Rovna shook his head. "Nah." he looked around. A violin sat in the far corner of the room along with many other instruments, but he chose this one, he bagan to play a sad, but upbeat song. It was a confliction in itself. "Go on, dance." he smiled, still able to watch despite the instrument in his hands.

Seth nodded, they had finally arrived home. "I would imagine it would be painful." he slid his glasses up onto his nose as he got off the horse. "Thanks for going with me." he said extending his hand to help ace off his horse.

Scarlett closed her eyes to let herself into the music. She stood on her toes, doing a quick twirl as she glided across the room. She jumped, doing a signature ballet move she had learned in the school her parents were in. When she landed she was balanced on one foot and elegantly went around the room, one leg in the air as she did many more tricks she had learned in the past. When she was finished she gave a small curtsy. "Did you enjoy it?" She asked, her eyes lighting up.

Ace took his hand and jumped off the horse. "Any time. "He said, releasing his hand and running his own hand threw his hair again. His bangs were always getting in his blue eyes. He sighed to himself and looked up at the moon. "Lovely isn't it?"

Rovna put down the violin and clapped wildly. "It was very nice, better than anything i've ever seen." he came over to her and ran a hand through her hair. "I know why he kept you hidden away." he chuckled a bit. "he didn't want anyone else to see such a beautiful thing."

Seth looked up. "Yeah, it sure is." he smiled punching ace playfully in the shoulder. "Your not trying to flirt with me are you?" he joked looking back up at the stars. "I wouldn't want to break anyones heart you know." he laughed at himself.

Scarlett blushed. "Well thank you.." She said, taking the hand that ran threw her hair. She kissed him softly on the lips, then put her head back a little. "Is there any other rooms I should see?" She asked, resting her arms on his shoulders and looking up at him. She let out a small yawn from being a little tired. She wasn't able to sleep that much when she was in the attic. She was always too scared. She laid her head on his chest. After being let out of the attic she met one of the most amazing guys she's ever met in the past two hundred years. And she was free from the scary attic.

Ace smirked. "I don't know.. am I ?" He asked slyly, hitting his shoulder back playfully. "Come on, lets get inside. " He said, chuckling at what Seth said. "Yeah, I wouldn't want you to break anyones heart either.." He joked, taking his arm and leading him into the house as another servant put the horse away. "Lets get you to your room.. whatever that girl put in your drink is probably messing with you."

"All the other rooms are just, normal. Nothing special there." he shrugged and then sighed. "You look very tired." upon looking at her he wondered how it was possible that he was able to fall in love with her so quickly. "Why don't we go rest." he suggested. "I can't sleep, xandith hadn't figured out how to make his puppets sleep yet when he made me, but i like watching others sleep"

Seth nodded. "Yeah, i guess your right. . .can you do me a favor. . .sort of like a promise?" he asked right before running into the side of the door. "Owww!" he held his forhead.

Scarlett nodded a little. "It's a shame you can't sleep.. " She said, taking his hand and leading him back to his room. She didn't think of it as her own even though he was going to share with her. She opened the door and looked inside his room now, looking at the two beds and everything else inside the room. "So which will I be sleeping on?" She asked, her long eye lashes fluttering a few times. She had been the second oldest puppet to her knowledge so far so when Xandith was creating her he couldn't use her own eye lashes from them falling off often, so he gave her fake ones that were long and looked like she used mascara for them. She could still use her limps as if she was human, and her hair was still the same as it had been so long ago.. but she just wasn't the same girl. She ran her hand over one of the bed posts and looked back at him. "Do you ever wonder what your life would've been like if we hadn't been taken by Xandith?" She asked softly, her voice sounded a bit sat. She probably would've been married to that horrible man and had many children for an heir to his riches. She would've liked to of had children, but the pervert of a man would ruin it. Then she would've lived probably about to her forties, then her life would be done with and she'd just be one of the many tombstones in the graveyard down the street.

Ace nodded and held back a laugh. "Theres a door there genius.." He said, leading him inside and kicking the door behind them. He led Seth up to his room and opened the door for him. "What promise would that be?"He asked, leaning against the door frame casually as he glanced at him.

Rovna sighed. "Honestly, my life would have been perfect. I would have gotten whatever i wanted whenever i asked for it, i would have had a beautiful wife. children....everything." he sat down on the bed she wasn't touching. "but really, after all these years i realized having everything handed to you isn't what life is about, life is about making something of yourself and earning honor and aquiring your own wealth, your own love....." he smiled. "So in a way, i am glad he kidnapped me." he paused. "Well, man knapped."

