((Kay! Got it :3))
Daisy was patting her tail when she heard the soft purr and the seat being scooted. "The names Alexandre but call me Alex. " He purred softly and turned to Rachel. "I am in the art club actually Ms. Rachel~" He had a smooth way when it came to talking. His voice seemed to float and Daisy was so transfixed. She spoke quietly. "Nice to meet you Alex." A small smile formed and her eyes had changed to a reddish blue color." What a weird mix of colors." Alex thought to himself. He had never seen it before.
Daisy's hair was covering her eyes a bit and she was embarrassed. He was staring at her and it made her feel weird. She eyed the fish a bit then the chocolate cake. She had more of a craving for fish now. "Weird." She thought suddenly. Considering her transformation, she wasn't surprised as much.
((you can control him to.))

((Ryan? You mean Alex don't you?))
Rachel grinned in a satisfied way. With grace that was different from Alex's, she reached over and picture up a pastry from the tray. "I need to get to my club a bit early today. I will catch you later Alex. See you back in the dorm Daisy." With that she turned and smoothly made a fast exit. That was just too much fun. Daisy had a new friend besides Sophie now, if it didn't progress to more. So Daisy was feline huh? That was pretty neat. Out of the possibilities, she much preferred that one. She didn't really want to deal with a medusa or snake of some sort. Not that Daisy had displayed those qualities.
Reaching the club building, she stopped by the photography club room. Charlie was there working quietly on the pictures. "Hey, do you have a print of the photo I shot of our new member? He looked up, acknowledged her with a nod, and reached over to pick up the print. He looked at it thoughtfully. Rachel smoothly reached over and plucked it gently from his hands. "I think she would like to have this."
"She posed very nicely... though knowing you it was a candid picture. It would work really nicely on a poster or magazine. The newspaper club would love to have it as well." Charlie spoke softly with a tenderness that hid his powerful and devastating abilities. Abilities he never used or wished to be forced to use. A centaur with speed and strength, his aim with the bow was true as his sword skills were powerful.
Rachel slowly shook her head. She wasn't sure Daisy was ready to be a celebrity at the school yet. "Save it for the yearbook at the end of the year. It will provide her with popularity for the following school year as well as give time for any females who are inclined to cool their jealousy over the summer." He shrugged and bent back over his work. She watched him silently for a moment and then turned to leave. Might as well get to her after supper club. She had chosen it to ensure she could improve the talents her father had passed on to her. Mage craft.

(( I was so tired xD, I was talking to my friends Ryan and Alex! Whoa I didn't even notice until now  Fixed it! I am going to color Daisy and Alex's text differently. Alex=blue Daisy=black))
Alex looked at Rachel and smiled, Rachel could see sharp canines. "Laters~" Alex waved a bit. "So you are rooming with her?" Daisy waved goodbye and blushed. "... Yeah I am." Alex turned his attention back to Daisy and rested his head on his palm. "I haven't seen you around here before. 'Ya new?" She almost giggled at the way he spoke. "Yeah, I am new. I transferred here from Japan." Alex looked shocked for a moment. "Japan?" Daisy nodded and took the plate of chocolate cake off of the tray. She was really going to kill Rachel later. Daisy was grateful though she knew it must be some kind of scheme. "Maybe Rachel isn't the type to do that." Daisy pondered this as she picked up a fork. Alex was eyeing her closely.
Supper was coming to an end but Daisy didn't know that. Alex did and he looked slightly irritated. "So Daisy..." Daisy's ears perked up, she glance up at him. "Hm?" Her lips curled a bit since she had some cake in her mouth. Alex was fascinated by the way she ate. It was different and adorable. "Shes so cute" His ears laid down and he pointed to the fish. "Can I have some?" Daisy smiled and nodded. "Of course! There is plenty so go ahead." "Generous too."
Alex gobbled up the fish. He ended up with stuff all over his face. It was almost like he inhaled it in. Daisy laughed, almost hysterically. "You must really like fish!" Daisy kept on laughing. Alex smiled a toothy grin. He used a fish bone to clean his teeth. He didn't really have manners so it was hard for him to find girls to be friends with. They were either to stuck up or too manly. His friends were looking over at the table. Alex looked at them and they gave him a thumbs up.
Daisy had chocolate on her nose. She never notices when she gets food on herself. Alex tapped her nose and got some chocolate on his finger. He licked the chocolate off of his finger. "Good stuff they got here." Daisy nodded and smiled again. She was getting shyer by the minute and she wiped her nose off.
The bell sounded and Alex got up. "Well that's the bell. You have art club right?" Daisy got up and dusted herself off. "Yeah, Is it fun?" It was his turn to nod. They ended up walking out of the cafe area together.

