Dani couldn't believe what she heard behind her and she let out a sigh of relief as Sky made a decision. She moved quickly back towards the hallway and peered down, allowing her eyes to adjust to the darkness there as she studied for Garnet and Abdel. She was glad that Vance was preoccupied with Allia because the last thing Dani wanted to do was to be commanded to help her. She moved quickly into the darkness of the hallway and began to scan the hallways "I think we need to find somewhere where you can hide until you see daylight..." she said as she finally caught sight of Garnet and Abdel she moved towards them slowly, trying to see what their situation was.

Abdel smirked, placing his hand around her neck and giving it a light squeeze as he leaned close to her ear. "Good Choice." He whispered into it before leaning back to survey her, the smirk still on his cold face. "Can you walk or shall I carry you?" He asked winking at her slightly, as the hand around her throat slid down to rest on her hip.

"You're one sick puppy," Dani said, studying Abdel's behavior. She stepped closer hoping Sky would stay back a little bit but didn't say anything to her directly in case Abdel hadn't noticed her. She stopped and said "You can go now, I'll show Garnet where to go from here." She said, crossing her arms over her chest hoping he wouldn't try and start a fight.

Lycan let up on her, "Your more hopeless then I thought!" He swiped her face with his opposite hand nails first. "Let this be a reminder that you are all alone in this world now. No one, especially Vance, cares about you anymore! You ruined the chance you had of the one person who might have actually cared for you!" He glance over at Takeo, then back at her. He shook his head and threw her toward Takeo, "Lets see if he still cares!" She had been lucky that he was coming down from his range and actually realized that it was her before he did anything. In truth he was back to normal but the comment about caring for Vance set him off and he had to do something.

Vance smiled, "I guess I am suppose to thank you for that comment! Don't flatter yourself though, I don't care about you, I just still need you to do things for me!" He winced as Lycan clawed her face with precision sharp nails leaving perfect little streaks across her cheek almost like a cat with the expertise of a doctor! "Thats less then I thought you would do to you!" he Said to her before watching Lycan throw her to Takeo. He then looked back at Lycan, "So still want to kill me?"

Lycan smiled at him and braced his self, "The only thing that has changed is that now I will remember what I do to you!"

"DAMN! Good choice for him, wrong choice for me!" She blushed harder thinking to herself and the thought of him touching her again. Her body shivered against her will when his hand slid down her body and she was about to give her answer when Dani offered to lead her to a bathroom. "I'll let Dani lead me instead." She moved under his arm and walked over to Dani mouthing the words "Thank you!"

Abdel's smirk dropped at the sight of Dani and instead he frowned at her, eyes slightly searching as if figuring her out. "But thats quite impossible Dani dear." Abdel said pushing off the wall to stand straight. "Since you wouldnt or at least shouldnt know the way to my quaters." He added taking a few slow steps towards the girls, his arms crossed. "But if you wish to know too I would gladly lead the way."

Dani stared at him "She doesn't have to go to...'your quarters'," Dani said with disdain dripping off of every word "I know where several bathrooms are and we no longer need your assistance." She finished and moved so that she was in front of the two other girls, her arms still crossed over her chest. Dani had considered dropping the nickname in there but she did not want to fight and she knew it would just piss him off more than Dani interrupting.

Sora stared over at Lycan and smiled softly,he ran over to him for a moment, hugging his arm.He missed Lycan a bit so he kind of had to hug him,Sora was a little sleepy at the moment but he was much more feeling like hanging out with lycan a bit"Hi."He said as he smiled softly.

Shizaki was now once again in his room, he had nothing else to do at the moment.he read a book that he had already read about fifty times.

Takeo caught Allia without thinking and as soon as he realized it he dropped her the next second, wiping at his hands as if disgusted he had touched her. "Just stay out of the damn way Allia." He said, looking at her with eyes that seemed both cruel and disgusted. "And that goes for you too Lycan." He added stepping next to him, his fingers stretched as of ready to claw Vace's eyes out.

"Now dont be silly Garnet. Im afraid youve already accepted my invitation." Abdel said taking a step closer as he ran a hand through his hair. "But what I didnt know was Dani was onem who would force her friends to lie and decieve? Your certainly adapting to those gifts from Vance." He added smirking and allowing his own fangs to show as his eyes watched thier every movement. "Im sure Garnet dosent need Big sister Dani to protect her all the time. Id frankly get sick of it."

Dani blinked twice and turned away from him, hoping the girls would walk away now rather than wait for the invitation "It's not really very fair," she said "to let her try and protect herself against someone like you," she finished keeping her back towards him in a way to say she wasn't going to fight him.

