"You mean Lucy? He seem's to have grown quite fond of her.." She said, a bit of jealousy showing on her face."But atleast he has someone."

Nellie sighed,"He is fond of me too. He thinks that she is the girl from a very far memory. He says it could be someone else like me or someone else he knew or knows." She sighed and shooed everyone out,"We are closed shoo!" After they left she started cleaning.

"Ah, nice. Do you like Todd more then a brother?" She asked, getting a rag and starting to clean.

Nellie stopped cleaning and spoke in a grim tone,"That is most unpure." SHe shook her head and smiled,"Oh I'm sorry what?" She smiled and continued to clean,"I didn't catch that." She giggled.

"What?" Katie stared for a moment."Nevermind.. so do you know anything about Lucy?" She asked, taking a sip of ale, wondering if Harry would visit.

Harry woke up in a chair. He got up and stretched his legs, luckily he got ready for the day before he went to sleep, so he told Willie he would come back later and walked over to the pie shop. He opened the door and sat down next to Katie. "So how was today?" Harry was still very uncomfortable about the murder house thing, but he tried not to show it.

Willie got up and put her ratty dress on. She didnt go to work today because she couldnt, she was taking a little break for a while because of what happened last night. She climbed the stairs and got a glass of water. Then she sat down in a seat and relaxed, she liked this homey feeling.

A bit depressive.." She mumbled, putting her head on his shoulder and lacing their fingers."Sleep well?" She asked, knowing she had fallen asleep in the study with him by accident, just in different chairs."Heh, sorry about falling asleep on your couch/ bed I'll go to my own room tonight." She said, looking towards the big factory."I should probably be taking Willie home some apple pie..i'm not that great of a cook but I made one while Nellie was using the grinder."I'm still sorry about yesterday..I wish you wouldn't of found out that way.."

Harry looked at her and said, "Well at least I found out." He kissed her one the cheek and then said, "Willie looks better, she has color on her face now. And dont you worry about the bed, I am used to sleeping in a chair, I dont mind if you sleep there every night." Harry smiled at her and then looked at the closed sign on the door. "Yea she would like the pie probably." Harry felt like a father for a second, but he brushed it off.

Katie felt like a pet owner..always having to go home and feed her mutt."Yeah, come on then. We don't need to keep her waiting." She took his hand and grabbed the pie."I'll be back soon Nellie, just gotta go home and feed Billy, I mean Willie." She grinned and then led Harry outside."Why is it that you always kiss the side of my face, and never my lips? Oh yeah and the couch folds out into a bed so you can have it tonight." She led him into her house."Willie?" She called, shutting the door behind her.

"Im at the table." She said. Drinking her water quietly. Willie had tried so hard to not complain or make sad faces for the whole day, it actually worked out pretty well, and she was starting to become less of a whiner.

Harry looked at her and then kissed her on the lips. "There." He smiled and then kissed her again. "Ok now lets go feed the baby." He rolled his eyes a bit and then walked to where the table was. "We brought you back pie, well Katie did." Harry sat down at the table and looked at the abandoned factory.

"Baby? Woah pal, I don't see a ring on my finger." She grinned, putting the pie on the table." There.." She said softly."I'm going to go changed..I got some blood on me earlier." She said, starting to head up the steps."Harry, wanna help me pick something out?" She looked at Willie."Are you okay with just water and soda here? If not I can go get alcohol or something.."

"Im fine, I dont drink remember." Willie smiled at her and ate the pie quietly. It was nice to have a roof over her head and people that sometimes liked her, but mostly hated her. She loved the fact that she had a couch to sleep on, much better then a cardboard box.

Harry laughed at Katie's comment and said, "Yep I will help you out." He followed her up to her room and then when they got there he sat on her bed. "I dont see any blood on your shirt." He tried to look for it, but his eyes just werent seeing it.

