Calcifer Sunfara sat at his desk waiting for the school year to start. He had a book in one hand and coffee in the other. He taught Literacy mostly but he dabbled in other teachings as well. He wished to teach french but the school said that it didn't need french. Yet they let spanish be taught. With a sigh he looked at the wall clock another hour and his fist class would start.

Alexia walked around the campus, looking around for her class. For some reason, it was hard for her to find. When she finally did find it, she was extremely relieved. She came in and was surprised that there wasn't anybody in there except the teacher. Was she early? Or was she late? She couldn't tell.

Cal looked up as a girl entered. "You're early dear. Please have a seat and we'll get started as soon as the rest of the class shows up in a hour or so. He smiled at her and jestured to the empty seats. First come first severed."

Lexi nodded. "Alright." she said. This was a good reason to be early. It was definitely better than being late. She went to an empty desk in the front and set her bag on top of it. She pulled out a book from it and began reading while she waited.

Cal watched her with interest. Then went back to his book. Until he heard the bell ring and more people piled in. Sighing he rose from his chair. "My Name is Calcifer Sunfara.You will address me as professor or Cal. No mr please mr. sunfara is my father. Now let get started. Names please but say it like your discribing a book character. Calcifer Sunfara stood at the front of his english class well bored silly faces looked back at him. Some thing like that."

Lexi didn't even look up when the other people came into the room. She only looked up when the teacher started speaking. She nodded to what was said. That made sense. Sorta. She figured that she would figure it out as the class got started more.

Cal listened to the students introduced themselves correcting them once in a while. "You girl that come in really early you're next." He pointed to her as he spoke.

Lexi nodded and stood. ".. Alexia Cross stood, not exactly sure how to do this..." she said. She really had no idea how to do this. So she was just going to say something.

Cal smiled and chuckled. "Good enough you may sit. No who wants to read a manga version of romeo and juliet instead of the boring version. This version romeo and juliet are yakuza (there version of a gang) I haven't read it myself but I rather not read the other version."

Lexi took her seat. "I've already read it, sir." she said. She always did enjoy reading the manga version of things if there was an option to. It made things so much more interesting for her.

Cal glared at her and tossed a copy at her. "To bad. You'll read it again and for that outburst. I want 100 words on what it was like. Why you liked it. Stuff like that."

Lexi nodded, not really understanding why he was mad. She didn't do anything wrong, just stated something. And she really didn't mind having to read it again, so that wasn't going to bother her.

Cal rubbed his hands together. "Alrighty. How actually nows what yukazu are?"

Lexi looked around. She knew the answer, but she didn't want to get yelled at again. So she kept quiet.

CAl sighed when no one answered. "No really. Not even the anime/manga enthusiast. What a shame. A yukaza is what japanize people would consider gangs. That what romeo and juliet are in this version. NOw ever one needs to read it and give me 100 words on what you think. Even if you think its horrible be honest. I didn't wright it so I really don't care."

The class nodded and got started. Lexi began reading it again, though she was already sure what she was going to put. It didn't take to long for her to get through it. Then she got out a pen and a piece of paper and began writing.

Cal sat on his desk reading the actuall version of romeo and juliet. At his side was a copy of the manga version that he had wrote on making it a teacher book.

When Lexi finished writing, she stood and went to the teacher's desk. "Um.. Is it alright if I turn this in now?" she asked, holding out the paper slightly.

Cal looked up with surprise and smiled. "Why not one less paper i have to grade later." Chuckling he took her paper and began to read it.

Lexi smiled slightly. Then she turned and returned to her seat. She pulled out her book and began reading again.

Cal sat at his desk grading those few papers that had been done during class. "All right those who have finished the manga books come up and grab the regular version."

Lexi looked up when she heard him speak. She marked her place before standing and going to grab the regular version. She went and put it in her bag to read later.

Cal watched her go and smiled. "Don't worry I'll explain what to do with those later. For know off to you're next class."
