Moonbeam nearly cried as Devan came to her side and he took her hand. She then showed him and Natale(na-ta-lay), the Adrian were what she had seen. It was first Kei being pinned to the Ed and nearly clotheless as Elizabeth kissed him and stood, smirking as the blood from her feeding began drying on his skin. It then flashed to Kiyomi. She was wearing nothing and blood stained the bed where she lay, crying and shaking until Rafe kissed her and she was taken over by the charm. She then let the vision die and Natale growled angerily her fangs extending. "Stealing innosence... Mosters! Leeches! She snarrled making almost everyone in the room flinch. "Devan... Your first and only priorety is to save Kiyomi and Kei, understand... You and Natale... " she whispered horsely and closed her eyes tiredly.
Elizabeth was surprised by Kei's desire. Raising and eyebrow she pulled away from that side of his throat and yanked his head to the other side. "Fistey." she whispered slurring her words as she inhaled his scent again. She then bit into his sweet flesh once more and chuckled. Pretty much saying I he wanted it he had to come and get it.

Devan went numb. He never reacted to Natale's snarls. He hardly heard Moonbeam's words - he could see only Kiyomi's bloody form in his mind. Staring into the distance, the vampire stayed frozen for many moments. Rafe will die. A cold hatred overwhelmed him then; seeing Kiyomi's tortured form just broke something inside of him. The vampire noble blinked slowly, turning black eyes to Moonbeam before nodding once. Every movement was so smooth, it seemed as though Devan were made of liquid. He was ready to kill: there was no way he was waiting much longer.
I will kill you, Rafe. You will wish you'd never come near my family.
With a shaking hand, he pressed his fingers to Moonbeam's cheek. "We need to go now."
-
Kei pursued Elizabeth . . . at first. Then he felt the pain that his sister felt. Sucking in a sudden breath, the youth blinked away a bit of the vampiric fog he was surrounded with. He withdrew his hand from where it rested on the woman's leg, suddenly looking a bit confused. What's going on? He was missing his shirt, and it looked as though things were about to get a bit involved with Elizabeth.
"I don't want this," he whispered, his ears flattening as he pulled away from the vampire's touch. He shuddered as the feel of warm blood dripped down the side of his neck. Staring at Elizabeth, Kei shook his head and looked toward the room where he knew his twin was. "He'd hurting her." He scrambled to his feet unsteadily - the sudden movement without charm left his head spinning. Falling to his knees, Kei grimaced. I need to get to her. He needed to help his twin.

Moonbeam nodded and slowly stood. "Everyone get your things. We attack now." she said and walked out of the room with the help of her African accompliss, her body looking more frail bythe minute. As long as I get to see them one last time... I can die in peace... looking up at her friend she smiled gently. "Natale... How is your daughter?" she asked softly and the african woman smiled. "She be married next week... She be wanting you there." she said gentlyand Moonbeam hugged Natale with one arm. "Tell her I'm very sorry... And for her to visit my children. I'm sure they will become good friends like us." Moonbeam said lightly and lovingly. "I will spank her if she not." Natale said lightly making Moonbeam laugh. "You be surprised... She be in love with that Cofu from thee good leeches." she said and Moonbeam grinned. "Im glad. That's a thing I didn't see coming." she said lightly and once they got outside she shifted forms with her friend waiting did her husband. This was the last timeshe would see all of these wonderful people.
Elizabeth was shocked seeing Kei trying to go towards the door. Hissing she moved faster and threw him into the wall. As he was dizzy she threw him onto the bed and bit him, swallowing him in her charm. She then kissed him deeply almost until he passed out. "Get some sleep." she saud and then knocked him out and stood smirking. "Rafe... Finish up... You've disturbed my pet." she said into the door and walked away, her child stirred making her smile.

"They aren't hard to disturb," Rafe said, appearing in the doorway. He wiped a smear of blood from his cheek before pulling his shirt up around his shoulders. Buttoning the front, he glanced to where Kei lie. "Disturbed or not, we will need them up by nightfall." They only had about an hour.
Pressing a kiss to Elizabeth's lips, the noble looked up in time to hear a knock on the door. The weres were stirring.
-
Senri had already shifted forms. He stood protectively near Moonbeam, hesitant to leave her side. Everyone knew what was going to happen; this was the last time anyone would see the alpha in such a peaceful state. The werewolf huff a breath before giving Moonbeam's muzzle a gentle swipe with his tongue. Everyone is ready, love. He wouldn't give up hope: perhaps they could keep her alive.

Elizabeth smiled and then kissed Rafe back. She peaked in and hissed with a smirk seeing the young were on the bed. "You devil." she purred as she held him and looked up into his eyes. Feeling their son stirr again she smiled and then put Rafe's hand on her lower stomach. "He knows when his father is around." she said lightly and smiled widely at Rafe.
MOonbeam nodded and then with a roar she leapt forward with her pack and her new found allies. She ran with Devan and NAtale in her sight all the time. They needed to get her lovely little children to safety. She then growled and bristled seeing the coven's place of rest. "RAFE!" she snarrled and then threw a guard to the side. SHe wasn't going to be nice this time, not with what he had done to her children.

