The organization was simply known as X. There was not much to it. Even the name was meant to throw the population off. Something so simple as to have one letter? It couldn't be real. Right?... They were wrong of coarse. The truth was there were demons walking among them. It became X's problem to control who was allowed to walk among the general public. But it did not stop there. Demons would travel illegally to the mortal world, most of the time for good. They were poor folk who could not afford the visa's to travel. Other times agents needed to be called in. Agents were simply so. Other demons trained since birth to battle their kind. Many demons would say they are brain washed, while many others would kill to be involved in the organization. Only the best were chosen after all.
LA has a new sector opening up very soon. It is a beautiful, and universally known as the most ingenious sanctuary ever built by the organization. It has been built right in the middle of the city. Right under everyone's noses. The only way in or out is threw the main lobby of a skyscraper. Also owned by X. To the public, I may add the building appears to be owned by a bank or something. The large symbol of a sun rests on the side. The only problem with the new LA sanctuary is that there are not many trained agents. And the city is overrun by demons. Mortals were being killed left and right.

Seth | and | Datu
"This City sucks." Datu said with distain. Across from him on the train, Seth was peering out the window. She had just woken up from a deep slumber. They had been riding the train for a couple of days now. You may ask, why not take an airplane? Well Seth especially had a difficult time being around so many humans for an extended time. The brown haired woman was a Hugtandalf, meaning she was a fanged elf. They were a bit different than normal vampires as she was born this way. Instead of created far later. Her skin was light, and even a bit gray. But she did need blood. It was more like water for her. Something her body simply needed.
"You just haven't scene any children to devour." Seth said with a small grin. They were the only ones in their train car, so there was nothing really to hide. Seth looked out at the skyline of LA. "Its bright... and open, Much different from DC."
"Children are not my thing. Now a nice steak.. now your talking!" Datu was probably the worst Aswang ever. An Aswang was rumored to steal children in the middle of the night, and devour them in the Philippines. Datu though hated children. He would go out of his way to avoid them. His magic though was second to none. He noticed Seth nodding off again. She had just returned last week from a long mission in Russia. Seth was posing with a terrorist group who's leader was a shapeshifter. She had taken a bad hit before finally putting a bullet threw the man's head. Datu's work for the organization was simple. He healed those who needed it, and went on missions when requested to. Seth on the other hand was always out out of the country. Seth was known threw out the organization as one of the best damn agents. She dated further back than he. Seth was rumored to have been involved with President Lincoln assassination. But of coarse, any information about it was covered up.
"Other Agents will be picking us up right?" Seth asked with her eyes closed.
"I think so." Datu commented. Watching her carefully. "We should be there soon."

Ziva And Cord
Crowds of people moved around the station in waves in a sense of ignorant bliss. In the farthest corner of the waiting area for landing 4F- the train arriving from D.C. - stood Ziva and Cord the former not at all happy about being up this early in the morning. As a nachtmerrie she was naturally a more nocturnal creature preferring to spend her daylight hours curled up in bed.Not standing in a building crowded with humans. Large grey eyes that were well hidden behind even larger dark sunglasses fallowed a group of giggling teenage girls as they made their way towards some vending machines. This was entirely Cord's fault. He was the one that had dragged her from her comfortable life in her old family home to work for X with him in this city full of people and by default the reason she was up far past her normal bed time waiting out in a building with far to many windows, stupid doppelgänger. At the very least he hadn't slipped into someone else's face while they were out as he was prone to do. It made it difficuilt to locate him once you got separated once he slipped into one of the many other bodies he had stored in his memory.
"If you took those glasses off would you go blind?" The gab at his old friend was harmless and teasing but she really did stand out wearing sunglasses inside. At least she was wearing a more modern outfit then one of those Victorian numbers he knew she wore around her own home.
The cool tile of the wall felt good on his back as he simultaneously watched for the train as well as the crowds around them focusing away from the nightmare beside him. There were at least two other non human groups in the train station both however appeared to not know each other and were only here to drop off a family member. So far it was going well, Ziva was being irritated but calm and the general populace was being ignorant which was always a plus. He had been working for X long enough to know that even something as simple as picking up agents could, and mostly did, go very wrong very quickly.
"Kindly shut up .It's your fault I'm even outside at the same time as the sun." He had to admit that the slight British accent to her words always took away any bite her threats may have carried. That and they had been friends since childhood, since before he had stared training with the organization.
He was glade that he had spent the last decade working on convincing her to take up X is offer to join them. She had caved at the right time to, he was lacking a partner had had just got transferred to the new L.A branch.
" The train from Washington D.C. to is Los Angeles is now arriving at gate 4F." A prerecorded woman's voices echoed around the stations. Standing up straighter Cord's face fell into a blank stare as he watched the train slowly pull into the station to through the glass window, " That will be them."

