(Do you want to do more stuff with other ghosts then Troy? :3 Or we could wait awhile until Scarlett is actually Preggo and they really need to leave to the point of beating the crap out of the fence xD)

Esmme 01-12-2012 05:11 PM

((HAHAH, oh, yes. They will be getting out of that fence! Hmm. I think I'll add in a ghost. . . .

Though this one won't be as mean. So that way, when things start hitting the fan, they have at least some reason to remain at the house. Quite frankly, I'd be tearing something apart to get out of there already! :XD

So we have ghosts cause problems (and such) until Scarlett is Preggo. ;) Nothing really strange or terrible happens until she's noticeably pregnant, and then they all decide they can't stay there with a baby. ^_^' Anything else to add in?))

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-12-2012 05:16 PM

((Nope that sounds good to me (: And when Andrew can noticeably see that Scar's pregnant he'll probably run the fence down with the lawnmower Lol So just start up at whatever part your ghost can come in. There's like a hundred ghostsin the home in all from all the deaths there, so theres tons of room for more spirits :3 ))

Esmme 01-12-2012 05:17 PM

((:D I'll have to do that when I come home today. Probably sometime around 3-ish or so. ): But I'll be thinking as best I can while scribbling notes and taking classes. See you soon!))

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-12-2012 05:19 PM

(K have fun with your classes! (: My moms tired so unfortunately i'll be at the hotel all day > . < But i'm going home saturday!! :3)

Esmme 01-12-2012 10:11 PM

((Thanks! I had a good day with Spanish. :XD Not the best class, I will say. I learn a lot, though! Alright . . . I'll find a picture for our new ghosty friend. ;)
Okay . . . here he is. >.>' A bit anime-ish, but he caught my eye. Make him more realistic, and you've got him! *cough* NOtice that it's L again. . ..

Now for his name. . . . Oh, gosh. *thinks until one comes to mind* Alright. Now. I'll post!))

It was later that day, after their walk together, that everyone returned to the house. Sadly, no way out had been found . . . even with two extra sets of eyes. As they entered the building, Alice turned to set her light coat aside. "You know, I think I'm up for a bath." She shot a smile to Andrew. "Sorry, Tiger. I think I need a few moments to myself." Everyone figured that, as long as the moments were long, they could be on their own. Besides, she knew that if she was in trouble all she had to do was scream and she'd have Andrew charging in.
"Let's play some cards tonight after dinner," she suggested as she linked her fingers with Andrew's, gently pulling him toward his room. "Sorry to just ditch you guys like this." With a smile to Scarlett, she winked. She wasn't going to tell Andrew. She wasn't about to betray the trust that had just been placed in her.

They got to the room a minute later. Alice didn't snag anything from the room other than her brush. "I'll be out in a bit, alright? I left my speakers out. Feel free to use them." With a sweet smile and a suggestive wink, she disappeared behind the bathroom door. Once the door clicked into place, she turned the water on and started stripping down. It wasn't long before she was relaxing in the tub, smiling as steam swirled up about her features.

-

Gideon watched the others go before slipping his arms around Scarlett. He was glad she still trusted him. The only thing was, he didn't know if he could trust himself. "What should we do now?" he asked, brushing hair from her face. He took her coat and hung it up before stroking her jaw lightly. Gideon seemed to never leave her side now that the event had happened.

((:XD Sorry, not much for you to work with. I just needed something to happen so Alice was alone!))

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-13-2012 04:11 AM

Scarlett leaned over, kissing him gently. "Hmm. how about you pick for once? I always pick.." She said, giving him another kiss. She stated to walk around aimlessly with Gideons arm around her, the light from the huge windows shining in on them. Though now that it was late afternoon it was dimming light.

