"Riker could you join us please we are getting bored i may have to go play with myself soon" still no responce "Fine" said Zen sitting down beside Rima to see what she was drawing still eating chips

rima felt zen sit down next to her and she layed down on her stomache continuing to draw. so far it looked pretty abstract. no real plan to it, just a bunch of emotional scribbles. after awile the scribbles looked like marks with meaning, and it started to turn out pretty good. one of her best actually. she knew riker or zen wouldnt think it was rima since she was so young. in the picture she was six and her hair was in two pony-tails with red ribbons holding them up. she had a small blush and a cute smile. she was wearing a church dress her mom got her that was lacey white with lots of frills, rima remembered it being very uncomforatable, but smiled for her mom since she knew she liked it. finishing it off, she shoved the notbook away and tossed the pencil on the couch. she turned over and stretched on her back, yawning, still tired. she looked up at zen and smiled, "i almost forgot you were there."

Zen crawled over to get a better look at the drawing "hey thats really good" he said coming back over leaving the pad where it was

"well i;ve been drawing since i could write, so it better be good, or i have failed life as an artist." she sighed.

Zen chuckled "well if you pu tit that way i guess so more chips?" he said offering her the bag

she looked at him sideways. "sure" she said reaching into the bag. she took only one and nibbled on it for awile, not very hungry. she took another and tossed it at zen, nailing him in the nose. she laughed.

Zen reached over and started tickling her then stopped and ran out of the room tears pouring down his face he sat down and cried again

rima sat up fast and ran after him. pushing riker back down as he bagan to stand up. "stay." she said as if he were a dog. she ran outside into the hallway and sighed in relief when she found him. she walked over to him slowly and knelt down. "hey. im sorry. i thought i was lighting the mood. i didnt mean to hurt your feelings."

"It's okay it's just when i started tickling you i thought of my dad and what we used to do before well you know" said Zen letting the tears fall again

"hey. i know. its fine, realy, zen" rima thought about hugging him, but didnt, because she didnt think she had the right to anymore. instead she put a hand on his shoulder and patted his back, not knowing what to say.

"thanks" he said and he whipped his face and walked back into the room and ate a few more chips

rima walked in after him feeling bad. she didnt know how to deal with other people's problems. then riker's secret popped into her head and she glanced at him, remembering how she handled it. if she did that with zen, she was afraid he would hate her, but riker needed her at the moment so she went for it. quickly glancing away she watched zen with concern.

glancing up he frowned, "Sorry. Without those pills, all nighters take it outta me." he yawned, "what did i miss?" He nodded at zen, "whats wrong with him?"

she looked at riker, finally glad to have another person alert in the room. "well, now its just us trying to figure a way out of here." she looked at zen, hoping he'd be okay. "hes had a long night, thats all." she sighed.

"so man....nightmares... and i never wake up from them so i never really slept" said Zen looking up

He leaned forward and stretched, "Riiight. Okay. Enough." He stood up, "As for the others, We still dont know if they are all dead. Hell they might be another building by now." Groaning, "whats wrong with you two, Cmon, lets go." Standing up he frowned over his shoulder, "unless baby isnt ready yet?"

"I;m fine thanks for asking, but where are we going to look next" Zen said pulling out the map and crossing off the room they were in

"where large groups gather of course, The gym, the auditorium, and the cafeteria. Of course." he sneered as though this was obvious. "Duh."

"when runnign from a murdering lunitic i would not go to the ovious places" said Zen shoot the attitude back

"Well we're not talking about you here. We're talking about other people. And lets face it, their not exactly the smartest bunch in the world." He shrugged, "But hey, you know, What do I know."

"remeber you are leader so you get final say so i am guessing we are going to the most coming places to hide" said Zen circuling them on his map "the auditorium is closest to us now"

rima sat up and walked over to them. "im okay for anything leading to safety." she sighed. "aditoriums are dry-walled the most, so there is a possibility they were there and we didnt hear them or something?" she said shrugging.

"I am not sure he is the one wanting save everyone" said Zen looking at Riker

she glanced at riker like zen had and looked back at zen. "well, we could at least look and see, though. i dont want to be the blame for murder, and im sure you guys dont either." she said backing up.

"i don't want to save them" said Zen picking up the chips again
