Character Name: Linden McGrath
Age: 13
Bio: she travels to many places despite of her past history, she loves to socialize. she was born to a seemingly normal family. Her mother died during child birth and father had abandoned her at the local playground. She slept under one of the slides and stole food from other children, she had thought she was normal until one night when it had started to rain, she hadnt gotten wet. She thrust her hands into the air to see why and soon formed balls of nothing but water in her hands that soon turned to ice.
She grew up alone and always cold, no matter where she was or what the tempterature was, she was cold. Because of this she wanted to research why, and found the alchemical balance in the earth instead of her reason.
Personality: sweet, loving, caring, logical, reasonable, sometimes childish, other times wise beyond her years

Other Information: she's got quite the hot head and is allergic to annoying men and women, loves animals and is very shy at first. She loves to read books, but more of the spell type books. She doesnt believe in them but loves to read them

Linden looked around then sat at a table. Her legs crossed into the indian style of sitting, she propped up a menu and giggled softly

Eventually Lura assumed that the customers were to seat themselves and calmly walked over to one side of the cafe, finding herself a table close to, but not directly next to, the wall. Reaching a hand over to grab at the colorful menu, she also looked around casually to see her lavender-haired neighbor. She was a young girl, and her hair had such a magnificent color; Lura mentally made a note to draw this scene sometime today. Having looked over the menu twice over, she laid it down and patiently waited for a waitress to come over for her order.

Erika seemed so amused with the new cat girl customer she almost forgot about her daily customers. When she heard the small tink of the bell on the door she turned around suddenly. "Oh my goodness Im so sorry for making you girls wait! My apologies." She took a small bow still holding her tray from before. "May i get you any thing to start? A drink perhaps?" she took a cute stance and held up a small notepad with a blue black inked pen. as her tray went from being in both hands to under her left arm. she smiled at the girls. her rosy cheeks blushed and her bright blue eyes twinkled. She waited for the girls' answers.

Such a lively waitress~ Lura returned a bright smile and began her order. "No worries, really. Could I get an iced coffee?" She picked up the menu and scanned the list once more to add, "and maybe a muffin? Whichever kind you'd recommend is good." Looking back up to the girl, she noted how well the cat ears seemed to fit her. It was a cute image she was seeing before her so she decided to wait until the waitress walked away to start a drawing in her sketchbook.

She jotted down the order and took a bow "Yes! right away." she turned around to scurry off but then Erika thought for a moment and returned. "Oh yes about the muffin. Hmmm....my personal favorite is the chocolate chip muffin. does that sound okay?" she winked at Lura.

"Oh yes, that sounds perfect! Just what I seem to be craving at the moment." Lura chuckled as she watched her run off to prepare the food. She enjoyed her activeness immensely and made sure to add that quality somehow in her drawing-to-be.

Erika disappeared into the back for 3 minutes and 42 seconds and then came out rushing with the drink and muffin. she returned to the table out of breath and took a deep breath and let it out slowly before talking. she smiled and politely said "Here is your drink and muffin. Please let me know if you would like anything else." She replied with a bow and smile.

Smiling softly, Lura opened her sketchbook to a new page on the table and stared with slight artist's block as she thought fruitlessly of a nice composition. It was very shortly afterward that she held the book aside for the waitress to set the food and drink in front of her. As the girl did so, Lura looked to see a small Yumeh shaped name tag with 'Erika' written in a neat font.

"Thank you, Erika," she voiced with a returned smile. "Actually, would you be so kind as to strike a pose for me? Whichever you feel comfortable with, whatever comes to your mind, for a quick sketch? Of course, when I finish the drawing I'll be sure to show you!" Lura gestured to her sketchbook as she asked, and added the last bit with a happy eager expression.

