Kristina smiled at him and watched as the man fell onto the floor.She wanted to sit back down on the couch and curl up.She felt so violated and weak."I don't know..."She said and bit her lip so she wouldn't cry.She tried not to but some of the tears leaked out and she whipped them away."I guess I'm just a bad person to hand out with...Maybe I should just leave...."She said to Evan.

Evan looked at her "I was just kidding!" he said "Jeesh and you are NOT leaving, your like my little sister!" He looked at her, "You look really tired come on theres a couch over there...a nap might be a good thing and when you wake up you'll be thinking more clearly..."

Kristina sighed and looked at him."I'm not though...maybe I should just leave and go back to my mansion...."She said and looked away from him and at the couch.She grimaced thats the place where this had all just happened.She looked back at him"Thank you Evan but I think I may go home..."She smiled sadly at him and looked at the doors.Remembering all of the events that had happened and thinking of all the events that may happen.

Evan grabbed her arm "Kristina...please, don't go! You and Gemini helped me and now I'm going to help you! When I said you were like my little sister I meant it! Family isn't only about who your related to by blood, it's also about who you choose to be related to because you care about them! And I say your my little sister, so there!" he ended his rant with a little bit of a pout.

Kristina looked down at his hand and sighed.She smiled a bit at the pout he had on his face."But Evan...What if you or Gemini get's hurt?"She asked him and looked at Gemini.She thought of Evan and Gemini as Family.They had saved her multiple times,and she was grateful for that."Evan...I think of you as a brother...but I don't want the same thing to happen to you..."She said to him and looked at him with sorrow in her eyes from her family's lose.She had blamed herself everyday for their deaths since the time of the accident.Tear welled in her eyes as she thought of Gemini,Starrunner,or Evan getting hurt because of her.

Evan snorted in disbelief "Do you know how much trouble I get into on my own? Ialmost get killed at least 5 times on a daily basis and I dub myself your Stalkerish older brother who will follow you no matter what!" He grinned "Cause I'm not that easy to get rid off!"

Kristina smiled and bit her lip.She didn't know if she would stay or not her decision wasn't final."I guess we both attract danger....And stalker?Also no your not easy to get rid of..."She laughed and then smiled at him.She looked away so he didn't see the indecision on her face.She sighed,and looked around this place had so many bad memories in it for her.She started to walk towards the exit.

gemini spoke up."i may be younger,but i always have wanted an older sister.i will protect you both no matter what! it is the way of the pack to protect family,right starrunner?" that is correct.gemini and myself are packmates,and have come to think of the two of you as the same.and as such,we will always be there when you need us. "thats right.and anyway,star and i are warriors.we have fought many fierce enemies over the years,and we have never lost.we are famous and infamous throughout the world.i am the warrior maiden,and star is known as my spirit guide,my familiar.i promise,we wont be hurt,and we wont let you be hurt,either!" gemini placed her hand over her heart,sealing her vow.her eyes blazed emerald,showing her spirit and determination.

Kristina stopped and looked Gemini at and Starrunner.She shook her head trying to clear it.For some reason she couldn't think very well.She smiled at them."I don't know..."She said and knitted her eyebrows together.She felt very disoriented and her vision was starting to get foggy."Maybe I should...sle-"She didn't finish her sentence as she fell to the ground.
*Flashback*<Of when she was passed out>
Lavoy stopped at the end of the hall as Evan left.He picked her up and told his human slaves to go get the car.They nodded and ran to the car the car was right out of the double doors.He ran outside the doors as they pulled up."Go get the stretcher...."He said and lay the unconcious Kristina in the back of his car.Before he drove off he had enjected a poison that didn't work for about 5 hours.

He told them to go get there cars and drove to the sewers.He jumped out of the car and picked her up.He didn't look behind him as he ran down into the sewers and flung open the doors.He ran to a closet so he could hide the evidence of her being there.His other master would be there soon and he didn't want him to find out that He had taken Kristina....
*End of flashback*

gemini rushed over."kristina! hey! whats wrong? are you ok? hey,kristina!" she shook her gently,trying to wake her.she seemed to be having a nightmare."hey,come on wake up.its ok,its ok..." she tried comforting her,holding her close and using a soft,soothing voice,humming now a lullaby that her mother had once used to calm her after a nightmare.

Kristina's eyes fluttered,and she tried to open them all the way.She looked up at Gemini sleepily."He..He...."She tired to tell her what happened but couldn't get the words out of her mouth.She knit her eye brows as her senses started to fade away.She tried to move but couldn't what so ever.She tried to speak again."Po...poi...poison..."She said and looked up at her again as she held her.Kristina's eyes shut again as she was to weak to hold them open.There's a...reverse injection...in the closet...She thought to Gemini or Evan.

