Jack nodded. "We'll probably stay here for today, and part of the night. Then we are gonna try to make it to the safe zone." She sighed, sipping at her coffee again. "That sound like a good plan? Have any other thoughts?"

Andres nodded his head. "I think that's perfect, nice and simple. I'm prepared at anytime," said Andres while finishing his coffee. Andres looked at the sky and fell into deep thought.

Jack nodded. "We were talking about leaving at about 4am. The zombies 'die', for lack of a better word, at night, and those shadow things come out. They are pretty fast, but they don't like light. We think we can fend them off for a few hours, and get a head-start on the zombies."

((What window? They are on a roof......))

erik nodded.
"we'll have to move fast though... because if we end up needing to rest at all, we're gonna want enough of a head start on the zombies to let us rest..."
sitting back.
((well, when we fast forwarded, there was nothing to rp. i mean, we could rp five hours of charicter interraction... but that kills rps really fast... and we already don't hafve many remaining members.))

"Yea, I personally don't really want to be caught by the mass hoard of zombies down there." Jack glanced over the edge of the roof, lighting up another cigarette.

Posting as: GOD!!! Then zombies shambled towards the building, their moans growing steadily louder.

erik took out a cigarello and lit it, starting to puff.
"so, we should figure out how we're gonna move..."
looking to the stuff.

Jack nodded. "We could use some of the wood scraps to build a sled frame, and nail a tarp to it, to put the stuff on. We could hook ropes to the front to pull it, and use another to tie over the supplies to hold them in."

erik nodded.
"sounds good. then we'll just figure out a way to set the lights on it without them falling off...."
looking over their materials some more.

Jack nodded. "And we need to have power running to them." She looked through the stuff they had collected, looking for more ideas.

erik nodded.
"well, we've got that generator... how much fuel do we have for it?"

Jack dug around in the pile of supplies, looking for the fuel. "There's 3 cans of gas for it, and 3 batteries, I'm not sure how long they each last, but either will power it."

erik gave a nod.
"well, that's something. we'll just have to hope we make it by night tomarrow. how far away was it, again?"
tilting his head as he finished off his coffee.

Jack shrugged. "I don't know. All I know is what direction to go in. " She smiled sheepishly. "I guess that's not all that helpful, but that's all I know."

erik shrugged.
"well, we'll just have to move quick and try our best..."
nodding and standing up.
"so, should we start fixing things up?"
rolling his shoulders.

Jack nodded. "Lets get it ready, and then try to get as much rest as we can. We're gonna need it."

Posting as: GOD!!! The mass of zombies were starting to reach the front of the building. It is roughly 9am.

erik nodded and started pulling the containers together, grabbing the tarp.
"yea. let's get as much rest as we can after this. the pain will be getting the container down there... we should probably get everything ready, then load them to the ground with some lights at night... and finish the job there... "

Jack nodded. "That should work." She stood, and grabbed some of the random wood scraps, laying them out in a make-shift sled pattern. Then she went to find the tool set.

Posting as: GOD!!! The zombies continued walking, they were about halfway around the supermarket now.

erik took the tarp and sized it up with the containers, then started sizing up all the items they had.

Jack started nailing the boards together, making the frame as sturdy as possible, while still being lightweight.

Posting as: GOD!!! The front line of zombies had made it to the back of the building, but they continued on, not even pausing to look up at the survivors camped atop the roof.

erik watched the zombies move, then looked to jack.
"hey, is that the way that the safe zone is?"
looking back towards the zombies.

Jack looked towards the zombies. "No, the safe zone was to the north west. They are heading south... maybe there are other survivors in town they are going after, or they didn't see us." She shrugged, smiling nervously. "I dunno." She lit up a cigarette, and paused from her work to look over the sea of zombies passing the super market.

erik shrugged.
"well, at least they're not going for the safe zone..."
nodding.
"maybe we can manage to get out of here, then..."
he fiddled with his cross again, mumbling a few words to himself.

Jack nodded. "It's a little unnerving though, they seem so... purposeful...." She sighed and took a long drag off her cigarette, never taking her eyes of the zombie masses.

Posting as: GOD!!! The zombies continued their steady onward march, right past the super market, and towards the other side of town.

erik sighed and nodded.
"yea... it's kinda worrysome... i wonder where they're going... anyone got binoculars?"
tilting his head.

Jack shook her head. "Nope, but we'll be able to see them till they're aways out of town, since it's so small. We'll just keep an eye on them, see what happens." She tossed her cigarette butt down from the roof into the sea of zombies. They didn't even flinch when it hit them.