((ooc: I updated my first post to include our side characters... just in case we want a reference to them ^_^))
Rachel reached the magic class for mages and settled at a large wooden table. These tables created a u-shape around three of the walls in the room. This left an open space in the middle. A space that was, at times, well used. The president of this club wasn't a student, but a teacher. Mr. Sal was the teacher in charge of teaching magic classes in the afternoon. He was a master mage with incredible skills not just in magic, but also in athletics. If there was ever a problem, he was usually one of the first to respond.
Mr. Sal stood now at the front of the room waiting. As each of the students slowly straggled in and took their seats, he was mixing some black powder in his hands. Finally everyone was there. He looked at them and started, "We each have our gifts as a mage. Some were born with the ability to work magic naturally. Some became mages later in life by choice. We each have our unique gifts. Whether it is elemental or around a certain style or ... he looked at one of the members... a jack of all trades... each of you has a responsibility. Now he turned and leveled his eyes on them. The most stern of expressions rested there. Holding out his hand, he let them look at the black residue laying there. Someone started a fire magically. This is ashes from the start point. If it was one of you, the ashes will return to their originator. Before anyone could think or respond, he blew gently on them. They glowed and then flew from his hands. Landing on a kid with red hair, they covered his clothes in black soot. "Your expected by Mrs. Owlflight. Please head there now. Mr. Sal walked over to the door and opened it for the embarrassed lad.
With that out of the way, Mr. Sal turned and with a merry expression clapped his hands. Time for the club meeting to get underway. Rachel calmly sat there, ready to have fun with whatever Mr. Sal had in mind today. His classes were ridiculously hard to endure. However, the guy knew how to have fun and club time was when he proved that.

Alex and Daisy were late to their club. They were just wandering about in the halls. Alex had pointed out a very saddened looking kid down the hallway where the magic class was. Alex just ran up and down the hallways. "I forgot where the classroom was." He was smiling and scratching the back of his head.
Daisy shook her head and wandered around with Alex until they found the room. Before they went in Alex turned to Daisy. "Okay, the art teacher is really funny and all but she is a Nix." Daisy had no idea what a "Nix" was but she didn't tell Alex that.
They had walked in and Alex was explaining how Daisy was the new girl. Daisy was staring at the teacher. She was beautiful, long strawberry blond hair and beautiful features. Daisy noticed something weird though, the woman's hemline was wet. She also had a skirt that went to the floor and her ears were covered by her hair. The woman walked over and Alex took a seat. "Welcome, I am Ms. Oleander. I am pleased to have you here eventhough I have to tell you..." She giggled for a moment. "Alex is always late." Her voice was melodic and smooth and she moved gracefully like Rachel. She moved to the empty seat across from Alex. "You may sit here my dear."
Once Daisy settled down Ms. Oleander stood next to her. "What is your name?" Daisy looked up and smiled. "My name is Daisy, pleased to meet you Ms.Oleander." Daisy nodded, it was a habit that carried from her culture. Ms.Oleander turned to the class and opened her arms, then gestured toward Daisy. "Welcome Daisy everyone." Some people said hello and welcome while some just sat there and rolled their eyes. Alex looked at Daisy and smiled. "Welcome Daisy~" She giggled. "You are so silly Alexandre."
((A Nix is a water fairy in human form, sort of like a mermaid. They are shapeshifters and when they are in human form their hemline is always wet, they like to cover their feel, and their ears are slitted. They get pretty self conscious. They love the arts but mostly dancing. They are known to be serene but can brutally kill someone. Which is why I chose the name Oleander. Oleander is a beautiful but poisonous flower. =3))

