"Just give it some time." Megumi calmed him down, "She'll be healed in no time."
"J.J, that leg isn't for eating." Kotone stated motherly. |
Virgil stared at J.J. the side of his eye twitching.
"Ok I think we need to get Gluttony something to eat... before she starts eating people..." |
Autumn nodded absently. "She'll recover..." he whispered, more to himself than anyone. He held her closer unconciously, not wanting anyone but him to touch her. She was HIS twin after all.
J.J. snorted, looking away. Her stomach rumbled again, causing her to twitch. Her primal mind was beginning to get upset from the lack of food. And it getting the better of her wouldn't be that good. |
Virgil laughed nervously and then began frantically searching for anything edible in his bag. As always the bag's deceitfully small appearance contrasted the size of it's interior. Virgil was trying to pull a basketball out of it when a gold coin flew out and smacked autumn in the face.

Autumn grunted, peeling the precious disk from his face. He blinked at it, inspecting it with hungry eyes. He licked his lips and stuck it in his coat pocket, claiming it as his own.
J.J. sat there, holding her stomache. It ached. A lot. She had to distract herself. If she didn't, she'd snap; the fatal flaw of most hungry shapeshifters. |
Virgil was still rummaging when suddenly a huge, hairy, spider leg shot out and grabbed Virgil behind the neck. It then tried to pull him into the bag, where he would be slowly devoured. Virgil kept the bag away from his face with both hands as the spider played a deadly game of tug-o-war with him. Virgil looked over at J.J.

J.J. didn't need to answer. Her body jumped at the though of food and the next thing she knew, she was her large, tribal self, her long, exposed jaw clamped hard onto a now thrashing leg. The juices ran down her throat and chin, causing her to shudder with joy at teh taste.

Virgil stepped back, now free of the groping spider leg, he unclasped the sides of the bag and allowed it to spring open wider. This caused the enormous spider to fall out with an assortment of odd items. Including a large, pink, heart-shaped bed.

J.J. thrashed her head, tear the leg from the writhing insect. This large, crunchy limb was swallowed in one, large gulp. She lunged for the rest of her meal, sending green guts everywhere as she shredded and gulped down the arachnid. It tasted exquisite.

Virgil darted past the preoccupied J.J. and grabbed the diclonius girl off the ground, he thought it better to move her away, lest she be J.J.'s next meal.
Silvian watched J.J. eat with horrified interest, it was the most disgusting thing he had ever see, but he couldn't tear his eyes away... Miranda stopped and panted, she couldn't run anywhere near as fast as Claire, and she had no idea where Claire was headed. Miranda heard loud crunching noises coming from her left so she followed them. After a few feet of thick underbrush she walked out into a scorched clearing. A group of people were gathered here and they were all watching as a large creature ate a larger spider. Miranda spotted Claire in a blue haired man's arms, she must have passed out. Miranda slowly skulked back into the cover of the bushes, wondering if anyone spotted her. |
J.J. was done, green gunk dripping from her jaws. She lifted her head and sniffed, searching for anything else. Virgil seemed closest and he held that wonderfully scented girl in his arms. truthfully,s he didn't know that the smell of lilac, blood, and fear could make her hungry. She turned, drool escaping her lips as she eyes the pink haired bundle in Virgil's arms.

Miranda sensed the creature shift it's attention to Claire. Miranda slammed her vectors into the ground, sending her body rocketing into the clearing. Miranda landed and skidded to a halt right between the thing and Claire, Miranda would protect her queen at all costs. Even though no one could see, she had fanned out all ten of her vectors, ready for an attack from any direction. Miranda's determined pink eyes looked right into J.J.'s.

J.J. blinked at the newest good smelling girl, blinking at her. Ok. Now there were two. And this one seemed rather determined to keep the shapeshifting demon away from her meal. Of course, it didn't help that the more intelligent side of her was yelling inside. Quite loudly. The primal mind wasn't able to take it for long. It just sat there, blinking confusedly as it tried to make sense of all the things that were happening. |
Edaniel's flood had finally decided that charging the invisable wall would be the best way of getting in. "HUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!" He ran full force ahead and made it in feeling very proud of it's self and contined to run to the rest of the group, unaware that the actual reason he made it in was beacause the violin had stopped being played.

Miranda closed her eyes, her body exuding an unexplainable force. When her eyes opened again they were darker and colder than before.
"If you are able to understand human language I will give you this one warning. If you move even an inch you will be ripped to shreds." Miranda had five of her vectors intruding into the creature's body in strategic locations. (miranda is talking to J.J. I'm sorry, but if Edaniel comes into miranda's range he will be destroyed. I can't break character...) |
Megumi blinked as she stared at the fight about to break out between Gluttony and some new girl whop appeared out of nowhere. "Can't we all just get along?" She asked with a slight sweatdrop.
"J.J, you need to control yourself." Kotone stated like a mother was talking to her daughter. She wanted to stop her, but she didn't know how. |
J.J. stood perfectly still, mostly the inessant pull from J.J.'s intellugent mind that kept it still. Truthfully, she didn't want to be torn apart.
Autumn sighed and stood, resting his twin gently on the sand. He approached the little diclonius, stopping a safe distance away. "I would appreciate it if you didn't do that. Gluttony is always hungry, making the bearer of that demonic essance a bit...unpredictable," he said, rubbing his head. "And besides, we've each spent enough energy on rebuilding Lust. We are all at the brink of exhaustion." he whispered the last part, knowing full well that Pride would never agree. |
Dark Miranda stared into the new speaker's eyes.
"That matters not. I will destroy any threat to my queen, even at the cost of my own life." Virgil's eye twitched slightly, he did not appreciate Autumn assuming he had no energy left. Even though the assumption was right, but no one had to know that. Virgil glanced down as the second diclonius girl, sloth, stirred in his arms. |
Autumn sighed, rubbing his forehead. "Well, in that case, knock her out!" he said, holding back a groan. "Knock her out and your queen will be fine! We may even be able to find her something a bit more...wholesome." He glanced to near twig-like girl. No, sh eowuld fill that ravenous beast even for a moment. Too tiny.
J.J. let out a surprised little yelp, blinking at Autumn through the corners of her tiny yellow eyes. She really didn't like that plan, especially now that she could THINk again. |
Miranda nodded, she retracted all of her vectors except for the one located inside J.J.'s head. Miranda twitched on finger in the exact place that would make J.J. pass out, but wouldn't cause her any long term brain damage.
(I apologise, but I will be leaving tomorrow due to unforeseen circumstances. I may be able to sparingly go to the library in San Diego, but don't count on it. Many apologies, see you in January.) |

Autumn sighed, looking to the rest of the gathered demons, eyeing each one. They should probably return to their homes. They couldn't stay too long in this plane. J.J. fell unconcious. (What a twist!) |
Kotone just shook her head and pulled the now fainted J.J. to the side. "Will your twin be okay?" She asked while turning to Autumn.

Autumn turned to Kotone, eyeing her almost coldly. "Yes....she will....thank you very much for coming," he said, bowing low to the girl. He stayed like that for a moment before standing straighter, his eyes a bit colder than before. He turned to look back at the Diclonius girls, watching them warily. How had they gotten here, anyway?

Autumn turned and watched as what appeared to be an infected charge him straight on. He sighed, lifting his hand to intercept.
