Livianna looked at Lizzie putting the dagger away. "Lizzie stop it!" She grabbed the females arms and looked at her. "You are asking me to dig into that psychos head to find out if for once she told the truth. She was a sick, demented freak who did nothing but lie to hurt people. Now you look at me, you aren't alone Elizabeth. You never have been. You have a brother who loves you, a pack worth of family who are willing to die for you. A man who loves you more than his own family." She said looking at Lizzie. "If you need someone to be like you to be satisfied then I guess your blind to the rest. But trust me on this she is dead, and anything if not everything she said has no value. You should be wise and block those thoughts, be deaf to her taunts and her words." She was begging at this point.

Nickoli was about to explode when he heard Lizzie looking in past Nathaniel he shoved the door open more. "Livianna what the hell?" He asked pushing past Nathaniel. Livianna backed off crossing her arms. Nickoli wrapped his arms around Lizzie. "You pampering her like a child isn't going to help Nickoli." She said sternly. "Yeah well neither is you being a bitch." He tossed back. "Yeah well until she's willing to push past the reality Isis shoved in her head I can't do anything." Nickoli looked at her for a long moment. "Yes you can, you just don't want to delve into those memories." He said his voice a little low. "Do you blame me?" She asked but his mind was made. Livianna couldn't believe this. "This all happened because of you." He reminded her. Livianna shook her head and moved her fingers some so she was touching the mark formed when she killed Isis. The memories rushed forward and she winced trying to search through them. It was like torturing herself. Thinking to herself about what she was looking for. Was Lizzie the last of her kind?

Liz looked up feeling Nickoli pull her into his arms and pressed against him, sobbing. Nathaniel suddenly rushed in and to Livianna's side. He grabbed her hand and pulled it away from the mark. "Stop this... We already know the answer." he whispered and shook his head. "My father knows the truth..." he said and Asim walked into the room looking sad. "I didn't want her to know." he said slowly and then Lizzie looked up slowly. "You've been traumatized by Isis, I didn't know she would go so far as to tell you that..." he whispered and then sighed. "You're the last one... They killed off all the rest..." he admitted and the shock and sorrow that was on Lizzie's face was heart wrenching. "There's a cult that believes hybrids are unclean... They lied to your kind saying that they had a safe temple for your kind to stay, but it was a slaughter house." he said and then her tears ran down her face. "So all those images... All those dreams... They were people's memories?" she whispered and he nodded. "Isis was an agent of this cult... Back then they didn't know about hunters, and she hid her powers well... Though when they turned on her to kill her, she turned on them..." he said and Liz shook her head. "I-I don't want to know anymore... I-I can't..." she choked and covered her mouth as she crumpled in Nickoli's arms. He then sighed heavily and looked at Livianna and Mathaniel. "Supper is ready."

Livianna pulled her hand from Nathaniel. The memories being slingshot back into her head. Touching it lightly she winced. Trying to push back the headach she looked at Asim. "I'm not hungry, please excuse me." She said walking past him and out of the room heading to the bathroom. Locking herself inside she closed her eyes for a second. Running some water she splashed it on her face and sat down on the floor. Her head was killing her, not that it mattered. She was angry as well why did Lizzie care so much? She was of the same race, why did it bother her so much. It was so frustrating. Slamming her fist into the floor she cringed slightly holding her hand with the other hand.


Nickoli looked up shocked. Closing his eyes he kissed Lizzie's head. "Shh, it'll be ok." He whispered looking up as Livianna excused himself. How did he keep managing to screw things up with her? Sighing he hugged his lover close. "Are you hungry?" His voice soft knowing she probably wasn't now. He knew he wasn't, seeing her like this made him sick. It was something he couldn't handle. He rubbed her back kissing her head over and over. "It will be ok..." He would say over and over.

Liz just shook her head and kept her face covered as she laid there in his arms. Nathaniel watched Livianna go away and then looked to Nick. "I will take her... You need to talk with your sister..." he whispered softly. "I don't think she understands exactly why Liz is this way... I don't think she knows that we have spent our whole lives searching for another like her." he said softly and pulled his sister into his arms. "She's been defilled, and she has been abandoned..." he whispered and then stood with his sister in his arms. She looked so frail and heartbroken. "Lizzie... Shall we go outside? It's warm and sunny." he whispered gently walking with her as she sobbed softly into his shirt.

