I watched as Eli did something to the mutated monster. The fight was over as the thing to shape into a familiar form. It was the wolf i had met in the caves. I was slowly backing up as i tried to get the scent of Ember into my nose. I changed back into my human form. All that was left was my pants and the wrap i used to cover my breasts. It was better than nothing at all. My pants were shredded almost to pieces and they fit so loose on my i had to hold them up. I reached the door where Ember had passed out. "Ember... Ember are you alright?"

I blinked open my eyes and saw someone standing over me. "I.I'm fine..who are you again?" I asked, I remembered that Eli and I had come to get..someone...and that we had started fighting...something..but then everything else was a blur.

"Eli I think she hit her head" I called out to Eli. "Im Shiloh. the werewolf that joined your family when Gem called you guys over to the caves. Remember?"

"Right...and we are where? I remember Eli..and Gemini..and..a.and Felix...but I don't really remember anything other then coming here to get someone...." I said sitting up and rubbing my head. I guess I bonked it on the door frame or something.

"I dont really know much about that... all i know is that Gem is safe back at the cave with Felilcity and you guys came here with Felix." I said hoping it helped even a little though it was very vague.

"W..who's Felicity? It feels like I should know her..but I can't picture her face." I said standing up slowly,

I was overly suprised when she asked. "That must have been a bad bump... Felicity is your daughter"

"I..I have a daughter?" I asked just as surprised. Surely I would have remembered that.. "With whom?"

This is a sore subject, i thought as i looked at Ember. "Um I think it was with Felix" I lied trying to make it seem like they had never had a fight.

"R.r.really?" I asked blinking, that didn't feel right..."W.w.where's James? He rescued me when I ran off, and then I was back here..." I said scratching my head, everything was just confusing.

"I Dont know actually... I know you love Felix and your mad at James but thats all i know." I had been caught in my lie by the person with no memories. Grr No wonder people said i was a bad lier.

"Mad at James? For what?" I asked trying to remember.

I was suprised to hear any of this. James.... She had been mad at james for a while. "ELI... I cant explain things to her. She forgot everything. including her love to felix and not James."

"N.no i remember I loved Felix, we were dating before the infection took over..but he vanished...then came back half zombiefied.."

I picked up James and ran back to the house to where Ember was.
"What's wrong?" I asked Shilo, confused. |

As I leaned against it, I heard a voice behind it. The voice claimed it was Ember, and I recognized it. At once, I threw the grandfather clock aside (exaggerated) and began to work on the locks. They were so complex and troublesome that it took me a few minutes to do so. Once I did, I saw the two girls, the werewolf and Eli, crowding around Ember who had collapsed at the entrance. I knelt down and saw that she was conscious, but couldn't recollect very many things. Eli passed by me with someone in her arms, but I was too concerned for the vampire. "Ember," I murmured, "what happened?" I didn't wait for a reply, I just lifted the girl up and went inside the house. Once I entered, Miguel came up ahead of me and blocked my entrance. "You leave that scum where it belongs," he hissed at me. I narrowed my eyes and replied, "It is a she. Her name is Ember and something's wrong." I tried to walk passed him, but he pushed me back and said, "I'm not letting that thing inside my house." I let out an aggravated sigh through my clenched teeth. I was in no mood to deal with his shit. So I did how men settled disputes. I thrust my head against his forehead, and shoved him out of the way. My headbutt had made him stagger back into the wall. I needed to get Ember into the house, but I also did it for a little revenge shot for thumping me earlier. I set Ember down by Yvonne and she asked, "What's happened?" "I dunno," I replied to her, looking down at Ember with concern. |
"OH my god, what happened to him!" I yelled seeing James in Eli's arms. I ran to him and placed a hand on his cheek.

"She passed out and lost some memory." I said still trying to hold up my pants which were hanging off my hips where they stayed. I grabbed Ember and took her back inside passing the guy who got headbutted for being a jerk. "Stay here. You need to cooperate. We will take care of James." I didnt actually know what to do but i sounded convincing to her hopefully.

i watched as things got even more confusing.the creature was james? abd now enmber had lost parts of her memory.i looked down at the sleeping felicity,and sent the mental image to ember.this is felicity,your daughter.and i guess,by default,my niece. i thought to her,hoping the image would help.

My mind flashed as I caught a glimps of a sleeping toddler. S.s.she's so big...I thought back and sighed. "I wish I could remember..."

i sighed as i looked at the sleeping child in front of me.kaleb quietly sat next to me and hugged me."when our child is born...i asked eli to be the godmother.i want...i want my brother to be the godfather.i just wish he could be counted on...i wish he remembered.and now ember lost her memory...it's so ironic.the two of them love eeachother so much,and somehow both of them ended up with at least partial memory loss."