Scarlett had many things going through her mind, and one was the question that had been nagging her since this morning. What if she got pregnant? Technically it would be Gideons.. but not Gideon's by his own choice..She sighed and pushed the thoughts away. "I think i'm gonna take a shower later too." She said, feeling that she needed to relax

((Kay, Andrews just listening to music on the bed :3 ))

Esmme 01-13-2012 04:27 AM

Gideon nodded, his smile growing. "That's because I care about your opinion," he said, chuckling. When she sighed, looking preoccupied, the male pressed a kiss to her cheek. "Let's read. I brought some books with me." He saw the thoughtful look on her face and reached up to touch her chin lightly. "Don't worry. There's a love interest." He led her to his room, sitting down with her beside him on the bed.
Fingering the bag near the bed, he pulled it into his lap and rummaged through it. "You may have to deal with either fantasy or historical fiction." Gideon smiled again, shaking his head. "I think you'll like this one." Of course, it was the historical one. "There's a girl in here that reminds me of you."

((:XD Not the most manly scene on earth, but hey! I have to have something happen while they're together.))
-

Alice had her eyes closed when she felt a slight breeze. At first she thought it was Andrew opening the door, and she swiftly ducked beneath the water with a squeak. But when she looked up, the door was solidly closed. Huh. Her golden eyes lowered to the water when she saw a reflection that wasn't her own. Startled, she looked up . . . and met the black eyes of someone else. "Oh my gosh," she breathed, stiffening and blushing as she gathered the bubbles up around her. Am I really seeing this? Sadly, she wouldn't be surprised.

The male lifted a transparent finger to his lips, looking slowly over to the mirror. Alice didn't move. She was a bit too freaked out to think at the moment. She watched in horror as the ghostly vision pulled away from the edge of the tub, stepping toward the sink. He reached up as though to touch the mirror . . . and then drew back. He had a reflection that showed who he used to be more clearly than his current form, like the mirror was the real him instead of whatever stood in the bathroom.
With a strangely sad look, he lifted Alice's towel and gave it to her. She stiffly took it, still frozen. "Who are you?" she asked, eyes wide.

The person seemed to shimmer like water, and he looked confused for a moment before shaking his head. "It doesn't matter. You shouldn't be alone in here. Not right now." He watched Alice for a couple seconds before turning his back. "You should get dressed."

"I've only been in here for a few minutes," Alice protested, and then swiftly stood while the thing's back was turned. Wrapping herself in the towel as quickly as she could manage, she kept her eyes on the spirit. "Why does it matter?"

"He might be watching. There are so many eyes in this room. . . ." His voice was hardly above a whisper, and it wavered like a weak signal. He turned suddenly, his black eyes serious and imposing as though he could see right through her. "Go back to your friend. You will be frightened once the light goes out."

Cryptic as it was, Alice was freaked enough to move. "Andrew!" she called, her hand absently searching for her clothing. She knocked her brush to the floor with a clatter, but she continued to stare at the creature between the door and herself.

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-13-2012 04:37 AM

((Oooh I'm gonna have Heaven pop up when Scarlett finds out shes pregnant. >:3 ))

Scarlett smiled and followed him upstairs. She sat on the bed beside him, happily taking the historical fiction. She rested her head on his shoulder. "Oooh, Reminds you of me you say?" She asked, smiling. "How?" She asked, looking at the book. "I love history.. I've always wanted to be a history teacher.. but never had enough money for schooling, so it's too late now." She said, sighing. "Oh well! I'll find something else to do with my life."She said, looking up at him.

Andrew had been listening to music when he heard Alice call for him. He jumped up. "Alice?!" He called, running into the bathroom and staring at the ghostly figure between him and Alice. He froze, his heart pounding before he got enough courage to run around it and grab Alice, picking her up. He stared at the figure. "Who are you and what do you want!?" He asked, glaring. There were whispers around the room, as if the walls were talking, breathing, and seeing. He glanced around, a shiver going up his spine. "How many souls are in this home?" He asked, his gaze intense.

