Eden was growing tired of the continuous circles he was performing, although he did ador the feeling of the wind brushing past his feathers
|
Rory had been sitting in front of her sister when Chris announced that he was going to hunt. Normally the twins would have gone with him, heck they would have done it alone, but not now. Lifting her hand she brushed some hair away from the upset girl's face.
"Mikä on väärässä siskoni?" She asked in the same ancient tongue as the texts they read. She was asking her sister what was wrong, but from the looks of it she didn't want to talk yet. She sighed at this, she really wanted to know what had happened since they had been apart that was distracting her sister so. A sudden noise and exclamation from the group behind her cause the younger twin to jump and slowly turn around. A couple more seemed to have joined their group, one being a human, at least in appearance, the other being a griffin. This startled her a bit, but not her sister seeing as she was being pushed back slightly. It was true that Faline didn't want to talk about what had happened. Not yet anyway, it was too soon. When the two seemed to appear suddenly and startle her sister she snapped back to herself. Her eyes seemed to dialate for a moment as her nostrils flared. No one was going to hurt their group, not after they had been looking for them for the past few hours. She pushed her sister behind her slowly as to not draw their attention. "We have to change," she whispered as her eyes quickly flicked to the Unai. Faline quickly undressed herself, her sister doing the same. Though their movements were quick, they were small. For humans it would sound bad, but for Unai, it was necessary for one to be able to undress quickly. It seemed that once the fabric had hit the ground Faline lunged toward the intruders. Her body changed as she was in mid air so that when her feet hit the ground they were paws. Her sister landed behind her. The larger Unai's ears pinned back as her upper lip rolled up to reveal her sharp white teeth. She began growling at the duo when a sudden rustle caught her attention. Her head snapped to the bushes, her ears perked for a moment at the sight of multiple figures. She listened, but they didn't seem to make a sound. She lowered her head and ears once again. The fur on her back raising as she growled at the growing number of inturders. A growl-like chirp escaped from her lips as she told her sister to warn Chris as to what was going on. Once her sister was gone she paced forward slightly, her body low to the ground. When Zero emerged though, Faline didn't know what to do. Her ears dropped rather than remaining pinned, her growling stopped and she just stared at the male that had left days before. It was like she had forgotten about the duo she was just threatening. Rory didn't hesitate when Faline told her to find Chris. She wasn't one for fights anyway. Quickly darting into the woods, she placed her nose to the ground and followed his scent as much as she could. It seemed to go all over the place which began making her dizzy. After giving up on actually getting anywhere on just the scent, Rory lifted her head and began chripping for him ever now and again. She didn't know if he could understand her, but at least it could get his attention. Or so she hoped. |
That smell….is he…. Chris shot back to were the others were at, he passed by Rory, when he broke into the clearing, he just stood there on all fours. He was shaking badly, it was Zero, he was back, and he glanced at Faline she was in shock also which meant she felt the same about Zero as he did. He looked back at Zero, he was different, something had changed about him and Chris couldn’t pin point what it was. He went to go move towards him but he couldn’t bring him self to go towards him, he gave a slight whine. No one recognized him in his wolf form, it was something he never let anyone see, he was in shock, some where in the back of his mind he was surprised that no one was attacking him. He looked like a creature that belonged there in the woods, he was still shaking and trying to figure out what was still going on.
---------- Lyna stood up when she saw Zero, she was slightly shocked when she saw Zero. She walked over to him and wrapped her arms around him, she hugged him as close to her as she could. "I am glad you are back....Zero-kun." she whispered into his ear, she pulled away from him and smiled. She had been asleep the whole time that he was gone but she still knew that he had left and now she just felt safer with him around. She pulled away and looked around at everyone else, she smiled softly at everyone, glad that they were all back together even if some of them were different from them. |
Sophiya looked up from the fire to see that Akena and Zero were back. "hi?"she said, drawing her legs up to her chest and hugging herself. she put some more wood on the fire and then turned to the trees where she heard something moving around.