Mr. Sal demonstrated a new technique that had been taught in class the week before. Rachel was pretty good at it. It involved creating a circle of fire around you that was so small that no one could see it unless it was dark out. You did this by limiting how much air and material the fire consumed. It was very difficult to master, but a lot of fun. If you wanted to pull pranks, having fire spring to life around someone walking unsuspectingly along was one way to do it. Sadly the paths were all stone so there was little material for the fire to burn. However there were always opportunities. Mr. Sal liked his pranks as long as they were in reason.
It was Rachel's turn. She walked to the middle of the room. The floor and walls, unlike the wooden tables, were made of solid stone. Rachel's mage gifts were stronger than many others in the room. She hoped to have better success at what Mr. Sal was teaching with this technique. In club today, they were adding a new dimension those not in class wouldn't learn. It was changing the color of the fire. Rachel created the fire around her on the floor. A thin layer of dust provided the material. It was small and created a glow that looked pretty cool as it circled her. Then she focused on changing the color. The red slowly changed until it was a deep blue. As soon as she had the color she desired, she gave the fire room to move and more air to feed on. Her glowing circle on the floor blew up into roaring flames for a second or two before it died. Everyone clapped as she stood there breathless but gracefully pleased.

((ooc: WOOOO Menewsha is back xD!))
"So class, we will be painting today." Daisy was looking at Ms. Oleander as she demonstrated the different strokes. She knew most of these but she wasn't going to say anything. After a while Daisy looked at Alex. Alex was staring at the board and focusing. Daisy was surprised because he looked so serious. Ms.Oleander had them move to the art stations. They had a small canvas infront of them on a stand and they were all spread apart from eachother. Ms.Oleander explained what we had to do.
Around five minutes later Ms.Oleander let us start painting out own thing. We had to paint a picture by the end of the club. Daisy thought about what she should paint. Alex had already started. Ms.Oleander told us not to look at each others paintings until the end. Ms.Oleander was coming around and putting a tall barrier between us and our fellow artists. "How fun~" Daisy lifted her brush and started painting with ease. She used a flick of her wrist to add a thick line, then a series of smaller ones to add thinner ones. She was going to paint a cliff that overlooked the ocean. She wanted it to be night too. Daisy continued to paint furiously and with a graceful composure she stopped and stared.
Alex had stopped and was eyeing his painting, checking for mistakes. He wanted to add more to this simple painting. He was painting a simple dark room with a girl hanging from the ceiling. The young girl was holding a teddy bear in her left hand and her heart to the right. A little bit of light from the window was all you could see. It lightly illuminated the hanging girl and made the mood seem more sinister than it already was. Sadly, Alex didn't know what to add. He was thinking of adding more value to the nightgown the girl was wearing but he dismissed that thought. Then it came to him... "You forgot the blood and the hole where her heart should be! Idiot!"
Daisy started to paint a girl sitting at the cliffs edge, hair flowing in the wind. The girl had her knees pulled to her chest and her right arm was extended with a single rose in it. Daisy was thinking of adding more when Ms. Oleander told us to stop. Daisy had never painted this fast and she was surprised she could get all of the values in. It usually took her weeks to do something, eventhough this was a pretty small canvas. She didn't put that much detail, if she did she would still be doing the background. The only thing in her background was a silver moon and some half-assed stars. This would have to do though, I mean, they only had a half hour. It wasn't even the end of the art club yet. Why had they stopped. Daisy wondered for a bit and Ms. Oleander started picking up the large board barriers we had between us.