Esmme 01-13-2012 04:54 AM

((Haha, that would be awesome! The house might have been quiet while Troy was plotting, but everyone's getting restless. >:3))

"She's sweet. Soft-spoken," Gideon looked at the worn book thoughtfully, "and she has a protective brother who won't let anyone get near her." He chuckled when she spoke of schooling and being a teacher. "Someone must have other plans for you." He set the bag aside, handing Scarlett the book so he could pull his hair back out of his face. He tied it back with the fabric from his wrist.
"It's set in Medieval times. There's court intrigue, a knight's struggle, and a woman's search." He didn't say what the girl was searching for, but took the book from Scarlett. "I'll start." He started reading then, his voice low and steady. There they would remain for hours to come.

((:XD Don't really know what to do with them right now, honestly!))
-

Seeing Andrew appear in the doorway, Alice was relieved. Still, she was even happier when she was out of the bathroom and held close to her friend's chest. Clutching the towel and her clothes to her, she stared at the spirit as Andrew started speaking.

"I don't remember," the male said, calmly watching the couple as they reacted in fear. That was when he reached out and touched Alice's arm. He flinched back when she shivered and whimpered in fear. "I . . . don't know what I want." That's when the whispers started coming from everywhere at once. The ghost tilted his head, black eyes scanning over the couple. "How many?" His laughter was cold, and carried with it the laughs of a hundred voices. "Too many for you to count." He hesitated, looking confused again. It was like there were two personalities stuck in the same form.
Softly, he spoke again. "They always watch. They see everything. They hear everything." He seemed to shudder, and then moved from the bathroom, shutting the door behind him. "They know what has happened here. We . . . all know." He looked purposefully at Alice before moving toward the mirror near the door. He swiftly covered it with a blanket, shuddering as he turned back to them. "He's marked her, you know. He'll take everyone here. He always does."

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-13-2012 05:03 AM

((Oooh we could say that all the other spirits are getting restless since they knew what troy did to Scarlett since Troy killed everyone thats there! >:3 And once Scarletts showing their all going to be toying with her. So once were done with Andrew and Alice's bathroom scene we could skip to them like waking up a few weeks later and Scarlett finding a noticable bump on her.))

Andrew bit his bottom lip. "Marked who!?" He asked, starting to get freaked out. He held Alice to him before leading her out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. "Are you talking about Troy when you say he'll take everybody?" He asked, trying to piece things together.

Esmme 01-13-2012 05:17 AM

((Yeah! The ghosts are going to be restless around Scarlett. They're unhappy with Troy, so they're not happy with his "child." We can skip them a few weeks later after this is over.))

The pale youth watched Andrew for a few moments before nodding slowly. "Yes. That's what his name was. Troy." A sad smile flit over his features. "You're frightened. It's right to be afraid of him." The youth then looked back to Alice. Strangely, they looked like they could be related. They both had dark hair, pale skin. . . .
"I should go. He's angry with us for speaking to you." His appearance flickered, fading as he stepped toward the wall. "Stay away from him. He wants her, you know. She looks like her." He then turned to a glittering cloud, moving into the wall and disappearing suddenly.

Alice's golden eyes were wide. She pried her fingers off of Andrew's shirt and shivered. "What the hell was that?" She was shaking as she tried to pull herself away from Andrew, focusing on getting her clothing on. It wasn't long before she was dressed in her pajamas, staring at the wall where the male had disappeared. "What the heck?"
She shoved herself under the blankets, moving her eyes to the bathroom. The door was closed, and the drain began to sound as the water lowered. She hadn't pulled the plug. "Andrew, I'm scared." She got up and crammed herself into the blond's arms, shuddering as she did. "I just want to forget this." She wanted to sleep.

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-13-2012 05:24 AM

Andrew nodded and crawled into bed, having her in his arms and close to him. "I know. We just need to figure out what he means by 'her'." He said, frowning. "But let's go to sleep Alice. I'm too freaked out to stay awake." He said, looking around the room. He still felt as if he was being watched and he could still barely hear the whispers. Apparently Troy ran this place. And no one liked him..