Evan raced to the closet and almost tore the door off it's hinges in his haste....It was filled with needles and at least a hundred unlabelled vials all containing a different liquid. "Shit!" He cursed, why could life never be simple for him? His masters brother was doubtless going to be here soon to check up on Lavoys captive...and they were still here! He turned to Gemini "Which one? theres at least a hundred here!" he yelled panic clouding his voice....

Kristina tried to tell him by word but couldn't."The...the..."She said and thought in her head.The cloudy red one...the vial is black and labeled blood...She thought and tired to stay concious so she could tell him.She was starting to loose the control on her mind and emotions as the poison started to seep through into her brain,and heart.She took in a deep breath as the poison hit nerves it started to get painful.She flinched as the pain increased and flickered in her heart.She mentally pictured the vial.

Evan looked and found the small vial nestled towards the left, almost completely hidden among the others. He picked it up and dashed back over..."So do you drink it or what?" he asked...anything he did wrong now would likely kill her...

gemini stayed calm,making sure not to move kristina at all.any movement wold make the poison spread faster."does it have any instructions? or a needle that comes with it?" she asked in a completely calm voice."hurry,she doesnt have much time.kristina,hey,stay with me,ok? dont sleep yet.stay with me,listen to my voice." she had had training in this kind of thing.if kristina fell asleep,the poison would spread straight to her heart.

Kristina shook her head no.You have to inject it into my heart...She thought and struggled in pain as it took over any emotion she could feel.Kristina tried to open her eyes but was to weak as the pain took over all of her senses.She struggled again just waisting her energy.She wanted to keep moving so she wouldn't pass out.She heard Gemini and fought harder to stay away.The long black needle...she thought to him.It has the same charm hanging off of it...she thought,and almost screamed in pain as the poison set in farther.She successfully opened her eyes for a few seconds.She looked at Gemini frantically only to have them close again.

gemini caught the thought."evan,long black needle in the closet,it has the same charm as the vial.we have to inject it into her heart.go!" she heard her mother's voice in her head,remembering.keep the patient awake.never move them.have them relax thier bodies completely,but make sure they dont fall asleep.keep calm to keep them calm.are you listening,gemini? remembe what i tell you,for it will be invaluable someday.never ever move them,and keep them awake.talk to them,that will help tham focus on you and not the pain "stay awake,kristina.i know it hurts,but you have to hang in there.you can do it,come on.stay with me."

Kristina was trying but the pain was increasing and she wanted to go into the black waters so she couldn't feel it anymore.She listened to Gemini anyway knowing if she let her soul leave it wouldn't come back.She struggled to keep herself away and conscious.She tried to think of something in the world that she would stay there for.She thought of Gemini and Evan they were the only people she had that were close to her.She pretended everything was okay and that they were just back at the hotel talking,and that she wasn't on the floor dying.She took in a sharp breath as the pain increased.She knew she couldn't do this for long because the pain would take over her body and mind.I'll try...but I won't...make...it for long....she thought to Gemini and struggled a little as the pain got worse.She couldn't take it any longer and screamed in agony.

Evan grabbed the needle and quickly filled it with the liquid inside the vial, he ran over to Kristina hesitating only a second before injecting the liquid into her heart (?). Then he waited....praying that it would work.

Kristina felt the needle go in and stayed still so it could work.She felt the cold liquid spread into her heart and pumped into her system.She sighed in relief as the pain started to leave her body.She knew it would take awhile,but she knew now that she wouldn't die.She lay still not thinking or speaking as the cold liquid ran through her veins.She knew if it warmed it wouldn't work though,but her body was cold anyway.Kristina felt the pain get erased by a cold the cold fluid.

Evan sighed in relief it seemed to be working!

As Kristina got her strength back she opened her eyes slowly and looked up at Evan."Thank you...Gemini...Evan..."She said hoarsely.She still felt the injection working so she didn't want to move yet.She moved fingers and toes though and smiled when it didn't hurt to move them.Kristinas eyes widened as Lavoy's master came in silently and ran over to me.He smiled at me and took me from Gemini quickly.She couldn't move quickly or the injection wouldn't finish and she would be in pain forever."Evan!"She said frantically as Damion,Lavoy's master,started to run out of the doors.

Evan tackled the man quickly, He grabbed Kristina and ran back into the room and locked the door....all the while thinking...I just locked a door against a vampire? Your really smart sometimes...really really smart...this of course was thought sarcastically.

Kristina sighed and put a spell on the doors making them so Damion couldn't get through.She shook her head and looked at Evan."See what I cause you guys...."She said and looked away.She still had her doubts but would stay."I will stay but if either of you get hurt...I'm leaving..."she said and looked back at him.She felt the last of the injection start to go to her finger tips and tips of her toes.She could move finally.Damion hit the door and smirked he didn't have to go after her he could get the human girl.Kristina heard Damions thoughts and sighed."No way..."She said quietly and pointed her hand at the spot where he was and called water.Make him stop...she thought to the element.It obeyed and froze him in place.