Nickoli nodded standing up he walked to the bathroom and knocked on the door. "Livianna open the door." he asked. "Go to hell." Was Liv's only reply. "Livianna we need to talk and I don't have the patients for your shit today." He growled. Livianna stood up wincing opened the door. "We need to talk." He repeated. "I don't want to talk I want a bottle of aspirin." She said simply still holding her head. "You need to listen to me." He started blocking her way out. He explained what he knew of the situation and Livianna just looked at him. Her face didn't change. "Give her my condulancies." She said pushing him out of the way. Nickoli clinched his jaw. "Is that all you have to say?" He asked with a growl. "We spent our lives being outcasts, thrown from one family to another not being excepted. Then you find a place, you get to be something new that people love. You have a family and you suddenly act like we are both normal. Look at me Nickoli, look at my eyes, my hair." She shook her head. "I'm not normal yeah there are other hunters out there, isn't that what they told us too, there are other parents out there? Not all of us get that feeling of belonging. Some of us have to deal with what we got. Lizzie has a hell of a lot more than we did, that I do. She has people all around her who love and support her. A man who loves her and is willing to kill himself and whomever else he has to, to help her. Not to mention the brother who would go to the end of the earth for her. Which is more than I can say. Yet I'm not crushed, I'm not dieing because.." Wincing she grabbed her head. "because I'm a loner in a world full of creatures, why is being different so bad? Its no different than what Hitler did in World War Two, wait they acted the same way."

"So this is what its about your jealous?" Nickoli asked pulling her back to where they were now arguing. "Yes I'm jealous. All I want is some place I don't feel like I'm a freak and thanks to you I don't even have that. I'm sorry I don't feel sorry for her. I can't, I don't want to, and I won't allow myself to. As cold as that may be, she has more than she cares to acknowledge and if she can't find comfort in that, oh well they'll all be her shoulder to cry on. Go sympathize with your lover and leave me alone." She snapped pulling her arm away from him and walking back to her room, everything smelled like nickoli and Lizzie. Slamming the door she tried to find stuff to surround herself that didn't smell like either of them. Nickoli growled walking over and hitting the door. "Livianna! We aren't done talking!" He yelled through the door. "Would you go away my head hurts and I want nothing to do with you." Livianna said wincing at the noise.

Nathaniel sat out on the porch with Liz, curled up and sniffling. "She doesn't like me..." she finally whispered and turned her head from Nathaniel. He sighed softly and stroked her head gently. "No... I don't think it's that..." he whispered gently and then gently picked a flower and put it in her hair. "She isn't comfortable here... She doesn't see us all here as family. She feels the odd one out... like I always did." he said softly and she watched him with sad eyes. "She thinks I'm stupid." she said bluntly and Nathaniel looked at her surprised and then chuckled. "No... No. I think she hasn't realized that all of this is new, you need time to put it behind you.... You've never been in such a situation where you feel so lost and hurt... Livianna is tougher then others, so she is gonna say suck it up." he said lightly and she crawled over to him and rested against him. "If everyone saw people like you do Nat... The world would be perfect..." she mumbled and was soon asleep. Nathaniel gently picked her up and walked her up the stairs. Seeing Nick on the way he stopped and sighed. "She's asleep... She needs time and someone to be gentle with her." he explained slowly and then looked down at his slumbering sister. "She's strong, she just has to get back up on her own two feet again..." he said reassuringly. "I'm guessing the talk didn't go so hot... I could hear the shouts a bit from outside."

Nickoli turned at Nathaniel. "Honestly I don't know how I lived with her so long! I don't know how you can deal with her." He said before rubbing his head. "Maybe thats why you were making out with her, to shut her stubborn mouth up." He whispered annoyed. Nodding he took Lizzie carefully his annoyance melting away. "If she could look through someone elses' eyes that would help too." He added calmly before nodding his thanks to Nathaniel and walking towards his room. "If you wanna try go a head." He tossed back over his shoulder before slipping into the room. Nick laid the female shapeshifter down on his bed wrapping her in covers. "What am I doing so wrong here? How could our relationship just disappear?" He asked himself aloud as he pulled a chair up and sat down next to the bed holding Lizzie's hands. Contemplating what nerve he was permanently dancing on.

Livianna was sitting in her room digging through her bags and boxes helplessly. She needed something to make the pain in her head stop. Grabbing her head she sat down it was banging like a drum and felt like needles were stabbing into it over and over from all different sides.

Lizzie felt herself being moved into Nick's arms and sighed gently in her sleep. Nathaniel chuckled hearing Nick's words about making out with Livianna and blushed some. He watched as his little sister being carried away and then smiled. Yes he would try talking to Livianna again. Lightly knocking on her door. Walking in he smiled gently and took a seat next to her. Gently taking her head in his hands he transformed into the female healer again and with a push of healing energy the headache was gone and he transformed back. "It's helpful being a shifter." he said gently and brushed some hair out of her face. "Is your headache gone?"