Esmme 01-13-2012 11:11 PM

((Aaaand time skip!))

As the weeks passed, Alice seemed more paranoid than ever. Her smiles were just as frequent, though she looked ready to bolt at any given moment. She called to Andrew often, and rarely closed the door completely when showering. Apparently the encounter with a spirit really set her on edge.
It was a good month later when the woman met up with Scarlett on the way to breakfast. The guys had agreed to cook that morning, leaving the girls a time to themselves.
Alice caught Scarlett's sleeve, staring at her stomach in alarm. "Ohmygosh," she muttered, reaching forward to touch Scarlett's middle. "Scar, I think. . . . " She glanced at the end of the hall, glad that they'd stopped a few feet from the kitchen entrance. "I think you're showing." Her whisper seemed a bit frightened, and she met the girl's eyes worriedly. "What do we tell Andrew?" And what the heck were they going to do with a kid? That, and she shouldn't even be showing yet. This was progressing at an unnatural rate.

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-13-2012 11:19 PM

Scarlett frowned and ran into her room, putting on a black shirt of Gideons to hide the bump. "I know! Gideon hasn't seen yet.. But, I shouldn't even be showing yet." She said, biting her bottom lip. "It's only been a few weeks.." She said, sighing. "I don't know what were gonna tell him. I guess i'll have to tell him it's Gideons.. though, he'll know somethings up by the fact that i'm already showing!" She said, frowning. "I don't know what to do Alice.." She said softly, holding back tears.

Gideon had left early that morning so thankfully, he hadn't seen Scarletts little problem. Or, their little problem. She quickly walked down the steps, knowing that Gideons shirt looked big on her due to his tall, muscularness, but she could always say she was feeling lazy today. She glanced back at Alice warily before entering the kitchen. At the smell of the food the girls nose wrinkled. The smell of meat had been making her sick lately, so the bacon really annoyed her. She sat down quickly, closing her eyes to ignore the urge to puke.

Esmme 01-14-2012 02:17 AM

Alice followed Scarlett, a strangely out-of-place smile on her face. She sat beside her, rubbing her shoulder encouragingly. Scarlett looked sick. It was true: she shouldn't be showing yet. This wasn't a natural occurrence . . . and it most likely wasn't a natural infant. "Smells good," she commented to the boys as breakfast was set on the table.
Glancing nervously to Gideon, and then to Andrew, Alice kept her place beside Scarlett. When they had their plates set and ready, she started to eat quietly. "I saw the boy again," she said quietly, looking to Andrew. "He looks unhappy as ever. He keeps saying that Troy is watching us."

Gideon glanced to Scarlett, seeing that she looked uncomfortable. He sat beside her, touching her arm lightly. "Are you feeling alright?" he asked, looking sorry for her. He noticed that she wore one of his shirts, and the thought made him smile a bit. She was either feeling terrible, or just not motivated enough to change clothing.

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-14-2012 02:39 AM

"He always says Troy's watching us. But I haven't seen Troy in a few weeks. So that guy can just disappear along with Troy for all I care." He said, putting the bacon onto individual plates for everyone. He also divided out all the eggs. But when he handed Scarlett her plate he noticed her sick glance. "Aw come on, Scar. My cookings not that bad." He joked, but saw she seriously looked like she was about to puke. He looked over to Alice, seeing her rub Scarlett shoulder. "Okay, whats up?" He asked, eying them all.

Andrew sighed when Scarlett took Gideon out of the room. He sat down by Alice. "Whats going on babe?" He asked, pain in his eyes for being left out of something important. The blonde male was never good with being left out of a secret, and was honestly hurt that Alice and Scarlett would leave him out of something.