Seth sat down on his bed, turned towards the door. "Don't leave me here, if you plan to ever leave the mansion for good...tell me about it okay? And if you ever need someone to talk to." he looked over at a pile of books on the floor. "I'll be in the library, find me and i'll be waiting to talk with you." he smiled. "Promise?"

She sat on the bed opposite of him, listening to what his luxurious life would've been like. "I'm glad I was taken as well.. I just would've liked to of had a family, friends and fulfill my life a little longer.. I wanted to do so much and now I can do nothing but dance a few measly steps to make someone smile." She said, looking to the floor. "I would've had children but my husband wouldn't of been handsome." She laughed. "He would've been dead by the time I turned twenty five." She smiled.

Ace patted Seth's shoulder. "I promise I won't leave ever." He said softly, giving a small bow and then shutting the door so Seth could rest. Ace's room was right next door to the left so he went into his room and shut the door behind him. He plopped down onto his bed and looked up at the ceiling, humming softly.

Rovna smiled. "By the sounds of him, his death wouldn't have been a bad thing." he stretched out his arms, as if tired, though he knew he would never be able to be tired again. "I to would have liked a child, i begged xandith to make me one, but he said he would not for fear i would love the child more than i would have loved him." he let out a sigh. "There are plenty of children around, but they only appear that way." he lay down. "Its getting late perhaps you shoudl rest."

Seth layed back on his bed, and tried to fall asleep, but whenever he closed his eyes he saw xandith standing over him. "DAMN IT." he sat up, even though the master was dead it didn't mean seth could close his eyes and feel safe. he'd gone years without a good nights sleep. He yawned and went over to his desk, he opened the book 'little red riding hood' and began to softly read aloud, his puppet dog sparrow crawled out from under his bed and jumped into his lap, listening.

Scarlett nodded and laid down, closing her eyes to rest and falling asleep. She thought of what Rovna said. When she had asked Xandith to make her the company of a man so she would no longer be lonely he had refused and gotten angry with her. He had told her that she could love no one but him or else he'd have her torn apart. She knew he wanted all his puppets to love him. Even if he had destroyed them. She fell asleep and started to dream of being back in the attic, alone and helpless.

Rovna stood up, and opened the large windows at the far end of his room, he extended his wings, he knew he was capable of flight but xandith had never let him out of the house to try it. He stood at the ledge for quite some time, then with a huff of irritation backed away, leaving the windows open. He wanted to 'feel' the night air. Instead he went over to scarlets bed and sat on the end of it, watching her dream.

Scarlett woke up from a nightmare and noticed Rovna staring at her. She scoot over in the bed. "Would you like to lay by me?" She asked, stretching her arms a little. Her nightmare had been about Xandith destroying her for liking Rovna. She ran hr hand threw her hair and looking at him, patting the spot next to her.

Ace got up from not being able to sleep and then walked up and down the hallway a few times, trying to make himself tired.

Rovna nodded a bit nervously. "Um, sure." he akwardly tucked his wings underneath him and layed down. "I saw your dreams." he confessed. "And it wont happen, he's dead."

"ugh god, this is so tedious!" he slammed his book shut and threw it across the room. He put his head down on the desk and began to think of everything that had happened to him at his time in the mansion. he suddenly hated books, hated his voice. he went, opened his door and started throwing books out into the hallway, kicking them. cursing them. When he'd emptied his room of almost all his books he took a knife from his bedside drawer and held it to his throat. He wasn't going to slit it. he was just going to attempt removgin his voicebox.

Scarlett laid her head on his chest. "You don't know this..he said he would destroy me if I ever cared for someone more than I did him." She said weakly, running her hand over his chest.

Ace jumped when a book was thrown at him and then went into Seth's room, knocking the knife from his throat and grabbing him. "What the hells going on?" He asked, shaking him a little. "You made me promise not to leave, now you promise!" He yelled.

Rovna shivered, putting his hand on hers. "Then...you do care about me more than you care for your creator?" he asked gently, almost in a whisper.


Seth struggled from ace's grip. "FINE." he wipped a few stray tears from him eyes. "I wasn't going to kill myself anyways!" he turned around sitting on his bed. "I just freaked out, im sorry." he said more quietly. "You can go."