Liz slowly awoke hearing Nick pull the chair over and her eyelids fluttered open. She smiled softly seeing Nickoli holding her hands and then kissed his knuckles. "You are an angel." she whispered softly and then snuggled within her blankets more happily. "Let's do something fun after my nap..." she whispered softly and yawned again. "Like play cards... Or something..." she murmured as she looked up at her handsome man tiredly.

Livianna thought that Nathaniel was Nickoli when he first came in. "Nickoli if you haven't gotten the hint yet then Lizzie should be worried about the size of more than one thing." She snapped a rather rude comment. Hearing Nathaniel she opened her eyes before closing them as he took her head. Relaxing as the pain was gone she opened her eyes. "Sorry that was not meant for you." She said softly blushing some. "Yeah its gone." She said leaning back some as she rested against a box. "In all of these I don't have a single bottle of aspirin." She said in disbelief.


Nickoli smiled and nodded. "Yeah, that'll be fun." He said kissing her hands softly. "Get some sleep." He said softly laying his head down next to hers rubbing his thumb along her knuckles. He didn't want to move just taking in her features with a smile. Liv was right, Lizzie had a man who loved her. He was just grateful that she loved him back. Reaching up he pushed the hair out of her face and smoothed it so she could rest with out it getting in her face.

Nathaniel chuckled and shook his head. "That's so weird... With as many boxes as you have in here I was sure you packed Disney World, more or less a little bottle of asprin." he teased lightly and thenlookwed around. "You know you should be resting... Or at least that's what Nick thinks... Though you proved to me you have alot of energy now." he joked lightly and winked at her as he then flopped back onto the matress on the floor. "So what now beautiful?" he asked lightly.

Lizzie smiled softly as Nick laid his head next to hers. Kissing his forehead she smiled and closed her eyes slowly. "I will... Love you..." she whispered and slowly drifted to sleep, enjoying his presence. She was sure that he would chase away her memories this time, or at least she hoped so.

Livianna laughed some and lightly punched him before he flopped backwards. "Yeah, well unlike my brother I have something called endurance." She said softly with a grin. Looking at Nathaniel she moved so she could see his face better. "I don't know, anything I do here my brother will wig out about later...ooo..do you know somewhere we can go just for a little while?" She asked suddenly having an idea. Getting out of the house didn't sound bad. Laying down so her head was on his chest she smirked. "You still don't have a shirt on." She said running her hand over his skin.

Nickoli smiled as he watched her sleep. He didn't really feel tired he just watched her wanting to be awake in case her nightmares came back. He held her hand with his and rubbed her face lightly with his hand. He stiffled a yawn as he looked out the window.

Nathaniel smiled as Livianna laid her head down on his chest and his eyes closed as he waviest the feel of her hands running down his chest. Hearin her words he chuckled and ran a gentle hand threw her hair. "I do know a place, actually a few, depends on how far you want to get away." he said with a smirk. "Really? I hadn't noticed until now." he said lightly in a kind of teasing tone. Then he sat up a bit and looked down at her and her beautiful face. "So ask and you shall recieve." he said lightly waiting for her to tell him jus how far away she wanted to go.

Livianna smiled and looked up at Nathaniel as he teased her a little. The she laid their and thought for a few minutes. "Just far away enough not to be bothered for a while." She decided looking up at him. She seriously wanted to spend more one on one time with Nathaniel. She knew that Nickoli would keep bugging them here at the house. He was the kind of brother who liked to annoy his sister by any means and always had a plan on how she should find her next boyfriend. Smiling up at the tan Egyptian male she closed her eyes for a second just taking in his scent and thinking.

Nathaniel thought for a second and then chuckled. "Well then let's go somewhere that's just for the two of us." he said lightly and then scooped her gently into his arms. He then jumped out the window and shifted so he had wings. Landing gently he then walked into the trees of the oasis. He kept walking until they were at a little building. He walked into it and inside was a simple little table and pillows on the floor, a hammock and flowers. "This is the recooperating house... We keep it to come be alone when we need to be away from all the other siblings..." he said and then set her down on the pillowed floor, and sat with her, the wings disappearing.

Livianna smiled liking that idea. Gasping as he picked her up and holding on. Even with this new found thing she had going on, it still scared her a little being picked up. Looking around the little hut she smiled softly. "This is really cozy." She said softly her smile getting bigger. Leaning over she rested her head on his shoulder still looking around. "I suppose the warm nights takes away the need for a fire place. Still its fantastic, I like little places like this." Her voice soft before she got a grin. "Now that we are here though, what should we do?" One of her arms supported her as she leaned against him the other wrapped around his waist. It was the perfect setting to get close to someone in her mind.

