Jake went into the bathroom. He cut his hand and filled up a cup.

She could smell the blood and tried to ignore it.

Tasha stood infront of Crystal's door. "Crystal sweety are you coming out for supper," she asked. When she didnt get an answer she walked into victor's study. "You didn't have to yell at her" she said to him.

"She was with the sun of a hunter. She could have been killed. I don't even want to think of what might happen if..." Victor stopped, as he began to cry.

Jake came out and handed Crystal the cup.

Crystal took it and began drinking.

She sighed and walked over to him and hugged him. "You have to be more gentle.

"I care about her. She's our only daughter"

Jake bandaged up his hand. "So, how does it taste?"

"so do i but right now you upset her. Sure sshe was dating the son of a hunter but if she is happy then it doesnt matter. If your overprotective she wont tell you the truth" she siad.

"You are right, as usual" Victor kissed her on the cheek and went to check on Crystal. "Crystal, can we talk?" He opend the door to her room. "She's gone!"

"What! where would she...." she stoped. "Do you think they ran away together" she said.

"I can smell the scent of the boy, they must have"

Jake yawned. "It's been a long night. There is only one bed, but you can have it"

"what should we do. i mean i can calm you down if we find them but what if the boys father finds them and he..." tasha didnt finish.

"ok" she said and walked in and went to sleep.

"It's daylight, we'll have to wait. Besides, I don't smell that hunter"

Jake layed on the couch, but couldn't sleep. He crept over to the bed and layed ontop of the covers, putting his arm over Crystal.

Crystal smiled in her sleep.

"ok" she siad.

After the sun set, Victor took off to find Crystal.

Jake woke up and gently kissed Crystal on the cheek. "Good evening"

Tasha followed him.

"Good evening" she said.

"What do feel like doing tonight? Dancing? Seeing a movie?"

Victor flew over the city, he could smell Crystal.

"hw about we go dancing" she said.

"It's a date" Jake took Crystal by the hand, and walked with her to the club.

She smiled at him.

Jake hit the dance floor with Crystal and cut loose.

Victor landed outside the club.

She danced too as the music played.

Victor put his hand on her shoulder. "Hello, Crystal"

"dad... what are you doing here" she said.

"I was worried about you when I found that you had run away. Are you alright?"