The trained started to come to a chugging stop. Datu right away got up and started to get their bags out from the top shelf. Pulling each one down, grunting slightly as he tried to pull down one of Seth's bags. "Did you bring your collection of bricks or something?" Datu asked, having a hard time. He finally got it down as Seth laughed. Piling the carry on bags on top of the rolling luggage. Making it easier to move. She took her carry on bag, strapping it to her back.
"No, that one has my shoes." Seth said with a smile. "So, that threat we received, you think they will live up to it...?" Seth asked. There was a hint of worry Datu would be able to catch. It was tricky to see threw her smile. Datu simply nodded though. Hoping the other agents were sent word. A few days prior to there going, a body turned up dead. It was an Imp with a note strapped to his chest. It read; Your agents will be killed once they set foot in LA. It gave Datu chills thinking about heading into a potentially live fire zone. So.. for good reason the two agents were very slow getting off the train. There would be far less people around to get in the way, but it would also make them more of a target.
The male agent headed for the door. Datu first, as soon as he stepped out, a bullet grazed threw the air. Striking him straight in the chest. There was no sign of Seth anywhere. Datu though laid motionless on the ground. The confusion the LA agents must have felt was enormous. When the two LA agents made their way threw the screams of mortals, and confusion, they would see a motionless body. Another shot rang out that hit the top of the train, then silence.
Suddenly Datu's phone started to ring. And the crazy Aswang started to laugh a bit, pulling the technology out of his pants. Putting it up to his ear. "You got him Seth?.. Oh her? Good. See you in a bit." Datu pushed the phone back into his pants before standing up, removing the bullet from his bullet proof vest. "That hurt so much.." He stood, looking back and forth between the two LA agents. "Hello there. My name is Datu Requiem." He finally stepped off of the train. A police officer came running over. Datu simply opened up a badge with CIA labeled on it. Making the cop slowly back away.
"Sorry about the show, but we had received a threat before coming. So my partner Seth, Ah here she comes now, looked over the plans. Taking a guess how they would take us out. So after loosing a game of rock paper Scissors, I became the decoy."
"To be fair, I told him if I lost he was still doing it." Seth pushed the man who had fired at them to the ground. He appeared human, but was more than likely wearing a mask.
"I'm Seth. Nice to meet you two."

The gunfire echoed through out the station, fallowed by the sounds of confused and scared civilians running in all directions. The panic had not yet begun to set in before Cord pulled his gun from it's holster. Of course it wouldn't be a simple pick up, and at such a public place.Weaving through the crowd of people red brown eyes scanned over the heads of the wave of panicked humans trying to catch a glimpse the D.C. Agents and what was going on. If the assailant was using human means then they could keep this covered up easy.
For her part Ziva didn't seem at all phased by the sound of the gun shot or the mass of people moving away from the train. How ever with her glasses covering most of her face it was hard to tell if she had reacted. Still she fallowed him through the crowd. Personally she didn't like the use of human weapons. Guns and bombs, radiation were all so impersonal. She preferred to slip in and rip open someones fears. So she kept Cord in sight at all time.
When they had forced their way through the crowd, the dark haired nachtmerrie had caught up with her doppelgänger friend. The sight of the dark haired man laying on the floor of the train was quiet shocking. It was even more shocking when his phone started to ring and he just sat up to answer it. Cord kept his gun pointed towards the ground muscles tense waiting for the attacker to show them self. "I'm Cord Jaxon" As the female agent, Seth, dropped the gunman to the ground at their feet he watch Ziva shift slightly closer from the corner of his eyes.
This was why he liked the idea of her in the agencies. people are ever willing to talk after they have lived through their nightmares. " Zavi Sirett," She looked back up at the two the agents "a pleasure."
He relaxed when she moved away from the man the other team had captured. "So lets get our friend back to HQ." Too many people shouldn't have known when Datu and Seth would be coming in plus Cord wanted to know why he hadn't been informed that someone had threatened the other team. They had been standing at the train station for an hour waiting and were unaware of the threat. It didn't sit well with him.

Datu smiled, shaking both of the agent's hands. "It is a pleasure to meet you both." He then cast his hand over the gunman's head. Knocking him out in a sleep-like trance. Lifting the man over his shoulder, he was ready to move. Datu started to walk towards the terminal. To everyone, he would appear the most normal out of the two who just came off of the train. His skin was a bit tanned, and his features were that of a human. Even his clothing was normal. Blue jeans for the ride, and of coarse a wonderful bullet hole threw his new white shirt.
Seth on the other hand was more of an oddball. Her skin was grey, and her ears were pointed. Not to mention her pointed teeth as she spoke. Normally in public, she wore hoods to cover her ears at least. Which was what she started to do now.
"You guys were not told about this? That worries me." Seth asked curiously . She had heard LA was a horrible city when it came to that the underworld, but she at the very least expected X to have some connections with each other. This truly was a new branch. Seth was watching female of the group. She was confident, but obviously new. Very nervous about being in the presence of either a gunman who had just shot at them, or the DC agents themselves.
Inside of the station, the Police were hold people back from the trains. Making them leave the building all together. Datu, realizing he was leading, suddenly stopped. "I don't know where I'm going. I should be following one of you."