Rachel took her seat and watched as the other club members took a turn at the technique and color change. Mr. Sal would spread a thin layer of dust on the floor for each of them before they started. Everyone was able to get the glowing fire smothered down. However changing the color of the fire was hard and many were unable to do it. She watched them closely. Mr. Sal was known for wanting to do things in a different manner. He would expect them to not only improve but improvise. How could this be useful in real life? Perhaps as a trap of some kind? However, if it was dark or cloudy enough outside then it would be seen. Changing the color could help hide it except that it was still glowing. Suddenly inspiration hit her. What he wanted them to figure out.
She raised her hand and volunteered to go again. Mr. Sal raised an eyebrow when he saw her raise her hand, but knodded to her. She gracefully stood and almost floated around to the front of the room. He carefully placed the dust on the floor and she stepped to the center of the room. Everyone watched her closely. She was known not only for being the best, but for the ingenius methods she sometimes created. She decided to start with her plan from the beginning. She didn't create the glowing fire right away. Instead she focused on making it a dull brown hue that would closely resemble the floor before setting her fire circle. When she did set it, it was slowly and carefully as the concentration took a lot of her energy. The other club members, not seeing anything after several minutes, began to get restless. However Mr. Sal's eyes narrowed in watchfulness since he could sense the magic energy in use.
She stood with her feet firmly planted and hands spread open at her sides. She closed her eyes and pulled in a little extra energy. Then she opened her eyes and swiftly raised her hands, letting the air directly above her fire circle to connect with her brown, but camouflaged, fire circle. To the students watching, it was like the brown floor suddenly flew up in a wall completely hiding her and protecting her. Then as the material used burned out, it died and was gone. Every sat in complete silence, and then burst into applause. Mr. Sal smiled and knodded. She was top of the mage students in his book. She wasn't always conventional which was necessary in their world.

Everyone look around at eachothers painting. Alex looked over at Daisy's and he tilted his head. "That looks great. How long have you been drawing and stuff?" Daisy didn't notice him as she was staring at her painting. She jumped when she heard Alex's voice. "I have been drawing ...hm." She thought to herself. "Since I was three probably." Alex nodded and he waved Ms.Oleander over.
Ms.Oleander gracefully weaved through the tables and supply desks over to Alex. "Yes Alexandre?" She raised an eyebrow. Alex smiled a toothy smile and gestured toward Daisy's painting. "Look at what the new student painted." He almost purred. Ms.Oleander looked Daisy's drawing over and smiled. She placed a hand on Daisy's shoulder. "Good work darling. You have a nice eye for detail, but you shouldn't paint so fast or it will drip and run together." She pointed to the cliffs edge and gestured toward how the background mixed in a little bit with the foreground. If you would have waited two minutes it would have been fine dear." Daisy felt her cheeks heat up. "Y-you're right." Daisy nodded and blushed a deep red. Ms.Oleander went to go check on the other students.
Daisy looked over at Alex's painting and almost gasped. "I love it! Wow Alex that is so nice." Alex almost blushed but he could do nothing but smile. He ran a hand through his spikey black hair and blinked his gold eyes in surprise. "I have a big dumb grin on my face... but she likes it. No one ever likes my paintings!" Daisy was busy eyeing his painting. She had no idea that he was still smiling until she turn around. Alex snapped out of it and he clicked his tongue. "Go look around at everyone elses. I think they would appreciate the gesture." Alex gestured with his head by swinging it back. Daisy almost laughed. He had his tongue out of his mouth as he did. "Sure!" Daisy looked around at everyone elses, paying compliments to everyone. Then an werewolf stopped her. At least she thought it was a werewolf, he had brown ears and a tail and paw like hands. Daisy guessed he wasn't in full form or something. "So you like my painting?" Daisy nodded and looked one again at the simple rose this guy had painted. "It looks lovely." Daisy smiled. "Thank you. By the way, what is your name again?" Daisy tilted her head thoughtfully. "It's Daisy. What's yours?" She was fidgeting and was kind of uncomfortable. "The names Gunter. Just call me Gun." Daisy nodded. "Well nice to meet you Gun." Gun smiled, he wasn't very pleasant to look at in a way and he kind of smelled but she was being nice. She waved and walked over to Alex who was pawing at a feather in the air. "Weee~ Fun! Come back!" He shouted as it fell to the ground. Daisy giggled and picked it up.