She took Gideons hand when he came over. "Gideon.. we need to talk." She said, standing up and leading him out of the room, and down the hall to the library. The girl shut the library doors and looked back at him, lifting the black shirt she was wearing to reveal the bulge on her stomach. She took his hand, placing it on her stomach. If you looked closely at her stomach, whatever it was, it was already moving.

"Gideon.. I'm pregnant. And I know Troy's the reason for that.. but technically it's yours." She whispered, biting her bottom lip as tears came to her emerald eyes again. "And I don't know what to do.." She said, frowning. The blonde looked down to her stomach, her hair falling in her eyes. "But we can't stay here much longer. I have a bad feeling that if I give birth here something very dangerous will happen.."

Esmme 01-14-2012 03:08 AM

Alice laughed uneasily at the comment. Ghost could disappear pretty good, after all. When Scarlett took Gideon out of the room, Alice's golden eyes filled with dread. Great. She shoved a piece of bacon into her mouth when Andrew asked his question, trying not to see the hurt look in his eyes. She chewed quickly, and swallowed. Finally, she turned toward the blond and took his hand in both of hers. "You might be upset if I tell you," she said, licking her lips.

After a few moments of trying to steady herself, Alice cringed and blurted it out. "Scar's pregnant."

-

Looking wary, Gideon allowed himself to be led from the room. His frown darkened as Scarlett shut the library doors behind them. "What's going on?" he asked. He was rewarded with a peculiar answer. Staring at the soft curve of Scarlett's stomach, his brown eyes widened. "What. . . ?" His hand was placed on her, and he felt something move. "N-no."

When Scarlett began to whisper, his free hand moved up to move hair from her face. He didn't know what to say. Technically mine. The words came as a shock to him, though he'd expected them. Blinking slowly, Gideon tried to shake himself out of the strange daze. "Troy will want the child," he said suddenly, looking back to his hand as it rested on Scarlett. "You can't stay here like this."
Gideon tried to make sense of it. This child was his, though not completely. What were they supposed to do about this? It wasn't exactly planned. "There has to be a way out of this place." They'd already checked, double checked, and rechecked every inch of the outside fence. There was no way out.

"Scarlett," Gideon's hand was trembling as he tucked more hair behind her ear. "This is . . . amazing." It wasn't all bad: he knew that children were a blessing. It was unexpected, but . . . if it was truly his child. . . . "I'm not going to let you deal with this alone." Again, he felt movement beneath his hand. It's too early for that. His surprised expression showed his thoughts clear as day. "It hasn't even been a full month yet. . . . "

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-14-2012 03:26 AM

Scarlett began to cry. "I know it hasn't even been a whole month.. that's what worries me.." She said, wrapping her arms around Gideon and crying. "Amazing? What if we don't get out of here in time and Troy takes it and kills us?" She asked, frowning. She was beyond scared. For Gideon, their baby (No matter what is was), For Alice, and for her brother Andrew.

"You don't have to stay with me if you don't want a baby.. especially when you really had no choice whether or not to even make one with me.." She said, frowning. "But we just have to get out of here so I don't have it here." She said, taking his hands and staring up at him. As if on que, a woman in the corner began to sing 'hush little baby'. Scarlett glanced to the corner, her eyes wide.

There in the corner, stood a woman just like Scarlett. Though her hair was dark and wavy. She looked very beautiful. The woman wore a black Victorian styled dress and was staring at Scarlett and Gideon sadly. She suddenly stopped singing. "Get out of here. If you give birth to that child here Troy will kill you! And the child will be a murderous beast! But if you get out of this house it will be a normal, loving child." She said, glancing to Gideon. "It will be your child if you leave. But if you stay.. it will be Troys." She said, stepping towards them. She was pale, and looked very weak. She looked to the mirror on the wall across from them, her true figure showing. A beautiful woman, so bright, happy, and looked like she could have the world.