Linden had placed her head onto the table, sleeping soundly, her leg twitched which threw her out of her seat and onto the floor "I'm okay!" she giggled then looked around just after rubbing her eyes she smiled then sat back down

Erika giggled. "You mean like this?" She made a cute playful pose. She held the pose for about 5 seconds and then heard a big bang. "What was that?" she looked frantically around. Everything seemed to be intact. Except poor little Linden. "Oh my! Are you alright?" She helped the girl up and looked at the small scrape on her knee and elbow from falling. "Oh my. I will go get some ice and the first aid kit." She ran off but then stopped half way. "Sorry Lura. I have to go but I will be back." She continued running. She was gone for about 2 minutes and came back carrying a medium sized first aid kit and a small bag of ice. Erika put the First aid Kit on the table and pulled out some disinfectant cloths. She cleansed the wound. and put an adhesive strip (Band-aid) on it. She placed a cloth around the bag of ice and slowly and gently placed the bag on the wounds. "There. Feel better?" she smiled to try to cheer her up. "would you like anything else?"

"Yes, perfect!" Lura laughed lightly.

Art training had made Lura fast at sketching, but still, she only managed to get the body structure before a loud thud caught the immediate attention and confusion of both girls. Following Erika's gaze, she found her neighbor calmly making her way to her seat from the floor, and looking very sleepy. Lura felt worried for her, but had to smile softly at her optimism/high spirits.

She quickly waved a hand at Erika in a way to say, 'Nah, that's okay,' as she saw her run off to get some things for help. Seeing that everything was alright, Lura turned back to her sketchbook, looking up every now and then to flesh out the very rough sketch (and almost forgetting about her muffin), as the ever-busy waitress set about serving the lavender-haired girl.

Linden hadnt wanted anything just yet other than a small glass of coffee "do you have vanilla brewed Mocha?" she tilted her head as she prushed strands of hair from her brilliant pink eyes. She hadnt known what else to say other than "you look familiar"

Erika smiled at the girls question "For sure!!! would you like one?" she asked.

Linden nodded softly, scratching the back of her head out of slight embarrasement the thirteen year old coughed a few times "Yes Please"

Momo smiled softly and jotted the order down on a notepad and scurried off to get the baristas to make it.

Linden nodded after saying her thanks

Erika scanned the room to make sure there were no other customers that needed help. she stood on standby by a comfy chair and waited.

Sipping at her coffee and nibbling her muffin almost with blissful content, Lura relaxed her eyes wholly focused on the drawing that was beginning to show more definite details. The pose was decidedly set, the wrinkles and folds guesstimated to generally nice placements, expressions and movement finally perfected. About three-quarters of her iced coffee was gone by the time she started the shading and her magic would begin on its own.

It was a strange talent, skill, maybe even simply, a gift that Lura had since she was young. Working solely with graphite pencils, color would appear in her drawings through method unknown. All the young artist had to do, was think vaguely of colors and picture them in her mind. At times slowly, at other times suddenly, the colors in her mind would spread through the drawing like watercolour, without ruining the sketch she was already laying down. She always felt a warm and bright feeling whenever the colors came out to play.

She watched with fascination as one corner of the sketch began filling up, then reached to take a sizable bite from the muffin that for some reason now exploded with great flavor in her mouth. Lura hadn't realized how hungry she had gotten, much less noticed the length of time that had passed by. Yes, coming here was definitely a great idea~

Link was walking down the street nearby the Cafe, his ears twitched at the sound of laughter and he smelt the sweet smell of baked goods coming from there. His curiosity took over and he entered the Cafe to check it out, "hello?" He asked, "I was wondering if I could buy some food, I've been traveling and I'm rather famished." He rests in a nearby chair, soon his shadow comes flying off the wall and it takes the form of Midna, she floats in the air as she takes a big whiff. "Mmmm! Whats the nice smell? I'd like some too!" She sits in the chair next to Link and waits.

Age: 18
Bio: After so many adventures and triumphant victories, Link has finally been given a chance to relax and roam wherever he pleases. Along with his best friend Midna, he travels all over the universe with her powerful magic ability.
Personality: Strong and brave, not afraid to speak his mind.
Appearance: [Link]
Other Information: Even though hes on vacation, he still carries all of his weapons along with him, just in case. Midna hides in his shadow and only appears when she needs to talk to Link. Unless there is something that interests her.

Erika looks over and sees the two. "Hello! welcome to the menewsha cafe. How may I help you two?" she smiled seeing them sniffing the air. "Oh... are you enjoying the smell of our freshly baked cookies?" she giggled. "would you like some? They are chocolate chip."