Rachel calmly left the club room and coasted on outside. Club had been a lot of fun. She gracefully walked along the stone path towards the dormitory. It had been a long day over all and she was eager to get back to the room. She paused and glanced up at the star light twinkling down. It was a good night for stargazing. She could bet anything that Charlie was out there somewhere photographing them. Just as Mr. Sal was most likely patrolling for students who wanted a romantic evening under those same twinkling jewels. She continued on her way. The night was full of promise, but tomorrow seemed more appealing.
Reaching the dorm, she entered the marvelous wide doors and walked into the marble foyer. Heading up one of the large staircases, she made her way to the top floor. Reaching her hall at last, she gently made her way to the room. Her steps so smooth that her beautiful form seemed to almost float. She opened up the door and went inside. There was nothing like home sweet home at the end of the day. And a production day it was. Particularly with a roommate and new technique in club.

After a few words from Ms.Oleander about her artwork Daisy was dismissed. Her day has been amazing. Alex was thinking about what he should do now. The night was beautiful and he wondered if he should walk Daisy through the courtyard. Daisy was looking up at the sky when Alex finally looked at her. "Nice night 'ne~?" Daisy looked at Alex and nodded. Alex gulped and took her hand. "Lets look around!" He tried to seem friendly to make it less awkward. Daisy felt blood rush to her face as she was being yanked toward the courtyard. She didn't know if this was allowed.
Alex let got of her hand and he looked up at the stars, tail flicking back and forth. "So bright and pretty... It was nice meeting you Daisy." Alex smiled and Daisy nodded. "You too." She sat down in the grass and picked some. Alex was still standing. "Do you like the school so far?" Daisy nodded again and yawned. "Yeah, I made friends. I usually don't have friends..." Alex was silent. He didn't know what to say. They stayed silent for a while. Both of them watched the stars for what seemed like hours.

Rachel lounged in the tub soaking up the bath bubbles and relaxing. The water was carefully filtered so that each resident had the best that was needed. She sighed in satisfaction and leaned backwards in complete contentment. Finally feeling like she had pulled herself together, she slowly climbed out and slipped into a soft white bathrobe. She pulled her hair up into a messy bun up on her head and strolled back into the main dorm room. She looked around, surprised the Daisy was not back yet. Perhaps she had found Alex to be a closer friend that she was expecting. He was a good guy at heart as far as Rachel knew, so she wasn't too worried.
She gently stepped to the sliding glass door and opened it. Closing it gently behind her, moved off to the side so the light wouldn't interfere with her view of the stars. She was admiring them when she looked down and out over the campus. The stone paths almost glowed in the soft moonlight that spread over the wide, manicured lawns and gardens. Some ways away, she could make out two people at one of the more beautiful gardens. One was sitting while the other stood with his tail waving. It couldn't be. Or it could. She smiled at the thought. Turning, she saw Charlie walking with his stately stride along the path to a bluff back behind the campus. He was about to pass right by her dorm.
Rachel got a seldom seen glint in her eyes. For a moment, her diplomatic aura slipped out of place as she watched him coming nearer. Remembering her latest lesson at the magic club that evening, she focused on the ground ahead of him, right below her. She focused on creating a white fire ring with a hue so dense that there was no glow to separate it from the stone. She lowered the burning empires so low that her will alone kept them going. He stepped right into the ring without noticing, his hooves clapping stately on the stone. As soon as Charlie was in the center, she brought the fire circle to life with every twig, leaf, and dust that was there.
Charlie jumped in place as white flew up around him on all sides as if the sidewalk had come to life. As it came up, it came to glow until in seconds it was a roaring fire. Then as quickly as it began, it died out. He stood there gulping in deep breathes, alert to all around him, as his heart beat in his ears. Then tinkling laughter floated down from above him. He jumped back and looked up, ready to defend with the sight of a goddess met his eyes. Rachel stood there in a white robe and wet, pulled-back hair. He blinked in surprise and astonishment at her rare smile which for once reached her eyes.

