and took their seats.

Charlotte began to chew on her fingernails This class is awfully dull she thought to herself as the teacher began to scribble notes down on the board. She could hear the teacher recommend writing them down, she sighed and began to scribble on her notebook, though she wasn't writing the notes down. Science is so frightfully dull she repeated and continued to scribble on her notebook.

((No problem, dearie, it said in the rules to. Now, one small thing, Stormy already got that last spot in dorm 71. I moved you to dorm 70, in lieu of it having the only avaiable spot there.))

Now, normally, Ezri would have put the book away, and settled back to listen and take notes lie kthe good little girl she was (hello, 4.0?) But, given that this was a reading class, when the teacher began lecturing, she merely continued reading. Thankfully, it was a short lecture. Or, it seemed short to her, as she was hardly aware the person up front was speaking. Boosk were placed on her desk and she handed one back to the (boy, she could tell by his hands) behind her, switching out books without missing a beat. Either physically or in her mind.

"Page 173, Mister-who-slipped-into-this-class-but hasn't-been-here-the-rest-of-the-time." she murmured quietly. "Which class are you playing a literary round of hooky from?" She hardly looked like she was talking, but she was fairly sure he could hear her.

Rat him out? Hah. As long as he wasn't disruptive...he had no need to worry from her.

((Alright, that's fine. Sorry I hadn't seen tht earlier!))

With little effort and a small sigh, Zae looked around the fairly cluttered dorm. The only thing she had out for herself at the moment were a couple of school books; mostly on history and the arts. Carefully untangling her legs beneath her she jumped off the bed and grabbed a couple of books for class, but she knew that she would forget something.Zae was never really too concerned about her grades as she was far too distracted with her thoughts; this being one of the reasons she is so quiet.

As Zae stepped out into the hall she began to walk to her first class. Of course she was late, but that didn't make her run. It had been her fault afterall sleeping outside like that. She flipped her hair out of her eyes and adjusted the necklace around her neck slightly before stepping into the classroom with a sigh.

Shawn hurried around trying to find his school stuff. He was running late for his first class, and by-goli did he hate being late for anything. Finally he found his stuff and high tailed it out of the room and down the hall. Luckly when he arrived in his english class the teacher was too busy writing stuff on the board to notice him.

'no..no..no' Tess muttered as she hurried to get changed. She had accidently fallin asleep on the roof reading. After falling trying to put on her shoe she grabbed her stuff and booked it to Photography class.

Luke reached up and took the book gently from the girls hand, then placed it on his desk. Without even looking down at the book he opened it with one hand and bunny eared page 173 and then shut the book once again. He smiled as she spoke, someone had actually been paying enough attention to notice that he wasn't from this class.

Luke didn't bother glancing at the Teacher, nor did he really seem to be paying any attention to the class. Though, if asked a question he'd without a doubt answer it correctly. He subconsciously took in everything, even if he didn't want to.

He leaned over on the desk a little and propped his head up with his hand. "Hooky? Well I guess this would be called Hooky, wouldn't it" He replied in a quiet laxidasial voice. "I find Science to be a very un-demanding of a class. Besides, this is only the first day. I will miss nothing of importance." He continued on, quietly. "Also, had I not played 'Hooky' as you so pleasantly put it, I would not have met you today"

][Sweet. Do you mind if I NPC the teacher?][

Yuu glared at the door of his English class. It was the first period of the day, and he was late. For about 35 minutes.

For a second, the teen contemplated skipping the class. After all, what could he do for the remaining 10 minutes? Sit there and watch the teacher talk about something that he didn't even understand? He stood there, debating with himself. If he didn't go to the class, he would miss the homework. Then, he would set a worse first impression for his teacher...

In the end, Yuu decided to go in. After all, he had a perfect homework record and he'd rather not break it. Also, this last ten minutes of class torture might compensate for his mistake that morning, the reason why he was late in the first place. Holding back a yawn, he opened the door with a squeak. Swinging it shut behind him, he marched right up to the teacher.

"I'm sorry I'm late," he said. "I don't have a pass either... but I accidentally went to the wrong school."

The teacher gave him a weird look. Yuu looked back at him, equally quizzical. He did present his reason of tardy, didn't he?

"How did you manage to be in the wrong school for an hour without noticing?"

"I don't know," he replied. "I was sleeping. It was after the teacher took attendance and realized I wasn't on the roster that we all realized anything was wrong."

He proceeded to explain to the teacher how he had taken a wrong turn that morning after getting up. He explained how he had a horrible sense of direction, and how the school had looked very similar to the one that he currently attended. By the end of it, the teacher looked at him skeptically before telling him to take a seat.