The vampires came in droves. Devan was disgusted to see how many were . . . feral. These creatures would never know the pleasure of having a true pack. He kept Moonbeam and Senri in sight whenever he could remember, but it was hard to think of anything but Kiyomi's bloody form. He fought like a holy avenger: indeed, he was there for vengence. He would kill every one of their enemies if he had to.
Keeping Natale in sight, Devan sent her a shout. As soon as they locked gazes, the noble looked toward the room - the twins' scent came from beyond that door. Nothing could stop them.
-
Senri howled in rage as he defended Moonbeam's flank. As she ran, he loped after her. They kept together, Devan and Natale in sight. Vampires were torn apart; everything in their path was destroyed. The werewolf snapped at a cold hand that reached for his wife: he was her guardian in that moment. Anything that came close was brutally killed.
When he saw that Devan and Natale had found the room, he bore lengthy fangs that showed his hatred. I can smell the children. Looking to Moonbeam, Senri flicked his wolfish ears. Perhaps her vision had been wrong. . . .
((Poor guy. Hoping for the hopeless. :())
-
Rafe laughed when he heard that the weres were attacking. His hand lingered on Elizabeth's belly for a moment before he turned to face the messenger. "Inform the others." That was when the real battle started. The vampire lackeys and newborns gave way to their elder kin: stronger, faster, smarter . . . they slowed the pack's progress.
"Promise me," Rafe whispered into his woman's ear, "that you would run before letting yourself die." Stroking her cheek, he grinned. "Protect my child, Elizabeth." Though he didn't expect the weres to win, he wanted to be sure that Elizabeth wouldn't endanger herself foolishly.
Kissing her forehead, he moved toward the room again. It was time to get Kiyomi into fighting condition. "Rouse your pet. I want their powers used against the others."

Natale locked gazes with Devan and nodded. Cutting threw the stupid leeches with anger and precision they made it quite far until the older of the vampires began coming, this is were the real battle began. She attacked and killed as fast as she could, only recieving few wounds at the moment, but she then had a bad feeling and she sniffed the twins getting closer. Where they going to be attacked by the very people they were trying to resque already?
Moonbeam did her best to protect herself and the other weres around them. She wasn't planning on going forward much farther. She knew her children would come to them. But she was very greatful for her handsome Senri to be fighting along her side once more. She knew that she would die honorably at least and she was at peace with the fact now. I love you so much senri... She thought to him softly as she kept fighting.
Elizabeth smiled and kissed Rafe back. "I promise... I will protect our child." she said with a firm nod and then went to go get Kei. Kissing him awake she getly handed him his things and stroked his head. "My loyal warrior... The time is now... You have to protect me now." she said and kissed his ear gently. "If you protect me we can be together forever." she whispered lovingly and then stood. "Get dressed, our battle awaits."

Raking at a creature with his claws, Senri caught the vampire in his jaws and wrenched the beast to the ground. Licking the dark blood from his muzzle, the werewolf felt his ears flatten momentarily. I love you, too. I will love you today, and I will love you tomorrow. I will tell you just that in the morning. Returning to Moonbeam's side, the male licked her nose lovingly. The battle did little to make him forget his love for the alpha.
It was then that the scent of the twins became overwhelming. Turning his single eye toward the doorway, Senri growled. We should stay back. He didn't want his hope for Moonbeam's survival to die so swiftly.
-
Kei promptly rose, purring softly as he thought of what Elizabeth said. "They're here to hurt you?" he asked, his pale brow furrowing. One thing was certain: he'd gained more control over his powers, and he wasn't going to let anyone hurt Elizabeth. She was the one thing he loved; his very link to the world. Without her life wasn't worth living.
He swiftly dressed and shook off any weariness he might have felt. There was still a bit of dried blood on his throat, but the youth ignored it. It wasn't important. "I serve you," Kei said, his hands lighting up with electricity. He was ready to fight.
Rafe laughed as he heard Kei. Carefully lifting Kiyomi out of the bed, he kissed her lightly. "Dearling, it is time." The noble set her down so the were could sit on a chair before helping her dress. Watching her features, the vampire pushed a wave of charm over her. "They are here to hurt your brother and yourself. To hurt me." His red eyes filled with false worry. "I don't want anything to happen to you."
He had her ready within moments. Carefully pulling Kiyomi to her feet, the vampire pushed a refreshing wave of charm over her. "Use your abilities. See that the coven wins this fight, and you will be free to stay forever."
They neared the door as the twins flexed their powers. It was time to cause real havok.

