Ember is just a normal teenage girl who moves to a not so normal school. Once she gets there she realizes that her boarding school is really a school for Vampires!! The top floor of the dorms are homes to feeders, humans who let vampires feed off them. Classes are during the night, and during the day the students enjoy the Nightmare Garden which is completely covered from the sun and grows by moonlight.
Ember meets Aien Stone and it's love at first sight...But Aien Dosn't want to hurt ember knowing that she is human...So now Ember is on a mission to convince Aien to change her.

Short Bio:Holly was 10 years old when she got sent to the vampire school to be a feeder. Her parents were also sent here but died a year ago from loss of blood. Holly is Kyo's personal feeder because he gets whatever he wants.

Holly 6 years ago.......
Holly scrunched up in the corner of her bedroom and covered her ears. Her parents were both screaming downstairs. She knew not to move someone else was in her house. Holly hadn't really believed in vampires untill that night. A tall man with blonde hair came into her room that night and brought her away with him. He told her all about vampires and about a man named kyo. Holly didn't want to believe him but she knew it all was true. When Holly got out of the car her parents were standing there. "Mama? Papa?" She had said quietly. Her mother bent down and kissed her with tears welling up in her eyes. "Be a good little angel dear." Her father wispered as they were led away. Holly walked into the house up to a room where a tall brunette with brown eyes and really pale skin walked out and knocked her over. "AHHHHH"

Kyo 6 years ago...
"I WILL NOT SHARE!" Kyo screamed at the lady in the feeding room. He hadn't wanted to live here anyway. He was royal he shouldn't be sharing with others, it wasn't right. "Sir your feeder isn't here yet." The lady wispered. Kyo stormed out of the room and ran right in to a little girl causing her to scream.

Kyo and Holly 6 years ago....
Holly stood up onto her feet and looked up at Kyo. She was only about 4' 5" and Kyo was 6'3". Kyo knelt down to her level and smiled. "Your gonna come live with me, I promise I won't hurt you." He wispered picking her up and carrying her back to his room.
"I'm kyo." He said and put her on the floor. He could smell her blood he could almost taste it. A few more moments and he might go crazy. Holly backed up a little almost sensing he was dangerous. "I'm Holly. Your a vampire and your going to suck my blood. Can we get this over with." Holly stated very grown-uply. "Don't worry it wont hurt at all." Kyo smiled and lifted her up and slowly biting into her neck.


One year ago........
"Holly your parents are dead." Kyo stated bluntly. Holly looked up at him in confution. She hadn't seen her parents for years. She was 15 now and lived in Kyos room. She hated him so much yet still loved him. He was really sweet but also really mean. As much as holly hated him was only half as much as she loved him. Kyo didn't act like he liked her when other people were around but when they were alone.....so many things had happened between them durring feedings. "Kyo I don't care I pretended they died 5 years ago." Holly said moving to the end of the bed closer to him. That night they kissed and kyo never moved his lips to her neck it was the true love the felt, but he couldn't ever show it again. The next morning Holly was crying about her parents death and went with the others to burry them. All the feeders left for an hour to burry the dead on sundays but this was the first time, and the last, Holly ever went.

Ember sighed and walked up the stairs to the feeding room. She really wasn't all that hungry but she couldn't think of anything else to do.

Today...
"Holly?" Kyo wispered in her ear. It was morning and he had just woke up. Holly was lying motionless next to him. "HOLLY!" Kyo screamed hoping to wake her up. Holly's eyes fluttered open. Kyo looked at her and helped her sit up. Holly was 16 now and had grown to be 5'9" she never gained and ounce though so she is skinnier then a stick. Her normally bright green eyes were dull and her skin was paler then his own. She hadn't looked good for days and kyo was getting worried.

Kyo never told her how much he loved her but he really wanted to. He only thought it would hurt her since they couldn't ever be together. "Holly you need to eat." He wispered sadly. He refused to drink her blood so she refuses to eat. "No! I won't!" She said stubbornly. Her voice was cracking she quickly shut her mouth and turned her head away. "Holly please! I'm begging you!" Kyo cried. Holly shook her head no. He cussed under his breath, grabbed his bag and walked out of the room slaming the door. Holly smiled proud of herself for not giving in.

Holly started coughing. She got up to get a tissue and puked up blood all over the floor. Holly shreaked and fainted crumpling to the floor just narrowly missing smashing the dresser with her head.

Ember sat on the window ledge as Kyo walked past. "Holly still not eating?" She asked softly taking a drag from a ciggerette. Ember and Kyo had been friends for awhile, they both went to Vamprie High starting at the same kind, only Ember wasn't a vampire, She didn't know anyone was, she just thought the school was named after some guy whos last name happened to be Vampire.

"Yeah I was just going to check on her, think you could come help?" Kyo asked. He felt as if ember were his sister. She was human like holly but wasn't a feeder. They sat together sometimes at lunch or she came back to his room to talk to holly with him. Some how when she was around holly seemed to calm down and generaly kyo was in a better mood.

"Sure." Ember got up and walked with Kyo to his room. Holly looked horible laying in bed. "Holly oh my god, what happened to you?" She asked walking over to her side. Ember loved being near Holly, she was the only other human here besides the feeders, and they all were to drugged up to notice when someone was talking to them.

