It's a hole, bullies and the bullied wander the halls as teachers get drunk in the staff room, the building is practicly falling apart and the classwork is far from inspiring. It's not all bad, there's still one vending machine which hasnt been broken into....

((My references to the school being shite isnt an "emo" thing, I just thought I'd liven it up a bit instead as many rp threads ive been to have already been cheerfull ones, which is great and I want cheerfull moments to arise in this rp as well, but if your typing finger wants to challenge a bully, shout back at a teacher or collide with a falling peice of the stairwell then go ahead =P))

((Right! So welcome to my rp thread, I have some rules for you :)

RULES:
1. No flaming/spamming unless its stor based, I dont want any real fights to break out.*
2. Put out of character speech in double brackets;
Example: (( have to go now but I'll be back online tomorow))Also use quotation marks when your character speaks out loud, it helps to use italics when your character is thinking to themselves.*
3. Please dont make a profile then refuse to post, stay for a while at least, but if you leave please post the leaving form :)
4. No godmoding or autoing.
5. Please pm me your applications, and I'll then post them in one of my posts. Same with the leavers forms.
6. Please please Please dont ignore anybodies post; If someone interacts with you then find a way to reply, as its very annoying to see posts that dont go anywhere.
Eg. if someone says "hi" then please reply as best you can, if no one replies to that post then the poster will have to type something awakward to change the story "Relises he is being ignored so leaves the room" see it doesnt fit in my eyes, also if its not changed it can push the story out of cronilogical order. Try and make posts as cronological as you can, if someone ends their post in a way they can't change unless someone replies then try to make your post connect with thiers as best you can. *

Bio: Vixi always came out on top. It wasn't that she was mean, it's taht her life was bred for perfection. She was born into a relatively well-off family, but was pushed to do the best that she could in every aspect. She and her single mother escaped her emotionally abusive father when Vixi was just five, and moved to a new city altogether. Now, at sixteen, she's moving again. A new school? The Queen Bee didn't know what to do, except try to adapt.
Personality: Not kniving, but certainly a bit manipulative. She's always had an easy time fitting in and finding friends. She knows how to get ahead and what to look for in potential friends that can make her excel in a school. She knows how to rule a place, seriously. A tinge of kindness as well as sympathy toward the bad kids. She isn't cold, but can come off as mean if you don't know her too well. In truth, she's a bit apathetic. Some say she even has a kind of spider-sense for people, like she could see who they really were, what they really wanted.
Aperance (Written description, picture optional but wanted): Vixi is an attractive young girl. She has pretty, blue-grey eyes that pop against her smooth skin. her hair is dark, and short to her shoulders in curls. She is built like a model, with a small waist, thin hips, toned arms and long legs. It always gained her the 'pretty girl' status. Her look isn't entirely wholesome, actually. It's a bit a of an edgy fashionista -- well-dressed with snap.
Special qualities/Flaws?: Has a tendency to 'use' people, unfortunately.

Bio: Born in Russia, she has fought hard to become such a well rounded individual. She moved to the town where WaterPark High was when she was 10 years old. She has managed to overcome her heavy Russian accent, but sometimes it slips when she is angry. Veronika has hated children since one kid pushed her ice cream cone in the dirt. Her own high school experience at WaterPark was hellish, due to her teachers and the kids around her. She wants them to have the same type of experience as her. ;D
Personality: She is a tad domineering, and knows how to use her looks when necessary. Veronika likes to seduce unsuspecting boys into "study sessions" where anything could happen. She tries to contain herself lately, due to an incident at a previous school, that WaterPark High's principal doesn't know about. She is addicted to Webcomics, and reads Calculus books for fun.

Alex stepped into through the gates of his new school, he looked back at the dusty car that let him off, His mother nodded and drove off noisley.
Alex kicked the pebbles udner his feet then began to enter the school grounds, he looked around...there were teens making out against the building walls, a football was being thrown through the air. He saw younger students being chased by odler ones, and the most noticable thing was probably the trash that was lying everywhere along with ciggarette smoke in the air.
Alex laughed slightly, silently judging how predictable this place was, every school in the state was the same, a dump.
"Here we go again" Alex said smirking, he decided to find the situation amusing, it would be more entertaining that way. He continued to walk into the building.
Alex racked his memory to remember the number of his locker.
"...48!" he thought to himself. Each house area of the school had a name, his "house" was camphill, he followed the signs to where thiws house area was and found a locker room, with doors which looked tampered with, the hinges looked loose.
Alex shoved his stuff into locker number 48 then sat back onto one of the benches that lined the wall.
He remembered the phrase "Make yourself at home" which was written on a poster in the school office, Alex leaned against the wall and crossed his legs lazily.
"Well the place sure does look like home" he thought to himself...

Camphill.

Vixi looked up at the school's doors, taking a deep breathe. Dressed in her finest, she noticed the loooks she got. She was obviously dressed too nicely for this dump of a school. She was wearing fine clothes, with brand names, and well-earned accents.