Scarlett smiled. "Yes..you've been so nice to me and I haven't even known you that long." She said softly, lacing her fingers in hers and looking at the ceiling.

Ace shook his head. "No, I can't now." He said, sitting on Seth's bed by him. "I'd be insane to leave a friend in a time of need.."

"I feel like i know you." he chuckled. "like somewhere in my human life i gazed upon your face..but that is impossible. i am much older than you." he sighed, stroking the side of her face a few times.

Seth shook his head. "I'll be fine alone, take the knife with you if your afraid of what i'll do." he buried his head in his hands, and sparrow the dog jumped up on the bed whimpering.

"I feel like I know you as well. Who knows, maybe you saw me in my human life while you were a puppet.." She said, blushing as he stroked her face. "Though I wish we had met in our human life, we would of been amazing together.." She said, her eyes looking into his. "If only they had picked you for me to marry, then I would've never run away." She said, thinking it over. She an her hand over his arm gently. "But maybe being a puppet isn't so bad.. I mean, at least we have each other? Sure we can't have kids or anything but we could still be happy." She said, looking to the ceiling.

Ace shook his head, still sitting by him. He put his arm around Seth's shoulder. "Tell me whats bothering you.." He said, pulling Seth a little closer to him. Ace was never one to comfort people, but Seth was his friend so he'd try his best to help him.

Rovna chuckled. "Yes." he cuddled a bit closer. "however, we'd be together forever. you'll probably get tired of me." his wings shifted under him, so he moved onto his side still facing her.

Seth shook his head. "No i'll be fine. It's just...i don't know what im doing anymore, without xandiths guidance, i'm like a lost newborn." he was telling the truth, just leaving out his true ails.

Scarlett turned on her side to face him, leaning in and giving him a kiss. She leaned her head back. "No I wouldn't. I could never grow tired of someone that's been so kind and sweet to me. Your the first man in two hundred years thats treated my with respect.." She said, her arm going on his. I just wonder why Xandith would do this to so many innocent people for his own well being.." She mumbled.

Ace frowned. "You have plenty of reason to live without Xandith.. you have me right?" He asked, looking at him.

Rovna shook his head and shrugged with the arm that he wasn't leaning on. "I don't know, watching him all this time did me no good. I'm still not sure why he would do such a thing. Maybe his death will bring things to light." he frowned slightly. "Perhaps he was just lonely. . lonely and very greedy."

Seth nodded. "I guess you're right. . .i do." he wiped his eyes with his sleeve. "look at me, i'm like a crying little girl...and what a mess i've made." he got up and walked into the hall. "I'm sorry i threw a book at you."

Scarlett nodded a little, though this thought brought her no happiness. "So you never knew I was in the attic for all these years?" She asked, her voice saddening as she spoke of her prison where she once lived. Now that she had escaped it kill her that she was still here, in the house of the man that made her this way. Unable to have kids, have a life, have death..All she was good for was starting a fire and dancing. She felt like sobbing, but no tears came from her eyes.

Ace nodded a little. "It's fine.. I know you didn't mean to hit me.."He said, then patted his shoulder. "Your fine, your not acting like a girl. Tomorrow I think you and I should talk with some of the puppets tomorrow.."

Rovna sat up. "Don't be so down, we're stuck like this. we might as well be optimistic about it." he poked her shoulder gently. "Lets go find something to do." he prompted. "perhaps we should go cook something, i know we cant eat it but we could give it to someone." he shrugged. "could be fun."

Seth nodded sleepily. "Yeah." he started picking up his mess. "Tomorrow." he looked up to ace. "you should go to sleep."

"Cooking? Well I suppose that might be fun.." She said, sitting up and then thinking of a question she had never asked Xandith, or a male puppet before. She stood, putting out a hand for him. "So um..how were male puppets made exactly..because.. well erm. Nevermind.." She started, blushing bright red from her question. She turned away from him to let the blush fade.

"Okay." Ace said, laying on Seth's bed and grinning up at him. "If you don't mind.. I'd like to stay here until I know your better."

Rovna looked down smiling. "Uhm...well....uhm...." he ran a hand wildly through his hair. "I...uh." he walked to the door. "Lets go do some baking." he said escaping from the room.

Seth looked down, and immediately blushed. "Get up, are you crazy." he shook his head trying hard not to smile. "I think i'll be fine and plus." he sat on the edge of the bed. "I don't think i'll be able to sleep much with an attractive guy in my bed." he picked up his dog and stroked the hand made fur.