Alex and Daisy talked for a while. Alex helped Daisy up and offered to take her back to the dorm. Before she could answer she heard laughter, it was soft but she could still hear it. Her new heightened senses could make out it was a girl too. Daisy shrugged since she didn't know who it was. It was probably two starstruck lovers lollygagging on campus. Alex ended up wrapping his tail around Daisy on accident. Daisy jumped silently and he let go. "S-sorry." He stuttered and mumbled softly.
A while later they had reached the dorms and Daisy bid Alex adieu. Alex slowly walked back to his dorm, hands behind his head. He thought about the days events. He didn't know what to think since he rarely speaks with girls and he has only had a couple girlfriends. Daisy was different... very different.
Daisy walked into the dorm room and walked to her room. She slowly pulled out some pajamas and underwear. She was getting ready for a quick shower. She sighed and thought about everything. How could she have made friends today. It was weird for her. Then she met Alex... He was pretty carefree and fun to be around. She had some relationships before but they were never very good and they always ended badly. She wondered how this year would play out.
Now where was Rachel? Daisy thought about that and looked around the dorm.

Rachel continued looking up at the night sky after Charlie had gone on his way. Her usual graceful composure back in place, she let the wind finish drying her hair for her. She heard and saw movement inside the room out of the corner of her eye. Turning, she saw that Daisy had returned. Satisfaction settled inside her as she observed the contentment in Daisy's eyes and the soft glow in her cheeks. Gently, she stepped over and slid open the balcony door. "It is a beautiful night outside. Did you get the opportunity to go star gazing after club?" She kept the question casual as she walked over to her desk with the air of innocence.

Daisy wasn't going to bring up Alex and herself. "Maybe Rachel has someone."

Rachel knodded and sat at her desk to start working on homework. Pulling out an assignment she responded, I've been here just long enough to shower and get some fresh air. My day was pretty uneventful though. Had fun learning more about my magic and how to use it at the magic club. She paused and realized that everyone would be talking about her in the morning and the stunt she had pulled. So smoothly with the practice of a diplomat she added, "A technique we learned in class was being expanded on at the club meeting. I was a bit creative with it and everyone thought it was pretty neat."

Daisy leaned her head back against the wall and let out a sigh. "I painted today." She started. "It was pretty cool but it was weird how we didn't have alot of time to really go into detail." Daisy smiled. "Alex is a pretty good artist." She quickly changed the subject and stood straight. "So I take it you are the best in your class?" She raised an eyebrow.

Rachel shrugged and thought that over. Actually, Mr. Sal was the best in the club. However he was a staff member at the school, so did he count? She guessed he did and that her answer would be honest. She didn't like pointing out how above a lot of humans and monsters alike she was. There were 5 levels for monsters. Most of the students at this school were level 1 or 2. There were gifted students at level 3. A lot of the staff were level 3 or 4. She was level 4. Placing her in the unique position to either bully the students toward her own goals, manipulate others, or be a responsible leader of the student body. She chose for peace since that was the direction she wanted her peers to go with the human world. Also, it suited her.
I am one of the more talented in the room, but not the best. You'll hear all kinds of things tomorrow morning when we go to class. Don't let rumors guide you. Be open-minded and observant. You never know what influences are at work. I enjoy learning to better control my magic. I have a lot of gift for my age and experience, so must learn to control it. It is hard work, but overall a lot of fun. She mulled over Daisy's comment about time and Alex. Mentally smiling but outwardly presented a mentor image of guidance and care she suggested, "Alex is a fun guy, but if your friends with you then you'll need to be the responsible one in the group. The only thing he is on time for is meals. Perhaps finding a way to get to club earlier or on time will help you have more time to enjoy it." She hoped she didn't sound patronizing but this was why she was picked for Daisy. To guide her and help her settle in. So far, she wasn't sure how successful she had been.
There was a knock on the door. A happy and bubbly voice came filtering through in a sing song way. "Oh Daisy! You in there? It's Sophie! I am just... *sounds of dancing and hopping* ... super happy your here at our school and wanted to check up on you." Rachel grinned. Though respected and admired, students wouldn't form close ties with her simply because she was seen as above them in culture and ability. However, another fellow student they would befriend. She was used to it, but getting used to having people come over was going to take some adjustment. Adjusting she would keep hidden of course. Turning towards the bathroom she suggested, "You better change quickly and come let the girl in to hug you or your going to find her in there with you."