"Finally" Tiffany said, walking towards the fire light. as she broke through the trees she saw that there was more people then there was before. "hey" she said, to Zero, Chris, and the twins, the ones that she knew. how had she gotten lost? she thought. it had taken her for ages to find them again. she looked around the clearing that they where sitting in, at the darkness of the leaves, the dampness of the ground, it seemed like it hadn't had light for quite a while. |
((You do realize that there are intruders to the camp right?))
|
((yeah, but she was just saying hi to the ones she knows))
|
((They would react to them though, they're being violent and threatening to their fellow classmate seeing as Jill isn't as far as we know...))
|
Akina blinked several times before he decided to cough up a hairball. "Okay, so... remind me to not lick myself again."
Zero smacked his forehead. "Ugh, you're helpless." He walked over to Faline, but made sure he stroked Chris' fur as he walked on by. "Hey Chris," he said before he bent down before Faline. "You can't honestly tell me you were just growling at me?" He flashed the female a smile and then rose. Spinning around, he looked over at Lyna. "Glad you're doing better." "Big dog!" Akina ran up and tried to hide behind Zero. "Dude, that thing is huge! And why the hell did you just call it Chris? Chris looks nothing like that!" "Ummm... but that's Chris. Or at least... it smells like him." He shrugged and walked over to Adena. "So, I sense that you're the leader of our odd little... pack?" Zero wasn't one to really lead people, but he wasn't a follower per say. Nonetheless, he looked around at his peers. "Does anyone object to following Adene? She seems to have the makings of a trustworthy leader." His lips spread apart as he grinned over at her. FLIRT! What? I can't help it. I'm feeling... dangerously charming. Just keep your pants on and we'll be good. Well duh! Wouldn't want baby Zeros running around. Remind me to wash your mouth with soap if we ever get back to the academy. Oh, yeah. I'll def' remind you. NOT! Wise ass.... ((As you can tell, these two are more worried about arguing with one another than anything else at the moment. XD)) |
{Lol.}
"Ummm yeah." Adena said to Zero. She couldn't help but roll her eyes at his smile. She crossed her arms and looked at him with that 'You really did not just try to flirt with me.' face. What did people see in him. He seemed more full of himself than Dimitry...and that was very...very hard to do. She looked around at everyone else wondering what they would say about her being the leader. "I think she would make a better leader than anyone here. And trust me I don't say that often cause I know I'm pretty great. But she's smart. And just about the only one who is being logical out here." Dimitry said looking over to Zero and Akina. They were the weirdest people he had ever met before. Sometimes he just thought they were completely crazy. |
Sophiyas' hand shot up "i thought that you where the leader, Zero." she said, turning towards them. he had acted like the leader anyway, well until him and Akina ran away. she looked at the wolf, it had the same eyes as Chris. she walked over to him and gave it a pat.
"Same here" Tiffany said, she didn't know what this Adena person was like, so she thought she would just stick up for Zero, she thought as she lent against a tree. She looked over at Dimitry "full of yourself, much?"she said, smiling. she sat down on a rock, exhaustion hitting her hard. ((nothing against you though. =])) |
Zero broke out laughing. "I'm no leader," he said while laughing. "Hell, if I was the leader then I guess that would make Akina a dog. And as well all know, he's a cat." His eyes seemed to be speaking the truth. He walked over and placed a hand on Adena's shoulder. "What about you Akina, who do you vote for as the leader? Me? Or Adena?"
"Adena, hands down." Akina glanced over at the girl. "But I'm just being logical. Zero is... well, Zero." "What's that supposed to mean," the male grunted as his friend. "You're unpredictable and you're rather... untrustworthy. You're too unstable to be a leader. Hell, you just up and left them all, a terrible quality for a leader. I'm just saying, you're more of a secondary leader kinda guy." He smiled at Zero. "Heh, yeah... I guess you're right. I'd make a lousy leader." Zero snickered and ruffled Akina's hair. "So the vote is... three for Adena and two for me. What about the rest of you?" His wild eyes looked around, but he grew rather annoyed with the fire that was now creeping up around them. "Who the hell put these trees ablaze? Are you stupid? It'll give away our position!" Just as he finished an arrow pierced his left shoulder. Moaning, the male pushed himself back up. "Akina, blade, now!" "Hai!" Just like that, the male morphed into a blade. Zero scanned the area, but didn't see anyone. This isn't good. I cannot see this foe. Suddenly, something tripped him. Looking at his leg, he noticed the grass warp some. "Shit! Ghosts!" Scrambling backwards, the male moved over behind Chris. "I can't really see them, so I can't fight against them." Zero frowned, he hated being this useless. |
"well, isnt this great?"she said "teenage boys believing in ghosts, when they aren't ghosts, they are invisibubble people"she looked in her bag and pulled out some white powder "you have to see them to attack them" she started to chant in ancient angelic tounge so the bag rose.it was exploding powder, so she didnt want to touch it when it went off, even though it didn't affect the visible people.