"My husband was never a kind man.." She mumbled. "He's killed so many. Everyones starting to get restless now that there's a baby in the picture." She said, looking to Scarletts stomach. "Some may try to help you escape, while others will try to kill you so that the child can never be born." She said, her blue eyes glancing up at their faces. "I warn you. Just because you cannot see all the faces, or hear all their whispers and breaths.. does not mean that no one else is in the home. Their are hundred of people here. Wherever you are, your being watched." And with that, she was gone.

Scarlett looked at the empty space of air and then to Gideon. "We have to leave." She said, biting her lip just to hear Andrew yell. "Shit! Alice told him!" She said, running out of the library. "Andrew calm down!" She yelled, holding her brother back before he could grab Gideon. "Stop!" She yelled.

"WHAT!?" He yelled, standing up so quickly his chair fell over. Within seconds the male ran to the library only to have his sister block his path. "Move." He growled, glaring at Gideon and trying to grab him by his collar, but Scar held him back. "HOW COULD YOU GET MY SISTER PREGNANT!?" He yelled, lashing his fists around his sister to try and hit him.

Esmme 01-14-2012 05:08 AM

Gideon tried to comfort her, to say something that would calm Scarlett down. But he couldn't. There was nothing to say. When a soft song started, Gideon followed Scarlett's gaze to the corner. An exact replica of Scarlett gazed back at them. The only difference was her hair color. Gideon stared at her, listening with a half-dazed expression on his face.
It wasn't until she mentioned who's child it would be that he really started to hear her words. "Oh," he breathed, giving Scarlett's hand an involuntary squeeze. It was even creepier to hear that they were never alone. When the woman slowly shifted into darkness, Gideon met Scarlett's gaze in confusion. "We will." They had to leave. He wasn't about to let whatever was inside of Scarlett become someone else's child. He might not have planned this whole event, but he wasn't about to throw Scarlett out in the rain. This was partially his doing, despite Troy's influence. "I'm not going to leave-"

That's when he heard Andrew. Gideon's expression darkened, and he slowly stepped out to follow Scarlett. As they got to the hall, Andrew was there. Instead of backing away, Gideon gently but firmly took Scarlett's arm and pulled her back. Andrew went through with his action, snagging Gideon's collar and yanking him forward. Gideon was rewarded with a fist to the jaw, and a stinging question.

The next fist was caught tightly in Gideon's mechanical hand, and his brown eyes became threatening. "I won't try to reason with you while you're trying to maim me." He gave Andrew's hand a bit of pressure, causing him to stop trying to hit him. An angry red mark already made its way along Gideon's jaw, but he didn't seem to feel it. "It was Troy." Gideon reached up with his free hand to place a hand on Andrew's fingers as they clenched the front of his shirt. "I swear to you, it wasn't my choice."

Alice lingered a few feet behind Andrew, her hands covering her mouth worriedly. In the back of her mind a small voice cried out for justice. Andrew had to know about this. He deserved it. Yet . . . she'd promised Scarlett she wouldn't tell. Even now she felt as though she'd betrayed her sister. As tears came to her eyes, she tried to look away from the violence as Andrew attacked Gideon. I didn't want to tell him! So what had prompted her to speak if not her own mind?

As though to respond, a dim figure shimmered beside her. A few inches from her stood the same boy she'd seen in the bathroom. The dark-haired youth was watching the scene without expression, an unseen breeze tugging at his loose clothing and ghostly features. He sent a regretful look toward Alice, but then lifted a finger to his lips. It had to be done.

Alice squeaked in surprise, hiding her eyes in her hands. It's his fault I spoke. I didn't want to tell Andrew! How did the spirits here have such a strong influence over their actions and words? Did they affect their thoughts, too? "Andrew!" Alice cried out when he caught hold of Gideon's collar. She didn't want this getting worse. They were stuck here . . . what if one of them got seriously hurt?