"No we weren't. The branch is still getting setup but this is information that shouldn't have slipped through the cracks." Sliding his gun back in the holster on his hip that was covered by the jacket of his suit. He looked for all the world like the CIA agent his fake badge said he was down to the black tie. Sliding the badge out of the hidden pocket in his coat, in case one of the officers gave them any problems. They didn't look like a group of CIA agents." Fallow me the car is parked outside."
Ziva took in the two other agents as she fallowed Cord out of the building. She was the odd one out in this little group. Cord had filled her in on Seth and Datu's file on the way over to get them. They were long standing agents, all three of them, and she was new to this life. Cord flashed his ID while he exchanged a few words with what she assumed was the head officer. Stepping outside she closed her eyes behind the sunglasses. She was not looking forward to getting use to the sun.
The black suv was parked in the from of the train station in the first handicapped the little blue and white sign hanging off the rear view mirror. It helped with parking.Hitting the unlock button on his key ring he moved around the group to open the back door, "Our guest can sit between the two of you." Ziva opened up the passengers doors and took her seat in the front. "I'm sure words got around by now about what happened here so head quarters should be waiting for us and our new friend."
Sliding into the front seat Cord waited till the others were in before pulling out of the parking space and heading for the exit. The skyscraper that that was really the new X L.A. branch was in the middle of the city and according to the numbers on his dash they would be just avoiding rush hour traffic. Which meant they could get their answered from the hit man in the back that much faster. " Is this the first time on the west coast for you two?" In the passengers seat Ziva rolled her eyes at the attempt at small talk but that was Cord he liked to keep people talking.

Datu pushed the sleep shooter into the middle of the car, moving to the side so Seth could get in. "Why can't we just put him in the trunk?" Seth asked, realizing she would now have to sit next to the man. Datu simply laughed at her statement. "Its an SUV genius. There is no trunk." Anyone could see the two were very much like a brother and sister pair. They had grown up together after all. Datu climbed in on the other side, taking out a pair of sunglasses and putting them over the eyes of the criminal.
Yes... He put his sunglasses on the criminal. Seth simply shook her head as Datu proceeded to cross the man's arms in a gansta like fashion. At least while Datu was near, the man would not be waking up. "Yes, a few times in fact. Before this branch could set up, we had to deal with a few bigger criminals." Datu answered the man driving the car.
"Not really recently though. At least not true LA. We deal with the more underworld. So I guess you could say yes and no." Seth continued while Datu continued to play with his life sized doll. Her eyes were following the skyscrapers. In an almost dazed like state. Seth was exhausted. After a rough mission, and traveling for days, and then stopping a sniper. Not to mention she had not had a drop of blood in probably a week. She was ready for a good two day hibernation. "How long have you two been with the agency?" Seth asked, deciding to keep up the small talk.

Ziva watched the city moved by in blurs of people and buildings as she listened to the two in the back. Occasionally she'd glance over at the rear view mirror to look into the back. An amused smile stretched across her face at the ridicules pose the shooter was now in. Shifting in her seat she leaned over so that she was able to look at Seth as she answered her question. " I'm new to the agency actually.I came in the same time the L.A. branch was created."
" Me on the other hand I've been with X for a few centuries now." Cord turned in his seat as well to smiles back at the two. Until his friend's pale hand smacked him in the back of his head. "Please watch the road."
Turning back in his seat he shot his new partner a mock glare, " blah blah blah yes mom."
The office building that was X's cover was coming into view as Cord merged over into the turn lane. The parking structure was well lit for something that went so far underground. "After we get debriefed and you two get settled in I'll show all three of you around the more public L.A. " Ziva had kept her self nice and locked up in her room for the last couple of months when she wasn't going through the crash course training X was putting her. She had been putting off all of his attempts at dragging her out to see the city at night now he had two more people to help him in his quest to drag her out of the drak little hole she called a room.
Parking the car he turned around the face the back seat, " Alright we're here."

((I hope you don't mind if I move things along a bit xD ))
"A tour, that sounds like fun." Datu commented at the sound of it. The two were quiet as they pulled into the large parking garage that Organization X was hiding under. It was just a basic parking garage, with one elevator. The car was parked, and the four... Five stepped out making their way to the single elevator. Once inside, it appeared completely normal, only going up into the building. Which is what they did. Going to the fifth floor. Walking down a long white hallway towards another elevator. There was a woman sitting behind the reception desk, whom allowed them to enter.
The second elevator was a bit more special. It started to scan the four before allowing them access to the base below the building. The doors opened, and everyone stepped out. Datu continued along with the group. Chatting away with Zeva and Cord. Seth though took her time to look around. It was a very calming atmosphere. Lots of low lights, and earth tones. There was a bit of moving water in the middle. The place reminded her of a spa more than a place of work. It was a nice changed compared to the dull gray walls of her home. Datu turned, getting her attention, forcing her to move forward.
They brought the sniper down to a holding room Zeva and cord showed them to before getting debriefed. Seth and Datu were allowed to settle in and relax. They were lead to their rooms shortly after. An hour passed as Datu found himself wondering his new place of living. He stood in the main room, holding a white towel to his neck. In his free hand was an energy bar he found in the cafeteria. He could hear someone coming up behind him.