Yuu plopped down in the nearest open seat, and yawned. Explanations were very tiring. He decided to sleep.

Shawn looked up from writting in his notebook and watched the guy who came in late sit down. Atleast he wasnt the only late, except unlike him, he didnt go up to the teacher and tell him he was late. Who ever he was was a truth teller, interesting.

Luke simply smiled at her as she started to turn her head towards him slightly. He lifted his hand and pointed towards the teacher who was now paying watching the two of them at the back of the room. Apparently, when she started to turn her head it caught the teachers attention. Luke still smiled, he didn't mind bothering a teacher now and again. It helped too that he was never reprimanded for such things.

After a moment or two the teacher returned to the lecture and it appeared safe to speak once again. "When you've been going to this school as long as I have, and when you've got a high GPA, your given so much slack it isn't even funny" He stated, his voice still as quiet as before. "The teachers almost expect you to be missing from class every once an awhile, though, they say nothing about it unless you fail to complete the work they give you"

He chuckled very lightly trying not to attract a lot of attention to himself. If he felt the need to leave at any time, he would and probably dip into another class room.

Luke's face changed from relaxed to surprised in no time flat as he realized he had not properly introduced himself. He prided himself in being a gentleman and here he had failed already. "I must apologize miss, I've forgotten my manors. Perhaps your witty words threw me off, but nonetheless, let me introduce myself. My name is Luke Dunkel" He smiled as he finished his sentence.

((The length of your reply matters not, as long as I have something to reply to. >w< and Go Me! for using a word you didn't know. I feel so much smarter now. *strokes ego*))

Ezri flinched a little, blushing brighter from the teacher's attention in their direction. The rest of her surprise was from his statement about how things were expected.

"I wish I could say I've experimented. Sadly, I have a perfect attendence record as well as a perfect GPA..." Hopefully it wouldn't be expected of her to do that.

Indeed, Ezri's voice was very, very quiet, trying not to get caught, but sounding rather mousy in the process. As he apologized for not introducing himself, Ezri allowed him another small whisper. "Ezri Kaguri. Pleasure to meet you, Luke."

((I wish I had an ego to stroke..XD But yes, feel warm and fuzzy... my vocabulary is bigger than a few adults'...and Mage, no worries, the teachers are all NPCs))

The first class she'd been to had been quite boring indeed-she'd even received a little lecture in the end about being late, but she didn't care. Zae had an art class next, and that was one of her favourite topics. Again she adjusted the necklace that hung from her neck before she calmly walked out of the classroom without a word and found herself not entirely sure which way to go. Zae stood therem waiting for anything that may give her a hint.

((I shall safely assume that we're onto the next class by Gwinivere's post. ^-^; Don't want to be stuck in a time warp where I'm stuck in first period forever XD ))

Luke glanced up at the clock and noticed that first period was just about over. It's surprising how fast a class can be over when you spend almost the whole time talking with someone. Just before he stood up, he looked at Ezri and stated "I too have a perfect GPA and I've never missed a class, until now, my Senior year. Though, the teachers are nice enough to still mark me as in class, even if I am not" He smiled at her as he rose from his seat.

He looked at the teacher for only a moment before glancing back to the clock. It was indeed time to go. He smiled down at Ezri once more and started to head for the door. "It was nice meeting you Ezri. Maybe I'll drop in on another class of yours" He stated as he made it to the door and entered the hallway outside.

He then reached down into his pocket once again and pulled his schedule out and started to scan down the list. "Nothing looks like fun, at least not yet" He mumbled as he started to fold the paper back up and replace it in his pocket. He looked up and down the hallway, it was starting to flow with students. He decided to move over to the wall next to the door he'd recently come out of. He leaned his back against it and relaxed, allowing a sigh to escape his lips.

The bell rang, and Ezri set the school's book down, picking hers up again as she packed her stuff. To Luke's credit, she did let herself glance up when he spoke to her next. "Perhaps." Was the answer he got. "But it is better to earn your perfect attendence, regardless of how boring it can be. I dislike science also, but you don't see me skipping class." Maybe she'd change her mind after taking that science class.

When she stepped out in the hall, she was almsot captured by the strem, instead she stood back for a moment, waiting for an opening. As she waited, she read as well, oblivious to basically everything around her. She then slipped into the hall, reading her novel as she walked, barely aware of her location. It was enough she turned to slip inside the math class however, taking another seat, and continuing to read, her book in one hand while the other unloaded her materials.

