"You got bored with searching for Ember, did you?"
See'r stepped out of the shadows, running a hand through Nina's hair.
"Do you get bored easily, Nina?"
The tall vampire tapped the girl's lips with a long pale finger. His room was dark, but not drastically so. There was a well dressed bed, a few large chairs, and a dresser, but nothing else. See'r smiled at the feedling, his red eyes flashing.

"Because you are special, Nina." See'r stepped behind her and wrapped his arms about her shoulders, his thin arms strong. "You are special." It was then that he remembered a scene much like this one . . . from last time.


"You're special, Nala."
The girl raised her head to look at See'r, her newly red eyes glowing bright. She smiled, and plunged the dagger into the guild leader's heart. She had killed the previous clan leader, and she alone had been blamed.


"Yes," See'r purred, resting his head on top of hers, "you are special to me, Nina."

See'r pulled back, startled. A strange expression flitted across his pale face, and the vampire looked slightly frightened.
Nina's words struck a chord in him, one that he hadn't felt in centuries. "I love you, See'r."
His silver hair flitted into his crimson eyes, and he stared at her for many moments. He was silent . . . and then shoved her away from him. "Don't say that," he hissed, barely controlled anger fresh on his face. His wiry form trembled with rage, and he snarled to himself. Backhanding Nina to the floor, the vampire let a gutteral roar escape his lips. Pouncing on her, he sank his fangs into her neck. He bit hard, making Nina bleed as he held her down.

Ember watched as he put the necklace on her. "It's beautiful. Thank you." She said walking to the mirror. She felt stronger, like nothing could touch her. She looked at her self. Her once grey eyes were now a deep velvety purple. Her fangs could now retract and grow.

Kamen smiled as he watched her. She looked like a kitten playing he grinned as he moved behind her. He gently wrapped his arms around her wast and rested his jaw on her shoulder. "I am glad you like it. I have been saving that for a while now. You do know that you are mine now don't you?" His eyes glowed red as he laughed. He leaned down and kissed her shoulder as he released her and went to his chair and sat. The pale moon's light danced about his bare chest as he sat there and stared at her.

See'r tore his fangs from her neck. "You are never to say that to me again," he hissed, "Do you hear me?" When she took too long to reply, the vampire shoved her back to the ground fiercely. "Do you hear me, Nina?! Never again!"
The wild look in his red eyes made him look crazed, and the vampire backed away from the girl. It was seconds later when he seemed to calm completely, looking more serene than ever. Standing tall, See'r motioned toward the door. "You should return to the training room. I will bring you fresh food there."

"Yes, I understand." She said a hand on the necklace. It felt hot, as if it were burning her skin, only she felt no pain.

Kamen grinned as he looked at her. He closed his eyes as he tried to focus on healing his wounds. He stud after he healed himself and went to his closet pulling out a shirt slipping it on as he went to the bed retrieving his jacket from it. He walked over to Ember and kissed her cheek happy to see how powerful she had become. "If I had known this was your wish years go, I would have granted it. You have always been a favorite of mine. It will take some time for you to get use to your new powers but I will be here for you. Now if you don't mind my dear one I am feeling rather weak at the moment I need to feed." He gently pulled her closer to him as he closed his eyes and enjoyed her smell. He had always had a special place in his heart for her. He was happy that she wanted to be his there was no other he could think of that would be fitting besides her.

Ember smiles then senses Nina in trouble. She burst out of the room and into See'r. "What have you done to her." She growls. Everyone can see her new strength and her velvety purple eyes.

Glancing at the necklace around her neck, See'r's red eyes widened. "I am merely training my - our - newest clan member, M'Lady." The vampire dipped into a bow, a smile on his pale face. "Congratulations on your new status, Ember."
Stepping around the woman, he slowly headed off after Nina.
"If you'll excuse me, I have a hungry feedling to attend to."
Now there's two of them. . . .
See'r's pleasant expression melted into rage. Now there were two leaders, thus double the effort to get rid of them. Looking over his shoulder at Ember, the tall man grinned, bearing his long fangs.
"Just watch your step, little one," the ageless vampire hissed, "the ground can be unsteady from this point on."

"You know little, Nina," See'r said, stepping into the room. "Don't even begin to worry about my relationship with Kamen and Ember."
He looked down at the human that she had fed from, an expression of amusement on his pale face. "You have done well for your first feeding," See'r said. "Usually there is quite a mess left over."
Slowly moving over to stand beside the woman, the tall vampire sighed loudly. "I apologize for my earlier actions toward you," he said, his blood-red eyes scanning her face. "I was too harsh. Will you forgive me, dear Nina?"
Leaning down, the thin man gently kissed Nina's cheek. "Forgive me for what I did."

Ember hears what he wishpered. She growls softly and walks to Nina. "Nina, who would you rather train you, Your Coven Mistress, or this useless excuse for a vampire?" She asked wiping the blood from her face.

"Of course." Ember takes Nina's hand and takes her into the library.

"I don't know how that bastards head works. Or why he acts the way he does." Ember sighed sinking into one of the chairs.
