Akira looked over at Breandon then sighed heading out the place and grabbing some things god...he doesnt have to let out his anger on me... she thought getting into the house and into the room and placing things inside
"well i think its kinda cute"he smiled then tried some of the food "wow...this is really good...ive nevre tried hummus and tibuli before"he said as he continued to eat |
Breandan rolled his eyes and grabbed Akira's arm to fore her to look at him. "Look, it's just not something i want to talk about. Especially today...the one year anniversary...." his throat tightened and he lookd about to start crying
Holli laughed and blushed at his first comment then tried to start a conversation with the second one "yeah, i had a friend who was obsessed with this Mediterranean resturaunt so i learned how to cook some of the stuff to surprise her on her birthday. I just never forgot..." she grinned widely at Darek |
"well im not asking you to talk about it with me"she said defencivly looking into his eyes she knew that he wanted to cry but just held it all in.
"im glad that you havent forgotten thats really good"he smiled then chuckled "i should ask you to cook more often"he smiled then continued to eat some more "what else do you cook beside Mediterranean food"he asked curiously |
Breandan glared at her "then what was with the 'tell me please' you requested earlier," he argued
"mmmm, i dunno...I can cook a little Chinese...Some sushi, which technically isn't COOKING....Some Mexican...Sounds weird but French...uh...heh...you know nothing special," Holli shrugged it off and took another bite. |
"well i thought that would be the only way to calm you down"she glared at him."but i guess you want to show you emotions by getting angry at people"
"hmm well i think its very special i mean i cant do french or mexican"he smiled then took another bite of the food then stood up and grabbed a drink of water "do you want one hollie" |
"What the heck is your problem?! You act like you know everything about me and what will make me feel better and you act like you actually give a crap then get mad when i act like me! What the heck?!" he took a threatening step towards Akira, glaring at her
"Yes please," Holli grined to add to the thanks and sighed happily "but you know, you might be able to cook more Mexican and French then me which makes us about even..." she raised an eyebrow in question to what Darek would have to say |
"because i do care about you god!"she rolled her eyes "i want to get close to you but you always push me away...i know i can never take her place but i would at least want to just be friends with you"she yelled back at him "but if its to much to ask then goodbye"she moved her arm away from him and headed out the door.
"hmm..well first off im a terrible cook the only thing i can cook is italian food but it takes time for me to learn new foods...it would probably take me 2 lives to learn"he chuckled then handed her a glass of water then sat back down beside her |
"Stop!" Breandan yelled and snaked an arm around her waist, turning her back towards him "Thisis what i mean! I'm a difficult person and you should know that but you get mad when i act difficult! It's not that i don't want to be friends but you're a pretty hard person to be friends with as well! You say that's all you want to be but then then you do stuff like flirting the morning after you stay the night to be safe! Tell me how that's just wanting to be a friend?!"
Holli rolled her eyes as she accepted the water witha nod of thanks "i doubt it. But even so, i'm a girl, that alone gives me an advantage," she winked at Darek and chuckled "but hey, maybe i can teach you..." she suggested, once again raising an eyebrow. |
"i-i dont know!...im soo confused of what i want okay..."slowly tears started to fall down her cheeks "i dont know what you want...i mean i would like to make you happy but nothing really seams to work..."
"really you think you can teach me"he chuckled "it will probably take a centruy or 2 to teach me...do you think you can handle that"he smriked |
Breandan glared at her "and you know my emotions magically? How do you know that i just choose not to show it?" he growled, not quite sure what he was talking about himself. He sighed and let Akira go, walking over and sitting by the bed, leaning against it and closing his eyes resting his head against the bed as he bit his lip, wishing he could just say something right for once.
Holli laughed "I certainly wouldn't get sick of you, and you never know, maybe i'm just an extraordinary teacher who'll only need, eh, maybe 20 years?" |
"well...i just doent seem like it...."she then sat on the floornot sure of what to say to him any more she didnt mean to be so rude to him but she didnt want some person to be mad a her.
Darek laughed "well maybe i do im not sure it just depends on how well you teach me"he smirked then finished his food. "are you done Hollie" |
Breandan sighed and crawled over to Akira, hugging her gently "I'm sorry...I'm not used to anything like this. Holli's just always so...happy that she's used to me being grumpy so i never have to be anything else around her but...Gah you're confusing," he complained, still hugging Akira
Holli nodded and grabbed her plate as she stood up "where shoudl i put it?" she asked, looking around the kitchen and kind of walking around in circles as she tried to find the answer herself |
Akira hugged him back"i-its alright...you confusing to..."she smiled weakly.