Moonbeam's ears flattened as she felt her babies coming closer. "They have grown stronger..." she whispered horrified at the thought. It was expected that the vampires had trained her children, but to this amount scared her. She watched as both twin entered the mists of fighting, when they did most everyone stopped to stare in shock. Many of the vampires hadn't seen the twins since they had been taken to this safe house, and the weres hadn't seen the twins since prom or earlier. They looked deadly the way they stood and moonbeam whimpered. "No... They will begin the slaughter..." she whispered as she watched her beloved babies.
Elizabeth nodded and kissed Kei once more as he flexed his powers. "They are trying to kill everything we have worked so hard for, to kill our love." she whispered in his ear and then opened the door as Kiyomi stepped next to him. "Crush them." she hissed and smiled watching the twins walk out into the fight. "they will crush them into nothing." she hissed smirking.
Kiyomi has stirred slowly as she was picked up, and with the soft kiss she looked up at Rafe dreamily. But when he gave her help to dress she began coming to immediate attention, listening to his words as she dressed. "I will do anything to protect you, master." she whispered and kissed him once more before her powers flexed, making everything in the room jump up in place and then smash right back down. Walking out with Kei she pulled her hair up into a ponytail and her tail swished in readiness. As the door opened she walked out in time with her twin and looked around. Suddenly a were moved and Kiyomi made and swift pushing motion with her hands, and a silver dagger shot threw the air and burried itself in the spldier's heart. The serge starter again, and Kiyomi moved forward, going after anyonewho was were.
Toru watche from the back of the lines, her ears perking as she heard Moonbeam. Standing she looked at him and tears sprang into her eyes. She wanted to run to him and hug him and kiss him. The dried blood on him made her want to cry, and her eyes filled with tears. But when Kiyomi struck she screamed, the were that had stood next to her fell from the instant kill, and she could do nothing to heal him like she just had not moments ago. "Kei... Stop this..." she cried softly as she ran to the next wounded were and healed him enough so he could fight again.

Devan froze when Kiyomi lashed out at her kin. She's so much stronger. The vampire shoved another enemy toward death before making his way toward her. "Kiyomi!" By the time he was near her, a jolt of electricity rammed into him. Deven convulsed, slamming into the far wall. He recovered quickly, darting his way back to the twins. Avoiding the blows that Kei aimed at him, Devan tried not to hurt the youth.
Honestly, they were good; the twins were very good. Quite a few blows were dealt to both Kei and Devan, and the fight between the two of them ended as Kei was shoved into the battle. Red eyes turning to Kiyomi, Devan's breath caught. He could still see her battered form in his mind. Whispering her name again, he took a step toward her. He never got close.
Rafe flashed by, his claws raking bloody furrows across Devan's cheek. With a hiss, Devan turned his gaze back to Kiyomi. "Snap out of it, Kiyomi! You're killing your own family!"
"She has a family she's fighting for," Rafe said, coming out of nowhere to slash at his brother once again. This time the blow never connected. Devan snagged Rafe's arm, using the momentum to carry him to the ground. Enraged, Devan tore at the other Drake - and for a moment he was winning. With Rafe forced face-first into the ground, he couldn't fight back. Devan prepared to sink his fangs into Rafe's neck for the killing blow.
-
Senri's single eye locked on the twins. Dear Lord, they've changed. The werewolf regained his composure as an elder vampire charged at him. Being pushed steadily away from Moonbeam, the male tore through swathes of undead to regain his place at her side.

Kiyomi watched as her brother attacked Devan. And she expelled Natale as she tried getting to kei, throwing her across the fighting area. She watched shocked as Rafe and Devan went at it, shocked she the. Pounced on Devan, and rolled on the ground with him biting and scratching at him. She then threw him into the wall. Growling and hissing at him she kicked him in the stomach hard. "Dont touch him!" she snarrled at Devan and then growled as she smacked him in the face, her claws running across his cheek.

He was just about to kill Rafe when a streak came at him. Out of nowhere came Kiyomi: she slammed into him, fighting with a frenzy that Devan hadn't known she possessed. He didn't fight back - he defended himself against many of her blows, but the ones that did the most damage managed to get through anyway. "Kiyomi!" When he was slammed against the wall, he bore his fangs in anger. What have you done to her, brother? Shoving the were back, he was surprised by her ferocity in battle. "I'm not going to hurt you!" He couldn't make himself. Every time he tried to lash out, his hand stopped. He couldn't hurt his love; she wasn't in her right mind. I'll forgive you, loveling.
He was knocked breathless as she kicked his stomach. As he wrapped an arm about his middle, Devan looked up to speak - and got a face full of claws. The blood that sprayed from his features pulled Devan into further shock. Dear God. He looked at the girl with apology written over his features, finally deciding he had to end this. He wasn't going to let Kiyomi pound him into the ground.
Looking hurt, the vampire's red eyes carried a cold determination. "I'm sorry," he said over the din of the battle. Then, flashing away from Kiyomi's reach, he ran by. A darting of his hand knocked the girl to the ground. Another pass and he knocked her over once again. The third time she tried to stand he rammed into her, grimacing as he heard her hit the floor beneath his weight. "Stay down, Kiyomi. Please, stay down."
It was then that Rafe intervened. "Very good, Kiyomi! You have learned well!" The two brothers went at it with renewed vigor: one of them would fall in this battle.
((:XD I can't quite recall what we'd said would happen at this point.))
-
Senri snapped at the nearest enemy - and jerked his head back in surprise. Kei violently brought the werewolf to the ground, making him writhe in pain as electricity raked through him. Senri's pained yelp was followed by his son's laugh. It drew the attention of nearby weres, but they weren't quite sure what to do. One of them lashed out at the youth, but was thrown back by a burst of wind that got him killed. A swirl of air forged a protective shield about Kei, fire slowly making its way into that cone of elements. At his feet the floor froze - making it hard to get near him in the first place. Not caring about the other fighters, Kei looked from Elizabeth to Senri.
You want me to go after the elders. I will take down the alpha and her mate for you, Elizabeth.