Daisy was surprised at how good the water and products were in this bathroom. "I will try and help Alex get to class on time. He gets pretty ditsy and stuff. Oh by the way! People have been asking me what rank I am... What does that mean?" Daisy was pretty confused when multiple students had asked her about "ranks."
A few seconds later she heard Sophie. "Oh lord, Sophie is here!" She stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around her. "Let her in Rachel!" Daisy put on her clothes as fast as she could and dried her hair. Rachel would probably notice that her hair was curly now. Daisy hated her naturally curly hair but everyone else seemed to love it.

Rachel was rather amused and stood. Before she could open the door however, Sophie danced on in and happy danced a few twirls before cheerfully asking, Rachel, where is our newbie photographer? Without giving Rachel much a of chance to say more than "Well..." she was heading towards the bathroom. "Daisy girl, you better not be hiding on me." Rachel sighed and diplomatically followed. Better ease any embarrassment the young fairy was likely to cause. Sophie, perhaps you could help Daisy with something. That brought a pause from the energetic creature, giving Daisy a few more precious seconds.
Sophie glanced with surprise and a questioning face at Rachel. Normally Rachel would clear and misunderstandings. To suggest that another help someone was not something Sophie was used to. Before she could get any ideas of again heading for the bathroom, Rachel explained, "Daisy is unfamiliar with our concept of ranking. How humans are zero and the terrors are 5. Perhaps you could help her learn about it better?" Daisy brightened up and spent a few more precious seconds beaming and responding, "It would be my solemn pleasure." Sophie and solemn don't go together at all and she just as chipper as before turned and bounced to the bathroom door with a big happy grin and sparkling eyes on her face. Literally sparkling eyes, her fairy-ness was bubbling out right along with her personality.

She was tackled by the bubbly fairy and almost toppled over. "Eek!" Daisy laughed and shook her wet hair. "Hey Sophie, let me pull my pants up!" Daisy was laughing alot as she struggled to keep her unbuttoned pants on. After she got the pants up she smiled at the fairy. She stepped out of the bathroom. "So what are you doing here Sophie?" Daisy blinked a couple times wondering what exactly she came here for. She wasn't used to people being so clingy. Daisy looked at Rachel and smiled a bit. Daisy's shyness was coming into play and she tried to act calm and collected.

Rachel turned and went back to her homework. There wasn't much to do but Daisy was here to see Sophia and she didn't want to seem intruding on that. She could her Sophia talking a mile a minute behind her. Daisy I am so glad you came to this school. It is nice having another person in the photography club. You should sit next to me tomorrow. I heard we are in the same homeroom. Oh your going to like homeroom. We have the coolest homeroom ever. We have the coolest homeroom teacher too you see. Your going to like him a lot. You probably already do. You should have met him when you first arrived. Werewolves are so furry and huggable. Maybe they don't like it but I like it. Have you hugged a werewolf before Daisy? They are super soft and so much fun to tease. In fact... Rachel felt a grin pulling at the corners of her mouth. The girl was just too much fun sometimes. How had they gone from "happy your here" to "hugging werewolves" was rather amusing at times.