|
"wait a minute" roark said "that isnt little jill is it havent you grown in a year" roark said to her amazed after all this time he has seen another person then as qiuck as a flash he was next to jake "hmm head ache try this" roark said handing jake some herbs " they will fix you up"
|
Blinking a few times, the male looked over at Sophiya. "Invisible? I think I like my theory of ghosts better!" Zero moved over behind Sophiya. "Okay, if you know how to stop them, stop them!"
It was weird. The once calm, collect, and rather haughty Zero was now, cowering? Just what was up with this male? It was obvious now that there was more to him that meets the eye, but just how much did he classmates actually know about him? To make things worse, Zero was famous for wearing many masks, so it would be difficult to distinguish the true Zero. |
Faline had moved over and sat infront of Zero. She would stand by his side no matter what, even if it meant that someone she wasn't all that familiar with was in charge. She thought that was obvious though so she didn't bother changing back.
She had thought she saw something and dismissed it before Zero had actually reacted to it. Of course what wouldn't be attracted when the fire had spread? Something hit Zero rather than him reacting and once he fell Faline was on her feet, ears pinned back, teeth bared. Her eyes scanned the grounds, she could see what he was talking about but that was only because she wasn't human. There appeared to be only three of them, it shouldn't be too hard for her and Rory to take care of them. Rory. That was right, Chris was there but Rory never came back. Faline's eyes frantically scanned the area but she saw no sign of her sister. They were under attack though, she couldn't just run off and leave them like that. Sophiya seemed like she knew how to take care of these guys and Zero jumped behind her. He was hiding? That was odd, though she could recall when they were attacked earlier he didn't seem all that confident then either. Faline didn't stay in the open, she jumped infront of Sophiya and Zero, growling at the creatures in case they decided to come after them. She didn't know what the angel was planning but she hoped it worked. She needed to find her sister and make sure she was ok. |
Sophiya smiled, and made the bag explode, the white dust zoning in on the ghosts. she looked at Zero, was he scared? "now you attack them"she said, firing arrows at the now-white creatures. she looked at the ghosts, some of them where going deeper into the forest, the others where staying here. she shot an arow at a ghosts head and watched as it fell to the ground.
|
It was definitely a sight to see now. Zero had managed to crawl up and Akina and was clinging to him like a terrified child. "OH MY GOD! I HATE GHOSTS!" He looked sickly white as he continued to cower.
"Oh, really? I couldn't guess?" Akina was annoyed, but also laughing on the inside. For once Zero finally exposed who he really was - a terrified little boy. Smirking, Akina patted Zero. "Here, I think Faline can protect you. I need to go fine Rory. I fear she might get seperated from us due to the fire." Akina turned around and ran off looking for Rory. "RORY!" He coughed as he choked on some smoke. "Rory, girl, come here." He stopped and shook his head. "I cannot believe I just called her like she was a pet." Frowning, the male continued to frantically look for her. The moment Akina was gone, Zero was all over Faline. He buried his head in her back and refused to let go. It was rather cute to see. There was Zero, a grown and rather muscular male, holding onto Faline, a slender playful female, for dear life as he was horrified of ghosts. What made the moment even more perfect was the fact that Zero was blushing as he pressed his body against Faline. And if the others were Faline, they would have felt his heart racing. He was clearly crushing on the girl. |
Chris was still shaking as he watched what was going on, he was shaking even more when Zero had pet him. He was a bear sized wolf so the invisible people or ghost just avoided him, he could almost see them well more like see their scent. He couldn’t take it anymore, he knew he would be called a coward, he looked around at everyone and the only person who did not seemed to be scared or worried was Lyna. He turned away from the group, he gave one glance back to the group before he ran off into the woods. His emotions were going hay-wire on him which caused his power to make his alluring scent over power everything else.
|
Tiffany saw that the fire was spreading and used all of her power to drain the moisture from the trees and move it so that it was slowly putting the fire out. when the fir was nearly out she fainted, falling on her face.
