Kristina dropped the pose and let Evan go."Go ahead."She said to him.She didn't eat human food and wasn't about to ask Jerone for anything...
Jerone sighed softly and then smiled and laughed."Haliey will get you what you want."He told the girls and Evan."Would you please Haliey?"He asked as a girl in serving clothes came in."Sure will...Red velvet,marble with chocolate frosting and for you sir?"She asked looking at Evan.

Evan grinned "Triple banana fudge...oh wait, that's an ice cream. Um...Angel food?" he asked hopefully "And milk? Please?" he added as an afterthought.

Haliey smiled at him and nodded."I can bring the ice cream out if you want to...and for you miss?"She asked walking over to Kristina."Oh uh...dark red wine...if you know what I mean?"Kristina asked Haliey.Haliey smiled and nodded."Okay...Jerone do you want anything?"She asked him and he nodded."Same as Kristina..."Jerone told her and she hurried off.Hailey brought back everything.Three cakes,ice cream and a big bottle of wine all accompanied with plates silverware and wine glasses."Thanks..."Kristina and Jerone chorused.Kristina smiled at him and then stood just as he did.Jerone reached for the bottle and their hands met.He looked up at her as the familiar feeling of electricity ran along his finger tips.Kristina smiled softly at him and pulled her hand away."Go ahead..."She said and he poured both of the bottles.I'm sorry...I overreacted...She thought to him quietly.

Evan saw his cake, and ice cream. With a shout of "CAKE!!!!" He tackled the plate, holding it close to his chest he ran to the corner, and making sure it hadn't been crushed or melted, in the case of the ice cream, began eating.

Jerone smiled at her and kissed her cheek softly.It's okay...I shouldn't have just completely ignored you...He thought back guiltily as he handed her a glass of wine.Kristina smiled at him and took the wine glass.She walked back over to where she had been sitting looking at over at Evan incredulously.She started laughing as Jerone came and sat beside her lacing his fingers with hers.

Evan glared at them "Do you realize how long it has been since I last had cake?" he asked, them, shouting slightly to be heard across the room...but wait they were vampires...oops.

Jerone and Kristina cracked up."Me and Jerone haven't had cake for way longer than you...and Gemini and Maidora haven't either so..."Kristina said giggling slightly still.Jerone nodded and laughed."Did you just turn what twenty years ago?or something?"He asked not meaning it meanly but wonderingly.

Evan glared at him "Yeah so?" he said defensively, "Doesn't mean I didn't miss the cake just as much as you all."

Maidrora ate her cake it itty bitty bites to savor it. 'MMmmm." she thought, "how I love cake!" Maidora touches her necklace again and it abates her hunger for blood. She should have known that they'd have some in stock and she wouldn't have to hunt for it. Stupid, stupid Maidora! Oh well... at least there's cake!

gemini grabbed her cake and milk and started wolfing it down.starrunner watched in amusement as she gulped her milk-and got brainfreeze."ooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww wwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she yelled childishly,running around holding her head,with anime tears running down her face.

Evan started laughing "Put your thumb on the roof of your mouth!" he yelled over her yelling.

"Does that actually work?" Maidora questioned. She had never heard of that trick. It seemse knew because no one in her childhood would have done that.

gemini stopped yelling and tried it."hey,it worked!" she said wonderingly."gee,when i was growning up anyone who did something like that would have been hailed as a god..." then she froze."someone's here." she said,and went racing towards the door.she opened it to find,as she had suspected,finx."finx? why are you here? and how?"

Maidora finished her cake with a huge bite, and held her dishes wondering what to do with them. Ah, the servant girl! Maidora handed her dishes to her and watched her mosey off. Finx, now... who was that?

Kristina laughed."I don't even remember what it tastes like...and don't really want to..."she said remembering how repulsed she had been the last time she had tried to eat human food...she shivered and looked up as Gemini opened the door."Finx!"She said standing and setting her glass down and then walking to the door."How'd you get here?"She asked a fond smile displaying across her lips.Jerone was relieved when it was Finx who stood at the door and not one of his other visitors...the ones that came to get rid of him...He smiled relieved and set his glass down as well walking over to the doorway."Welcome Finx won't you come in?"He asked seeing as how the girls just asked her questions which made a smile slide gently along his lips.

Evan blinked "Finx? As in the nice lady who owned that hotel...was it her that threatened to throw me out? Or was that someone else?" he asked, coming over to the door.

finx steps in "it was probly me" she says with a soft smile "well hello person ive yet to meet another vamp i suppose.why cant you get a nothier human friend gem? i feel lonly but any way im finx and you are?"

gemini smiled."but finx,i have a human friend! you! and this is maidora,we just met her ourselves.and dont worry about evan,im willing to bet he's been threatened by plenty of hotel owners.now,why are you here?" she asked,laughing a little.

"I'm sorry for your loss Kristina. If indeed you consider it one." Maidora wondered and then asked anyone who'd answer it, "Are there such things as fat vamppires? I don't think so but... hmmm I've never seen one. Ya'think there could be a fat one?"

Kristina giggled at Maidora's question and Evan yet again."Well I don't think there could be a fat vampire...hmmm something to consider?And that's not really a lose for me...human food is repulsive to me."She said to Maidora a smile on her face as she thought throw the vampires she knew."Well I've never met a fat vampire."She said looking at Finx as she answered Evan.Jerone laughed."Well there could be.If they got turned like that."He said wonderingly."Well maybe not...well I don't know nevermind."he said thinking that the endorphines might burn the fat off before they woke...