Luke had watched Ezri almost become engulfed by the mass amount of people in the hall. It always reminded him of salmon in a stream. He just stared as she made her way in and out of the stream so easily, while reading a book to-boot. He couldn't resist laughing a little. She appeared to be really into her books. He had a thought and within a few moments he'd disappeared from plain sight. He too was able to navigate through the lumps of students easily and without much trouble.

He stopped once he got to a door with the number 71 printed on it. Clearly not a class room, but a dorm. He opened the door and slipped inside, it was his dorm that he shared with a few other people. He went straight to his desk and started digging through the piles of books and papers until he found what he was looking for. He had a book, he dusted it off and placed it at his side and headed back out to the class rooms.

Luke made his way back to the area he was at before in no time at all, and with his usual smile plastered on his face. He reached down into his pocket and pulled out his schedule, again as he started to put it back in his pocket he smiled. He must have looked really weird standing in the hallway smiling all the time. He chuckled and started to head towards the class that Ezri had ducked into. Once inside he wasted little time finding her. He headed over to her desk and placed the book that he took from his room down in front of her. The book was somewhat old and it looked like it had been read a few times. The cover was dark, but you could clearly read the title. It read "The Devils Advocate" by "Taylor Caldwell"

After placing the book on her desk he walked further back and took one of the back seats for himself. If she opened the book, she would see a note written on the inside on a small piece of paper that said 'Ezri, Since you love to read so much. Here is a very deep book, I want you to have it. But don't get lost. From, Luke'

At the sound of the bell, Yuu yawned, tilting his head back up from his arms. The English classroom was now empty, with only a few students still packing up their supplies in the back. Getting up, he searched for the little schedule slip that he carried in his back pocket.

Managing to fish it out, he took a look. Doodles covered half the page, but he could squint out his schedule. Apparently, his second period was an art course with some guy named Stein. In some room labeled 215 on the second floor. Yuu uncrumpled the map kept in his other pocket, searching for 215 and quickly mapping out a route to the room. This time, he wasn't going to get lost.

He stepped out of the classroom and into the swarm of laughing and yelling students. Ignoring the boy that had shoved him out of the way, he took a left turn. Then another left. And a right.

...and found himself lost. Yuu stared at the offending map in his hands, and then at his surroundings. He had no clue where he was... and it wasn't his own cursed gift of bad directional skills this time, it was because of the map. He was sure of it.

He looked at the number of the classroom in front of him. It was 137, the original English classroom that he had just gotten out of in the first place. Yuu had walked in a complete circle.

In the end, he decided to go back into the classroom. Maybe the teacher was still there, and would give him some instructions...

He glared at the map again, walking forward. Not noticing where he was going, he felt himself bump into a person...

][Yuu bumped into Zae? o_o;][

Once the bell rang, Charlotte was out of her chair before the teacher could finish the words class dismissed, she didn't plan on attending her next class, it was Chemistry, another science and she was already bored with science. She walked down the hall slowly, bumping people out of the way as she went. She'd planned on stead on going off campus, into town for some coffee and maybe something to eat. She wasn't sure yet if she was actually that hungry but she'd figure it out when she got there. She had to go back to her dorm first, though, to change. She knew that if the owner of the coffee shop was in he'd report any students he saw. She also needed to grab her wallet, which she left locked up in her dresser.

Shawn signed as he gathers his stuff, pulling out his schedule. He had Creative writing, second year, next. Which ment he had underclassmen in his class. Grand.

Tess was horribley late to her Photography class, resulting in her teacher scolding her and threating to take away her camara for a week. she walked with her head down. She turned and walked into her Creative Writing class. Raising her head alittle she noticed Shawn. She smiled and snuck up behind him. "Shawna!"

He turned around, almost losing his balence, to see Tess standing behind him smirking up at him. "Hey Tessy." He said smiling. He took a seat, her fallowing his lead.

((That's sounds good to me Mage! And yeah, I guess I kind of moved on to the next period, I thought that's what was going on. I hope it was okay!))

Zae was slightly taken aback as she felt someone bump into her; A small squeak escaped her lips as she tried to fight a gasp. After Zae adjusted her footing a little to prevent herself from falling she transferred her gaze from the floor to the face of the being who had bumped it to her. It was a boy.

"Sorry," Zae said quietly. Had she gotten in his way? With a slight bob of her head she moved her hair out of her face and averted her gaze from his face. She hated moments like these-far too embaressing for her simple plain-jane mind.

She hoped she hadn't made too much of a fool of herself just standing there for a while, she still had no idea whatsoever where her art class was, and at this rate she was sure that she'd be late-or maybe she already was. Zae waited for a response, hoping he wasn't angry that she'd gotten in his way.