Sopiya saw what Tiffany was trying to do, but she was a bit busy trying to kill the ghosts for Zero. "what a wimp"she mumbled. when Tiffany hit the ground there was only the one ghost left. she looked at Tiffany and then shot at the ghost, but missing. The ghost, started to move away form the group as Sophiya took her last shot, hitting it in its back.((sorry that its taking me so long to reply, my kitten is asleep on my arm)) |
Lyna just stood there watching everything, she felt sorry for the ghosts, one was standing right in front of her. It was like she could feel its pain, she reached a glowing blue hand out, touching the ghost's shoulder, she was trying to heal it not harm it like the others. Soon she was crying again, then the ghost feel down dead, an arrow sticking out of his back, she fell to her knees and cradle the head of the ghost in her lap. It wasn't trying to hurt her so she didn't understand why he had to die, she didn't understand anything that had happen. She looked at everyone in the group, she felt horible, she had felt the ghosts pain, but this one was different from the others, it was like it was trying to tell her something, it just seemed so kind to her.

((Teehee where as it's taking me forever cause I is watching Code Geass XP))
Faline was just about to jump at the 'ghosts' when Sophiya had gotten them with the powder stuff. Her teeth were bared as she growled, her claws digging in the ground. She had heard Zero's reaction about seeing the ghosts and chuckled mentally, her physical body too focused on what was going on. Her claws had just dug into the ground to push herself forward a body came crashing down on her. Faline was flattened as her legs scrammbled for a moment to try to run. Pausing, she whipped her head back and saw Zero clinging to her. His face was buried in ther back and it didn't feel like he was going to let go anytime soon. This brought a hyena-like chuckle from the throat of the large Unai as she looked at him. Rory had been running for she didn't even know how long when she had seen the fire. Chris must already be back, she thought to herself as she turned and began running back. On her way back though, a large figure came crashing from her side, toppling the smaller Unai over. Her eyes were dazed and she couldn't quite make out was it was. All she knew was that claws had found themselves into her flesh causing her to let out a loud whine. She wasn't sure what had happened but the creature stopped whatever it was it had been doing and ran. That's when she heard it. "Rory, girl, come here." Someone was looking for her. Wanting to make the search less of a search for whom ever was looking for, Rory tried to force herself to her feet but found that she couldn't. She ached everywhere and could feel herself getting light headed from the blood loss. She dropped her head back down as well as she let out a crystaline howl into the air hoping that would help who ever it was find her. |
Akina swung his head around and his ears shifted forward. Found you. Leaping through a bush, Akina found himself atop of Rory. "HI!" He was just about to hug the female, but noticing her wounds, he paused. "Here," he reached into his back pocket and pulled out an ointment. "This will sting, but it will heal it."
He lathered it onto her ever so carefully, almost as if she were a baby. He hummed lightly while tending to her every needs. "There," he said once he finished, "good as new." He patted her head. "Okay, just between you and me, I think Zero has the hots for your sister." He winked and picked Rory up. Cradling her in his arms, the male began walking back to the group. "Lookie who I found! I believe this young lass is missing her friends." He grinned and plopped Rory beside her sister. "Ummm... Zero, what the hell are you doing?" Zero blinked and immediately let go. Standing, he tried to shrug off his odd behavior. "I was... well, you see... Faline... she... she looked like she needed a good hug. Yeah, so I... well, I hugged her." He gave a very non-convincing grin. "Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight," the male said dragging out the 'i' sound. "Whatever you say, my lord. Whatever you say." He stuck his tongue out at Rory. Zero, who was still blushing, frowned and crosses his arms. He hissed at Akina. Way to ruin the moment. So you do like her? Who doesn't! What about Lyna? Who? Oh... yeah... ummm... she's cute too, I guess. Ugh, you really need to pick one or have none, my lord. |
((Ok, now that the 10 min of laughing is up I can post XD Boy do I miss you being on Wavikz XP))