Nathaniel smiled as he sat with Livianna, holding he still by her waist. He then chuckled and kissed her forehead. "Anything you want really... Talk... Kiss... Finish where we left off..." he said teasingly and then nipped her jaw gently. "Anything." he added again and then chuckled looking down at her with care. "You know, you're beautiful... And when people say that in eygpt... It means you're both beautiful on the outside as well as on the inside." he whispered softly and smiled at her with a true genuine smile of care.

Livianna laughed softly as her jaw line was nipped. She looked up at him when he started to talk. Blushing deeply she looked away from him, anywhere but directly at him. "Thank you." She said softly. She tried to hide the blush but it wasn't working to well. Biting her lip lightly she looked up at Nathaniel for a split second before adverting her eyes again. "Your going to make too much blood rush to my head." She teased lightly as she tried to shake off the blush. An eye for an eye huh? Thinking to herself she looked up at Nathaniel and smiled softly. "Are there any blankets in here?" She asked softly rubbing her arm like she was cold, which wasn't true, but he didn't have to know that. It was all part of her evil plan. "That kissing idea wasn't to bad." She offered as she thought about his first set of words now. Since she was already red her face couldn't betray her and her tone could play it up as much as she wanted. "But I kinda like the finishing what we started the best." A soft smile graced her lips.

Nathaniel chuckled and shook his head as Livianna complained about her blush. "Oh no, I like your blush." he said gently as he ran a hand over her cheek and then gave her a look. "Cold already? I think youre just cold holders maybe." he teased as he leaned over and grabbed some blankets from a drawer in the table, since it was a low coffee table to sit on the floor and eat with. He then set them next to her and a chuckle escaped his lips. "You know, I like your pick." he whispered seductively in her ear and then kissed her deeply on her lips and ran a hand down her side. Things got more and more heated as their kisses got deeper and more passionate, their hands braver. He undid her shirt buttons until it was open as he moved to kiss her even more. Both of them were sitting right next to eachother at this point, and they were going to get closer. Call it a hunch.

Livianna smiled softly. "I think your right." She said reaching for a blanket before she got sucked into the romance. By the time her shirt was undone her mind was a fuzzy mess. Pulling back for a brief moment to catch her breath she scanned his face. He was handsome, very handsome. Leaning in she caught his lips again and had no intent on freeing him. In reality she didn't know who had whom under what spell but either way they were both caught. From what she could tell neither minded. Her hands found his pants, this was right where they were last time. Half expecting her brother to barge in again she was slow about it. When it was obvious the cost was clear she moved in her hand slipping onto his neck pulling him in close before moving into his hair. Being close to Nathaniel like this turned her blood to lava, catching her heart on fire. It warmed her soul. A shiver ran down her spine. "Nathaniel," She whispered softly pulling away just inches from his lips. "I'm cold, help me warm up." She requested leading his hands to the waistline of her pants. Biting her lip she looked at him. "Please." She half begged in his ear. Kissing him again.

Nathaniel's head was becoming foggy as he kept kissing and running his hands gently over her. Things kept getting more and more passionate, as they got closer and closer. Feeling Licianna's hands on him made him nearly melt into her but then she took his hands. He kissed her deeply and allowed her to guide his hands to her waistline of her pants. Biting her bottom lip after she spoke he stared into her eyes and smiled softly. "As you wish, I will share my heat with you..." he whispered in her ear, loving the feeling of her hands pulling his hair lightly. Undoing the rest of her garmets, he gently pressed her down on the pillows and kissed her deeply, leading her into the hot moment.

Livianna ran a hand through her hair making sure it was out of her face. She had gotten that blanket finally and it laid over her and Nathaniel both. Her breath was fast like she'd just run a race or something. Looking at Nathaniel she grinned again leaning over and kissing his lips. Her long red hair falling to the side for a moment as she looked into his deep eyes. "I think we're even." She joked lightly before laying her head on his chest and tracing his bright blue markings with her delicate fingers. She was definitely warmer now and the Egyptian heat was making the cozy little hut feel kinda like a sauna. "Did you enjoy?" Her voice was softer now but she hoped her lover had, had fun.