Kiyomi was shocked as he didn't fight back and was about to end his misery when he attacked. She tried and tried to fight back but was beaten down everytime. She saw her actual memories everytime she was beaten down, and as she laid there breathless on her back. That's when she remembered everything, everything that was truely her love. "Devan... Devan..." she groaned and then her instinct snapped as she realized what Rafe had done to her. "Rafe!!!" she snarrled and got up, she attacked him with all her might, slashig kicking hitting, and when he dodged the wrong way she sank her hand right threw his heart in his jest and then other plunged into his neck. "You die for taking me." she whispered and then pulled, pulling his head off his shoulders. Elizabeth screamed seeing it and hissed angerily. "Kill them all Kei! Kill them!" she cried as black tears ran down her face as her love and master died. She then bolted and ran for the hills, to save her child. Though the battle was not over, to her the weres had won. Moonbeam then saw this and knew she had to save senri.
"Kei!" she called and ran to him, and jumping she shifted back and hugged him, her mind expelling his powers. "I love you so much." she whispered in his ear softly.
((this is where he stabs her and I'm gonna have toru scream for kei and he can see her father beating her and save her ^^))
Toru screamed bloody murder as her father beat down upon her, taring and ripping at her while he was in wolf form and she was in human firm.

Devan watched in surprise as Kiyomi returned to her normal mindset. She took off, her blows faster than Rafe could dodge. The final act tore his brother apart - and Devan merely narrowed his eyes and nodded in acceptance. He will plague us no longer. The vampire made his way to Kiyomi's side, taking one of her blood-coated hands in both of his. "Some things aren't meant to be broken," he whispered, looking over the were worriedly. She looked to be in rather good condition, considering the circumstances. Ignoring the battle around them, Devan lifted Kiyomi's knuckles to his lips and pressed a kiss to her hand.
"I love you." With that he took off, moving in a blur to keep the area near Kiyomi free of enemies. He worked his way toward Moonbeam, ushering his love toward her mother.
-
Kei heard Elizabeth's call. With a gasp he pressed his hands over his flattened ears. Her scream of pain upon seeing Rafe's death was like torture in his mind. Something with the charm went wrong. With a savage hiss, he flung a hand wide to sweep the weres away from his "mistress" as she escaped. Just as the wind began to build around him someone flew into his range. Moonbeam's arms wrapped about him, and Kei's startled features broke into confusion.
"M-mum?" He blinked rapidly, the elements around him dying down. They flared up again as he saw a flash of Elizabeth's hair in the back of the room.
((I'll send Kei to Toru's rescue in my next post))

Kiyomi turned to Devan as she threw Rafe down on the ground. She wanted to wrap her arms around him and just never leave his embrace but she only recieved a gentle kiss to her knuckles which made her blush. "I love you too..." she whispered softly and then followed the trail he opened for her. She watched as her mother hugged Kei and she wanted to run to her. "Mom!" she cried and Moonbeam looked up at kissing Kei's forehead. "My baby..." she whispered tears of joy running down her cheeks. "Kei... Tell everyone I love them so much... Expecially your father and your sister... I love you..." Moonbeam whispered gently in his ear and then let go of him as Elizabeth left. Moonbeam then turned seeing Haruhe hurt and ran towards her. Kiyomi watched painfully as everything seemed to slow down, as her mother nearly reached Haruhe on the ground a vampire cut her off and slashed her stomach nearly open and then stabbed her in the side. Screaming in pain as he flashed away Moonbeam tumbled to Haruhe's side afterbeing thrown. "No!!! Mom!!" Kiyomi screamed and raced towards her mother, who then reached over and healed Haruhe with the last of her remaining strength. Haruhe snapped awake and scrambled to try and save moonbeam but. Moonbeam just put a hand toher cheek and showed her Joseph's final thoughts when he died making Haruhe cry like a baby and hug Moonbeam's bloody form. "Help! Save her!" Haruhe screamed painfully and Kiyomi cried as she ran towards her dying mother. Toru's scream ripping threw the picture as she was brutally bitten.

Devan stood frozen. He couldn't move fast enough to save Moonbeam - but he watched. His red eyes widened as the alpha's vision came true. "NO!!" Snagging Kiyomi's arm, the vampire sprinted toward Moonbeam. By the time they got there, she was dying. "We were so close," Devan whispered to no one in particular, his hand touching Moonbeam's bloody side. Emotions chased themselves over his face for many moments. In battle, he was useless. There was nothing he could do - he fell to his knees beside Kiyomi and Moonbeam, frozen as emotion overwhelmed him. You can't fall. You just can't.
-
Kei's cry echoed his twin's. He raced forward, reaching the alpha a few moments after Deven and Kiyomi. "This can't be happening!" His ears flattened, his eyes widening as he looked down at his mother's bloody form. "No! No, no, no!" Swallowing thickly, Kei felt something tug at the back of his mind: he'd heard something while enthralled in Elizabeth's charm. It was a mere moment after looking over his gathered pack when he noticed Toru's presense missing. Toru?
It was then that her savage cry broke through his thoughts. Kei was on his feet faster than he'd ever managed before with a fire burning in his eyes. Pin-pointing where his girl was, he gathered power: he used a mixture of ice and wind to knock the man away from Toru. "Don't touch her!" He looked familiar. The male who moved to stand seemed . . . like Toru. Her father?
Kei's hand rested on Toru's shoulder as he knelt, baringh is fangs at the attacker. "Give me one good reason to let you live."
-
((Senri will react when Moonbeam dies. I want to wait until she finally falls.))
-
Caleb heard Haruhe. His pierced ears flattened as he tore another vampire's throat with his fangs. The Hunter leaped back, landing in a crouch as he teleported away. Flickering through the mist, he appeared near his love worriedly. Seeing Moonbeam's bloody form clutched in Haruhe's arms brought tears to his single eye . . . and his heart squeezed with agony. "Moonbeam," he breathed, wrapping an arm around Haruhe and touching Moonbeam's cheek with his other hand. It was strange to see her, so . . . peaceful. She had to be in severe pain - if she even still lived. Who can help her now? Perhaps Kiyomi, if she could manage such a task.