Rory was relieved that someone had found her and that someone was friendly. She couldn't tell who it was, he didn't look at that familiar, but it probably would have helped if there was only one of him, not eight. He was saying something, but what? Her mind tried to comprehend what he was saying but the only thing she got was it was a warning of some kind from the tone in his voice. When the ointment touched her wounds she let out a hiss-like howl. That was what he was warning her about. The male was also lucky that she was too weak to do too much or she would have been lashing at him like crazy. After he pat her head he said something else. This time her mind was actually working and she was able to understand his 'secret', well Zero's anyway. She rolled her eyes slightly and chirpped as if to say, 'You haven't noticed her lately have you?' That was if he understood her though. She thought that Faline's sudden attention to the male was odd, at least for her older sister. It wasn't like her to show any sort of postive attraction towards someone that wasn't a part of the pack. Who ever it was then picked her up. She didn't fight that either. Not knowing how much good to oinment did, she didn't really want to test it. It seemed like such a short walk, apparently she had gotten closer than she thought. She was plopped onto the ground then. It was almost like a relief. She could feel her sister near by and the warmth of the, one again, small fire. Rory just lay there, resting her head on her paws. Akina had returned and it was not so much what he carried but who. He had found Rory and placed her down next to her. Faline wanted to check on her sister, but Zero was still on her. But, as if he had read her mind he got up. He was telling Akina some story as to how that had happened, but she ignored it. Once the male was off of her the older Unai moved to her sister, nosing her every so often as she started to fall asleep. She had been hurt, this scared Faline. There was an ointment all over her body so it must have been bad, but it was good to see that somehow the wounds were already almost healed, with barely a trace of where they were. Her sister was falling asleep so rather than bothering her further she walked over to Akina and nose his hand. She wanted to thank him but wasn't sure if he would understand her. Rather than testing the theory, she just transformed, not really caring what the others thought about her naked-ness. They would grow used to it eventually if they were travelling with a couple Unai, especially since they didn't have tailor rings. "Thank you for saving my sister," she said as she looked the taller, red headed male directly in the eye. "If you hadn't gone out to find her I do not believe she would still be with us considering how tired she is." She then bowed to the male, her long brown hair falling over her shoulders, and said, "I am indebted to you." |
((i don't know what to post))
|
"Oh please, it was nothing. My lord cares deeply for you, so it was only natural that I please him by making you happy." He smiled and looked at her naked body. "I think I may be able to help you out. I used to suffer the naked-disease as I like to call it. But I've grown out of it as Zero tailored me with some amazing clothing. He's a rather amazing seamstress if I do say so myself."
He removed something from his tail. It was a golden ring. "I don't need this anymore. I'm not sure if it will help you any, but it helped keep my clothed back in my earlier days." He placed the ring in Faline's hand. "Sorry, I only have one." He bent down to whisper in her ear. "I recommend you wear it as we wouldn't want you and Zero to find any alone time. I mean, if you catch my drift." Akina backed away and flashed her a naughty grin. "And Zero, was that the best lie you could come up with?" He smirked. "I thought this cat taught you better!" "WHAT?! I wasn't lying!" Zero was blushing again. "It was written all over her..." he cocked his head when he finally realized Faline was naked. "...." "I think you need to wear this now," Akina said placing a cloak around her. "It's Zero. He let me borrow it, so now I'm letting you borrow it." He snickered as he saw Zero's face scrunch up some. I can't let you view the woman you love in such a state. It might... turn you on. Too late! Zero moved over and squatted down beside Rory. He pet her softly. He seemed to be... feeling her. Standing, he finally spoke. "It looks like she may have dislocated her shoulder." He fingered her shoulder, indicating a slightly raised bone. "See," he said pointing. He gently slid his hand up and down her shoulder, but quickly jabbed at it. Wincing at the terrible popping sound, he scurried away. "Sorry, but if I let you sleep on it, you might have ruined your arm." Zero bowed and raised his hands as if to surrender. Pivoting on his left foot, he walked over to Faline. "We'll need to make sure she doesn't run off. Akina, will you keep an eye on her and protect her at all costs?" For not being the leader, Zero sure did a good job acting like one. Nonetheless, he did have a sense of respect toward Adena. "I'm sorry Adena, but I don't think we'll be able to leave here today. We have too many that are injured. Dimitry, you're an elf, correct? If so, could you assist me? I might request that you find some useful herbs for me. I mean, if you're up to the challenge. If you are, would you mind being Sophiya with you? I think Akina can hold down the fort here. He's... stronger than he acts." Zero smiled over at his pet. He's also quite the flirt. Ha ha. No, that would be you. I mean, look at you. You're trying to impress Faline! Maybe you should just kiss her. Zero was blushing now. "Ummmmm...." |