Daisy tried to keep up with the rambling fairy infront of her. How had the conversation gone from how she was "happy your here." to "hugging things." Daisy sat there and kept listening. "Well... uhm... sure." She had said at first but the fairy kept talking. "I haven't hugged one before actually." She scratched the back of her head and laughed awkwardly. "Sophie... I thought you were supposed to explain the ranking thing to me?" Daisy felt bad for even asking about it. she kind of didn't want to know.
Alex was in his dorm playing with the feather Daisy had picked up for him in the art room. "Hey Griffon what do you think about the new girl?" The guy he had called Griffon turned around from his project. "Hm? What was that?" Alex flipped over on the couch so he was now laying on his stomach. "What.Do.You.Think.About.The.New.Girl." He spaced out every word and rolled his eyes at the end. His roommate was now looking at him. "Well i haven't talked to her so I don't know what to think." Griffon turned back to the desk and continued on his project. "Why do you ask?" Alex blushed bit and grumbled. "Nothing." Griffon shook his head in a very enchanting way. Not only was he a griffon but he had a stunning human form. Alex was pretty envious of his looks since it helped him with the ladies. Griffon was never interested in girls or dating. Alex wondered why. "Alex, you are something else you know." Alex's ears perked up. "What do you mean?" He made his voice deeper. Griffon was silent. Alex always wondered why his parents named him after what he was. Griffon was a pretty unique name and it was just ironic how it related to him. Griffon changed the subject without answering Alex. "Have you talked to the new girl?" Alex purred a bit and Griffon took that as a yes. "Here names Daisy." Alex purred.

((I don't mind it this way. I dislike the yellow and light pink because I have to highlight the text to read it. As long as you don't use those colors then I am fine with it.))
Sophie stopped and blinked, then realized she had no air left and took in a huge gasp. Rachel glanced up and over at her to make sure she kept breathing before returning to her assignment. Sophie paused, took in the question, and then hopped up. "Well, the ranking system is a very handy system that let's a monster know where he belongs as well as who is above and below him. Humans have no abilities, except for some mages, and are unable to really fight us. They are a zero, though some mages can become a level 1. Monsters that have very little ability and powers are still a lot stronger than a mere human. They are usually level 1 or 2. I would have sworn you were human when you first came here but now you have a tail sticking out. Try not to transform too much, the teachers here are trying to have us practice our human forms as much as possible. Obviously centuars have trouble, but some can. Charlie isn't able to, he is pretty low level. So he is stuck as a centuar form but the teachers are understanding and all so don't really get after him. Teachers can be really harsh, but you will find the ones here to be more agreeable. This school prides itself on hiring only the best... Rachel quickly redirected her, "Sophie. Ranking system."
Sophie blinked at Rachel in a confused daze, then her eyes cleared and she turned back to Daisy and eagerly re continued, "Humans are a mere zero and most monsters are low level at 1 or 2. However, there are monsters that rank higher. Most of the teachers here are level 3 or 4. Fewer are 4 but Mr. Husky and Mr. Sal are and you will find them to be pretty neat teachers to get to know. Particularly Mr. Husky, he is such a wonderful teacher... she froze as a glace from Rachel. Realizing she had gotten off track, she tried again, "Anyrate, most of the students are level 1 or 2, except for Rachel and a few others. Very few others. They are 3 or 4. When Rachel first got here she was a 4 but she has grown a lot since arriving and we are sure she has improved enough to be level 4... er, your not mad are you Rachel? Sophie glanced nervously at Rachel who very pointedly focused on her homework. Rachel responded, "Of course not. I just think your giving me more than is my due."

Daisy sat there quietly. She thought about everything and tried to take it all in. She had a couple questions but she didn't know hoe to ask them properly. Daisy just stuttered out her question. "How do you find out your rank?" She truly wondered about this and what rank she was. Daisy didn't think she was that good so she would probably say 0 but she isn't human. Daisy didn't know how to handle it as she fidgeted and her ears and tail disappeared. Daisy sighed and looked down at her knees.
Alex got up and waved goodbye to Griffon. Griffon didn't look up from his project and he just nodded. "I will see you later Griffon..." Griffon stopped him with a wing. He could transform very fast. "By the way where are you going Alexandre?" Alex patted Griffon's wing with his tail and took in a breath. "Well... I... I want to go see someone." Griffon turned his head and raised a brow. "Who?" Alex looked so flustered when he wanted to go to peoples houses and he usually invited them over. Alex just shook his head. "I am going to see Demo." Griffon didn't believe him so he kept his wing infront of Alex. "Alex." He said firmly. Alex's tail straightened and he laughed awkwardly. "Fine, fine, you got me. I am going to see Daisy." Griffon looked puzzled. "The new girl?" Alex just nodded. "Why?"
