"Whatever," Rhia drawled as she rolled her eyes.
Just my luck, to bump into a lovey-dovey couple on the first day. Rhia thought as she eyes the walls for the so-called maps. She stopped at a door and saw the words RHIANNON emblazoned on it. On the top was the number 3 on a bronze plaque. Smartness, she thought as she pushed the door open.

Maoko watched her walk off before going to Sanoko's room, which was room number five. He knocked on the door to see if she would come out. He wondered if he would ever be able to tell her how he felt, but he was sure he wouldn't be able to and he was sure she didn't like him back in that way.
Sanoko came to the door and opened when she heard a knock. "Yes?" she said. She then saw it was Maoko and hugged him. She hadn't seen him in awhile so she really missed him. She wondered what he has been up to and why he was even here in the first place. She figured he might have followed her here, but she didn't mind.

The bedroom was nothing extravagant, but it was homely. It almost made Rhia scoff in mild distate. There was a small tween bed at one end of the room, and a humble desk at the other.
Bleh, thought Rhia. This could do with so much more work.
She walked over to her desk and saw that there was a sheet of paper there, her schedule. She picked it up and as she read, a thin smile tugged her lips.

(( Yeah I know, more people need to join. ))
Maoko smiled slight at Sanoko and hugged her back. "So do you want me to show you around? It seems like you may not know where everything is at the moment.
"Yeah that would be nice. Though what if we ask Rhia, the other girl, to join us? She doesn't seem to know her way around either." Sanoko said.
Maoko looked at her are you sure? Do you even know what room she is in?" Maoko asked still standing in the door way of Sanoko's room with the door opened.

So classes don't start until tomorrow eh? sighed Rhia. Well, since people here are so unhelpful, I guess a little bit of exploring won't hurt.
Making a mental note to get some better furniture, Rhia, walked out of the room and started down the stairs that she came up from.
[[Maybe you could indicate that in the title? Like, NEED PEOPLE?]]

"No." Sanoko said and then walked out. She started walking to the steps she had come up. She then saw Rhia.
Maoko followed her after closing her door. He also saw the girl. "You'll get lost if you don't know where you're going." he said to her as he walked in front of Sanoko. "I could show you around if you want." he said.

A cool look of amusement flitted Rhia's eyes.
"Oh really?" she inquired with a hint of sarcasm. "If I'm not mistaken, you're the one who brushed me off as if I was nothing but a fly. Now you're offering a tour? How generous."

It had been one hell of a break, Hennon had thought to himself as he neared the academy school grounds. He had been commissioned by a small group of adventurers for approximately two weeks an hadn't been back since. This was his normal routine, working for the academy during the semesters and dungeoneering on his breaks. This last exploit took him through a recently exposed crevice deep under ground into the lair of a Deep Dragon. Everything went smoothly aside from a few minor wounds that were quickly tended to by a healer who was also a commissioned employee on the expedition. Other than his latest scars, he had a large dragon fang, an ornamental sword, and a bag of gold to show for his efforts.
After passing through the gate onto the school grounds, Hennon could see that most of the student body had already arrived and was already settled. He was hoping that this would be a good semester. He was about to embark on his seventh and so far none of his past pupils had been quite up to his standards and therefore he hadn't awarded anything higher than a B. It seemed that all the pupils he had encountered here were more of dueling types, wanting rules of engagement and the like. He himself was a hardened warrior, no, a weaponsmaster and damn well knew that in a real fight no rules applied.
He made his way to his room giving a few nods to some of the faculty members to whom he called friend though they were few. Atleast he wouldn't have to check in with the headmistress right away, she was probably already aware of his presence on campus since he was a mere human and had no means of masking it. He slid his key into the door and swung the it open, setting his bag on the floor. He crossed the room to the wall that held the many trophies from his exploits. He set the dragon fang beside a large jar that housed the eye of the balor that once possessed his soul. He relived the event in which he claimed both the eyes of the balor and then traded one eye back for his soul, one of his greatest triumphs. He then hung the ornamental sword on the wall across the room where he kept other similar treasures. After that, he flopped on to his bed for a brief nap.

"Well Sanoko's the one who wants you to come along so I can show both of you around." Maoko said looking at her and then back at Sanoko. "It was just that I heard you and Sanoko coming up the steps and what was said that's the only reason I said those things." he said and then looked down. He really hadn't meant to be rude to the girl.