Kiyomi ran with Devan, her heart beating rapidly as she got closer and closer to her mother. Her heart shattered seeing all the blood, seeing her lying there. Once she reached her mother she took her pale and trembling hand in her own, her eyes filled with tears. "I won't let this happen!" she growled painfully and with her powers she touched her mother's forehead and began to heal her, but she was so shakey and unable to concentrate well that she couldn't keep it up for long. "No... No please... Mom..." she cried and then felt her brother. If he could get Toru... They had a chance. "Toru! Kei! Bring toru here!" Kiyomi screamed desprately as she felt her mother's hand hold her own. "Youre back... Oh sweety...." moonbeam whispered lovingly, her eyes holding so much love Kiyomi hadn't even thought it was possible. "Mom... You... You can't leave... Kei and I need you..." she begged and kiyomi shook tears cascading down her cheeks. The weres had almost gotten all of the vampires to cease attack, without the drive of Rafe, most retreated. Haruhe cried into Caleb's chest as they all watched as Moonbeam slowly began slipping away. "Please... Someone save her..." Haruhe choked her ears flat on her head like everyone's was. Moonbeam then reached up and took both Devan's and Kiyomi's hands, weakly pressing them together. "I-I saw one last beautiful thing... I want to share it with you..." she whispered and with the last of her strength she showed them her vision. They were not much older, and Kei and Toru were standing as the man and maid of honor as Kiyomi slowly began walking up the isle towards Devan, markous and Lana there holding a beautiful small child, Senri there, Haruhe, Caleb, and Yuki all in the wedding as well. The vision then flickered and recessed from their minds before Kiyomi could distinguish the young African beauty and exotic vampire who were also there. "There will be happieness, and peace..." she whispered as tears slid down her face. "Mom... Please... Just hold on a little longer." Kiyomi begged painfully.
Toru looked up shocked her body bleeding and shaking as well as half naked from the disgusting man that was her father. "Father leave me alone..." she cried in a shakey voice, tears of joy sliding down her cheeks seeing Kei. "Kei..." she choked and looked up at him painfully, though her eyes were full of love. "Ha! Try as you might pup but I'm taking that wench home! She needs to be taught a lesson! A bitch like her doesn't deserve anything but to be a bitch!" the wolf snarrled and growled at Toru making her squeek in fear and shake more, mire tears running down her face in fear.

Devan's eyes softened, and he glanced to Kiyomi. He had, somewhere, already known about the vision. It was bound to come true, after all. The vampire slowly gave Moonbeam's a hand a squeeze. "We love you," he whispered, his features suddenly withdrawing into his typical mask of calm. He needed to be strong for the others now.
From where he sat, Caleb swallowed his tears thickly. Though one escaped, he didn't allow others to take over. The werewolf rested his cheek against Haruhe's head sadly, closing his single eye to block out the bloody scene before him.
-
Senri felt something. He had been deep in battle with the last of the noble vampires when Moonbeam fell. The werewolf paused, looking absolutely struck. Frozen as he felt Moonbeam's life flickering, the male didn't react when his enemy stood and lashed out at him. Senri's single eye had left the battle and locked on his wife's dying form.
His pain-filled yelp was loud, but it changed into rage as he snapped back at the vampire. He felt his legs give out from beneath him suddenly - the vampire had struck a nerve. Senri growled, clamping his jaws about the male's neck. Senri felt the vampire's claws rake over his face - many deep scars would be left on his skin when this battle was over.
Rolling about, trying to pin the creature, Senri felt the claws rake over him in various places. The deep furrows would never leave him completely. Filled with adrenaline, he slung the vampire away like a rag doll - only to see the creature rebound and fly back at him. He felt many solid blows to the side of his head. They brought stars to his vision. Unable to stand, the shifted werewolf struggled to see - a dark mist spread over his vision.
Stunned, he managed to make one last movement that tore the vamire's throat out. Senri kept still for a while before finally pushing himself to his large paws. As he made his way slowly over to Moonbeam, the bleeding werewolf tried to blink away the darkness that encroached on his vision.
My love. The werewolf whined quietly, nudging his wife with his muzzle. Y-you'll be fine. We can heal you. Though it seemed like it wasn't working. With a pain-filled whine, he shifted forms. The blood that slicked over his skin was dark, but he ignored it. Trying to see Moonbeam through his failing gaze, Senri's bloody hand stroked over her pale cheek. "Please, no," he breathed hoarsely, sorrow tearing his heart and soul. He could deny this moment no longer: Moonbeam was going to fall.
-
Kei broke. He shifted forms then - he rarely did. He was a lithe white panther . . . and he was death itself. He tore across the room, ramming into Toru's father with a rage that surprised even him. The shifter tumbled with the male for a few moments, his claws raking over the man in various places. Kei shortened the battle drastically. His curved fangs dug deeply into the man's throat, tearing it away with a vicious snarl. By the time he stood over his kill, Kei's bloodied form was strangely calm. He loped over to Toru, pressing a whiskered face to her cheek. Did he hurt you?
((:squee: This will be the third storyline we've basically brought in - first it was the beginning of the RP with Caprica and everyone, then it was Kiyomi and Kei, now . . . well, now we're going to bring more in! I think I'll have some of my charries move away or something though. Perhaps we should focus on only a few of them.))