"Why else would I bring you up to my room? I don't plan on having sex with you if thats what your thinking." She rolled her eyes and took off her jacket, showing that her top was covered in blood on her chest. She threw the jacked onto the chair and took her shirt off, tossing it towards her 'must clean' pile and then rumaging threw her closet and pulling out a black mini dress that cut off on the top of her chest and then had a big teal bow on the breast area."This one?" The dress ended right before her knee caps.

Nellie sighed,"Does anyone read the closed sign anymore?" She looked outside,"Oh Katie...I know more about her than I would want..." She said to herself. She looked at her burned hands,"Katie...be greatful Harry shows his feelings...when mine can never be returned." She clenched her fists.

Todd watched as the last customer was taken care of and flipped his sign to CLOSED. He looked around and decided to get a closer look of the barber shop.

Lucy flipped through the book,"Oh my Lord...Todd...Nellie...and even Lucy! They're all the same!" She stood and walked to the balcony and opened the doors,"There...there! Somebody, somebody look up there didn't I tell you smell that air! City on fire!" She gasped and put her hands to her mouth to stop herself from yelling anymore. She shut the balcony doors and went back to her bed slowly.

Katie had remember what Nellie said and put the dress on, going over to Harry and sitting in his lap as she read threw the book." Since, I Mrs. Lovett knew so much about Lucy and Mr. Todd I had to run her away all the time.." She read softly, then when she got to a certain night..there was no more written."Nellie?Harry..we need to go." She said, standing up and grabbing her bag.I Lucy, Todd and Nellie were the same people...would that mean the same fate? She had to stay with Nellie."Please hurry Harry.." She frowned, dragging him towards the door and down the steps."We gotta go Willie!"

Nellie stared at the Bird's house,"You are both of those spirits and I have Mrs. Lovett and then he...he knows what will become of us, Birdie, don't fear Mrs. Lovett well fix you up...Nothing's gonna harm you...not while I'M around..." She stared with dazed eyes at the Birdies manor...

Katie went into the shop and sat Harry down on a bench."Nellie..can I stay here for the night?" She tried not to sound worried.

Nellie still dazed asked,"Why? Is there a problem? I'm not sure what he would say..." She looked up then back at Katie and grinned.

"Um ok!" She grabbed her shoes and started for the door. Willie had no idea what was happening, but she thought it was exciting.
"Why would I think you would want to have sex?" Then Harry was being told to hurry. He was very confused, btu slipped his shoes and was pulled out the door. "Ok so what is the rush?"
Willie ran after them, not very fast, but she ran as fast as she could.

"Hehe..nevermind..I'll go...Just making sure your...alive?" She grinned a little and patted her head."If theres ever someone bad..someone that wanted to hurt you..you can always yell for me. My house is only a little ways away...and if you were to scream..I could hear you okay? If your ever in harm i'll be there for you." She said softly, giving her a hug since Nellie was like a sister to her."Todd the same.." What if Todd killed Nellie? Oh lord.."Sorry I disturbed you by dragging along the whole gang.. well i'll be here tomorrow..earlier then usual." She said, taking Harrys hand and starting to head to the door."No one can harm you.." She said softly towards Nellie, biting her lip."I found this book in that wall over there..behind the picture of the bald man." She said, handing Nellie the small journal.

Nellie took the book then tossed it behind her staring at her with a small innocent child look,"If you think it has any value take it. I will have nothing to do with it. And my brother isn't like him. I won't die. I know that's what you think. I won't burn in fire and by now Birdie has probably figured the story out..." She smiled and winked and went into her room and closed the door.

"Wait! I wasn't calling Todd a bad person or anything I just.." She sighed and turned."Come on." She said, dragging Harry back to the house and going up to her room, dragging him along with her and laying down."You can sleep in here if you want."

Nellie's smile faded but not because of anger or sadness she was just to tired to keep it up. She changed and climbed into bed,"Todd!!!!!!!!!!!!! It might rain again..." She sighed as she fell asleep.

Todd sighed,"She's nineteen yet she acts five..." He walked down the stairs, into the pie shop, into Nellie's room, and he sat on the floor right next to her bed.