Nathaniel laid on the pillows with Livianna, breathing fast. Even though he sounded like he had run for miles he felt exillerated. Gently brushing a few stray strands of hair from his eyes he watched with care as his lover rested her head on his chest. Smiling softly he stroked her cheek lovingly as he heard her innocent question. "Of course I did... You were amazing..." he breathed and then closed his eyes. "I want to know more about you. Since I know you are an artist like myself I want to know more... Are you into music? Favorite color? Favorite food?" he asked lightly and chuckled. "I would like to get to know my temptress." he whosever seductively and kissed her ear.

Livianna laughed some and looked at Nathaniel moving so she could see his face better she smiled. "Well lets see, this temptress loves music, any kind, as long as it matches my mood. My favorite color is purple and I like eating prunes." Laughing a little she looked at him. "Ok time for some background, I've heard a lot about you and your life. So don't feel bad as I tell you this, because a lot of people do and they shouldn't. I lived it and I got through it and it made me who I am today, so I'll try and be straight with you. Just understand I don't want you to feel bad for me." She stated kinda bluntly. "I started drawing as a child when we lived with this woman who ran an orphanage in the backwoods of Louisiana. She encouraged my abilities, I didn't start painting till I was much older. When Nickoli told me that it was the best way to release built up emotions. I tried but I am not the best painter in the world." She said with a soft laugh. "By then we were in New York, usually children are kept in one state, but several of our foster parents would travel and dump us some place so they could claim "lost on vacation." It became a pattern and after the second or third time, they started to blame the children instead of the adults. I stopped working on art for several years, when we were someplace nice. At some point Nickoli and I got separated. Things were much worse for me after that. It was a long couple years. Nickoli acts like it never happened. He had a nice place to stay then too. When my foster mother was arrested I was sent by court order to live with Nickoli's family. It was a lot like here, he had friends, fit in, even had a nice girlfriend. The family loved him, but I couldn't make the grade. I was too outrageous so I kept drawing, painting, sketching, pastels. I branched off into poetry, dance, even took up an instrument or two. They kept up with my interests as long as I stayed out of the way. So I did. I kinda ruined that for him though, when the caught me making out with one of their visiting nephews. Instead of relocating to a new family I took off, not wanting to gamble it again. The only thing I could take was my art and I haven't stopped since. Nickoli found me a short time later and we traveled till we thought we were far enough away that they couldn't find me. Once I came of age we relaxed a little till we found out one of the people my foster mom owed money too was looking for one of her kids. It became dangerous and we moved to the town you found us in. You know the rest from there. Art is my life, it keeps me sane and music is just another level of my being." She said softly looking at him the entire time. She had obviously caught her breath by now and just smiled up at him. "I have never been as likable as my brother, and when he has something he doesn't want ruined he pushes me away. That's kinda why he's on my case lately." She added.

Nathaniel listened to Livianna's first words and wrinkled his nose hearing she liked prunes. "Really? I can't stand those nastey little things." he said with a chuckle and then listened intently. Stroking her beautiful hair until she was done explaining. He was silent for a minute before a grin fell on his lips. "So both of us are kind of loners... Lost romantics devoting oneselves to art." he said dramatically and chuckled lightly at his joke. "Though I must say dispite all your hardships you became a beautiful lady." he said gently and kissed her cheek. "Well let's see, my favorite color is blue. It's very calming but then can be stimulating with all the different shades... I do like music, though that rap crap in America is terrible." he said and stuck out his tongue. "And when I was traveling abroad, to keep the hunters away from my family I would sell art work for money.... And I also really wanted to go to culinary school, I am in love with French and Itallian cooking. Even if it makes people fat." he said lightly and chuckled looking at Livianna. He had the edge to draw her beautiful body, just bare and beautiful like she was now.

Livianna laughed softly looking at him. "Even lone wolves need some company." She said smartly before kissing his lips. "I like both types of food you just listed but my metabolism keeps me from getting fat. They just don't know how to exercise, and French people just don't know how to eat." She joked before laying back down. "Why don't you go to culinary school? You could travel to France and study at some nice school, get a great job, open your own place." Laughing some she looked at him. "I like to dream big." Her voice soft again. "I used to dream of lots of things when I was alone. Just left in the quiet to think to myself. I'd dream of becoming a famous artist, writer, or an amazing chef. All but the art are highly improbable. Writing failed miserably, and I'm not talking I'm to critical of myself fail. I'm talking about the worst stuff you will ever read, crash and burn, fail." She said with a laugh. "As for cooking...there is a reason Nickoli cooked we should leave it at that." Grinning some she sat up. "But I can still dream so can you. Dreaming is good for the soul you know." Liv laid on her side so she could look at his face. Studying it she smiled. "Your face, its so amazing." She said softly. "It just tells me everything about you and yet nothing at all." Sighing softly she ran her hand gently down it.
