"You really need to cheer up. You're a mother now"

yeah that'll happen she said in her head. She loved that she was a mother but she didn't like the life her child would end up having. She would act happy for the baby. She put on a small fake smile and tickled the baby and smiled for real when it giggled.

"Soon you shall rule over the cattle, my little prince" Novak whisperd to Michael.

Vanessa kissed Michael on the head with a smile.

"I haven't seen you feed in a while. You look frail"

"i'm fine," she said.

Novak showed Vanessa his wrist. "You need to feed"

"i said i'm fine," she siad.

"Drink or die"

If it hadnt been for micheal she would have died but instead she took his wrist and began drinking.

"Very good. Michael can't grow up without a mother, now can he?"

Vanessa ignored him. When she finished, she let go.

"Come Michael, lets go for a walk until your mom calms down"

Vanessa watched them leave then sat on the couch and let out a sigh.

Then Vanessa got an idea. She could get rid of him. She could raise her son the proper way. She ran out of the house following his scent.

(Yeah, I think it's the only way to move the story foreward)

Novak stood atop a snowy hill, showing Michael the full moon.

(ok and how about she tells her son that her father was murdered by another vamp)

Vanessa stood in the shadows. She had a bow and arrow. This would be easy. mke it seem like a hunter. She loaded and shot and watched it hit his heart. She hid in the dark shadows.

Novak dropped Michael in the snow, and fell to his knees. He looked down at his son, and for the first time in his existance, shed a tear. He then looked up at the moon, and turned to ash. Michael broke out crying.

Vanessa made it look like she was coming from another direction and ran up to micheal. "micheal what happened baby," she asked picking him up.

(Michael is still a baby, he can't talk)

She took him to the house to try and calm him down

14 years had passed. Michael was in his room studying.

Vanessa knocked on his door.

"Come in" Michael said.
