Angel smiled. "I've seen crazier, I've had to run from canabals once, well, I wound up having to kill them, they wouldn't leave me alone, but I've seen people more nuts." he said. "He is my brother in law now, I can handle that he's nuts.

Finx stared at him "Right." just then abigail entered "Madam there are people here to see you." Finx said "No rest for the queen then huh?" Abigail shakes her head no "All right I'm coming." She stood slowly kissing angel on the cheek."i'll be back soon." with that she left with abigail not far behind her.

He nodded and watched as she left the room.

Finx went to the throne room were she meet with her gaurds they reported that someone or something was crossing there borders. Finx told them to keep an eye on it and double patrols on the borders and come to her if anything else developed.

Angel wondered what was going on though he probably didn't want to know.

Finx come back a little while later lost in thought. "i suppose you want to see you're friend." She said looking up at him with a smile.

"I was going to for a little bit, see how she likes it here." he said. "Then I will do anything you want to my love." he smiled and hugged her.

Finx hugged him back and reluctently let go. "I'll be in my reading room have abigail bring you when you're ready." Finx said and left leaving him and abigail to stare at each other.

"I will." he said before she left. He then went out to the hall in front of the throne room. and shortly after Saleen was there. She hugged him happily. "I've never been in a kitchen so organized, so well run, everything is done to perfection and on time." she said. "I like that about here, it's what I tried for in my restarunt." "That's great to hear you like it here, I'm glad." They talked a bit longer then Angel had Abigal bring him to Finx's reading room.

Finx sat in an overstuffed chair by the fire. "Here you are sir." Abigail said bowing slightly to him finx looked up from the fire and smiled at him "Enter if you dare." She said gesturing to the chair across from her.

He bowed to abigal and smiled hearing her. He went to the chair and sat down. "I'm all yours my love." he said smiling. He loved the armth and the glow of the fire, it felt nice, he liked watching fire, though made himself not get distracted by it.

"Hmm?"Finx said clearly she had been drifting in her own thoughts again.

"I am here, and you have me all to yourself." he said. He saw she was lost in thought. "Thinking about something important?"

"Not really." Finx said and sat on his lap she pulled her legs up and cuddled.

He smiled and wrapped his arms around her. "Cuddling with you always feels nice." he said kissing her.

"i know I'm such a comfy blanket and you're a comfy pillow." Finx said sinking her head on to his shoulder.

"Yes, yes you are." he agreed and smiled happily.

"Madam you're tea." Abigail said putting down a tray that had tea on it "Would you want anything sir?" She said turning to angel

"I'm all set Abigal, I'll call if I need anything though." he said kindly.

Abigail bowed and walked out "i think she likes you." Finx commented "That a first for her she doesn't like a lot of people my brother and grandmother are among them of course she watch me grow up. She's not much older then me and has been my maid all my life."

He smiled. "Yeah. She seems to be good at being what she is." he said. "She seems nice, really, why doesn't she usaully like people?" he asked curiously.

Finx snorted "I've been trying to figure that mystury out for years."

"It is strange, maybe we'll find out from her one of these days." he said. He smiled at her. "What were you thinking about?" he asked curiously.

"Just something the guards said theres someone or something coming onto the land if it's friend or foe I don't know." Finx giggled "That kinda rymed."

He chuckled. "Yeah it did." he did and thought about it for a minute. "We'll know soon enough. We're safe either way here. And I'm happy to be here in this moment with you."