Kiyomi hugged Devan tightly as she watched her mother smile weakly at her father. Seeing both of them so hurt would scar her for the rest of her life. "We love you mom.... Please... Don't leave..." she choked as tears ran down her cheeks. She clng tightly to Devan and then looked over at Toru and Kei, who were slowly coming over. Toru shook her head and grabbed Kei's furr tightly, hobbling over to moonbeam, wanting and needing to save the alpha. Haruhe gently put Moonbeam into Senri's arms as she then clung to Caleb tightly, nearly sobbing into his shirt full on. Moonbeam looked up at Senri with love in her eyes and held onto him weakly. "I love you... So much..." she whispered lovingly and then kissed his hand on her cheek. She then smiling softly and sighed happily. "To be surrounded by loved ones... Is amazing..." she whispered and then coughed, blood trickling down the side of her mouth. Reading her mother's mind Kiyomi slowly pulled herself away from Devan and stood slowly. Grunting she acted like she was lifting something from her shoulders, and the roof began to creek and suddenly snapped off of the building. Throwing it away with a heave of her strength Kiyomi then huffed and gasped for air as she slowly sank back down to her knees. The moonlight seemed to hit her mother as she smiled softly. "Its time..." she whispered softly as Toru and Kei finally made it over to her. "I can heal you Moonbeam!" Toru cried as she began to pull up some strength, but Moonbeam just put her hands on Toru and smiled. "Save your strength young Toru." she whispered and smiled once more and looked up to the moon. "To be surrounded by family, by my pack, is the greatest peace I will ever know... I love you all..." she whispered as all the other weres had gathered around shedding tears. She then slowly grew still, as if she was sleeping, with that gentle loving smile she always wore on her face. Howls of pain and sorrow filled the air as they all moarned the person who had forever changed their lives, and marked them all as one great big family.
Kiyomi cried into Devan's shirt and let her grief show. In her mind she was already planning the feuneral, already planning on making phone calls to tell everyone Her mother had known. Crying softly she knew that deep down inside, when she could shed no more tears she would not tell people the sadness of how her mother died, she would tell them how amazing she was. How she changed lives, and her mission to bring peace. She would make sure Moonbeam never left their hearts or memories.

Kei's feline gaze filled with tears, and the male shifted forms just in time to press his hand to his mother's. Wrapping his bare arms about Toru's form, he pulled her against him suddenly, his grief clawing its way through his expression. We'll never forget you, Mum. Pressing his face against Toru's shoulder as he sat behind her, the youth shook as silent sobs began to wrack his form. His hold on Toru tightened a bit, and he wished he'd had the state of mind to comfort her . . . but he couldn't. Not after this.
-
Caleb accepted Haruhe's tears against him, letting his own tears fall into her hair. He didn't try to quiet her or comfort her - he merely sat there and rubbed her back, trying to keep his own composure. Memories of their times as a full pack were so powerful: he would never forget this mother-figure. Moonbeam had been a blessing for them all . . . and she would never be forgotten.
-
Senri's howl was more human than the other shifter's, but he joined their mourning cry for Moonbeam. The last thing his fading vision saw was Moonbeam's gentle, caring smile. As warmth began to fade from her body, Senri stared at the last place he'd seen: her pretty features. Stroking his thumb over her cheek gently, the werewolf didn't even try to stop the tear that slid down his cheek. Though he could no longer witness the sights around him, he let his touch linger over Moonbeam's hands and face. He had to let her go . . . but he couldn't quite yet.
He'd never felt this pain before. His soul mate had just died in his arms. It felt like there was a clamp about his heart, crushing his chest. Agony seared through him, and he pressed his forehead to Moonbeam's hair as a pained cry left his lips. We knew . . . and we couldn't stop it from happening. Desperately trying to keep a hold on Moonbeam, Senri pulled her as close as he could. He would never see her again; never hear her voice; never feel her gentle touch . . . she was gone.
He knew, just as the others did, that in time the wound of her death would fade. Someday they would move on and live happily again: it was for them that Moonbeam died. They shouldn't waste her sacrifice so soon.
-
Devan's red eyes were void of tears. Watching, his expressionless features threatened to break. The mask held true for a while longer . . . until the mourning cry of the weres all about him sounded. The vampire's features broke into grief before he recovered. Thank you for all you have done for us. Without Moonbeam they wouldn't have a pack.
Caressing Kiyomi's back, Devan cradled her against him and let her tears flow. His heart reached out to the girl - he wished he could take the pain away. Listening as some of the weres began to whisper about how good Moonbeam's life had been, Deven closed his eyes. It's over.
-
News of Moonbeam's death spread quickly. The blow caused a ripple of sorrow to burn through the weres that heard it . . . and many vampires as well. The alpha had been the best diplomat between races that had been known for many generations. It was because of her that the weres and the vampires were beginning to work together.