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-14-2012 11:33 AM

Andrew felt his sister get pulled away with him, so he followed his actions through. He lunged for Gideons collar and pulled him towards him, slugging him one in the jaw. As he aimed for another hit Gideon caught Andrews hands, and at his words the male froze. "Troy? How..?" He asked, dropping his hands. His face went white, trying to digest the information. He once again hadn't been there to save his baby sister.

Andrew punched the wall nearest to him, obviously upset. He glanced back at Alice, now realizing he had hit Gideon. He frowned. "Sorry." He nodded, looking down at his hands. The male was torn. "I should've known this was why that ghost kept talking to Alice.." He mumbled.

Scarlett grabbed Gideon once Andrew released him and wrapped her arms around him. "It's not his fault.." She said, frowning. "The only thing we can do now is get out of here." She said, sighing. "Thats the only way this can be a normal baby."

Esmme 01-14-2012 04:45 PM

Alice moved away from the fading spirit and took Andrew's hands. "I'm surprised the ghost didn't just tell you. It seems like he went through a lot of trouble to get the secret out." She glanced down at Andrew's knuckles, frowning when she saw they were red. "Let's get some ice." Gently tugging Andrew's arm, she looked to Scarlett and Gideon. "All of us. Let's all go to the kitchen."

When Scarlett's arms wrapped about him, Gideon embraced her. His gaze was still on Andrew, though this time he didn't look threatening. Instead, he looked almost ashamed. The look faded swiftly, and then he looked to Scarlett. "We'll get out of here. I promise you that this will not end the way Troy planned." He wasn't about to witness their child become a monster.
At Alice's request, Gideon kept one arm wrapped about the woman's shoulders and gently moved her toward the kitchen. "Andrew . . . I'm sorry." Now that Andrew had apologized, he would to. "We should have mentioned it to you sooner." But it wasn't clear until Scarlett was pregnant.

((Alright! Now for ghosty intervention!))

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-15-2012 05:12 AM

Scarlett followed after Gideon. "We would've told you if we'd known." She said softly, sitting on a stool in the kitchen by the countertop. She put her hand on the mark on Gideons face and frowned. "How are we going to get out of here?" She asked, putting her hand on her stomach and sighing. It was constantly moving. Plus she kept hearing whispers near her, which bothered her greatly.

Andrew sighed. "Sorry." He said again, biting his lip. He followed Alice and sat next to Scar, looking at her small stomach. "How are you showing already?" He asked, surprise in his voice.

Esmme 01-15-2012 06:02 PM

Gideon blinked as Scarlett's hand touched the forming bruise on his jaw. He didn't look bothered by the pain, though he obviously felt it. Pressing a hand over hers, the male leaned against the counter. "It's fine, Andrew." Gideon knew he would have reacted in the same way if he'd been in Andrew's shoes. His brown eyes moved over Scarlett again, his gaze echoing the question that was asked.
"It has to be something to do with Troy. Something about this place." He frowned, his gaze locked on Scarlett's stomach. "We have to leave. In order to keep both her and the child safe, we have to get out of here." Not that they hadn't been near desperate before, but now it was a necessity. Perhaps an explosive could be made? Or they could break through a part of the stone wall in the garden? Climbing was still out of the option, and digging never helped. . . .
-

Alice pulled out the ice tray and used two kitchen towels to create make-shift ice packs. Handing one to Gideon for his face, she moved to hold the other to Andrew's hand. He'd punched the wall after striking Gideon, so he had to be feeling some pain. "I don't see how there's even an option to leave. We've tried multiple times already."

Katie Scarlett Divine 01-16-2012 05:50 PM

Scarlett nodded slightly. "We gotta get out of here soon if it's growing so quickly." She said, sighing and taking Gideons free hand. "How about we all go outside today and try to figure out some way to break the gate or the wall?" She asked, biting her lip.

Andrew took the ice pack and put it on his bloody knuckles. "Thanks."