Darek chuckled then placed his on the sink and headed towards Hollie and hugged her "its over their"he said pointing to the sink and right next to the sink was the dishwasher."but i dont mind taking your plate for you"he smiled softly |
"heh, sorry," Breandan half-heartedly chuckled and kissed he ron the cheek softly "I was just being a jerk. I know it and i'm sorry..." he murmured
Holli chuckled "oh yeah...that sink," she did a little shifty eye thing and pecked Darek on the cheek before placing her plate in the sink then she glanced at Darek "yeah i know. I'm just used to the one cleaning and stuff," then she hugged him again, resting her ear on his chest |
Akira blushed feeling his lips press on her cheek then looked up at him."its ok...im just not use to people being like that thats all...im sorry i yelled at you..."
Darek chuckled i know what you mean i do that every day here"he sighed but smiled and kissed the top of her head. |
Breandan hugged Akira closer "I thought that after a year the pain would at least start to ease but it only gets worse..." he whimpered a little and looked at the picture that had been knocked over "i should be able to look at pictures but i'm only able to see what i did to her...i'm only able to see her wounds..."
Holli smiled up at Darek "yup, same here except it's with Brean's house, obviously," she stretched otno her toes to kiss him again on the lips but let the kiss linger a little bit |
"well...it will it just takes time"she said softly still hugging him "i know you didnt mean to do it and i bet she thinks the same way...so dont be to hard on your self"
Darek smiled and chuckled then slowly wrapped his arms around her and kissed her deeply feeling her warm lips pressed on to hers. |
"She's dead," Breandan hissed "she doesn't think...because of me," he had to add he sighed "i'm being a jerk again aren't i? Gah i need to get used to that..."
"mm" Holli kind of mumbled as she wrapped one arm around Darek's neck, the other holding the back of his head to hold the kiss longer |
Akira sighed "no its alright..im kinda getting use to it"she nodded "well i mean there bodies might be dead but there spirits are still alive"she said looking up at the ceiling.
Darek bent his head a little lower so it would be easier to kiss her then pulled her closer towards him wanting to pick her up but felt it would probably freak her out.Then his tongue slowly asked for entrance in to her mouth to explore the taverns in her mouth and to play with her tongue |
Breandan nodded "yeah? Well then is heaven a good place for people's spirits to go? Even if it isn't a fun place for angels is it good for people? Woudl she go there?"
Payfully Holli refused but deciding to be nice after a few seconds she allowed him entrance. She tightened her arm around his neck, pulling herself as close as she could get to him comfortably and tangled her hand on teh back of his head into his hair. |
"ohhh its great for humans it like paradise to them"she smiled but for us we have to do there every need.... she sighed "i bet she's up their looking down at you"she smiled
Darek couldnt take it anymore and just pick her up and placed her on the counter and kissed her deeply letting his tongue play with hers as his hand traveled around her waist holding her tightly. |
"That's good. She desrves every bit of Paradise there is..." Breandan sighed and looked up at the ceiling "sometimes i wonder why my ancestors chose to turn their back on Heaven and on...you know...Him. Now, after i've met," he gulped "after i met Aine" (pronounce Awn-Ye) "she made it so clear to me that good kicks evils butt. It makes me wonder why anyone would choose the losing side...I guess i've been trying to but...
Holli grinned and pulled away, deciding to tease Darek. She also had to admit the kiss was getting a bit too, intense, for the first day. She was breathing kind of hard and she could hear her heart pounding but she gently rested her cheek on Darek's "sorry. A bit much for me. I let it get too out of hand. If I kissed you again though would it be too mean or could we both play nice?" she asked |
"hmm...there was this thing that happened thousands of years ago where they made this new law of making heaven paradise for all the humans and we had to follow their every need....and some of the angels didnt like that so that could be the reason why your ansestors left us."she said looking at Breandon then back up at the ceiling.
Darek was a bit surprised that she pulled away but understood what she ment he didnt want their relationship to go to fast and watch it crash and burn but he wanted it to go nice and easy "ohh i understand"he smiled soflty "i think we should play nicely "he chuckled |
"No," Breandan shook his head "my ancestors left with Lucifer, before time began. That what i don't understand...Lucifer lost that battle so why go with him? It was quite obvious whoever sided with...Him, you know, uh, the BIG Him was going to win..." he shrugged "i dunno,"
Holli chuckled and nodded "yea..." then she gently pecked him on the lips. She laughed at something and rested her head on his shoulder "you know. I rather like the counter. It kinda evens out the height thing," she commented |
"hmm..ohh i see"she sighed "hmm..well im not sure about the reason why they might have left probably were trying to make a point or take a stand"she smiled softly at him then felt the side of his cheek
Darek chuckled then kissed her head "yea i like the counter to...it helps alot with the neck"he smiled 'but i dont mind it either way" |