((I Know! I'm nearly crying! Neeehhhhhhh! And I want to have the funeral happen, for both Fang and Moonbwam, though his will be before Moknbeam's since we need to give all those far away peeps time to come. And when Senri returns home he should find the scrap book Moonbeam had their top servant hide away, with a letter that I' ll have Kiyomi read if you want.))
It seemed to happen in a fog, they all had slowly moved from that unholy battle ground where they had lost Moonbwam, and now once again they were at the estate. The sense of silence and calm that awaited them when they returned was unreal. But the howls of sorrow as they returned to the massive group of servants made more tears flow. But not only had Moonbwam died, but Fang had died with her, Yuki and Cparica had been with him the whole time, and Caprica hadn't made it on the way back to the estate, before bleeding to death. Death and sadness weighed heavily upon everyone as they all sat around in the living room. Natale and Toru passed around tea silently, to warm everyone, while the servants took care of the dead bodies. Many of the leaders were waiting paitently to find out who was to be the new alpha, who was to step up and tell them when the burrial would be.
Kiyomi had shakily dissappeared with Devan, into her parent's room. She had gone to her mother's small vanity, not wanting to touch her things, fearing they too would dissappear from the earth forever. But she did reach down and pull her drawer open, and gently picked up the ten journals that her mother had kept durring her life, and then slowly made her way back to the living room. Not many knew about the journals, and fewer yet knew what Moonbeam had written in the passages, but the pack knew that she always wrote in it everynight. Kiyomi knew from her own memories her mother would stay with her and Kei in their room when they had bad dreams, she would sit and rub their backs until they began drifting to sleep, and then she would have that gentle loving smile on her face as she picked up a journal and began writing in it until they were fast asleep. It was something that was left of her mother that she was sure everyone wanted to hear, as long as she could read it without breaking down.
Entering the room she gently led Devan to sit with her in the middle of the floor, and accepted the cup of tea from Natale, who moved to sit by herself by the door. Haruhe and Yuki sat close as Haruhe kept herself in Caleb's arms. Her tears had stopped and though she mourned for Moonbeam she felt complete closer with Joseph leaving her, and she prayed Senri would find that sometime soon in his life. To endure the loss of a soul mate, is like living without your soul, and it was something she would never wish upon anyone.
Toru put a hand on Kiyomi's shoulder and whispered in her ear gently. Nodding slowly Kiyomi took the small thing from Toru that looked like a sugar cube and put it in her tea. She waited and when the tea turned a milky color Toru nodded and Kiyomi drank before Toru headed straight for Kei. She then sat next to him wnd wrapped her arms around him. They were all waiting, hoping Senri or someone would make a dicision.

As everyone settle down there was a tense silence. The entire world seemed to pause. Senri didn't need his eyes to see that everyone was waiting. It was so hard for him to react. He moved as though he wasn't quite in sync with the world anymore: the werewolf felt detached from everything.
It wasn't until someone brushed against his arm accidentally that the male lifted his head. Though his gaze didn't lock on anything, Senri addressed the room. "We will all miss her," he said, his voice just loud enough to hear through the room. The male swallowed, but managed to keep his voice steady. "I am not fit to lead this pack." Not with my heart being so crushed . . . and losing my eyesight. "I know that living up to her image of an alpha will be difficult for whomever is chosen for the position." The broad-shouldered male was sitting near where Kiyomi had chosen to place herself. He reached forward to press a hand to the girl's shoulder. It was a movement made for support and comfort.
"Our pack must think logically about who is to lead." Senri's deep voice continued to be strong. "I . . . request that you all aid me in the decision making." He didn't feel confident that he could choose what was best at that moment. Senri wouldn't be talking about a new alpha . . . but he knew it was necessary.

Kiyomi watched her father and then hugged him after he put his hand on her shoulder. She clutched to him tightly and then whimpered softly. Please don't ever leave us daddy.... she then kissed the cloth that was over both eyes. She then gently nuzzled his cheek and Natale cleared her throat. "I be thinking lilttle Kiyimi be good. Yes?" she said softly for her usually loud and full voice. The others seemed to nod their heads in agreement and another leader spoke up. "She has powers most like her mother, and she has been able to still think clearly enough..." he said and Kiyomi kept herself pressed against Drvan's chest. She didn't want to take over but most people seemed to be slowly agreeing upon the fact. "I also say Kei." another said and Kiyomi clutched Devan's shirt tighter. She didn't want her brother with that responsibility. Kei was such a free spirit, she was afraid he wouldn't be the same if he took on the role as alpha. They then quieted down once again hearing Natale speak. "Then we vote yes?" she said softly and slowly people noddedonce again. "All be for Kei?" she said and few people raised their hands. "Now all who be for Kiyomi?" she said and Kiyomi slowly looked up as they all began to raise their hands, watching as her fate was slowly sealed. "Do you be accepting this Kiyomi?" Natale asked and Kiyomi slowly nodded. "I do." she saud softly and then the others nodded as Natale sighed. "Your mother accepted alpha when she be this younge age too. I remeber." she said softly and Kiyomi nodded slowly, a tear running down her cheek. "The funueral... For Moonbeam will be in four days." she said softly as she clung to Devan and then did her best to keep her breathing even.