Holly groned and slowly opened her eyes to look at ember. Kyo covered his nose and walked over next to her. "Holly? Oh my god!" He said starting to lift her up. "What happened?" She wispered to ember and him. Kyo smiled slightly at her. "Don't worry you'll be ok. Ember is here to help." Kyo looked up sadly at Ember. 'Help' he mouthed. He had stopped breathing the blood was on the floor and some was on holly. "You must have coughed up blood as I left. You need to eat." Kyo turned and walked out the door hoping ember would follow. "Can we go to your room?"

"yeah, give her to me." Ember said holding out her arms for her friend. She understood that the smell was bothering him.

Kyo slowly handed holly over to Ember. "I'll go get her something to eat." He wispered kissing Hollys forhead and running off to find her food.

"Am I going to die?" Holly asked ember after kyo left. She really didn't want to die. Her life was almost starting to get to be good now.

"Yes. If you don't eat you will. Holly you are like a sister to me, You need to eat and take care of your self, why are you doing this to us and most importantly yourself?" Ember asked not sugar coating anything as she walked to her room and laid Holly on the bed. Ember walked over to her desk and pulled out a small bottle of some purple glowing liquid. "Here drink this, it will return most of your strength, lets just hope that Kyo gets some potassium." Ember said walking over and handing the bottle to Holly. She sat on the edge of the bed and pulled her knees up to her chest.

She was worried sick of her friend, and seeing her like this made her sad. Secretly she knew it might be her fault. Her mind flashed back to when she had been talking about Feeders. She had told another friend that she thought feeders where like whores, she hadn't known that Holly was standing right behind her when she said that.

Holly took the purple drink and looked at it. She was afraid to drink it. Normal things you eat aren't glowing, or purple. She took a sip of it and quickly drank the rest before she could change her mind. She finished it and dropped the bottle covering her mouth. "What was that!" She exclamed sitting up a bit and moving closer to her friend. "I'll take care of myself. I promise." She wispered. Holly tried to smile. She didn't want ember to feel bad but ever since Ember had talked about feeders Holly started to act different. "When you were talking about feeders, did you mean me?" She asked quietly.

"No, you hadn't even crossed my mind, your not like the other feeders, they let anyone suck from them. You keep your Honor, you let only Kyo drink from you." Ember said pulling her friend into a hug. "You really don't want to know what that stuff was, you might throw up." Ember laughed.

Holly hugged her friend back. "I'm glad you weren't talking about me." She pulled away from ember and made a discusted face. "Oh thats lovely are you trying to kill me?" Holly laughed. "What do you think of kyo?" She asked her quietly. Holly wondered if he acted the same around her as he did with other people. She never could tell.


Down stairs there was a buffet set up. Kyo grabbed a tray and piled all of Hollys favorite food on top. There was a PB&J sandwich, an apple, a Banana, and pudding. He picked up the try and balanced it in one hand then grabbed her a chocolate milk and headed back to Embers room.

"He's sweet, and crazy in love with you. I wish James where here still, then we could double date in town." Ember said, a small tear coming to her eye as she thought of the Vampire she once loved. He had gone away with the headmaster's brother to fight the battle with the half lings months ago, and she had still received no word from either. She already feared the worst.

"That would be fun. I hope he comes back soon." Holly said. "James was really cool. I can see why you miss him." Holly looked at Ember with concern. If James had died she didn't know what would happen to Ember. Hollys eyes were also full of excitement Kyo never really told her that he loved her although she did think he might. If ember said he did then it must be true. She was happy.

Kyo opened the door into Embers room and saw them sitting on the bed. Holly looked better. Color was returning to her skin and her mood seemed very happy. "I brought all your favorites!" He said walking over and sitting on the bed near them. Holly knelt up on the bed and put her arms around him hugging him tightly.

Ember smiled at the happy couple. How she missed James. The secret they kept from there best friends was hardest with Holly like this. Unconsciously she placed a hand on her tummy and looked down.

"Ember?" Kyo said after kissing holly. "Is something wrong?" He asked somewhat confused. Holly picked up her sandwich and started eating. It was very good, she finished it and at the apple then banana. As she picked up the pudding to eat it she looked at ember. "You can tell us whatever you need to, well me at least." She smiled struggling to open the pudding.

"It's nothing, I just miss James." Ember smiled looking out the window. She hated lying to her friends, but she wasn't sure if she could trust this kind of thing even with these two who she told everything to.

"I'm going to go clean up my room." Kyo said standing up and walking out of the room. He knew something was up with Ember and he didn't need to know what. Kyo hoped whatever it was wouldn't be any kind of problem.

"Ember I know your lying. Whats really bothering you?" Holly asked after kyo had left. Holly was concerend something really might be wrong. If ember could help her then she had to help ember.

"Its just that...you know that myth that if a vampire and a human, Embrace each other and the human gets with child, the child will die?" Ember asked still not looking up.

"Oh....no I don't believe it." Holly said understanding what Ember was thinking of.

"Well....It's true. Before James left I was a month pregnant. And I lost the child. I might have been stressed out by James leaving, but not even a week after he left I lost our child. That was why I was in the infirmary so long." Ember explained as a tear fell from her gray eyes.

"Thats not your fault!" Holly said putting a hand on embers sholder. "It was just bad luck." She said looking right at ember. "Myths aren't true. Its not because of the human vampire thing." She kept her voice at a calm even tone. At least she could have a kid. From being a feeder something had happend and now holly cant ever have her own. "He'll be back then you can have a child, dont give up hope." Holly wispered sounding somewhat old ladyish.