"Of course I don't know you I just met you I really couldn't know you after a few minutes." Maoko said looking around for a few seconds. "Well then lets go then. We'll go get you two a map later for if you forget where something are." he said and walked down the steps.
Sanoko began following him down the steps. She didn't say anything she just walked.

"Just going by the way you said that. I mean "Just don't get in my way" doesn't really say anything good about you just from hearing that. If you don't want people to judge you badly don't act that way and they won't. People judge others sometimes as I'm sure you have judged people over time and I'm sure you have judged me by now." Maoko said.

"And for your information." replied Rhia scathily. "I really don't care what you think. If you could judge somebody whom you don't know anything about, what kind of a person are you? I'll tell you what kind of a person you are. You're the kind of person who, if introduced to something new, would think that it was always in that state. If you were looking at the sky for the first time and you see that it was cloudy and gray, you'd judge it and think that it was always cloudy and gray, whereas in reality it isn't."
Rhia felt her temper rise.
Breathe dear, she thought to herself. Calm.
"You know what, I don't have time to waste energy trying to explain human etiquette to you, and I certainly don't want to continue this 'tour' if you're going to get all fired up. So if you don't mind, I'll be taking my leave." Rhia turned to the redhead. "Hey, sorry about this, but now that I'm gone, you guys will be able to spend more quality time together."
So with a click of her heels, Rhia went ahead and walked down.

After his short nap, Hennon decided to reacquaint himself with a few neglected friends. He walked over to his personal training rack and grabbed his heavy lead great axe and his two smaller wooden war axes. In a short time he was down in one of the open courtyards practicing his forms, causing a few of the people in passing to pause and watch his workout.

Rhia kept her head high and kept walking straight, taking any doors and entrances that she could find, until she reached the courtyard.
Dayum, she thought, a bit impressed. The courtyard was enormous, and was suitable for all kinds of activities, from training grounds to exquisite gardens.
"Oh," she mumbled to herself. "There's a guy there. Perhaps this place isn't as dead as I thought."
As she approached the guy, it appeared that he was in heavy training. Rhia smiled, amused.

After warming up and stretching out his arms with the forms associated with his two wooden war axes, Hennon began to do strength training with his heavy lead great axe. Each vertical cleave audibly cut the air before him making a swishing sound. This was one of his his favorite exercises as it required work from most of his muscles to control the momentum of the axe.

Rhia smiled, obviously amused. This dude is so busy with his training that he's not even bothering to pay attention to other people.
Rhia decided to watch a while longer. After all, it was getting more interesting.

Completing his vertical cleave reps, Hennon followed up with dead swings. This exercise was composed of slow, wide, controlled movements which was another form of strength training. It was much less interesting to watch and many of the spectators went about their business and yet one student remained. His back was too her but his senses were sharp and he had been aware of all 62 people that had passed through this courtyard since the beginning of his training. He wasn't smart enough to actually recall all 62 people, but that his senses were sensitive enough that he had acknowledged their proximity to himself. These senses being honed 17 years ago when he had spent 9 straight years in the depths. "What compels you to continue watching my constitutional?" he asked, his back still to her.

"Whatever." Maoko said as she walked oof. He didn't have enough time to say what he wanted to. He didn't need to have things explained to him because he already knew that and knew that it was human nature to judge some people even if he wasn't human. That girl left herself opened to be judged, if she didn't want to be judged she shouldn't have talked that way to someone she just met. It just wasn't right to be that even if she is that way to people she just met and gets nicer when she gets to know them then how did she expect to make any friends being that way cause most people wouldn't try to be friends with someone who talks to them that way.
Sanoko looked at Maoko and watched Rhia walk off. She hit him and walked off herself. She didn't say anything. She didn't know what she was talking about when she said that they could spend quailty time together. She said that like they were a couple, which they weren't they were only friends.

He smiled to himself though she couldn't see it since his back was still to her. "Tell me girl, are you signed up for any of the combat classes?" He wondered what could be so amusing about watching a man exercise. To him this was very serious training and not to be taken lightly.

"Physical training isn't my thing," Rhia answered as she focused her energy on the center of her palm. "I'm more . . . magical." A ball of pale blue energy appeared, before dissolving with the wind.
"Of course, I'd be surprised if you weren't taking it."