Devan responded to Kiyomi's distress in a hardly noticable manner. His gaze moved about as he watched the girl's supporters raise their hands. He could see relief on Kei's features, but it swiftly changed to sorrow. Kiyomi would make a good leader, though her life would change quite a bit. It would be hard to follow in Moonbeam's footsteps.
The vampire (for the first time) offered a bit of his charm to help calm Kiyomi. He felt her breathing speeding. It sent her blood flying through her with increasing rushes, bringing Devan's fangs to extend. With a small sigh, the male let his cool breath spread over the female's features. Calm down, love. All will be fine. He looked about the room once more to observe the expressions on every were's face. In four days there would be a funeral. Not one of them would miss it.
-
As his daughter was voted into leadership, Senri nodded. He had accepted the rule from Moonbeam, and now he was giving it over to Kiyomi. Bowing his head, the male nodded. "Kiyomi, you will lead well." Kissing the top of her head, the werewolf kept his hand on the girl's shoulder. If he didn't keep her in contact, he would lose track of her. I'm not going anywhere, dearling. He knew the role of alpha - he would be aiding his daughter as she transitioned into the role of pack leader.
((:XD Should we like . . . do the funeral . . . and then skip a while? Which characters are we going to highlight for our next plot? hahah))

((I say the funeral, and then have Kiyomi, Kei, Toru, and Devan going to the different parts of the world to keep Moonbeam's allies, and then have them help out like in Africa or something... And we should deffinately have Kiyomi and Devan's wedding... Giving mini Rafe a few years to grow up, as well as Markous and Lana to have their little ones... And when there's a time of peace or something we could play Haruhe Caleb and Yuki while they take over for Fang. That's what I love about this rp, we can play so many different aspects of this pack and their lives that it just makes me hyper thinking about it! ))
Kiyomi welcomed her brother's releif and knew that this was going to happen. Even though she believed Toru was more like her mother, she knew that she held the power and knowledge to keep her mother's path to peace alive and thriving. She then sighed softly hearing her father and took it into her heart that her father was still here, and so it ment that half of her mother would always still be here.
The next four days passed too fast for Kiyomi to grasp as she set up the funeral, called so many people, and was doing her best to fit so many different weres under one roof. It put in perspective how much her mother had done before she was even alive, and how many people she had touched. With Devan's gentle help and guidence she made everything for the funeral to be perfect, and from finding an entry in her mother's journal, she had a little bit of help on how her mother wanted her funeral.
Dressing herself in the beautiful black dress her mother had bought her for Joseph's funeral she gently applied soft makeup to her pale features. Then standing she slowly stepped out of her room and took Devan's arm, walking out into the garden. Her mother was in a crystal casket, and would be placed with Fang in the ground next to the others, her stone already there. Walking up onto the small platform she let Devan's arm go as everyone seated themselves. Standing before them she took in a slow breath. She began to talk about her mother, having gathered bits and pieces of things that she got from the others she said small jokes now and again, just to releave people and bring about some soft smiles. When she finished she paused for a second and took another slow breath. "My mother, was more then most could ever fathum, she was a mother, a hybrid, a healer, a friend, and most importantly someone anyone could trust. She gave herself to everyone until the very end, and touched each and everyone that is here." she said and then looked at the journal in her hands. "I wanted to close with something that I found my mother wrote. It was also, the last thing she wrote.... She said this, Many of us walk on one path, meeting others, and slowly forgetting them as life moves on. So is the way of life. But even though I have felt death, know death, and see death, the power of love. Of a single smile is powerful enough to conquer the deepest evils and fears. Like everyone, I have made my mistakes. My biggest mistake I will admit, was not giving you all the amount of love you rightfully deserve. I am only one woman, I can only give so much, but if we all gave. If we all loved and cared, I wouldn't just be the miricale worker... We would all be mircial workers, we would all be people who change eachother's lives forever. I know I say it alot but from my very core I say this. I love you all, you all are my pack, and my family. Do not mourn when I leave this world, but be happy and share memories of love and happieness. I will always be here, watching and smiling down upon you." Kiyomi said, her voice nearly cracking. She then looked up and smiled sadly. "So, in the memory of my mother, please stay and eat, and share those memories and laugh. Moonbeam would never wish anyone to be so sad now, then at any other time." she said and then slowly stepped off the podium. Moonbeam was then lowered into the ground, and the servants would fill the hole later. People slowly began to get up and make their way to the tent with food and chairs, Kiyomi looking at Devan smiled painfully and then looked away hugging herself, her ears flat ontop of her head. You left us too soon mom... I don't think I can do this... We still need you....