Small clicks of her flats lead her into the school, not giving the others a second look. No, she didn't care if they were doing drugs in the hallways. It was weird, but she didn't care. She finally arrived at her locker, 54, and looked down at the numbers of the lock. 42--12-33. Okay, so it took her a few tries... and she still wasn't getting it. Obviously, she struggled.

"Need some help?" Alex said, almost sarcasticly but with an actual intension of helping her, he unfolded his crossed arms and stood up, he walked over to the girls locker and gave it a thud near the lock.
"Maybe they're just sticking" He said "Even if you have the right combination, old lockers tend to be glued shut if they've not been used in a while, they were like that in my old schol anyway" he gave it another thump.
It suddenly popped open and the metal door slammed backwards showing a dusty empty locker.
"There" Alex said, and went to sit back down on the bench...

Vixi blinked, watching him walk over and nodding. "Oh." was all she could say as he banged at it. Showing off, no doubt. Raising a single eyebrow, her lips managed a certain smirk. Then she skipped after him, tapping his shoulder. "Wait, thanks." She said, if he turned around. A gentle, encouraging smile crossed her pretty face. "My name's Vixi." And so, she offered her hand for him. Why not meet someone new? If she was going to get anywhere in this school she'd have to start at the bottom.

Sandie entered the building, she had visited this place before... Her mother had encouraged her to join but she was too young to just "grin and bear it" at that time, now she hadto join, it was the easiest school to enroll in.
She walked into the grounds,choosing a path which led round the back of the building as she was scared of sticking out. Her face burned as she felt other people's gazes on her.
"They probably think I look weird" She though paranoidly. She had on a massive backpack to carry all her stuff - class hadnt even begun and she already bought all the nessasary textbooks and notebooks that she assumed she would be needing. She also wore a huge jumper as it was an eas way to cover herself up as well as keep herself warm; In her last school she was very cold and the kids mocked her for shivvering in what they belived was fear, all she remembered from that day was shouting back at them that they were wrong, then came a fist fight... So she'd never make the mistake of being too cold again.
Her hair was awkwardly stuck undenethe the sachel straps as she didnt bother realeasing any of the strands. This may sound normal, maybe scruffy but even though Sandy didnt bother changing her apperance, to her she looked like an eyesore in the other eyes, ugly duck syndrome was Sandie's biggest illness.
"Just forget about it" she said to herself, gripping the strapps of her backpack.
"All I need to do is go to class, learn and not annoy anyone"
Sandie kicked a nearby can as she found her way into anothe rpart of...where?
"Awh shit Im lost" She said outloud, she tugged off her backpack and scrounged around inside it to find the map of the school, she didnt know what class she was in, she didnt even know when her classes were or what time it was at that very moment.

Now what Sandie didnt pay attension to was the fact that she was kneeling directly in the way of a grubby backdoor which obviously led into one of the school buildings.

"Wha?!-Unfff"
Sandie was wacked by someone opening the door, she didnt see who came out of the door beacause the soil and dying grass on the ground was all that blocked her vision at that second.

First day of school. Veronika walked about the staff room, looking at all of the faceless teachers. There were not very many. It seems that they don't appreciate the chaos that ensues at WPHS... whimps., Veronika thought.

Bored of horrid coffee and stale first day celebratory foods, Veronika shuffled down to her classroom, stopping only to give mean looks to the newcomers. Everything was as dusty as she had left it.

Veronika sat down in her prized desk chair, and put her feet on the desk. She finally noticed the horrid state, and tried to clean up a bit, then gave up.

Remembering her first day at WPHS, she winced and put bad thoughts aside.

Taking out a pen, she drew on scrap paper, waiting for the homeroom bell to ring.

Alex lokked her up and down for a moment.
"This girl's a bit forward eh?" He thought to himself.
"Don't mention it" he said, giving a polite smile.
"Vixi, thats an unusual name" He said he turned away as he said this completly ignoring her handshake, going back to his locker to retrive his school map + timetable, not knowing when class would start. - he studied it for a second and shoved it back in the locker, closing the door. He leaned back against the lockers in a nonchalaunt manner.
"Its interesting" he said, he didnt bother to intoduce himself.
"So, 'You new?"

Vixi was taken aback when he ignored her handshake. She silently made a note not to get close to him unless he proved her wrong. He was a bad kid, as far as she knew, and not in the good way.

Hands went to her locker, sure she could hear him as she pulling out her schedule, school map and messenger bag with different notebooks. She hadn't gotten her textbooks, she'd get those tonight.

"Thanks." She didn't know if that was a compliment or what... She didn't like her name. Virginia. It made her sound like a big land mass, or some sort of southern bell. She was neither, obviously. "Yeah, I am. Are you?" He probably was, judging by the map. Her eyes lifted, closing her locker and drifting close enough to hear him better.

"No it is, its diffrent, The kids here are so generic" Alex said, noticing her reaction to his statement regarding her name.
"Yeah I'm new, but I feel like I've been here forever already, the place is familier y'know?" He said looking at his watch.
"Class is starting, I guess I'd better get a move on" he said, He may have looked like a apathetic guy but he knew that school was inportant, but to him it was more of a good way of getting away from the twon he hated faster.
"Its maths" He yawned and started to walk to the door.
"You coming?" He said holidng the door open.