(( S.O.B. my dog stepped on my foot and her nails ripped a bunch of the skin off. ))

((Ouch... The other night one of my kitten's scratched me very close to my eye, I was afraid that she might have actually scratched it.))

Garnet's head dropped in embarresment knowing that she couldn't protect herself now that she was very tired and hungry. Suddenly she felt lightheaded and saw spots, so she fell against the wall holding her head and blinked heavily to adjust her sight again. What last bit of strength she had in her legs seemed to disappear and she slid against the wall and sat on the floor, slightly breathing heavily.

((OMG, last night I was trying to get away from Five baby skunks and I tripped going up my front steps...which happen to be cement...and I scrapped up both my hands and legs and screwed my knee up!))

Lycan was about to say something back to Takeo when he felt someone grab his arm. He wurled around ready to take that someone out when he noticed it was Sora and his mood lightened, "Sora, right know is not the best of times for you to be sneaking up on someone! You shouldn't be here you could get hurt!" there was something about that kid that forced Lycan to go sweet.

Vance ran over to Allia, "Get up! Stop trying to play hero! I can't have you get hurt yet I still need you!" He pulled her up by her arm, then with a slightly less angry face he asked her, "You not hurt are you?" he then smiled and whispered to her, "You know you really are ruining my fun time. I pick fights with these boy for fun. Do you really think I am naive enough to believe I could truly get away unharmed with half the shit I do? Come on Allia I'm not stupid, just bored! I do these thing to start the fights, I love the feeling it gives you. I know I'm a sick fucked up individual, but let me have my fun!" He winked at her and waited for her response.

Dani moved over to Garnet and said "She needs food and rest, Abdel. You can play your twisted little game with her when she's strong enough to kick your ass." She lied, knowing as soon as Garnet was well Dani would drag her from the house if she had to. She grabbed Garnet's arm and pulled her up "Can you help me Sky?" She asked, "We need to take her to get something to eat, I'm sure if we think hard enough this house will fabricate some kind of food in the kitchen." She hoisted Garnet onto her shoulder and said "I'm going to get you something to eat and then I'll take you somewhere where you can clean up and get some rest, okay?" She asked, hoping the girl wasn't close to death already.

((Cat scratches suck. And I hate when I trip on cement. That burns. ))

She smiled and shook her head, running a hand through her hair. "Ya, I'm fine. But if you get in trouble and I'm going to have to clean it up, you can't stop me. Ok?" she said, standing on her feet. "And you know, you really make a girl feel unwanted when you only need her for a purpose, and that's the only reason you care," she said quietly in his ear.

"I think that day will never come." Abdel said as he moved to block Dani's way, all hint of his teasing smiles gone from his face. "For both her and you." He added walking around to also stop Sky from helping her. "Now if you truly care for your friends life, Youll let me finish what Ive started." Abdel said before opening his arms almost in a kindly gesture. "Have I ever done anything to truly make you distrust me?" Of course there was that time he had been beating Dani to teach her a lesson, but other then that Abdel had yet to bite anyone or be cause for fear. "Im probably even more civil then that flirtatious Lycan."

Dani began to studied Abdel's posture and body frame. She knew that if she was going to punch him she would have to do so in one punch to knock him out. Whether or not she could form that much strength was another question "Just leave us be, Abdel," she said "It's not fair to take advantage of Garnet in her current state - it's not like she'd have much of a chance against you anyway," Dani said trying to mentally tell Garnet she wasn't trying to be insulting.

Vance smiled at her, "Yeah ok what ever, just stay out of the way!" Vance had to laugh at the comment whispered in his ear, "If that is the only reason i care then this comment should mean nothing to me ether. I mean I shouldn't care about your feelings then right? Anyhow stop flirting with me, one of us will end up hurt in the end!" With that he gently pushed her toward the side, "Better move out of harms way!" then he turned back toward the Takeo and said "Shale we?" holding out his hand as if this were a casual dance.

"You wish," she called, sitting on the arm of the couch. 'That wasn't flirting, was it?' she thought to herself, getting prepared to watch them fight, ready to help if needed.

Garnet chuckled lightly and said "Thanks for the optimism. But can you please move, Abdel. I feel like I'm about to fall asleep any minute..." She tried to keep her eyes open and stay concious, but her eyes seemed to just keep getting heavier and heavier. And she realized in the back of her mind that she finally knew him by name, but she dismissed any thought other than food, shower and sleep.