Veronika began to hum a Russian tune to herself while she waited for the class to begin. She finished up her drawing of a wolf while as she noticed the classroom door opening. Adjusting her posture so she looked less bored, she readied herself to greet the first students to arrive.

"Hello. I'm Miss Nazarova." She tossed a clipboard to the two new students. "Check where your seats are. It's a diagram simple enough for you all to understand."
"Once you find your seats, sit in them and wait for the rest of the students to arrive. Since it is the first day of school, we are just going to assess what knowledge of maths you already have, so it shouldn't be too painful. If no one else shows up within the next couple of minutes, we can start without them."

Veronika watched the boy and the girl search for their seats, and went back to drawing.

This was the first year Veronika had been excited to teach in a few years.

Vixi smiled with some appreciation. "Oh, thanks." She took the compliment with an almost imposingly pretty smile. She watched him walk for must a minute, then skipped after him. Entering the room just behind the new acquantance, she seated herself near te back, ignoring where he sat.

Her eyes ran over the clipboard, pulling a pencil from her messenger bag. Clicking the end, she first wrote her name at the top. Vixi D. She felt like a cartoon character sometimes.

Alex walked to the new classroom, it smelled of the usual classroom smells, it had the looks of a normal classroom, there was nothing special about the place.
As soon as he walked through the door a clipboard was flung in his direction, he just mangaged to watch it between two hands before it hit him in the face, he shrugged and walked on in, after looking at the seating chart he sat at a desk in the far left hand side, it was a cool cowincidence that he got such a good table to sit at; the back desks gave the teachers reason to be suspicious, at the front meant they could see everything you were or were not doing, but at the very end middle was the best place to sit as it fooled every teacher, they kept their eyes on the front and the back, not that Alex was going to cause any trouble, but he liked his privacy when working.
He sat down and shoved his books on the window sill next to him, another advantage of the end desks, extra space.
He stretched to wake up a little then leaned on his fist while he looked at the clipbaord, waiting for class to begin.

Veronika waited for a couple more minutes, and grew impatient of the new students.
The late bell rang, and Veronika sighed loudly.
Where the hell are all of my students?, she thought to herself as she got two copies of the test out.

"This test is merely to see what you all know, and so I will know where to direct the course. The school board is still arguing about the curriculum, so I am going to teach you what I think you need to know. Don't do poorly on the test on purpose or anything like that because I will be able to tell. You may use a calculator, if you have one. If not, then you're stuck doing it by hand. The test has math ranging from Pre-Algebra all the way up to Calculus. Don't worry if you have no idea what the question is asking, I'll be sure to cover it later. The tests are on the clipboards I gave you earlier, so begin the test."

Veronika strolled back to her desk chair and waited for the two to finish their tests.

Toni skimmed the halls, trying not to run but sure was in a hurry to get to her first class. Her expression had nervous written all over it. Why hadn't she set her alarm earlier? She didn't expect the car to break down out of nowhere.

She found the door to her arithmetic class and entered, shyly. Putting a slip on the teacher's desk and picking up a test, she glanced at the seating chart and sat in her assigned seat. Toni chewed the end of her pencil and began the test.

Veronika glanced towards the door when she heard the familiar click of the knob. She thought that the girl looked frazzled. Veronika opened her mouth to speak, but was distracted by the piece of paper dropped on the desk. It was a late pass from the front office.

By the time she looked up to talk to the new girl, the girl had already taken a seat and began the test.

This girl must be really shy.

She went back to drawing, and waited for the kids to finish their tests.

Alex looked at the girl who had just entered the room, her cheeks were red as if she had been running.
"Hm" he said, thinking outloud.
He took the cap off his pen and signed the test, after studying each question he began to write out the answers, it was pretty easy as he'd already taken Maths before, he'd failed it though...well he didnt fail it he was thrown out of the class as he'd gotten into a fight with some big jock who was looking for a punching bag, Alex had won the fight but lost his grades as a result.

Drake felt stupid for mixing up his schedule and when he was already late, he had to go by the office to pick up a late slip. Scowling, he searched around. As he found the math class door, he opened it, arrived at the front desk and put the slip on her desk. He saw the tests and picked one up, glancing at the seating chart. He looked back, saw who he was sitting next to, and smiled to himself.

She was a girl in a sloppy ponytail, biting the end of her pencil. He walked by her and sat in the desk.

Vixi started writing answers and calculations to each problem. She was good at math, actually. math was one of her better subjects. She bit her lip at a particularily hard problem, staring at it a moment before scribbling down some more numbers. Finally, she finished just after two students entered. Dark-lashed eyes glanced about her a moment, as if she was testing waters to see if anyone else had finished yet. She slowly raised her hand, figuring it was better than sitting around with a finished test.

Veronika glanced at the door as a new boy strolled into the class. He had gotten the papers on his own and sat down in a seat. She put the late pass in a drawer and thought: These kids seem pretty smart this year. I get to teach more interesting material!

Veronika looked at the seating chart to try to remember the names of her students. She peeked over the clipboard and noted a student raising her hand. "Yes?" Veronika verified her name. "What is it, Vixi?"
